Robes, layers of colorful soft fabrics cover his lean frame, being a dragon one didn’t need the massive bulk of muscle to be strong. The robes were of many colors depending on his mood for the day, mostly darker, but no less brilliant, colors to show off his golden hair long silky strands that nearly touched his knees, and his bright golden eyes, his skin always the color of honey. What lay under the layers of soft cottons and silks was a perfectly formed body, nothing to offset that sweet color. Strong chest and abs, powerful arms and legs show little of his true strength. The warmness that seems to come from him however is not how he is. Cold, everything has a price, his price is met or ruin will follow, he is a gold dragon, set in the ways that his way is the only way. However a heavy hand also knows a gentle touch. He can seal arcane magic, in a being, or around a place for a length he desires, he can also remove the curse, as some call it, whenever he desires. The larger the area however the more time and energy it takes from him. He had live his life traveling mostly the continents all over the world. Known as the bronze dragon, Alduin has the capacity of turning anything into metal, whichever he desires. Despite these abundant powers, Bronze dragons are noted to be hunted by most mages that are in dire need of power and money. Such also the fact that a dragon's heart is one of the rarest item across the world. The alarming state of their extinction never made Alduin seek for help and assistance. He was in fact one of the strongest bronze dragon out there and is highly adept of squishing mages into nothingness. That aside, Alduin's your normal happy- go-lucky being which is even fond of turning human and enjoy the amenities of the human land. He's also notorious to be a glutton and a dragon who had no sense of direction. Alduin is fond of collecting different kinds of gem which he encounters from his monthly volcano visiting. Heavyarms03
Dawn, the most peaceful part of the day. That part of the day that he enjoyed watching the most. The gentle swirl of yellows and oranges mixing in the sky as the sun rose above the ocean waters. It was like a new glimmering horde that was just right for sleeping. His layer and palace over looked the vast ocean, being built into the mighty rock face of the cliff miles above the actual waves. The palace started on land, built with beauty in mind, the stone was pure white so that it could reflect the suns golden hue. Inside was even more beautiful with marble designs on the floors, paintings and tapestries hung on the walls telling tales of history of nearly every race. His layer was in the rock and his tunnels lead to the palace, but his horde lay underground. The pile of gold, gems, and anything that shone and had value was there that he had collected over the years. It was at current his only treasure. The gold was in piles that were larger than he. However this dawn didn’t bring him the normal happiness it normally would. Nor did thinking about his horde or his palace. The air was chill on his exposed skin, still in a simple pair of pants from sleeping. The women and men in his bed still sound asleep in dreams they only knew. Turning he strolled into his human chambers and dressed in his robes, dark browns and oranges in three layers. The sleeves fell past his hands in a waterfall of fabric. His sash holding the layers together was a dark brown color and the trails fell down his front to pool with the rest of the fabric at his feet. Simple cotton pants and sandals were hidden. Without even looking back at the bodies that lay across the large bed he left the room. The hall was silent, the servants had yet to light the candles in the area, no matter he was a dragon. The smell of the other dragons could be smelled stronger the closer he got to the throne room. It caused his scales to ripple across his human skin; he hated other dragons in his domain. If they hadn’t actually requested the help he would have cursed them and sent them away to die. He had a duty being a gold dragon, he had to hear the others out, he had to settle disputes between other dragons, and it was all annoying. The throne room was huge, large enough to seat him in his dragon form plus a hundred guests. The throne itself was made of marble and gold. He walked up to the chair and sat down. Looking over the two other dragons he could tell they were bronze dragons. Not just that but if he wasn’t mistaken the ruling family of the bronze. They looked nervous to be in his company. “Speak,” the one word was sharp, and clear. The two looked at each other and then the woman stepped up one step, “sire, the bronze dragons are being hunted at an alarming rate; the wizards grow more powerful each year and they have become adept at finding our layers. We ask that you banish all magic from our lands so that we are safe.” “Strip the land and those that go into of magic,” Silithis replied looking at the woman. “That is not a simple task you wish me to perform, nor will you be able to use magic or change in these lands.” “We understand that, we have a sizable horde if-“ she was cut off by Silithes’s hand lifting up. “Gold, silver and gems will not be enough for this task. You have a son,” the gold dragon looked at the female for a moment as she also looked to the male behind her. She nodded that she in fact has a son. “He will be mine, his horde as well.” “He’s the heir to the Bronze dragons, please sire, he’s my son,” she pleaded. Silithes’s left brow lifted up. “Are you saying it’s a disgrace to be sacrificed to a gold dragon? Once he is on my alter chained or not, I will start the process. When I finish I will claim him, his horde is to be brought here.” With that he dismissed them. His ruling said the price set. Now all they had to do was find and inform their son of what the cost was. ((If this isnt to your liking I can change it))
gin
Chatters and noises welcomed Zelgadis upon his entrance to the largest town in the west, Port Eisenne. Though the smell of humans immediately wafted under his nostrils, the dragon didn't paid attention to it. Humans were fond of gatherings and having fun, even at a vast area like Eisenne. He could see lots of them having their spirits soar as they danced to country music with their hands holding glasses of beer. It was a sight that Zelgadis really wanted to see up close. Dragons aren't happy-spirits, gatherings like what Zelgadis saw wasn't accustomed at their daily-living since they're most-likely territorial species. The presence of other Dragons within their lairs rose their tensions and ire. Cutting his thoughts away, he halted from walking as he saw a girl closing to his proximity. Indeed their faces were ethereal when they try to sneak in human form; being subjected to hordes of girl wasn't new to Zelgadis anymore. "May I dance with you sir.?" The flushed young girl tried to lower her head as she overcame her embarrassment for asking a dance. It would've been the other way around as Zelgadis gave her a heart wrecking smile. "Sure." his hands slowly ushered the still shock female as they danced in the center with a grace. He loved humans despite being hunted by their kind. Zelgadis always knew that not all of them were cruel, some still had it within themselves--a heart of gold.. He enjoyed their giggles and warm welcomes; well except for the beer, which his nose couldn't take the smell. ZELGADIS!!! The male immediately halted his movements as he heard his mother calling him within his head. We need to talk. Return to the lair now! The town was quite furious and tensed, he sighed as he tried to listen with all ears. You can talk right now-- He then stared at the girl who wondered why he had halted. No, I need to talk to you personally, please Zelgadis, come back. His mother laced it with pleading town which was somewhat rare. Fine. I'll be right back. His mother didn't really like the idea of him blending with humans. She hated them unlike her son's fondness towards them. The blond placed his left hand on his nape and excused himself from the rest. His parents cared for him lovingly, that he knew. But they just couldn't get the idea that not all humans are cruel--that they should take such consideration regarding them. The male then ran at human speed towards the forest. Glancing at his surroundings, as he saw no humans, the male then transformed back to his usual form--- the weird colored bronze dragon. The transformation wasn't really that painful since it is usually done with magic which dragons are highly capable of using it easily. The dragon Zelgadis flew back to his abode as he then saw his parents waiting for him at the lair, looking at him from above. Well, that was new, his parents rarely do that, the matter must be important he so thought. "Son we need to talk." His father then welcomed his son as Zelgadis transformed back to human form. His parents growled despairingly, they didn't like his appearance at all but it wasn't the time to argue about menial things. "Pack your things since you're living with the Gold Dragon, Silithis" In the corner of his eye he saw his mom winced at the idea that his other half was engaging to the main topic so soon. "WHAT!!!? HAH!!" He gave a snort as he tried to cover his shocked and disgusted thoughts. Of all the dragons, the gold ones? Zilithis hated them than humans. They tend to be dominating and intimidating, the last beings he wanted to live with. "Anything but that." He continued as he pranced away from his parents. "It's of no use, son. We pleaded at him not to talk you but---. But--- he'll take you by force if you won't come." Tears started to fall from his mom, the blond didn't like her being emotional. "I bet you tried to ask for his help. It couldn't be helped right? This son of yours, unworthy of his 'right to choose' will leave." His tone laced with sarcasm as he turned his head at his parents. His callousness even made his mother sob. Great! He hated to see women crying but couldn't comfort her since he was still full of thoughts. He knew they didn't like the results of their pleas but from what they saw from their son ached their hearts; his face was full of pity and regret. Zelgadis hatred for the Gold beings had entirely escalated. |LOL, it's really fine. Warii for my long post too.|
Heavyarms03
The gold dragon had watched the two leave from a balcony, though his hackles were still raised. He turned slightly and glared at the man that leaned against the wall with his arms crossed. He was large, not in fat but in build and stood almost a foot taller than Silithes. His red hair was cut short in the back though he still had a little length on top, just enough to run a hand through. He was dark, a deep brown skin tone and he wore what looked like leather armor. The man didn’t seem to be bothered by Silithes’s ire. The gold dragon frowned at him standing facing off against the larger male. “What do you want?” Silithes hissed. “Came to report,” the male said. “I have already dealt with two dragons on my lands and now I have a third. Speak before I toss you over this balcony.” “The Bronze have something to worry about, the humans are organizing a military of wizards and mages, they are moving in the Bronze’s lands in a couple of weeks.” “I dislike humans,” Silithes said. “Do the Bronze know of this?” “Not yet,” the man said and pushed off the wall. “Want me to tell them?” Silithes looked at him, “not until I get what I want.” He placed his hands on the railing and looked out over the ocean. The other scoffed and shook his head. “So you’ll allow a race to die out, just so you could get what?” The man walked to the railing and gripped it hard. “It’s a wonder why others hate you.” he said sarcastically. Silithes turned his head slightly to glare at him. The man shrugged. “I don’t care what you do, but you know that I boarder them.” “A sacrifice,” Silithes said. The man shook his head moving away from the railing, rubbing his face with his hand. “A mate,” he couldn’t believe this. “Whatever you want Silithes.” “Carnos,” Silithes warned. The other lifted his hand and shook his head as he hopped up on railing and looked over his shoulder at Silithes. “May you get what you want.” Silithes turned back into his palace and looked to the elves and drakes in human form as they bowed to him as he passed. He sent out his senses towards his alter to feel if there was anyone there. He pause closed his golden eyes and turned to leave the palace once out side he changed. His dragon form just as elegant as he was in human form. He opened his wings and leaped into the sky. He flew off towards the Bronze lands. Regardless of how he felt about the situation, he was the ruler of all dragons, and as the ruler he had to protect them. He will just have to force the younger Bronze. So onwards he flew. The red watched the gold leave from the gold’s palace’s tower roof.
gin
Leaving no options for Zelgadis to reject the idea, he had no choice but to march back to his room like a child on a rebellious phase. The male then removed his garments and splurge himself in a warm bath. The room isn't proper and such since it's a cave; wide and vast for his dragon to fit in. Zelgadis needed to cool himself and soothe his raging nerves and anger. "damn---" Even the warm bathe didn't helped him as it boiled according to his feelings. Dragons had the ability to heat other objects especially a bronze like him that turns things into metal. He'd bet he'll skin that gold dragon, alive. What was Silithis intention of having 'him' anyways? God knows what it could be, as an idea crept inside his head. Maybe Silithis had change his taste in food; perhaps he needed a bronze dragon to satiate his palate. Zelgadis splashed the warm waters boringly as he sighed at the strange thought. Done with the long bath, he immediately packed his things. The male wanted to escape badly; but he could imagine what havoc that gold dragon will do to his parents. He's lethal in any sense much more worse than the humans. He even heard that he's barbaric. He grabbed with him a small brownish bag for herbs and medicines. For purposes that there'll be injuries incurred, of course. Zelgadis immediately hurried the packing as he heard a thunderous growl all over the sky. It must be Silithis, there's no other dragon in earth who sounded like that--so malevolent. Zelgadis tried to calm his raging self or else he'll snap at him once he sees him. He felt strange but he shove the strangeness away as he heard a loud thud* on the bronze lair's ground. And then he knew he's already there. "What brings you here, Silithis?" He rudely asked as he walked outside his room calmly. Though he had seen him always in dragon form, Zelgadis didn't have the luxury to greet him with a glee. The bronze felt the tension of the room; the atmosphere wasn't really nice for a visitor, he so thought.
Heavyarms03
Silithes warned them and then landed a few minutes later. He shifted into human form and the robes flowed over him perfectly as if they were water falling over his body. His eyes moved and landed on the bronze dragon and then moved over him, searching. He saw the mother and father and nodded his head to them calmly. “I’ll give you two days to warn each dragon and magical creature in your lands, to either leave or have their magic taken. I have information and it couldn’t wait. The humans are gathering a large force of wizards and mages to bring into these lands, you can imagine what they want,” he said smoothly and calmly at the two. Then he turned to the younger bronze dragon. “To answer your rude question.” “I still expect my payment,” he said still looking at the younger bronze, his expression gave nothing away as he locked eyes with the other, his golden eyes that should hold the warmth of the sun held a cold nothing. He turned his attention back to the others. “I will need to find the center of your lands, and the process will take me three days. No one is to bother me during that time, and my payment will have to wait on my alter those days as well. As agreed.” It could be annoying that this being, that looked so prefect, felt as warm as a block of ice. He was gorgeous, facial features prefect, hair fine and silky, clothing prefect even from being in dragon form. The rippling golden scales over the tan skin every so often. Silithes then turned to the bronze dragon. “You are my payment. You will await me on my alter, you will not move from the circle of stone around the alter. Food and water will be brought to you by a servant. You needn’t leave now, but before I start. When I finish I will reclaim you from my alter, and you will belong to me. Any questions?”
gin
Though Silithis' regal and immaculate existence was still obvious by the reactions he'd fished from his parents; Zelgadis didn't even paid attention to it nor did consider the fact that the man standing in front of him was of greater impression. He shrugged his shoulder nonchalantly as Silithis answered his rude question. The bronze did expect that the gold one's were usually selfish and dominant. In fact, some of their traits were then spotted by Zelgadis immediately, leaving his emerald orbs to stare blankly, piercing through the man in front of him. To tell it frankly, his emotions were shutting off. The male didn't like the idea that he was to be the infamous sacrifice of whatever Silithis has been up to. It irks him the most having the fact that he was definitely clueless as to why Silithis wanted him so badly. The guy didn't even wanted close-contact or some handshake of kinship towards the male. Zelgadis knew that they were close to extinction if the bronzes wouldn't seek help from the Golds but they should've tried rather than immediately asking help. The idea was far-fetched, it is really set into stone that he's gonna be some price or something in exchange for the Gold's help. "None." His tone was on lower octave as he abruptly responded. Emerald orbs pierced through the latter's Golden ones. All of Silithis intentions were clear to him so he gave no chance to ask for boring questions nor start idle talks. The male immediately went back to his room causing his parents to call him for his rude behavior. Then again, Zelgadis ignored.
