Jay gently held the demon in his hands, letting him cry as he himself let out a small sigh. Seeing Masato like this... He never expected anything like that. The red head gently pressed his lips against the other's head, with one hand gently stroking his back, his golden eyes closing as he tried to calm the shorter male down. A small smile appreared on the human's face when the sobs died out and he was left to simply hold the demon. Slowly, the tall male picked Masato up and brought him next to his own lean, muscular body... And only then he noticed that Masato was asleep.

With a small, weak chuckle, Jay pulled the demon close to himself, wrapping a had around the thin waist as he placed a kiss on the other's forehead. "Sweet dreams..." He muttered out and smiled, closing his eyes. The red head fell asleep like that - one hand around Masato's waist, the other under the small head as a pillow and his lips pressed against the demon's forehead. Maybe in the morning there would be questions.. But right now it didn't matter. They both needed rest and peace. With this thought, Benny jumped onto the bed and layed down next to Jay who chuckled softly and smiled. This was just about perfect...

"Mama!" A childish and very high pitched voice said.

A little boy with golden hair that seemed to be about seven years old came running. He smiled and the smile was so bright, so filled with happiness that you could believe that this child was the source of all the light in the world. Some meters away from the boy a tall woman stood. She was dressed in an elegant white long dress decorated by ruffles. Her hair was the same colour as the sun and her skin was pale. Without a doubt, she was a beautiful woman.

The woman turned around, crouched and catched the golden haired boy in her arms. Gently hugging him.

"What is it Masato?".

Her voice was so soft and her eyes so kind when she observed the boy who soon held his hand out to her. It was closen at first but slowly he opened it and in his hand sat a sky blue butterfly. It almost sparkled in the light of the sunshine. And then it suddenly flew away. The boy stared at it, with an almost disappointed look in his face.

"It's a free living being, you can't keep it forever" The woman said while softly moving some golden curls out of the boy's face with her slender fingers.

The boy pouted and crossed his arms over his chest.

"But I was going to give it to you Mama".

With a jerk the demon woke up from the dream only to found himself laying on something comfortable. And softly yawning, he rubbed his eyes with the back of his hands and blinked a few times before he realised. Realised that he wasn't alone. A hand was wrapped around his waist and his head rested against an hand. And that was enough for his eyes to shot open as he quietly stared at the red haired man in front of him. Shocked by it all. But even so, it felt somewhat..pleasant. Suddenly a head appeared behind the human. A fur dressed head that belonged to a dog. Benny. What was he doing here? What was he doing in the arms of the human? Then it all came back to him. He had cried. And Jay had comforted him. Had he fallen asleep under that time?

With a deep sigh, Masato heaved himself up in an sitting position with his left arm and let his gaze rest on the living being that laid beside himself. He seemed peaceful. So incredibly peaceful. The boy couldn't resist but reached out for the other one and gently caressed his cheek. It felt warm against his cold fingertips. Slowly he let his fingers wander up the cheek and over his forehead. Reminding himself of the embarrassing position they had laid in. The human, with his lips pressed against his forehead and with his arms around his body. A slight blush spread itself over his cheeks when he thought of it. Remembered all the details. And then he sunk down beside the human once again. Just staring at the other one as he continued to sleep.

Jay mumbled something in his sleep as he pulled the demon closer, pressing their bodies together now. The red head sneezed and his eyes slowly opened as he stared into the different colored orbs in front of him with only sleepiness showing in his own eyes. He yawned softly and gently stroked Masato's waist as if that was usual for him as a lazy smile spread over his face and he continued to rest his head against the pillow.

"Good morning..." He muttered out and chuckled when he felt Benny's head slipping under his arm. This way the red head's arm was around Benny and Masato on the same time, yet the human himself didn't mind at all. The pain seemed to be gone, there was a cute guy in his arms and a warm dog by his side. Simply perfect. "Did you sleep well?" He asked before yawning again. Really, morning weren't his best times...

Something not understandable slipped out from the human and suddenly he was pulled closer and immediately his cheeks began to burn. What was the human doing? He himself was aware of that Jay was still sleeping. But even so. What did he actually think of when doing something like this? The demon sighed and tried to ignore the tingling feeling that worked it's way up his body. Then, slowly the other one began to wake up. And it was a pretty much lazy smile filled with tireness that Jay gave him when he softly..stroked his waist. Something that only made his cheeks burn even more.

He tried his best to maintain a unaffected face but the strong blood red blush on his cheeks revealed the truth. This was, kind of strange. He himself had only stayed in bed to see how the human would react but if he had known that he would've been this normal about it all then he would have left him in bed.

The blonde drew a deep breath and tried to calm his heart that stupidly began to beat a pace faster. He didn't understand. How could he be so..unmoved by it all? Didn't he feel embarrassed? Didn't he feel anything at all?

Fast, maybe a little too fast he moved backwards in the bed. Unaware of this fact that he practically had slept on the edge of the bed and then fell down on the floor with a dull thud.

"Ow.." He quietly whined and placed his hand on the back of his head who had taken a hit.

This was ridiculous. Why was he the only one who reacted this way? Obviously this wasn't a big thing for Jay. But why was it so big for him? Maybe it was because Jay was used to it. Maybe it was normal in this world to share the same bed?

Jay chuckled at the demon's red cheeks and smiled softly, though it soon turned into a slightly worried expression when Masato fell down. The red head blinked and yawned again before reaching out and pulling the smaller one back into the bed with him. "Stay here..." He muttered out with the same lazy smile as he wrapped both hands around the thin waist and gently pressed a kiss against the older one's forehead. "You didn't answer my question, y'know..." The golden-eyed male mumbled softly as he closed his eyes and let out a few soft hums. "Did you sleep well?" He repeated his previous question as his face was inches away from Masato's. In the mornings, it was hard for the human to realize what was okay and what wasn't...

God. How humiliating. At the same time as his body perceived it all pleasant, were his thoughts a bigger mess than you could imagine. Warm shivers ran through his body and his heart didn't seem to want to stop beating so ridiculously fast. Then, something grabbed him and pulled him back in the bed. And he didn't resist. Or more if you were to be more accurate, he couldn't resist. His arms and legs had stopped listening right after he had fallen down on the floor. Instead a shrill sound slipped past his parted lips.

A couple of hands was placed around his waist and he slightly jerked when Jay pressed his lips softly against his forehead. Once again. But it would be a lie saying that he didn't like it. Was the human really awake? This wasn't like him. Acting like this. Doing things like this. Maybe it was just a side effect of the healing potion? But somewhere he secretly hoped that it wasn't.

The demon drew a deep breath tried to muster out some kind of answer.

"Y..Yeah" He stammered nervously as he tried to look as normal as possible.

But it was kinda hard when you were laying on an bed with another person who's face was only inches away from your own. He swallowed and stared quietly at Jay's face. Jay were actually..kind of handsome. If you compared his looks with someone else you could clearly say that he was handsome. But that didn't change the fact that he was still, half asleep. Somewhat carefully he began trying to remove the human's hands from his body.

Jay smiled softly and kept his lips pressed to the other's forehead as he let out a soft hum. "Good to hear that..." He mumbled out as his arms only hugged the demon's waist tighter while his golden eyes opened. They seemed to sadden a bit at the fact that Masato tried to pull his hands away... He didn't want to let go off the small body in his hands. He just wanted to hold it tightly, he wanted to hold it close, keep him warm and safe... For a second, the sight of him holding the other like this while they watched a movie or something like that flashed through his head. Yeah, he wouldn't mind that at all... It would be nice.

"...Are you going to stay?.." The red head asked quietly while his eyes didn't leave the demon even for a minute. "I... I don't want you to go. Masato, let me help you with whatever it is you're doing..." The human talked quietly, softly with something like love in his voice. Maybe it was love that he was feeling? He couldn't tell... All his "love" usually ended quickly. It just... Died.

He wasn't even supposed to be here. Because he had already decided that he didn't want the human to be a part of this. He didn't want him to be a part of him. Demons weren't supposed to have conversations with humans like this. They weren't supposed to cry in ther embrace or sleep in the same bed. This was not in his league anymore. He was playing on the other side of the field where he weren't supposed to be. What would he do if the human was in a life threatnening situation? What if he just happened to not have the potion with him? Would he be forced to watch him die then? Jay dying, in front of his eyes. It was like someone stabbed his heart with a knife when he tried to imagine it. So he gave up. He simply didn't want the human to get hurt.

And then he spoke. Almost whispered the words in his ear. And the demon immediately stopped resisting and just laid there beside him in his arms. Where he going to stay? Where would he otherwise go? He didn't have a home anymore. And he didn't belong in this world. But he couldn't stay either. Right? Apparently Jay wasn't half asleep as he had assumed. He was more awake than he himself ever could have guessed. And for the moment, Masato wished that he had been half asleep. So that he could have observed his peaceful face until the last moment before he would disappear. Leave him here. Alone. Somehow it all sounded like he was the bad guy in this when he tried to be the good. Demon. Good? Those two words didn't simply click as he wanted them too. Softly gnawing on his underlip with his front teeth he tried to find something to say. 'I can't stay, it would be too dangerous for you', 'I have to leave' or 'It's for the best for both of us'.

"Jay.." He gently began and met those golden eyes that continuously looked at him.

"..I.." The words got stuck in his troath and he was left just staring at the other one's sad face expression.

Why was it so hard to say it? I can't stay. Three simple words. Why had everything suddenly turned out so complicated? It all had started with that the human had helped him. Why hadn't he left him that night? Right there? Why had he been so stupid that night? He should've known that it would turn out like this. Because he was different from the other demons. If he had been normal. Then Jay would've probably been dead since long ago.

"It's too dangerous, you can't" He eventually said while looking away.

The five simple words pierced through Jay's heart like a thousand knives and he was sure that at the moment he looked so sad, so... So scared. The red head slowly loosened his arms just for a second before hugging the other even tighter. "I don't give a shit if it's dangerous. Masato, I... I want to be with you, please." The man nearly begged as he buried his head into the demon's shoulder. "Please..." He whispered out again as he hugged the smaller body close to himself. "...I just want to help you... Maybe... Maybe there's a way for me to become a demon...?" The red head asked as he pulled away and looked at the other with serious eyes, that still displayed a huge amount of sadness in them.

Being a demon... Suddenly it seemed like the best option he had. Why not try?

The human wasn't going to give up. But that was only what he had expected. It was Jay after all. Masato drew a deep sigh as he felt the grip around him becoming harder. Pressing him even tighter against the other one. He could feel Jay's warm breaths that carressed his skin on the shoulder. His heart that started to beat a little pace faster. It seemed like he had already realised that the demon wasn't going to change his mind. But even so he continued it all. With begging. Begging him to stay. Why? He couldn't understand why the human wanted him to stay. He was a demon. A creature born in the underworld. Destined to kill and to destroy. Why did Jay want someone like him to stay?

Minimally the corner of his mouth moved when the other one started whispering. And as if he wanted to comfort him, the blonde raised his hand and was going to place it on Jay's head. But he suddenly stopped. And everything froze. With wide open eyes and with his lips, hardly squeezed together. Jay. A demon? The world started to spin and he didn't even notice that those strong arms didn't hold his body anymore. Then it all stopped. And his face suddenly turned cold. Extremely cold.

"No".

His voice sounded dark. And the earlier kindness was just..gone. He leaned forward, reached out to the human and placed his hands on Jay's cheeks.

"No, do you hear me? Don't you ever, ever, ever think of becoming a demon for my sake or for someone else. I don't wanna hear anymore of that stupid rubbish, okay?" He said strictly while staring into his eyes.

"There is no way for a human to become a demon. Only a soul, tarnished by darkness can become a demon. And that means you gotta do something horrible. Something so extremely horrible that not even hell are a fitting punishment for you. And then, you gotta die. Slowly and painful. Never say anything like that again, alright?".

"Alright?".

His voice became shaky and he quickly pulled back his hands and got out of the bed to turn his back to Jay. He would never let Jay become a demon. Not even in death would he let Jay do something so incredibly stupid.

Jay flinched as the demon's voice turned cold. His arms that were holding Masato so tightly loosened completely and he just let go before slowly moving his gaze to the other's face, lightly biting his lower lip. He didn't answer. All those things... They were horrible, sure, but... Jay wanted to be with Masato no matter what. When the blond pulled away and turned his back to him, the tall male got closer again and gently, softly and carefully wrapped his hands back around his waist, now in a sitting position.

"Masato..." He breathed out as he looked at the mentioned male with his eyes once again showing sadness. "Don't go... Please, please just don't leave me... I-..." The words seemed to be stuck in the red head's throat for a bit as he lowered his forehead, pressing it to Masato's shoulder. "I love you..." He whispered out as his arms tightened around the small body. "I don't want for anything bad to happen to you again..."

{WRITTEN FROM MY PHONE} He could hear him. Feel his presence. His heart begging him to stay. And somewhere in his own heart he wanted to stay here. Beside Jay and just pretend that everything was normal. Completely fine. Which it wasn't. Nothing was alright. Not when he now knew that the human could just throw away his life for him. For him who already was dead. His time as a human was over since long ago. He didn't have anything here to do.

Exactly when had they become this close. And why hadn't he prevented it? Maybe he hurt the human even more by doing this? Then what was he supposed to do to not harm him? Stay? But what would happen if he stayed here, with the Tear of Blood inside his body?

A couple of familiar arms and with a very soft voice he whispered his name. Then something unexpected slipped out of the human's mouth. And he just stood there. Paralyzed and confused. He...loved him? No, no way in hell that it was that the human said. He couldn't love him. He..he was a demon! It wasn't true. But it felt real. Did Jay love him? No, that was just ridiculous. Of course he didn't. He would never fall in love with a demon, right? He wouldn't fall for someone like him, right?

"Stop..Stop lying. You don't love me and you know that. You can't love me Jay. I'm a Demon, you're a human. There's no way..." he had turned around as he spoke, only to stop himself from saying anything more when he saw the human.

When he saw Jay. He wasn't lying. And he hadn't imagined it. Jay had actually confessed to him. To him.

"Jay.." he began and let his arms be swept around his body.

Pulling him closer to himself as he buried his face in his clothes.

"You can't say things like that when I'm about to leave. You're making me want to stay even though I shouldn't. It's unfair because I can never say anything to make you give up, right?".

He vaguely smiled at Jay. Looked up in his eyes with a sad glimpse in his own. Then he sighed. A sigh that symbolized that he had been defeated.

I'm not lying... I wouldn't lie about something like this... It's so important, why can't you believe in that? Jay thought to himself as his hands trembled, but he continued to hold the demon close. He didn't care that he was a human and Masato was a demon.. When his name left the other's mouth, the red head slowly looked up and let out a small, sad smile at the demon's words. The tall male gently put one hand on the blond's head as he stroked his hair and pressed a kiss against his head. “Then stay here... Don't go anywhere. I'll just keep repeating this until you agree to do it...“ He whispered as he gently pulled Masato away, cupping his face with both of his hands.

“I really do love you.“ He said simply before closing in the distance between their faces with a soft kiss. The demon was probably going to push him away and leave... But he had to do this. The final proof that Jay loved him...

Why had it to be him? Why couldn't he just go and fall in love with someone else that was human? That was what he thought but at the same time he didn't want him to be with anyone else besides him. He didn't want Jay to say these words to someone else and touch that person like this. Why was it like that?

Something was stuck in his chest. Something incredibly heavy. God, how? How had it become like this? He, a demon and a human embracing each other. For a couple of days ago had something like this been unthinkable. But here he was. In the arms of a human. In Jay's arms.

"Not giving me a choice, huh?" He said with a light sigh, still smiling though.

So stubborn. Masato remembered that he had said something like that too the first time they had met. Well, what could he say? For being a pretty laid-back human he was surprisingly determined.

His cheeks slightly blushed when Jay placed his hands on them. Forced him to look into his eyes. But he would've done that either way so he didn't move. Or rather, he couldn't move when he realized that the distance between them was decreasing. And his eyes widened for every second that passed. Then it happened.

His lips were soft and gently pressed against his own. And it felt like someone was spreading a sparkling, wonderful and light feeling through his body. He didn't pull away. No he enjoyed it too much for pulling away. Instead he nervously and somewhat insecurely answered the light kiss. This was his first time kissing someone. ER, well almost his first time but he didn't count that little thing with Jay from yesterday as a kiss.

When they finally parted the demon drew a deep breath and looked down.

"Alright, I'll stay. But I want you to live somewhere else for the time being. It's too risky to stay here. Can't you ask one of your friends?".

Jay smiled into the kiss when he felt Masato answering to it - even if a bit shyly, he still did. The red head was going to deepen it a bit, but the demon pulled back, leaving a sweet taste on the tall man's lips. He licked them as if to collect the delicious flavor before nodding a bit at what the other said. “I have a small flat on the other side of the city. I use it when I have to work earlier or something like that...“ He muttered out softly and smiled. “We can go there now if you want~ It's always ready, there's enough food and drinks for us to last about two weeks without even buying anything.“ The tall male said with a warm smile on his face.

He reached out and gently ran a hand over the blond hair with a loving expression. “I'm glad you're staying... Thank you, Masato.“ The younger male said softly and planted another soft kiss on the demon's forehead. “But now you won't get rid of me no matter what~“ He warned with a chuckle.

Apparently the human had another apartment on the other side of the town. It was almost like he had prepared himself for this. And with this he meant their meeting. The question was if it would be enough. Enough for them to not be found by them or Kanato. They surely knew where he was. But they couldn't kill him because then they would destroy the Tear of Blood. So probably they had to find a way to get it out first before coming for him. But Kanato. He knew exactly where he was. What he was doing and who he was with. His gaze was glued on his back every little second. He watched him all the time. It was just a matter of time before he would decide to strike. And when that moment comes he gotta be ready. Ready to throw himself out in the war he himself had created.

The demon vaguely smiled at the human when he mentioned that they would last for two whole weeks with the food that he already had there.

"You forgot the fact that I don't eat so more for you".

The light touch of the other male's hand that ran through his hair. It was a familiar way of touching him. Even though he was well aware of that his mother never used to touch his hair like the human in front of him. So why did it feel so familiar? It was..strange. He couldn't remember even once someone had done it but even so it brought this feeling of nostalgia. It just was there. Came out of nowhere. Just like that. But even though he perceived it all very strange he didn't bestow it another thought and instead let out a soft chuckle at Jay's words.

"That was what I was afraid of" he made a short pause and then distanced himself while the smile quickly died on his lips.

"I'll stay as long as I can. But if I'm about to be found by them then I want you to leave me. If I tell you to leave me then you gotta do it. Okay?".

Jay blinked a few times and tilted his head to one side. "So... Demons don't eat?" He asked, feeling slightly confused. Did they? Or... Wait, did Masato even sleep? They had to keep themselves alive somehow... Or maybe they were like plants. Only air and sunlight was enough? No, that's just dumb... But the thought made the red head chuckle to himself. Somehow, imagining Masato as a flower wasn't too hard. He was already cute, anyway...

The tall male tilted his head and frowned at the demon's words. "No way. If they find you... Well, since I have no idea who "they" are, I'll just, uhm... Well, anyway, I'll stay with you!" The red head finished a bit louder as he held the demon's hands in his own. "Don't push me away. Even if I die, it'll actually be worth it... I mean, it was for you."

He thought that he had told him this before. The fact that demons don't eat. Apparently not since the human suddenly seemed a little confused and 'off track'. The blonde sighed but couldn't avoid thinking that the human's confused face was rather cute. Which also made him wonder why he hadn't noticed that before. Maybe it was because he had been so absolutely determined to not create any bonds so that he had missed little things like this?

Even though Jay at first had been confused he was still not going to give up. But his emotions didn't make any sense because even though he felt bothered by it all he also could feel a slight relief after hearing the other male saying that he wouldn't leave him. Suddenly his hands were gently embraced. Making his cheeks once again burn.

"But it wouldn't be fine for me if you die for someone like me. And it wouldn't be worth it because I'm already dead. I'm dead Jay. My time as a human is over and that's why I want you to listen to me. Don't throw your life away" He reached out for his face, gently caressing the cheek with his fingertips before placing his whole hand on his cheek.

"I'm sure you've already noticed that my body is cold. There's no meaning or worth in dying for someone who's already dead".

Masato met his eyes with a sad smile while bringing Jay's hand together to make him feel the difference. The difference between a living being and him. Yes, he was jealous. After all a demon was someone that had died doing something horrible but wanted still wanted to live. And it's when you're in that state you are granted a so called 'second life'. And it's then you are born in the underworld as someone else without a single memory of your last life.

"Let's got to that apartment. I want to get out of here as fast as possible".

He released the human's hands and not before doing that he noticed that the dog had woken up under their conversation and was on it's way towards his owner, only stopping to observe the demon.

  • 2 weeks later...

Jay couldn't help the soft chukle that escaped his lips when he saw the demon blush. No matter how serious the situation was right now, he couldn't help but admire how cute Msato was... No wonder he fell for the blond. Yet the happiness died out quickly when he heard the shorter man's words. His golden eyes saddened and he shook his head once again. "You're not dead... You're alive just like me! You breath, you talk... Who cares if you're cold, I'll warm you up when you need it." The tall man promised with a warm smile as he wrapped both pf his hands around Masato's waist as if to prove how warm his body really was. Even for a man, his temperature was always a bit higher than it should be...

Before letting go off the demon so that the two could go to his other appartament, the red head pressed his lips softly against Masato's - just a short, sweet kiss. Once it was over, the golden-eyed male pulled back and smiled warmly. "Yeah, let's go~" He said with a soft chuckle before crouching down to pat Benny's head. "Come on boy, we're going for a walk~" He said with a warm smile as the dog barked happily, almost jumping from the excitement as Jay laughed softly and looked at Masato. "You ready?"

Humans and their ridiculously strong belief in things. It was neverending, but at the same time comforting to know that they were still staying strong in their minds. And in their hearts. He could't do anything but listen to the human male that tried to convince him that everything was alright with his words. But it wasn't, even though the demon was sure that Jay knew this fact he didn't want to realise it. And it was okay to reject it now. But later on that would just be one of the other things he would be forced to accept. His pale light pink lips formed a gentle smile as the other one once again embraced him with his arms and let his body once again taste the warmth. The warmth that he once upon a time also had possesed. But that was now just a part of his past. And it was forgotten.

Masato couldn't help but feel a little surprised an chocked every time the human touched him. Because just a couple of hours ago their relationship had been completely different from the one that they had now. It wasn't that he disliked it. He was just afraid of getting too close and then losing him. But even so he still smiled somewhat shyly back at the human when he pulled back (much to his dismay). Then the demon drew a deep breath, tried to calm his nerves and let his hand slip down in the pockets on his pants.

"Yeah. Let's go" He answered the other male and began to move out of the apartment.

When they finally reached the street the sunshine immediately greeted them and he let his different coloured eyes focus the gaze on the sky. Not a single cloud. It was, unbelievably peaceful and he didn't sense any threats in the area at all. Was it this that the humans called Karma? Suddenly the seemingly younger one noticed something wet gently caressing his hand and his first reaction was to ignore it. But it was persistant and wanted his attention so just for a quick moment he looked down. And the dog met his gaze. But neither of them did anymore. They just simply looked at each other. And then suddenly the demon smiled. But just slightly and most unnoticeable. Because the demon knew what the dog truly meant by having done that. And just for a moment, he would let himself enjoy life as it is.

Jay smiled and followed the demon out of the apartament with a soft, warm smile on his face. Once they were outside, the red head gently took Masato's hand into his own bigger, warm one and began walking like this, humming softly under his nose. The human didn't seem bothered by anything at all - not the looks the two got from the passangers nor the fact that he was showing clearly to everyone that Masato was his and his only. He wasn't going to let anyone steal the demon away... Not anymore.

No matter how small the smile was, Jay still noticed it... And it warmed his heart. In fact, it made a soft smile light up on his own face as he pulled the demon closer and continued walking, looking as happy and relaxed as one could possibly be. The golden-eyed male let out a satisfied hum when all of them reached a spaceous house with a fence surrounding it. This was where his band made most of their practices... With a smile, the tall male walked to the door, opened them and looked at Masato. "Come in and make yourseld at home~" He said softly as he held the door open for the demon.

His hand was gently embraced by the human's and he could feel the warmth spread through out his body. Making his heart skip a beat. It somehow calmed him and his uneasy heart. And even though he couldn't help but notice the glances they got they didn't affect him. It only made him wonder why the other humans stared at them. At their hands and their faces. His different coloured eyes followed the persons, one after another and they always met his gaze with their own. Why did they stare? The demon couldn't find a logic reason to why they were staring so he let the subject rest for the moment and instead noticed that he was pulled closer to the other one. But he didn't resist. He just simply enjoyed the tingling feeling that appeared and leapt throughout his body.

It took a while for them to reach the house and when they finally did it, Benny was the first one to enter the building that was surrounded by a fence. Then it was apparently his turn because Jay was so politely as alwyas, holding the door open for him. He exhaled and went in only to trip on threshold and hit the floor with a shrill sound. But just as fast as he had fallen he was quickly up on his feets again. With a burning blush over his cheeks he brushed off his clothes and immediately began to nervously stutter out words.

"I..I'm fine. Don't care about that".

But the truth was that it felt like his body was expecting something. Maybe it was both his body and mind?

Jay blinked a few times as the demon fell, then slowly, a soft laugh began coming from deep inside. The red head's face was soon decorated with a wide grin as he reached out to Masato, hugged him by his waist from behind and kissed his cheek. "You really should be careful~" He said with a soft laugh as he gently took the blond into his arms and chuckled, walking into the house.

With a soft smile, the golden-eyed male hummed to himself while walking towards the living room. He couldn't help but replay the scene in his head... Masato really was cute. Even if he was a demon... Once the two reached the living room, Jay seated the other on the couch and sat down next to him while grinning. "Did you hurt anything?" The red head asked with a smile, though it was honest and warm.

A arm slipped out after him, made it's way around his way and dragged him a couple of steps back and he found himself in the other one's embrace. Once again he could feel how his heart skipped a beat and then continued in a faster pace. A light kiss was placed on his burning cheeks and unexpectedly enough all of the air that had earlier been inside his lungs slipped out in a quiet short exhale. Why did he have to include cuddling in everything he did? He wasn't even used to the thought that the human loved him. But even so, it wasn't like he disliked it or anything. It all was just so..sudden. Because in one minute they didn't like each other at all (at least it had seemed to be like that) and in the other he got a love confession thrown in his face? If that wasn't sudden according to the humans then he didn't know a single thing. And everything had happened on just a few days. Could love really bloom that fast? Could a relationship grow that fast? The demon sighed in his thoughts and at the same time in reality a couple of arms suddenly lifted his body up from the floor and he lost connection to the ground.

With a surprised squeak he let himself be carried to what that seemed to be the living room only to be let down on the couch. Carefully and slowly the other one put his body down and he drew a deep breath and tried to calm his heart that had gone into wild mode in his chest.

"I'm a demon so even if I got hurt it would heal directly" He stretched out his hand and showed the light bruise that he had gotten on his palm for the human, and just as he had said it immediately started to heal and had soon disappeared.

Then he ordered his hand to return. What would happen if it was Jay that got hurt instead of him? Just like before. Would he be able to handle it?

Jay watched with curiosity when the demon showed him his hand. A rather goofy grin appeared on the red head's face and he chuckled softly to himself. "That's kindda cool, to be honest." He said with a laugh as he reached out and gently, lightly ran his fingers over the other's now once again perfect skin. "Is there anything that wouldn't heal on itself? Could you re-grow an arm if you lost it?" Jay couldn't help but ask curiously as he looked at the demon. He knew far too little about Masato... "And what other powe-... No, what other abilities do you have?" Realizing 'powers' would sound really weird, the man decided to change it up. Masato wasn't some comic book hero...

The red head sighed to himself as he reached out and turned on the TV while crossing his legs to get more comfortable. He tended to get really relaxed when he had the chance... It actually was quite unusual for him to get that worried about someone like that - then again, he'd never been in love before. His golden eyes seemed to hold a bit of some kind of a longing as he looked at the blond, waiting for his answers. "And while you're at it... Can you tell me more about yourself?"
