[Germancest] The Priest and the Monster ((With Azuneko))

"Stay with us Germany. I assure you by the time those men come looking for you, they will be surprised to see you aren't the little nervous nilly they had sent to come find me." he said with a grin. Prussia had to find a way to get the other to come out his his shell. The demon inside him could easily sense Germany was bound for greater things than being a simple priest. The thing was how to get him to believe in their words. His gaze drifts towards a random wall. He had to think and quickly. He had no idea when those other priest would arrive.

Germany paused once again for a moment before he closed his eyes. He thought about it once again before he calmly looked at Prussia. "...alright." He then said with soft words then. "I'll stay." He looked at him, wondering what Prussia was now thinking about. He sat own against the wall, hoping that he would not regret doing this. But what else do I have to go back to? The worst thing on either end is that I'll die. Why not go for the path where I could possibly have less pain and agony in the end? It seems this will probably be the best for me... He looked at Prussia again then calmly, watching him. "...thanks for the offer..." He closed his eyes then, he was still tired...he really wanted to sleep for now... But he was uneasy...how long would it take for them to be attacked? How long would it be until the other priests came to kill him and Prussia? And what could he do to stop them...?

Prussia got up and walked over to Germany. "You look tired. Why don't you rest and leave the lookout to me. I will make sure no one gets in here to disturb you." he said nodding his head. Once he was sure the other was asleep, Prussia slips out the abandon church and heads into town. He walked about before something interesting caught his attention. 'I bet a new image would help out a ton...' he thinks entering a shop. Within moments he was carrying a few bags with him. He then heads back to the church with them. Prussia smiled upon seeing Germany still there. The other was really his one and only source of company that he could directly interact with.

Germany was about to argue before he sighed and closed his eyes. It took a while for him to be able to get to sleep, but he did manage to do so. His thoughts settled down with a little peace for once. He could actuay sleep and not feel bad about anything. A peaceful sleep was something he had been looking forward to. Maybe being near Prussia and not going back to the other priests was one of the best decisions he had ever made before. It certanly seemed that way. By the time Prussia got back, he was still asleep, curled up against a wall.

Prussia smiled as he set the bags down. Now he waited for the other to awaken. His curiosity was getting the better of him and he decided to watch Germany sleep. Before long he himself had nodded off into a light nap. The cool afternoon breeze awoke him and he looked over to the other male. "Hey! You can't sleep all day. You need something to eat. Wake up Germany." he said a bit panic. He wasn't use to being around someone alive. Because so many people tried hurting him, Prussia was use to waking up around dead bodies. So he was worried he would wake to find Germany as one. This wasn't going to happen since the demon inside actually liked the priest.

Germany slowly opened his eyes and lifted his head up. His eyes seemed glazed over for a second before he managed to shake off the sleepiness that clouded his mind. He shook his head some and looked at Prussia. "How long have I been asleep?" He asked then, looking intently at Prussia as he tried to form his face in his mind. He was feeling much better now, knowing he had had to sleep for a long time in order for him to be this out of it. He noticed it was getting later and that slightly surprised him, he had not expected that. He began to stand, his whole body asleep from the position he had been sitting in so he stumbled a little bit before he caught himself.

"We should go out and eat something. I mean before it gets really dark and the demon wakes up." he said with a smile. Prussia stood up and glanced back at the other. "I went out before and got you something interesting. A help to your new life with me, I have gotten you new clothes." he said with a smirk. "Try them on and see which one you like the most." he said walking off. He seemed to be seriously interested and excited about having Germany with him.

Germany blinked a bit. "T-thank you." He said, surprised the other had gotten him clothing. "Alright...let me change and then we can go out to eat alright?" He smiled lightly at him, it didn't seem like he smiled often but he was still pleased with the fact he could at least give a small smile. He wondered exactly what clothing Prussia ha gotten him,he wasn't sure if it was a good or bad thing. But he knew it was better than wearing what he was at the moment. To say the least he was happy he had decided to stay with Prussia, seeing the other so happy about this in turn made him happy as well.

Prussia sat down wanting to know what the priest would pick. He had picked various items plus matching shoes. His favorite was one that he could really see Germany in. It was one he got himself a slightly similar set to match. He watched closely but had a feeling the other might shy away and hide himself while changing. With that in mind, Prussia glanced up and out one of the broken windows. He's never cared that the church was abandoned. It was where he called home. His mind thinking of what Germany thought of the place.

Of course, Germany just happened to pick the outfit that Prussia liked the most. He quickly dressed into it and left the priest outfit abandoned on the floor. With a deep breath he turned and walked to Prussia. He sat down next to him and looked at him. "...thanks again for the clothing...this is probably much better than being in clothing that can easily be seen." He smiled at him. "Anyways, are you ready to go get dinner?" He asked him with a soft voice, trying to not sound like he was annoyed or anything. For some reason he seemed to sound like that without meaning it and then people got angry at him and walked away. That was just something common....which was why he was trying to stop that. He didn't want to scare Prussia away...

Prussia glanced over to Germany with a smile. "Perfect! I had a feeling it would look good on you. That priest outfit hid more than I expected." he said unable to look away from his body. He was noticing so much more at that wasn't what he had hoped for. Quickly looking away Prussia got up. "Yeah let's go eat. It'll be dark soon and those people will get violent towards the demon." he said walking towards the exit. He wonders what this sudden urge to get closer to Germeny meant. He had just wanted the company and maybe some protection from the towns people. Though he was hoping this idea wouldn't backfire on him.

Germany had a slight ting of red. He looked at himself. "Y-yeah it did...." He had a built body, showing just how much he happened to work out. For someone like him it wasn't expected to have muscles like he did, but they were showing very clearly through the new clothing that he was wearing. Then Germany began to follow him. "I'll protect you if they come after you." He murmured softly then, looking to him with a small smile. "I promise I will. I will not let them hurt you, Prussia." It was true, after all, he didn't want to lose Prussia who had convinced him to leave everything he had behind to stay with him. He wouldn't let the people hurt him....he would protect him with his life if it came to it...and that made him wonder. Why was he so....keen on protecting Prussia?

"Protect me....? To think your first goal was to kill me. I am finding you more and more interesting Germany. Lets get going then. I want to eat something sweet." he said walking outside. Prussia felt his heart skip a beat from the other's words. He had no idea having someone around him would cause such a feeling. It was strange yet inviting. He wanted to explore the feeling even more. Though he knew he couldn't be too persistent. His fear in scaring away his only companion was more on his mind than anything.

"Actually I was only going to kill you if I actually found you to be a problem." Germany looked at him and gave a light smile but it seemed hard for him to do so. "And now...you've offered me freedom from something I didn't want...of course I would protect you now." He then began to walk along with him. Being around him makes me happy... He thought to himself. I don't have to pretend around him...I can be myself...and that is more than I have been able to do for a long time. He walked along with the other man and glanced at him and he smiled a little again as they walked. "Come on, you get to pick where we eat." He said then as they soon got to the town. Now I just have to hope no other priests have come to "pick me up".... He bit his lip at the thought...

Prussia walked with Germany down the street. He was feeling completely overjoyed and excited. As he looked around for a good place to grab a bite, something in the air caused him to tremble. His eyes glanced about trying to figure out what it was. "Hey lets go into this place. I'm feeling like eating some pasta. What do you think?" he asked looking at the other. The feeling getting stronger. Prussia wonders if it was another demon or the priest coming to look for Germany.

Germany walked down the street with Prussia, he was trying to ignore the fact that anyone could be after him. Perhaps his old friend would be after him too....with any luck he would be the first one to come after him, and maybe Germany could reason with him. That's all he could hope for if it happened to be him. He blinked then and turned to look at Prussia. "Sure." He said then lightly. "Pasta sounds fine." He said as he moved to open the door to go into the building. He wouldn't let Prussia realize that he was worried about something happening....

Prussia looked over at him and nods. They enter the restaurant and were instantly seated. His gaze on Germany the entire time. "I'm glad you decided to stay with me. This is much better with a guest than being alone." he said smiling. Prussia still couldn't shake the feeling he was having. It was becoming annoying.

Germany let out a small smile again as he looked at Prussia. He kept his eyes on Prussia as well, not wanting to look around either. He had a feeling someone was watching him though....he didn't like that. "Yeah I agree....being alone is not fun at all." Germany murmured softly as he looked at Prussia. "It's nice to be with you right now...I didn't know how...lonely it was until I was with you." He murmured softly and smiled. I like being with him...he's amazing....and it's nice to know that we both needed each other...

"You were alone!? I thought you said there were other priests where you came from. Unless that was a lie." he said narrowing his gaze at the last part. "I dislike being lied to. So do your best to avoid doing it. I... We won't forgive you for something like that." Prussia said closing his eyes. He really hoped Germany hadn't lied to him. He hated it most but the demon inside wouldn't take it as lightly as he could now.

"....of course there was others but when they don't like you....you feel so alone...and you don't know if anyone would care if you were gone from there. No one there liked me, no one there wanted me there. Only one person...yes....but...." He sighed a little bit. "He was always sent off on missions....he was their 'favorite'...they liked him...if I was sent out it meant that it was dangerous and they didn't want to risk losing another priest.... Being around people and being lonely is different...there can be people, Prussia, but if they make you feel alone....you begin to fear that you are alone...and that no one cares....I tried to avoid that but...being around someone who actually cares....it makes me realize that I was a fool...." He whispered softly.

Prussia looked at Germany and lightly touched his hand. "I will be by your side from now on so don't worry. We can avoid loneliness las long as we are together." he said before picking up te menu. "Let's order before it gets late. I don't want to be out when he awakens." Prussia said looking down. He didn't dislike the demon but it offend caused trouble when it was too boring.

Germany gave a small smile at that and nodded. "Yes we can." He murmured then and picked up his own menu. He looked it over a bit and wondered exactly what to get but then that thought went away..and he was more worried about the strange feeling he was still getting. I wonder why I have this feeling... He thought as he set down the menu when he knew what he wanted to eat. He smiled a little to himself again though as he thought about how he and Prussia could now avoid being lonely...they had each other...and he hoped it stayed that way....

Prussia picked his meal and the waiter soon walked over. He gives the lady his order and then she turned to Germany to take his order. Once that was done, she walked off. His gaze on every little thing that moved about the restaurant. He was still on edge and he wished to not cause this to turn into a battle. He really wanted to know what was this strange feeling. It was almost suffocating.

Germany also ordered his food then put his head down on the table and sighed a little bit. "Hey Prussia." He said then softly and looked up at him, his head still down on the table. "Do you think that..." He paused for a moment and sighed a little bit. He didn't know how to say this to Prussia, well ask it that is. "Do you think that..." He looked at him again and lifted his hand to lightly touch Prussia's... "That things will be okay? I can't help but worry that something will go wrong." He felt a little...sick to say the least, thinking that something could go wrong with this... He didn't want that.

"Nothing will go wrong as long as we stand together for what we want. Those priest you left behind will stand together for what they believe is right. The people of this town stand together against me as that is what they think is right. As long as we do the same their numbers are dust compared to our will." he said with a smile. Prussia felt that was undoubtedly. He was going to make this work. Even if they had to leave this town and go to another which didn't know who either of them were. He tightly touched Germany's head. "I told you that one day you will stand tall and strong above the rest. It was a full truthful prediction. Not just something to boost your ego." he said
