As J listened, he got more and more confused. It took him a bit of time to understand what Melody had actually said, then he nodded the slightest bit and chuckled at the nickname he got. "Anything for you..." The man muttered out under his breath as he smiled - and found what calmed the anger, as well as created it. While trying to maintain both of those feelings, J narrowed his deep green eyes and breathed out slowly.

"Water cage." He suddenly muttered out quietly as he breathed out and slowly, as if a bit uncertainly began collecting more water into the layer that was surrounding the beast right now. The water soon expanded into something like a bubble, yet J felt exhausted as he dropped down on the ground, his breathing rather heavy as he stared at the water cage he'd made.

Melody stood up on the branch and started clapping.

"Well done Sweetie. I'll finishes him off for you."

Leaping from the tree she threw herself towards the beast.

"Time Scatter!" Melody shouted he words out and threw her right arm out in the direction of the beast. Clocks once again appeared in her eyes.

The bests form started to ripple then suddenly burst into tiny parts of itself before shooting off in different directions. Landing next to J with a soft landing she quickly knelt beside him and placed her arm over his back and pulled him close to her.

"Lets go find your room and let you get some rest. You did really well. Keep it up and soon you wont need words." Her words were soft and full of care. She gently placed a kiss on Js check. "Come on you."

J let out a sigh as he watched Melody kill off the beast - even while doing that she managed to look beautiful... His green eyes softened once again at the perfection - the woman was wonderful no matter how you looked at it. Then his thoughts wandered back to what he did - and how. If someone asked him to repeat the same thing, he probably wouldn't be able to... Unless Melody was around. He had a feeling she helped him out somehow - even if just by being here.

When she landed next to him so gracefully, J smiled softly and leaned into her touch slightly. As he listened, the man chuckled softly and nodded with his deep green eyes showing a bit of tiredness. Yet they widened instantly when he received the light kiss on his cheek... And then smiled warmly. “Give me more of these and I'll recover in no time~“ He teased softly as he slowly stood up, rubbing his forehead. “But thanks, for everything.“

Throwing herslef under his arm and helping him up she smiled.

"Don't push your luck there mister. So which one is your room anywho? And before you say you don't know you do. Follow your heart." Shes chuckled to herself.

Taking a quick glance at him she realised this poor man had been thrown into this world and she knew nothing about him yet she knew she could trust him. Even without having travled to the future she knew she could trust him.

"J...... Tell me about yourself please."

J let out a weak chuckle and a smile as the woman asked him about the room. “Does it really matter which one I choose?“ He asked with a smile as he turned to walk back inside the castle, once again taking Melody's hand softly into his own. This really felt good...

The request, however, confused him slightly. The man chuckled as he shook his head and smiled. “There's not much about me to tell...“ He said quietly as he smiled, stepping out of the training room. “My parents never told me about any of this... So I guess I was a normal kid. I loved them, sure, but the fact that they kept mumbling about Vidalaria behind my back was annoying. So... I decided to do something to show them I didn't care anymore. As a teen, some of my friends talked me into drugs and alcohol - I only stopped using them as often last year...“ J sighed as he stopped in front of the fourth door. “I hit a woman when I was driving drunk- at least it helped me realize what a shit I was, y'know.“

"Well I would assume each room will only open to the owner of the ability that the room was designed for. So only you can open the door to your room. As it should admit a sort of feeling to you telling you it is your room." She stuggled to speak a little suddenly realising how heavy J real was.

She listened to what he had to say and by the end her eyes were wide. A Mystic killed an innocent. This was unheard of. If he had known the turth his own sense of self would have stopped that from happening. That poor person. Above all she felt sorry for J. Over the next few weeks he would find out what being a Mystic truely meant and how he would be unable to hurt any innocent. She hugged him gently.

"I'm sorry to hear that. You must understand these stories were kept from you for you safety. Your parents never meant to drive you over the edge like that. What you're doing now will be your payment for what you did. Asigning yourself to our cause is your first step to atonement."

Melody clung to him feeling his pain. She knew better than to let another persons timeline link with her but she had to feel what he felt. Understand what drove him. Cutting the tie to the timeline she turned to look at him.

"Things will get better J. I promise."

J let out a soft smile as he gently hugged back the woman, holding her a bit closer before letting go. "Yeah, I mean... At least she didn't die." He said with a small smile as he gently brushed a hand over the blonde hair of Melody. "I still had to pay for her treatment... I even went to jail!" The tall male said with a bot of worry in his voice. "I... I don't think I'm suited for a Mystic."

He let out a weak, sad smile at Melody's last words as he sighed. "I hope they will..." He muttered out before opening the door to the fourth room with ease. His eyes softened as he saw the blue walls, calm colors and even a small part of river flowing through the middle of the room. "I think this should be my room... If I even stay."

"A true Mystic is a person who isn't right for the job. If we were all right for the job we'd be wrong for it. It is our flaws that give us the insight to a world that has no parrallel. Trust in yourself and who you are now. The past in some circumstances should be left in the past like your accident. Other things like who we truely are need to be brought forward." Melody spoke from the doorway not talking a step inside.

His room was beautiful and she knew hers would be too but the waterfall is what she truely wanted. Maybe what she had seen was true. She'd always loved that waterfall and J; The Mystic of Water gave her that same felling. Maybe things would be different. They all needed someone and maybe her could be her someone. Only time will tell.

"J..... forget what you have seen and heared. Do what your heart says. I'll be in the training room if you need me." She smiled at him and blew a kiss before gently closing the door behind her.

Slowly making her way back to the training room. She pushed the door open and tapped the control panel. The room turned into a burning city. Bodies lay in pieces through deserted steets.

"The furture that may come to pass."

"Yes my dear it is indeed." A voice echoed though the streets.

"Things never change do they. So Fallen have you come to kill me or just play mind games?" She almost spat the words.

She hated herself for going to see the Fallen but maybe their time in Vidalaria would sooth their souls or at least return some of their true selves back to how they once were. This was her release. The chance of death at the hands of a Fallen. From out of the shadows walked the one Fallen she never wanted to face.

"Ri Manon! So you will be the one to end me?"

With those words she threw herself at the Fallen and battle started. Only time would tell if she could beat a fake cause the real deal wouldnt be easy to beat.

Rima tensed when the woman stepped closer, her soft lips brushing the the tips of his ears. This woman was a Mystic, a familiar face, but Rima can't quite put a name to her. When she spoke his name, electricity shoots through his mind. A memory struggles to be free with no success. And then she mentions the one name that makes his blood boil, that a mere mention fills him with bitter hatred. "Zan..." He growls, his throat tightening in anger. He clenches his fists, enough to draw blood as the woman freely exercises his power around them. A Mystic daring to taunt them, the Fallens. Then she disappears.

"That- that-!!" Jihami's infuriated voice filters through his mind, "What are we going to do about this door?!" Miryuu steps closer, knocking on the mysterious door in curiosity with blades still hovering near him. "It's real, but I can't open it with my powers." He puts a hand on the doorknob, looking back at the others. "Should we?"

Qak dropped to his knees as his hug came in around himself. He'd been so sure she was a friend but the unannounced disappearance had him stunned. No one ever ignored him and his beauty; he was the centre of attention everywhere he went. The pretty lady had gone from his embrace to abandon him for Rima. Angry that he'd been ignored for someone who wasn't as beautiful - in his opinion - he growled and reached for his machete again. He was furious at the outcome of his attempt to be friendly. It wasn't in his (current) nature to be friendly with ugly people and he'd only tried to be nice because she was quite pretty. His former awe for her beauty dissipated and replaced itself as disgust for how slutty he thought she looked. Jealousy enraged him and as he was about to swing his blade in her direction, a door formed to attract his attention away.

He stared curiously at the door, fear running through him. Surely he was not going inside that daunting looking piece of furniture. It sure was beautiful but it did not look like a friend. Especially not if it came from the bitch who'd just vexed him. He shook his head rapidly at Miryuu, upset by the sight of the door. His instincts told him not to go, that it wasn't where he wanted to be. He shut his eyes, subconsciously aware that he'd receive quite a shock if he stepped inside. But there was a part of his mind that nagged him to go, inch forward, and re-discover what memories he'd lost. He wanted to know what that man's name was, and who he was. There was a strong sense of danger creeping up inside of him but he was determined to know. At least the name of the man who he never truly forgot but could never remember either.

Shrinking into the nearest chair, he stared at Kasper. The man always knew what to do when it came to these things but right now, he too was staring dumbfoundedly at the door. Qak bit his lip, unsure what to do. He wanted to go, wanted to know what he'd forgotten, but his body shook with fear knowing better. No stupid, don't do it. It could be dangerous, it could be a trap. You could be thrown back into that vortex you hate so much. Or worse, you might finally remember why your head aches every time you try to think of that man's name. He cringed at the sight of the door, letting the clock tick its time away. He definitely was not going inside. Even if he could return to his full power, even if he could return to his former self, even if the probability of a positive result was high, he couldn't bring himself to enter that door; he was afraid of what he would remember.

Thoughts floated around in his mind, good and bad ones mixing together before he finally came to one conclusion: curiosity could very likely kill this cat. He refused to go beyond the mysterious door, "I'm not going." He pouted as the words were spoken firmly. His arms crossed in defence of what other's might think. No matter how curious he was about that man, he didn't like the idea of going. Something inside him stirred up his fear; his memories certainly didn't want his company.

He watched as Kasper shrugged at him, "Your loss, you wuss. I can defend myself no matter what's behind those doors." Qak's jaw dropped at the sight: Kasper was heading toward the door without even so much as a glance back toward him. The black haired man slapped the other's hand off the knob and swore at him, "I'm not scared like you chickens are. Don't get in my way just because you're too much of a pussy to make your own decisions." With a twist of the knob, he opened the door and slipped in. The last thing Qak saw of him was the back of his form before the door slammed back closed. He shuddered at the sight, shocked by how boldly the man took up the offer. He looked around at the rest, nervous to what they would do. He didn't want to be the only one left behind; if one, even just one, stayed behind he wouldn't go but it would be a different story if they all went.

Phantas was frozen, eyes pitch black and empty of any emotion other than hatred. Hatred at the mystics, hatred at all people and even hatred of his own power. Why was it so ineffective when he needed it most, just when he needed it to punish one who looked down on him. His body shoke almost imperceptively as his eyes saw the door and his ears heard the words and then all too soon before he could do anything against the mystic she was gone leaving behind a single door.

Kato moved between Phantas and the door, not certain what the other male would do, not really certain what he himself was going to do. It wasn't fear that stopped him moving but rather the though that it was a trap and while QAK was having one of his breakdowns Kato looked around the room. While his gaze was directed else where Phantas stirred his head lifting up and body straightening "Kato move." The words were sharp and said in a voice very strange for him. Rather than a teasing or patronising tone it actually sounded threatening and the pure shock made Kato stand aside as Phantas walked swiftly up to the door pausing with his left hand resting against the solid wood of the door.

"This can be a trap, a test, even our deaths. But if there is even a single chance of it giving me the power I need to detroy this pitiful world then I will take it" He twisted his head around to look at the resst ofthe fallen that remained standing around, a smirk slowly forming on his face. "What ever this door leads to... I know I'll see you all in hell at the end of it." With a casual wave of his right hand he used his left to pull the door open, swiftly stepping through the frame.

Kato waited before turning to the others. "So other than those two, who else plans to go through the door? I will, that guy is still too weak, especially if it really is a trap and there is no way for our powers to grow." Stepping up to the door he took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest. Unlike Phantas he wasn't opening the door out of anger and he feared what would be found as he opened the door and followed the shadow user.

"They've gone..." Miryuu trails off as the door once again shuts behind Kato. Only four of them was left and Miryuu, despite his distrust at the Mystic who appeared before, was leaning more on going in than staying behind. The lady's words has intrigued him, her abilities and this door moreso. He wanted to have that kind of power, not just being able to move things on his will but more, infinitely more power that he could feel boiling just beneath his skin. Rima shifts and the dark look on the other has Miryuu's stomach twisting in unexplained ache. While he was intrigued and the prospect of gaining more power weighs over his mind, it will always be by Rima's side that he will choose.

"They're crazy!" Jihami shouts after Kato to no avail, her eyes held a wild look, spit carelessly flying from her mouth. She looks deranged, none of that wicked sanity that she usually exhibits. It was one of the rare times that her power overrides her mental capacities, the events probably unsettling her more than it should. "Everyone is fucking crazy! What if it's a trap?!" She clutches her head as if in pain, "They killed half of us! They're gone! They're fucking gone! Dead!" She suddenly looks up, meeting the eyes of Qak, "Are you going too?!" The eyes of Miryuu, "You too?!" She steps towards Rima, "Don't leave! You're going to die!" She grips on Rima's forearm tightly, knuckles white and enough to bruise. "Don't-"

Rima catches the unconscious body of Jihami, holding her up and pressing her face in the junction of his neck and shoulders. He nods towards Miryuu and the object he used to knock her out clatters somewhere behind him. "I'm going." He moves to the door, using his free hand to twist the doorknob but not opening it yet. It wasn't just a choice of staying and playing it safe or going in with the probability of a trap. Rather, it was a choice between knowing himself more or staying as it is. And right now he felt incomplete, the woman destroying all the illusions Rima had constructed around himself. And it was a pain, to think that his power was illusions yet he couldn't even keep it working. No, needed to be more and more was inside whatever lies behind that door. He opens the door and, with an unconscious Jihami and Miryuu right behind him, steps in.

“I’m sure I sent her this way or did she maybe go the other direction. No, no, this is the only candy store that we passed by on our way here. Did she get lost? But it’s only a few stores down. I’ll look through the nearby shops first, then I’ll go check the police station. We are foreigners after all; they wouldn’t be able to contact me even if they found her. Yeah, that’s right, the police should’ve taken her in.” Kai mumbled his thoughts to himself as he exited the store; his words were barely audible and were slurring together in turmoil.

Badump! At the unexpected hand on his shoulder, his eyes widened and his heart skipped a beat with hope that the hand belonged to someone that knew where his daughter was. He whipped his head around almost dramatically, eyes ready to be lit up. It would have been that typical Hollywood movie reunion that tended to play in slow motion, unfolding. But to his dismay, he came face to face with just about the one man he didn’t want to see right now and the disappointment very obviously showed itself.

On any other normal day, the perverted older man would have openly welcomed the advances of the other. Whispering in his ear was considered sensual, a seduction, yet another invitation to bed. Hell, the guy was still the same beautiful pure white figure that he’d been staring at no more than ten minutes ago. No one could deny that he had an attraction to the beauty but none of that mattered right now, his daughter was missing. Nothing would calm his “overprotective father” mode except finding his little girl.

He was the type of doting father that enjoyed spoiling his child; she was so precious to him that he would kill for her. The guilt pained him as he realized that it was a mistake to let a two year old wander the streets alone. Sometimes she acted more of an adult than her father and it wasn’t like this was the first time she went shopping by herself. But he had a habit of forgetting that she was only two; and this wasn’t a few blocks down their Japanese neighbourhood. Right now, before anything else, he was concerned with finding Daiquiri. He would never be able to face his late wife if anything happened to her, but above all, he would never be able to forgive himself. In the heat of the moment, all he could think about was how this nuisance was keeping him from his search.

Just as Zan mentioned the Mystic of Fire business one more time, Kai snapped. He felt the heat boil from the pit of his stomach and rush to his head; the volcano had erupted. Turning around violently, he yanked his shoulder out from under the pale hand, knocking the arm away. His own hand targeted the white-haired man’s shirt, subconsciously aiming to strangle the younger man. It wasn’t Zan’s fault that his precious Dai-chan was missing, but he just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Smeared across his face was an angry menacing glare, glowing a vibrant red. His eyes were wide open, the whites once again visible. The veins on his forehead were a hair’s length away from popping. Kai vented his anger and anxiety on the man that happened to disturb him. “WHADD’YA WANT YA FUCKTARD? I FUCKING TOLD YA TO FUCKING GO BACK TO YOUR BITCHASS SHITTY HOME! I DON’T GIVE A RAT’S ASS ‘BOUT YOUR FUCKING BALONEY MAGICAL HULADINEE! MY DAUGHTER’S MISSING! SHE’S FUCKING TWO YEARS OLD. TWO. FUCKING. YEARS. OLD!” Then he broke out into Japanese, swearing in the same enraged tone.

A spark glinted in the corner of Kai’s fierce eyes. Flames had ignited themselves in the air, two on one side and four on the other, all just barely inside his peripheral vision. The different sized sources of light were hovering disorderly at different levels in the sky with no particular configuration. In his infuriated state, the red-faced man didn’t even realize the presence of the dazzling blue fire burning away. Nor did he realize that the number of flames were rapidly multiplying. Each tip flickered uncontrollably in tune with his intense emotions.

A little girl’s coat caught fire. The street sign set ablaze. Pieces of candy exploded like mini fireworks. Anything that reminded the father of his child even remotely, was subjected to his wrath. The entire street was being engulfed by an uncontrollable spreading wildfire. All pitches of screaming could be heard in the background; people scattered and scurried away from the scene. His breathing now came out in laboured huffs and his black eyes reflected the bright blue light. A storm was brewing in his heart.

Zan rolled his eyes at Kai as flames began to appear around them both.

"You're going to cause a fire at this rate if you don't calm down." Zans voice was calm even with the scene unfolding before them.

Rising his right hand above their heads a dome of ice formed around them both just as an explosion irrupted behind him. Using his free arm he removed Kais hand from him and turned to face the fire.

"Well this proves what you can do. Can you possibly turn the heat down a bit or would you like me to resolve our little issue."

Looking over his shoulder he smiled softly at the man behind.

"Don't worry we'll find your daughter. Now put this damn fire out and we'll head back to my place. I am sure Melody can sort out the damage caused here and I'll call forth the mirror. Please calm down. Anger spoils those good looks of yours."

Zan winked at him before turning back to the fire raging in front of them.

The heat seared against the small womans skin. Water streamed from her eyes and she struggled to breathe. Melody coughed slightly as the pressure built up around her neck. Ris grip had tightened. She thought to herself maybe a lower setting would have been more suited as she was alone.

“Get off me” She choked out as she wriggled beneath him.

Ri laughed at the girls discomfort.

“Did you really think you could beat me? A lowly Mystic like yourself?” He mocked her with his words.

Rage built up within her. The surrounding area came to a halt. The fires cessed movement and no sounds could be heard. An unknown force exploded from Melodys body and threw Ri backwards. Lifting from the ground she hovered slightly above it. Her eyes had turned black and so had her hair. Small parts of time were spewing out around her causing small fluctuations in the area around her. Ri rested his hand upon his head as he propped himself up with the other. Staring at Melody he smiled.

“The true form. I like it.” He chuckled

Melody didn’t speak or move. A smile crept across her lips. Not the cue smile she normally wore but one of lust and evilness. She closed her eyes slowly and reopened them. At that point each one of Ris limbs were ripped from his body. They hung limp above his torso. Lifting his head he looked her dead in the eyes.

“The true face of time isn’t as ugly as many would assume. It is beautiful and evil.”

With his final words his head became detached and flung across the road. The room began to shimmer and the programme ended. Melodys hair and eyes returned to normal and she fell to the floor. Landing on her knees she fell into a heap. Lifting her head she looked at where Ris body had just been.

“I’m….. I’m sorry.”

She ran her fingers through her hair and forced herself to her feet. That power was forbidden. Letting herself be controlled like that was unacceptable. She controlled the time lines not the other way round. She slowly walked towards the exit and made her way out of the training room. Just as she closed the door the whole building shock around her. She ran to living area and looked at the window. A large explosion had taken place just down the road.

“Kai…. Zan!” She muttered to herself.

“J with have a problem!” She shouted not moving from the window.

Qak stared at the door, closed behind everyone who'd left him on his own. Even the reluctant Jihami had been forced through. Staring dumbfounded and jaw slacked open he couldn't understand why they were going. They didn't know what was behind the door nor could they trust that evil lady. It wasn't really like he didn't believe in their abilities to protect themselves but he was just... worried. The door gave him a bad feeling, like he wouldn't be himself anymore if he went through, like he wouldn't be the same Qak he was now if he went through, like something would drive him crazy were he to go in there. It wasn't like he didn't have mood swings and the such once in a while even now but he didn't like the feeling he was having, something bothered him. Surely they didn't expect him to go too.

He sat there for a while, letting the time tick away. Qak really didn't want to go through but he felt compelled to go: everyone else had gone through, including Kasper, and something was pulling him in. The need to find out more about that man he couldn't remember was extremely tempting. He stared at the door, chanting to himself not to go and that there was nothing good about stepping through that door. Yet he still stood up and walked over to the large door abnormally formed in their meeting room. His body moved on its own, disobedient to his thoughts that told him "no, don't go". He found his hand reaching out and opening the door slowly. Hesitating for another second, he called himself stupid and stepped through.

-------------------------------------

Kasper walked through the door to their old home, where Vidalaria stood. It was desolate and a complete wreck. He looked upon the mess that was formerly a village he hated. Now that he looked upon the barren, deserted land, he no longer felt enraged because there was simply nothing left to be upset at. It was fulfilling to lay eyes upon the fruit of their actions, his actions. He smiled wildly at the sight, joyful to see that nothing of his past really remained except the nuisances he had to rid the world of: the Mystics. They had to go; anything part of his past had to go, anything that was hate worthy needed to be destroyed. That meant anything related to Vidalaria had to go. Even the Fallen would eventually have to go but for now, he would stay with them to get rid of that Mystic that'd brought him here as well as any others she'd be with.

He stood where he was in the doorway and felt the rush of power return to him. He hadn't lost much of his power like many of the other Fallen but he could still feel the increase in his power, a tingling sensation of energy. He hadn't been back to their homeland in a while so had nearly forgotten the feeling of true power, his power at its fullest. And with it, there was a new need to kill all that had taken everything away from him. He would have gone on a full blown rampage had he any machines to work with but the rush in his own physical body was enough to send him running around the broken village destroying every piece of brick he could see. He had stomped all over a pile of rubble by the time Phantas had stepped through the door as well.

-------------------------------------

Qak walked to the bright light and instantly regretted it. Not only did his body cringe at the influx of power but he felt his head ache more than it ever had. It was almost like a massive explosion was occurring solely inside his head. Memories rushed in one at a time, crashing into the existing brain cells. They were repairing themselves but it felt more like they were breaking one another apart instead. The repair pushed against the air that'd already replaced his dead cells and increased the pressure in his hard skull. It was enough to cause him to collapse on himself and hold his head in his arms. Yet that was not the worst part; the worst was the contents of the memories themselves. As he'd feared, memories of the man he didn't know yet kind of knew came back to him. He finally remembered Damien, his former lover.

He'd always thought this man was the one who named him Qak and he was right. Except he was wrong in guessing when he was given the name. He had thought he started to lose too many brain cells and didn't quite know his name anymore so Damien had given it to him but it had never occurred to him to think about what his former name had been. He'd actually never had one before; it was Damien who gave him the one and only name. Though it was ridiculous and he'd been furious at the name when it was given, the fact that he had one and that Damien had been the one to give it was enough to have him blushing madly. It was around the time he'd started losing control of himself after having enough of being discriminated for his unique ability to reform matter.

He was born to a sick woman, one that could barely take care of herself. How she managed to give birth to him and survive was a mystery to him. He hated her for giving birth to him. Everyday he grew up with little money to spend and little motherly care because she was so sickly that she couldn't even give him his own name. She was in half comas most of the days and when she wasn't, she was in a delusional state. He used to think that was the reason why his abilities were completely different from everyone else's. He still wasn't sure if that was the source of his abnormality but he no longer cared. He'd lived by eating raw plants he found around. Sometimes he was lucky and managed to steal some meat but he generally didn't have any. Qak also had to take care of his mother who couldn't care for herself but scared away others who tried to help her.

At that time he'd already been able to use his reconstructive powers but he didn't like to use it, it made others fear him and stay away. He didn't like that about them, didn't like that they were so cold to him as his mother was. He was always upset when people called him "ugly" and a "filthy child"; they would isolate him, keep him off to the side where no one paid any attention to him. It was only Damien who had come to see him, came around unafraid and daring enough to talk to him. Qak immediately fell in love with the man, elated to finally have someone around him. Damien had told him that it was okay to be himself so he had let his restraints go and start using his ability. He'd only began to recall some of his past when suddenly his body was hauled back through the door into the meeting room.

He'd only been there for a few moments, having wasted a lot of his time pondering whether to go or not. Slamming into a chair and knocking it over, he sat on the floor thinking. He was satisfied with learning what he'd thought he would fear but somewhere in the back of his mind he knew there was more he had yet to recover. The part he was afraid of hadn't come back to him yet but at least he no longer had to wonder and guess who Damien was. As everyone else was thrown back, he let out a laugh, remembering some of the additional remembered memories that were ridiculous ones he'd come up with to fill in the gaps between the snippets he sometimes had. There were some that were outrageous and some that were almost accurate but now that the real ones were coming back to him, he knew which were right and which were absolutely wrong. The things he'd made up about Damien were pretty cleared up. It was quite likely the man wasn't an alien who'd abducted him before.

Kasper cursed at falling hard on his tail bone as Qak made his decision. He was going to find Damien - seeing as he didn't quite get to the part about whether the man was still alive or not and Qak wanted to believe he was - whether the other Fallen approved or not, he was going to sniff out the man who smelled of fresh lemons. Above all destruction and causing chaos, he wanted to find Damien. But unlike Qak, Kasper wanted to kill everyone with his renewed powers. He wanted to destroy every person that even had a minute attachment to his past. If he didn't have use for the Fallen, he'd have tried to annihilate them right then and there despite being obviously outnumbered.

J was half-asleep in his room, laying on his comfortable bed. Even the short time he had to use his powers was enough to make him tired, and definitely sleepy. He sighed out softly in his sleep as he shifted, though could wake up any time. J was indeed a light sleeper - he'd been that way for as long as he could remember. Even as a small child he always woke up when his parents came into the room, but he still loved sleeping... Kind of a weird combination.

His eyes shot open when he heard his name being called out. The dark-haired male sat up abruptly, closing his eyes instantly - it was not a good decision. Once he felt like he was alright, J slipped down onto the floor and jogged off to where he heard Melody's voice from. Oh, there she was... The light fell beautifully on her face, making her eyes shine slightly - ah, what a pleasant view! He let out a soft sigh as he walked towards her and lightly placed a hand on her shoulder.

“What happened?“ He asked, worry in his voice... As well as a hint of sleepiness. The water mage blinked a few times to get rid of the feeling as he turned to the window and his eyes widened. An explosion?!? “Woah, what the?...“ J found himself with his jaw dropped and his eyes wide. As if everything that happened today wasn't enough already...

Melody leaned into Jay and sighed.

"Looks like Kai may have got a little bit flustered and caused an explosion. From the Ice bubble down there I think Zan is with him. Care to lend a hand and put those flames out incase Kai can't. Guess I'll have to reverse time in the local area so no one remembers." She rolled her eyes as she spoke.

She looked up at J and smiled.

"Come on sweetie."

She wrapped her arm around his waist and took his free hand gently.

J sighed out and grunted softly at what Melody said. That old pervert again... God, he was disgusting. If he dared even touch Melody... The young male looked at the other and nodded. “Alright... Though for all I care, he could just burn himself.“ He said with slught irritation in his voice as he glanced down at where the girl's arm was and chuckled.

“How ‘bout we switch?“ He offered with a light laugh as he pulled away from the other's arm and instead wrapped his own around the lean waist, pulling Melody closer. “This is better...“ He muttered out with a chuckle as he smiled, lightly stroking her waist with his thumb. “Now, let's go take care of that shitty pervert, mm?“ J didn't even try to hide his anger towards Kai. Alcohol and sex were probably the only things in his mind...

Melody rolled her eyes at J.

"You shouldn't be so mean to the poor boy. His way is just a little clouded at the moment. I am sure he'll settle down after a while. Can't tell me you weren't a little perv in your youth?" She winked at him and smiled.

Her smile grew even more when J swapped arms and he pulled her close. She liked being looked after for a change though at the same time knew he couldn't always look after her. Some things she had to do alone.

"Well if you would like to lead the way I shall follow." Melody cooed sweetly at him.

J raised his eyebrows and huffed softly as he shook his head. "Boy? I'm pretty sure he's at least 10 years older than me..." He mumbled out in irritation as he pulled Melody closer and frowned. The idea of seeing Kai, or whatever his name was, it wasn't too nice.

Still, when the woman cooed at him so sweetly, he couldn't help but chuckle and lean down to lightly peck her cheek. "Of course~" He said with a soft smile as he turned around and walked out the door, holding Melody close to him with a small soft smile playing on his face. He could get used to holding her like this...

As they walked outside, J tried to keep his thoughts off of Kai and instead focus on Melody. "So, could you tell me more about yourself?" He asked with a chuckle as they walked towards where the explosion took place.

Melody blushed slightly as the taller man placed a kiss on her cheek. Shaking her internal head she shock off the redness and let him lead the way with great ease.

"Me?" She questioned.

"Well there isn't alot to tell really. I was born in Vidalaria and escaped with my family when the village was attacked. My parents....." She hesitated slightly gripping her necklace briefly. "My parents were killed during the raid on the village. They protected my grandmother and I. Grandmother used her ability to control time to take us away from the village and we fled to Ireland. There she taught me how to control my abilities and told me stories of old. Though being outside of the village she began to age like humans do and passed away a few years back. The last thing she left to me was a location in England. I looked it up and found out that the building where Zan resides was also named Vidalaria. I knew that one day we would all meet here and when the letter arrived I just knew it was time. I do miss home though. The waterfall by Grandmother home was so beautiful. Always calmed my demons."

Melody pushed closer into Js embrace and looked up to see Zan standing inside his Ice shield and looking at the fire raging in front of them. Kai looked rather terrified and also traumatised. She sighed.

"Let wait here a moment. Give Kai the chance to combat the flames himself."

Clicking her fingers she removed all the bodies and people around the area and placed them back to just before the explosion happened making sure know one knew of what had happed. She fell to knees gripping her head.

J's smile slowly disappeared as he listened carefully, his hand unconsciously stroking Melody's waist. His eyes saddened visibly when he heard about the other's parents' death, then her grandmother's as well.. "I'm so sorry you had to go through that..." He muttered out while pulling her close, a small smile on his face as he lightly kissed the top of her head. "Thanks for telling me... I'm always here to listen if you need it." He said with a light chuckle as he smiled and turned to see what was happening - and his heard dropped to his heels.

Fire. Ice. Kai. Zan. For a moment, J just stood there dumbfounded, then shook his head and exhaled heavily. "Idiot..." He muttered out under his breath just before nodding at the woman's words. After that, he turned back to the other two for a few seconds - only until the girl fell onto her knees while gripping her head. She seemed to be in great pain!

The water Mystic let out a soft gasp as he crouched down to her, worry clear in his eyes. "Melody?" He asked quietly before cursing under his breath and taking her into his arms. "What the hell happened?" He asked quietly, holding her smaller body gently, as if it was made out of porcelain. The least he wanted was to see her hurt...

Melody relaxed into J arms.

"Don't panic J. I just shifted people back to life and out of this time frame. I'll be fine in a bit. Just being away from my calm is taking it out on me a bit. I normally don't do things like this."

She looked up at J and smiled softly.

"Thank you."

J huffed softly as he frowned and sighed. "Don't do that..." He muttered out as he looked down at the woman and sighed out softly. "You could've warned me. Isn't there any way on stopping this from happening?" The dark-haired man asked softly as he pulled the blonde closer with a frown still lingering on his face. Her powers were dangerous...

His gaze lifted back to Kai and he breathed out softly, a frown on his face. "Is it me or is he both angry and upset?" He thought out loud as he stared at the older man while lightly biting on his lower lip. When he thought, he usually did this...
