[Germancest] The Priest and the Monster ((With Azuneko))

Germany blinked then he nodded slowly. He gave a small little smile again. "Thank you Prussia..." He whispered softly at that. "I hope that we can do this and that we will be stronger than they ever could be." He closed his eyes a little bit. "I'm glad that you are going to stand by my side...and I promise you, I will stand by your side." He had decided this already. He was going to stand by Prussia if Prussia was going to stand by him. He closed his eyes fully then and smiled softly, a bigger smile than he had given before.

Prussia was so glad Germany felt this way. It was a lot better than he had expats red things to be. Soon the waiter returned with their plates of food and drinks. Sitting up properly his gaze on the male across from him. "Come on. Let's enjoy this delicious meal." Prussia said before picking up a fork and slowly starting to eat. For him certain foods tasted bland whenever it was getting close to the demon to awaken. So he knew he'd have to eat quickly but not too fast. He didn't wish to get sick from eating like that.

Germany nodded and smiled a little again. He began to slowly eat the food but he was feeling a little uneasy at the moment. He glanced around a little bit, wondering what was going on before sighing. He looked back at his food and began to keep eating a little bit. But he still felt like something was wrong. This really isn't good.... He thought silently. I can't help but now worry that something is going to happen. And if something happens then...this could all be useless.... He sighed some at his own thoughts then....

"You seem to be sighing a lot. Is something wrong Germany?" he asked him worried. He's never noticed this until now but it was really easy to understand certain people. They have that aura of suspicion that always caught his attention. Prussia leans close to the other really worried about him. "You can tell me anything you know. I'll help the best way I can. After all we are together in this no matter what." he said reassuring the other he was going to be with him.

Germany looked up quickly at Prussia. He paused for a moment then sighed and glanced around a little bit. "Well I feel like something bad is going to happen..." He admitted honestly then, biting his lip a little bit. "I mean..." He looked around. "There is something off about this place, so I don't get it....it makes me worried about what will happen...what could happen I should correct myself there." He closed his eyes a little bit. "Should....should I be worried?" He then opened his eyes again and looked at Prussia....he prayed that he didn't.... He didn't want to have to worry about something going wrong....

"I said I would protect you. Though I have to agree that this place is giving me an off feeling as well. I shall get our meal to go and you can head for the exit. I'll meet you outside." he said looking down. Prussia got up and looked around. He went towards the cashier and spoke for a moment. Some nods were exchanged and Prussia was given a bag with their food inside. He then pays for it and walked back to where Germany was. "Shall we be on our way?"

Germany nodded a little bit to that. "Right." He said. He let Prussia go deal with getting the food and went outside to wait for him. He looked around a little bit and silently wondered why they both were getting off feelings about this place. He bit his lip for a moment, wondering if someone had already been sent to either kill him or come to get him. But he wasn't about to let Prussia be on his own again, or be hurt. He sighed some and waited, turning his head when he heard the other males voice. He gave a small smile and nodded. "Yes let's." He began to walk along.

Prussia walked with Germany back towards the abandoned church. He could sense someone following them. It wasn't clear as to if the presence was a threat or not but it was following. He stayed close to the other as they got closer. "So you want to feed each other once we get there? I bet I can make you blush if we do." he said only teasingly. he wanted to lighten the mood since it was clear Germany felt off since leaving the restaurant.

Germany had been quietly thinking to himself up until he heard Prussia speak. His head then turned quickly to look at Prussia and a soft tinge of red crossed his face. Of all things for the other to say, he honestly had not expected that to be one of them. "W-why d-do you s-suggest something like that?" He stuttered at first but managed to calm his name some after a bit, and realized his statement could have hurt Prussia -because honestly he couldn't tell that Prussia was joking because of how deep in thought he was-. "I-I mean i-if you want to-to we can." He stuttered again that time.

Prussia looked at Germany and smiled. "I was only joking. You really need to relax and toughen up. I am not going to bite or anything like that." he said entering the church. Once inside he instantly felt a chill. "Germany... We aren't alone anymore." he said in a serious tone. Placing the food down, his gaze darts around the area. He couldn't see anyone or anything but he sure felt it. Prussia still had a little bit more time before the demon inside awoken. Being attacked as he was would be dangerous and life threatening.

"Ah, right." Germany rubbed the back of his head a little bit, and looked at Prussia. He tried to calm himself and that worked up until the point that Prussia said they were no longer alone. He turned around quickly then and glanced around, wondering who or what was with them. He bit his lip and got ready for anything to happen. Is it a monster...a priest....I don't think either of us know at this point... He glanced to Prussia. I'm not going to let him down though, I'll make sure that we both are alright...I hope.

Prussia wasn't sure what it was but it didn't take long to find out. His eyes narrow as he looked at Germany. "It seems there is our creepy and uneasy presence. It appears to be a priest." he said looking at the figure standing in the center of the church. He inches back so he was closer to Germany. "What do you think we should do?" Prussia asked him

Germany cursed under his breath a little bit then he looked at Prussia and whispered. "I want you to stay here....I...I'm going to go see why he is here..." He whispered. "Hopefully....if I can do that, I can figure out if he is the only one or if there are more..." Without giving Prussia much of a choice he carefully began to walk to the priest. He had a feeling this could go horribly wrong if he said one wrong thing.

Prussia nods as he stood still. He kept a close eye on the priest. He was prepared to attack if the person tried to harm Germany. That was his companion and first friend of sorts. He wasn't about to lose him to a priest. Staying where he was told to he kept watch on Germany. Prussia just hopes he kens what he was getting himself into.

"Hello," Germany spoke carefully as he walked up. He was ready for anything to happen.... But would he be able to do anything if this was his friend? He wasn't sure. "I am last rank priest, Germany." He spoke quickly with his position and who he was to make sure that he wouldn't be attacked for being suspected to be someone else. Please be someone that isn't here to kill Prussia or myself.....someone just sent on a mission because there was another danger or something like that....

Prussia watched as he then could sense someone outside. He glanced back and narrowed his eyes. 'Who could that be..' he thinks hoping it wasn't more danger. His gaze drifts up at the night sky. It would soon be near the time for the demon to awaken. It made him nervous as he wasn't sure what would happen once it awoken.

Germany had frozen where he was when the priest turned around, and he bit his lip. They sent him... Before him was a man that seemed to remain silent but...Germany knew well who he was. This was his best friend, someone that always believed in him and kept him safe when he was around. Of course...they sent him after me.... He swallowed. The man had black hair and he smiled softly as he looked at him. "There you are, Germany. I've been looking for you. They thought that you got killed."

 

"S-sorry...but as you can see I'm fine." Germany said a little bit uneasily, looking at him. "So then were you sent just to bring me back?"

 

"Huh? Well yeah, they were worried." He smiled at Germany but Germany felt sick at that. No they don't....they probably hoped I was found dead.... "You okay?" Germany looked up quickly and nodded a little bit at that. But he knew he had to make this quick, and get Prussia and himself hopefully out of here...

Prussia sits down as he couldn't hold it in anymore. The air around him grew heavy and his eyes grew a glowish tint. Standing up he narrowed his eyes upon the priest. "Germany.... What are you doing over there? Have you figured out who that man is? I don't enjoy wasting time." he said growing impatient. He frowns as he began walking towards him. The demon was fully awaken now.

The male looked up then and he pulled Germany behind him. "...you're the one that my friend was sent to deal with aren't you?" He glanced back. "What happened, I would have thought if you were alive then he would be gone...right?" Germany bit his lip somewhat at that, and looked up at him.

 

"Sorry, but I don't see him as a bad guy." He moved back over to Prussia then, not minding that the demon had taken over him. "He's...my friend now...so I want you to understand and leave here with this....and tell the others I'm no longer a priest and I have no intentions of coming back." The man stood there surprised for a good moment.

 

"But...Germany....why would you do something like this?" Germany just bit his lip a little...he knew this conversation would drag on to long...

Prussia looked at the other male. "Why would he want to return to a place where he's is unwanted!? You all sent one priest all alone to face an unknown threat. That doesn't make sense. All the preists before Germany came in groups. It's like you all sent him to his death. If he had attacked me then that's exactly what would have happened. Germany is a kind person who understands me. Respect his decision and leave this place. If not I'll help you leave." he said getting a bit upset. Prussia kept his natural way of thinking even as a demon. So he had full memory and knowledge of who Germany was. "As a demon he makes me want to be human."

"What are you talking about?! The higher-ups told me they sent a whole force to help him deal with you! What do you mean he was sent alone!?" The man yelled at Prussia and Germany looked down a little bit and sighed softly.

 

"They were lying to you, now leave here. I will never go back....Prussia wants me here, he is my friend, so I know that I'll be alright....please now just go...and let me be...if you one day come back, not as a priest but my friend...I'll talk to you. For now though please go." The male bit his lip.

 

"...they'll want you dead Germany..." He whispered then. And Germany nodded with a clear expression that said 'I know'. The male sighed then began to walk but he looked at Prussia. "If anything happens to my friend I'll be sure to kill you. I'm only going to leave because he wants me to but I will be the only one to do this. You're a demon, he's a priest still, so I know something will go wrong. And if he gets hurt...I'll end you." And then he stormed off. Germany then took Prussia's hand carefully.

Prussia smirked as he glanced at the man. "Bold words for a man whose walking away. You really want to hold truth then you'd quit as well. Priest are a bunch of airheads who think they know about this world. I stand here before you as a demon and yet I don't kill you knowing that once you leave more will come. You mortals know so little of demons yet you fear and kill us. With that in mind who are the real monsters in such a situation?" he said petting Germany's head. "He's a lot safer with me than he ever was with you and those priests." he says

The man glared at him then and turned around to look at him. "I don't know about that...I don't care what you say, sure we know little about demons but sometimes we make the right judgement. And from where I stand, I still see you as my enemy. If my friend gets hurt I don't care about anything else, I'll make sure you never live again." He hissed and Germany sighed a little bit. Though he was mostly wondering why Prussia was petting his head...it was very strange. The man then stormed out and Germany looked at Prussia.

 

"...at least we didn't have to fight....for now...right?" He asked as he lightly sweat-dropped, not knowing the reaction he would get to that statement.

Prussia just smiled as the man left. He lets go of Germany and sighs. "I dislike that man. He has such impure intentions for a priest. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to dabble in dark magic just to get you back. He likes you that way. Though I am sure you know that right?" he said tilting his head. He picked up the bag of food from earlier. "I can't stomach this now so you can eat it. I'll feed you if you want me to." Prussia said smiling. "Don't worry Germany. In this form as a demon I mean what I say. As mortal during the day its the same but mortals are more shy. So its only meant as a joke so you won't get upset." he said.

Germany put a hand to his head, what Prussia was saying was defiantly not far from the truth. And the fact that his friend could do something like that made him uneasy. I won't let him hurt Prussia though, either way.... He thought. I'll make sure that he is alright... He then sighed a little bit and looked at Prussia as he heard him speak,snapping himself out of his thoughts. He was lightly caught off guard again and blushed some. "...I...I already said if th-that was what you wanted I wouldn't be mad a-about it." He didn't want to be rude and say no...and he didn't...well he didn't exactly mind it. It was just that those kinds of things put him off guard quickly.
