Kai looked at him and tilted his head to the side with a slight confused look on his face,how did he not know how to kiss someone? He nodded and smiled softly before taking his hand and stood up from the bed and stepped closer to him and waited for him to go. Kaneko blushed and slowly stood up pulling Ritsuka with him gently before kissing his cheek and pointing towards the door. "Let's go talk to them now. Alright?" He patted his back gently.

Yami walked out his room with Kai and walked towards the kitchen. He glanced at Kaneko and Ritsuka's room. "I wonder if those two are asleep." he mumbled before continuing down the hall. "So who are you Kai? Tell me about yourself. As much as you want and then I'll tell you about me." he said. Ritsuka giggled a bit. "Alright let's to find them."

I believe my son needs to speak to you both if you have time to spare."

Yami glanced back as he heard his name being called. He stopped walking to see Kaneko and Ritsuka. "What do you want to ask us Ritsu?" he said looking at them. Ritsuka looked at Yami and Kai. "I really think you two are made for each other. This might be a bit too much but don't be afraid of Kai. Your a great person and if you let him through your ice fortress I'm sure you'll find warmth." he said. Yami chuckled a bit. "You are always saying I'm a bit icy but come on. I don't think I'm that cold. Though I guess your aren't totally wrong either." he says. "As well as you Kai. Don't give up on Yami. Kai leaned on Yami and blushed softly watching the two then he glanced at Yami with a big smile before touching his cheek. "I won't give up on Yami. We are hungry" He chuckled. Kaneko nodded listening to his son then turned his gaze towards the other two, with a curious look and listened to them. After Kai asked Ritsuka to join them, and before he answered he smiled. "Sweetie go ahead. I'm gonna go into town ill be back in a few hours" He kissed his cheek then kissed his lips before turning and leaving.

Yami blushed as he looked at Kai. "I won't push you away. You don't have to worry." he said softly. He really wasn't use to this kind of attention. Ritsuka glanced up at his father. "You're going to leave...? I don't want to go cook if you aren't there. Can I come with you?" he said not wanting Kaneko to go alone. He knew every time the other was alone he got hurt. His eyes filled with tears. Yami looked at them. "You might as well take him with you. He's going to cling to you forever now." he said walking with Kai to the kitchen.

No need to start crying,If you really want to go with me I have no issue taking you" Once Ritsuka was with him he walked outside to the car smiling and opened the passenger door for him. Kai giggled a little and then watched the two leave before following Yami into the kitchen,he couldn't wait to start cooking with the guy he now had a crush on and didn't think it would leave soon.

Ritsuka smiled as he looked at him. "Yay! I can't wait to see where we are going." he said like a small child with excitement. Yami chuckled lightly as he watched them leave. "So what should we make? Or better yet what are you hungry for Kai?" he asked looking in the fridge. He leans forward a bit wondering what he could prepare for them to eat.

Kaneko shut the door after he was inside the car and ran over to his own and jumped inside,then started it up glancing over at his son. "Well since you are going son I want to take you to the Amusement Park" He backed out of the driveway and turned the car around heading down the road with a smile.

Yami glanced up at him. "Someone has fancy tastes. Sure I can make that." he said as he began to gather the ingredients upon the counter. He then washed the proper pots and pans he'd need. "I should I have perfect recipe for such a dish. Let me see." he mumbled as he pulled out a cookbook and flipped through the pages. Ritsuka stares at his father. "If I wasn't coming where did you plan to go? I'm sorry if I messed up a plan you had but I can't let you out of my sight. Every time I do you get injured." he said softly

Kai chuckled and nodded. "My mother used to always make me that dish when I was hungry but after her passing I never had it again,but I want to try it again." He looked over at him and gave a small fake smile then headed towards the table and pulled out one of the chairs and sat down looking at the ceiling as he tilted his head back. "Ritsuka. I was only planning on going to your mothers grave and placing flowers on it.." Kaneko whispered as he continued driving and didn't look at his son for a moment. "I figured I would visit her grave and let her know how you are doing..." He stopped suddenly as the light turned red,he sighed.

Yami stopped as he looked at the other. "I am sorry about that. I get how difficult it must be to talk about loved ones who aren't around. Its hard just being in this house for me. Though I do my best to hide it for the sake of those around me." he says walking over to Kai. "Don't force a fake smile around me alright. Show your real expressions. If for no one else at least for me." he said. Ritsuka looked down a bit. He hadn't gone there since the funeral. It was painful for him to do so. "I see. Well I'm still sorry." he said softly. He moved his hand to hold Kaneko's for a moment.

Kai nodded his head and blushed a bit before sitting up straight in the chair and grabbed his hand pulling him down gently. "Yami...kiss me. Yami averted his gaze for a moment. "Alright then. Let's both forget." he said as he leans close to him. He gently pressed his lips against Kai's. He really wasn't sure about this. He's never actually kissed anyone before. He was always the one getting kisses from others. Ritsuka closed his eyes for a moment. "You can still go over there before we go anywhere. Yami pulled away from the kiss a bit. His face red like a tomato. "Uh, I should get to making the meal. I'll be done in a jiffy!" he said shuffling to the kitchen counter. He didn't expect to feel Kai's kiss so easily. So to avoid awkwardness he moved to cooking before the other noticed his body reacted. Ritsuka nods as he sat there a bit silent. Kaneko stopped on the curb then climbed out of the seat before walking to the passenger side. "I will only be a minute okay?" He smiled and walked towards the gate.

I just thought you were hungry and I shouldn't keep you waiting to eat." he said doing his best not to turn around fully. He seriously didn't want Kai to realize this. It was too embarrassing. Kaneko nodded and walked into the graveyard, and made his way to his wifes grave looking down as tears formed. He sniffled then knelt down once he was close to it, looking at the headstone. His face turn red again. "I told you just let me cook for you." he said pouting. Ritsuka sat in the car feeling a bit lonely. He closed his eyes feeling tears running down his cheek. Yami grit his teeth as he started to cook. It wasn't long before he called for Kai to come back. "Sorry I took so long. You can eat as much as you like." he said setting the plate upon the table. It was unexpected but I'll try to avoid it happening so don't be upset." he said before returning to the kitchen. Yami was washing the dishes and such he just used.
