Yami noticed Ritsuka after noticing Kaneko struggling a bit. He untied him and averted his gaze. He had worried about this. Ritsuka was pouting but it was clear he had something to say. Yami looked to his friend. "Don't blame your father for this. He's innocent as it was I who begged him to do this." Yami said as Ritsuka walked over to Kaneko. "He didn't hurt you did he papa?" he asked looking at Yami. "Don't be mean to him!! I told you he's mine." he said hugging his father. Yami chuckled a bit figuring out that Ritsuka wasn't upset but jealous. It was kind of cute. Yami shrugs a bit. "I'll play nice so stop making that face. You'll make your father worry."

Kaneko slowly sat up and watched the two before standing and hugging his son back gently, with a slight smile on his face,he felt relieved that Yami lied to Ritsuka. Ritsuka looked at his father. "Well if it's Yami then I won't be mad. He's a good person after all. But still my rival!!" he said the last part looking at Yami. That made the boy chuckle. "Yeah, yeah! As long as there's a smile on your face then I won't complain." Yami said before standing up. "Looks like Kaneko has more stamina than he shows." he said snickering. Ritsuka kisses the other back really happy his father was okay.

Kaneko grunted and winked at them before continuing to kiss his son over and over showing he was alright as long as his son was alright as well. He pulled back and looked into his eyes touching his cheek gently before smiling happily. "From now on I will ask you if it's alright that I do stuff with him and it won't be often because I have my baby right here.." He picked him up and carried him out of the kitchen and down towards their bedroom.

Yami watched the two walk off. He glanced up at the ceiling. He could reminisce in this moment for a while. Even if it was only this once, Kaneko made him extremely happy. He'd treasure it for sure. Nevertheless he fixed his clothes and began leaning the room a bit. After that he went to his room for a shower. The bigger rooms had bathrooms within them. The room Ritsuka and his father were in had one as well. Ritsuka kisses his father as thy returned to the room. "Are you sure Yami didn't hurt you? I really don't mind you two doing things but I don't want you getting hurt" He said kissing Kaneko's wrists

Kaneko chuckled softly as he laid his son down on the bed smiling,before leaning over him gently kissing his forehead gently. "Ritsuka,it's alright I am not hurt at all I promise. Ritsuka clung to his father with a small smile upon his face. He really was glad the other wasn't hurt. Just the tomb ought worried him to the core. Hearing he was Kaneko's one and only made him super happy. It filled his heart with so much joy. He closed his eyes feeling a bit awkward about the last thing the other said. He wasn't sure if that was an okay thing or not. Ritsuka was having a bit mixed feeling towards it.

Kaneko could tell his son wasn't too happy about what he had said,he sighed softly and pulled back away from his son before laying beside him closing his eyes. He rolled onto his side and faced the wall thinking for a few moments before opening his eyes and letting out a deep sigh. "I am sorry son. You really do mean the world to me,nothing or nobody could ever take your place. Not Yami,nobody... I really hope you know that soon. I won't ever replace you. I love you Ritsuka to the moon and back. I want to keep you as mine..." Tears formed into his eyes but it was hard to see since he had his back to his son.

Ritsuka reached out and took hold of Kaneko's hand. "I understand that better than anyone. I love you more than the air itself. I just feel a bit bad for Yami. It's nothing to worry about papa. I know how you feel and it makes me very happy." he said embracing the older male. Ritsuka was seriously glad his father finally could pay him some attention. It was all he could even ask for.

Kaneko rolled over and faced his son before leaning into him and kissing his lips roughly and groaning softly. He nodded a bit and frowned slightly. "Maybe we could find him a boyfriend if he is up for it.." He snuggled his body against his sons and yawned slightly,he was very happy with his son right now cause he was able to spend quality time with him and not be fighting all the time. He blushed and soon fell asleep on his sons chest,he looked so peaceful.

Ritsuka chuckled a bit after being kissed. "Good luck with that papa. Your Yami's idol." he whispers as he falls asleep. It was a peaceful rest in which he had longed for. He didn't expect to rest so nicely. The next morning arriving and he slowly opened his eyes. Seeing Kaneko still so close made him happy. He slips out of bed to explore Yami's place a bit more. He wanted to see if there was anything fun to do around the place. Surprised he found Yami cooking in the kitchen.

"Hello?"

"Hey Kai want to meet up with me and my son, you remember Ritsuka?"

"Oh yeah yesh I remember. Sure when?"

"Well sometime soon, maybe 30minutes???"

"Yeah of course at the cafe?"

They both hung up and Kaneko got up and headed out and down the hallway. He checked for his son.
