His body could still feel the other's fingers gliding through his hair and over his neck. A small and pleasant sigh left his mouth and he drew even closer to his mate’s body. The dog was not able to hear the little commotion that the humans caused; he merely slept the night away. The morning soon came and the pair was still huddled together. Due to the fact that their little cave was hidden behind some bushes, not much sunlight filtered into the cave. But Kudo stirred after a while none the less. His inner clock told him to wake up. He released a quite yawn and his eyes met the muscular chest of his lover. Grateful that it really wasn't a dream, he tightened his hug again. His tail started wagging out of instinct. The wolf's eyes opened slowly as he let out a sigh. Pulling his mate tighter, the thought that he could now sleep in peace flashed through his head. It was pretty obvious that the silver-haired male hadn't gotten enough sleep yet. "You're too cheerful for a morning." He mumbled lazily, barely slurring the words out. The wolf sighed out softly as he moved closer before his body relaxed again. The taller male hid his face into Kudo's neck, unable to bring himself to reopen his eyes once he was in such a comfortable position. After all, he needed his sleep... InkompleteWish Posted April 21, 2015 Author Share Posted April 21, 2015 His body jerked when he was suddenly hugged back however. Kudo hadn't intended to wake his lover. But hearing the other's speech as well as his behaviour, the dog was sure that the other didn't sleep much. Not like Kudo, the dog was able to sleep safely without waking up in the middle of the night. Because he knew that he could let down his guard and rest. But Kudo understood that the other wasn't fully awake at the moment, so he decided to try to sleep again. "I am just happy. You can continue sleeping, I’ll stay." he said and released a pleased sigh himself. The noises of the other wolves as well as the bustling of humans could soon be heard. Their cave was hidden from the sun but sadly not from the sound. The zoo had opened. That reminded him, since the family of the little girl would probably look for him, he could not leave the cave. Or else the other humans might get them or worse. Though he grew up with wolves, during his stay with the humans and other dogs, he understood that this was far from normal. According to them, he should have been dead. So staying low for now would be better. But he will have to talk with Buanna about this later, for now they could sleep as long as the wanted.
