Beauty In The Water~~

Fintan blinked a bit, eyes widening slightly as the more the woman talked, the more he grew aware of what she was talking about, and implying. His golden eyes widened as his pale face darkened with a deep blush "Ah, w-what?!" he exclaimed as she talked about them being in love "Th-that's not true!" he stammered, his face heated deep red in embarrassment "W-were not in love or anything like that. Just friends, really" he exclaimed, feeling pressured by this woman, almost as if she wouldn't accept any answer other than the right one - which in her mind, the right answer was admitting they were in a relationship. "Ah...L-Linda....I am Fintan....I am sorry, but there really is no such love between Thomas and myself" he spoke with an awkward, embarrassed smile as he rubbed the back of his head, almost grateful to another woman dressed in white coming over to interrupt.

Fintan blinked a bit, looking down at the wound which he just realized had started to bleed through the bandages, since it wasn't a professional job done on it. In reality, the wound probably should have received stitches - for a human, anyways. But that technically probably wasn't necessary, considering Fintan's wound self healed, and was already much better in comparison to the initial depth of the injury. "Oh, this..." he trailed off, before the nurse went on "That doesn't look good at all, would you please mind coming with me, sir?" She offered. Fintan, being to confused and overwhelmed by both the two conversations, unknowing what else to do, he just aimlessly followed the woman, not realizing the danger he was putting himself in to with this sort of situation, of course, being unaware and naive of everything in the human world and whatnot.

Linda blinked a few times and huffed softly, crossing her arms with a frown. “And I was so happy here...“ She mumbled out with a pout as she shook her head and sighed. “Well, think about being in a relationship with him. Music, he's nice and gentle, I'm sure he'd even make yummy food for you~“ She cooed with a goofy smile which quickly faded when Fintan blindly followed the nurse. The woman was left with her jaw dropped and eyes wide - that bitch just took her conversation partner! With a deep frown she walked to a bench and plopped down on it until she engaged a small chat with some guy in the waiting room. Ah, the wonders she could do...

Meanwhile Thomas was feeling horrible. And hurt. He was biting his lip almost hard enough to draw blood as his wound was being cleaned. The doctor wasn't even complaining... That was new. The pianist breathed slowly through his mouth so he wouldn't have to smell the blood. Once he felt something being put on the wound - a plaster, it seemed, he finally let go off his lip and slowly exhaled. “Can I go?“ He asked quietly while the doctor sighed out and nodded. “Yes, but don't even think about doing anything hard in the next few days. I would advise staying in bed and not doing anything...“

Fintan blushed more as the woman continued to insists a relationship between them, even when he said there wasn't any sort of love interest between them. Though Fintan would admit Thomas was attractive - though, he may just be thinking that and all these other great things about him because he was the first human he met. He looked back to the woman, tilting his head "you seem to be really interested, why don't you two get together?" he suggested, before soon enough he was somehow dragged off and away by a nurse, down halls and to a room, leading him to get lost and not know where in the hospital he was.

Fintan was brought to a small white room where he was sat down and the nurse instructed him to roll his pant leg up so she could get a better look at the injury. Fintan shifted a bit uncomfortably "Uh, you know, I'm sorry.....I don't think this is necessary..." he mumbled, getting a bad feeling in his gut, the nerves and anxiety starting to swarm inside him. He really wished Thomas was here...he didn't know what was going on or happening as the woman undid the bandage and started to apply some disinfectant to the large gashing wound before frowning looking at it "Whats this...it looks so fresh but its already begun to heal...?" she said, a bit confused and bewildered.

Linda couldn't believe the absurd idea Fintan offered. Her? Being with Thomas? Hell no. The guy was a bit too sweet for her liking... And kind of like her brother, too. Dating him would be weird... Nah, she was better off with this guy. He seemed kind enough, but oh, the muscles... The woman stopped counting how many times she thought about what he had down “there“. She sure hoped she wouldn't be disappointed... Their chat continued, ending with an exchange of numbers and promises to call.

Thomas got back just in time to see the man giving Linda a peck to her cheek and groaned out inwardly. Again? Each time he saw her, she had a different boyfriend... Or girlfriend. He still couldn't understand how was it physically possible to like both genders! The pianist huffed softly as he shook head and scanned the room for Fintan... He wasn't here. His eyes widened slightly when he realized that as he ran up to Linda, grabbing her upper arm. “Where's he?“ He asked as calmly as he could, though worry was still heard.

The nurse had looked up at Fintan in question, and he just awkwardly smiled, shifting uncomfortably where he sat "Uh, yeah, so...it isn't that bad....so, can I go now?" he asked a bit impatiently, though not rudely. Fintan really was just growing more and more worry in the pit of his stomach before the nurse frowned slightly, furrowing her eyebrows "let me finish cleaning and wrapping it" she spoke, though Fintan fidgeted "Uh, that's really not necessary..." he trailed off but she had already proceeded, using a wet cloth to clean away the rest of the wound. But of course, the second the water made contact with his skin, Fintan was aware what would happen. He quickly shut up, standing as he tried to brush the water away and tugged his pant leg back down. Of course, when he tried brushing away the water with his hand, his hand got wet, meaning his hand grew its usual scales in where it got wet. The nurse, almost disbelieving, inhaled sharply, wide eyes as she stared at the man "You're...?" she muttered as Fintan frantically tried to hide his hand behind his back.

Thomas groaned softly as he glared at Linda, who seemed to be getting slightly more than scared. Seeing the pianist player angry was rare... He breathed in deep through his mouth as he huffed and shook head. "How could you let him just go off like that?" Thomas asked somewhat coldly before turning around and running off to search - if people were to find out... There could be so many outcomes. They could capture Fintan, or they could just say it was a joke - yeah, that would be what he'd say if it was a bit too late. That it was all just something like a joke.

When he finally found the merman, he stopped for a while - there was a nurse who seemed terrified. Guess he was a bit too late after all... With a groan, the man walked towards Fintan and lightly took his hand which wasn't damp. "Where did you run off to?" He asked with a small frown, but his eyes said to follow him. The pianist then turned to the nurse and smiled softly, lightly holding the other's hand. "I'm sorry, I suppose you saw the scales? I don't know how, but he got some weird... Uhm... Costume? Well, not quite it, but the thing is, when his skin becomes damp, scales show for a while - and he doesn't want to take it off..." Thomas said with a roll of his eyes as he smiled and took Fintan's previously scaled hand, showing the nurse that only skin was left now. "See?"

Fintan bit his lip as he leaned back against the wall, feeling his heart pace a bit. The nurse meanwhile was a bit frightened for herself - a small, crazy thought passing through her mind - a fish. The scales reminded her of a fish. And that further lead her to think that maybe there was the possibility this man were a merman, or something of the sorts? She half didn't believe her crazy thoughts though, knowing that's what they were - crazy. But at the same time, living near the sea, there were a lot of people who believed in them and wanted them caught. She picked up the phone, calling someone, when the door was opened and another male came in. She listened to him, frowning as she didn't quite believe the store - a costume? What kind of costume did that? But before she could question any further, the two were out of the room.

Fintan jumped a bit when the door suddenly opened, and he smiled with relief "Thomas!" he breathed "ah, sorry..." he trailed off, feeling nervous as the other went on talking to the nurse, worried Thomas was actually going to help prove what he was. But then he saw he was trying to cover it up, and relaxed, just a little. Before they could wait for an answer from the nurse, they were out of the room, Fintan fearfully holding tightly to Thomas' hand "I-I'm sorry. She just came up to me, and I didn't know where to go, and then before I knew it..." he trailed off a frown on his face "This place is so confusing!" he sighed, wondering how the other knew which turns in the halls to take and everything.

Thomas sighed out softly and closed his eyes for a few moments once they were far enough, pursing his lips. "Never separate from me again." He said quietly as he looked at him, clear worry in his eyes as he gripped both of the merman's hands. "Do you know how close we were from her finding out who you are?!" The pianist asked a bit louder before biting his lip and sighing while shaking his head. "Just... Stay with me no matter what.. Well, unless you want to return to your family." He said quietly before starting to walk again, until they were back in the waiting room. From there, him, Fintan and Linda quickly went to the car and started the quiet, long drive home.

Thomas seemed somewhat upset, as well as angry. Both at himself and at the merman.. And Linda was just plain confused. Her driving seemed to be a bit nervous, slightly jumpy and she was clearly avoiding looking at Thomas whose irritation grew each second. "You're not fit to look after others." He finally said, his voice colder than usually. The woman flinched and let out a small, nervous chuckle. "H-Hey, nothing bad happened!"

Fintan frowned a bit when the other said nothing in response to his complaints about being lost and not knowing what to do. Fintan just ducked his head to the ground, staring at his feet as they walked, biting his lip as he felt the nerves coming back again - not from being found out, but from the fact Thomas may be mad at him. The though of Thomas being mad at him upset him, he didn't want that. He couldn't look up to meet the others gaze and look him in the eye when he grabbed hold of his hands and spoke. All he could do was give a meek apology "I'm sorry..." he muttered softly, like a defeated, hurt child.

He continued to hold onto the others hand as they kept walking towards the waiting room where Linda was. They were all quiet and silent as they headed back to the car, Fintan fidgeting as he sat in the back of the car, still not liking the vehicle, and feeling much more insecure now that Thomas was sitting in the front and he could no longer hold his hand. He blushed a bit, recalling the action, and how Linda implied only lovers held hands like they did.

Fintan just looked out he window in silence, before Thomas broke the silence, scolding Linda "h-Hey it wasn't her fault...Thomas....Don't get mad at her" he frowned. It's not like Linda knew Fintan was practically a child in this land world, needing to be supervised because he really didn't know anything about land.

Thomas slowly breathed out as he closed his eyes, biting down on his lower lip to hold in the angry words. He wasn't that much mad - no, his worry simply was turning into anger. Not even one more word left his mouth as they all drove home, making the ride slightly awkward and uncomfortable for all of them, well, especially for Linda. She seemed to be trying to shrink in her seat, obviously guilty and somewhat ashamed. The woman nibbled on her bottom lip as she drove them back to the small house of Thomas and glanced at the man timidly.

Thomas seemed to be slightly less tense and simply a bit grumpy by now. "See ya." Still, this was all he said to Linda as he got out of the car and slowly walked to the house, holding onto his head with one hand. He didn't even wait for Fintan to get out as well before getting inside the house - he couldn't wait to lay down in his comfortable bed... And he had to call Bella. With a head like this, he couldn't drive a car... The pianist sighed out softly as he walked to his bedroom and grabbed the phone, sitting down on the bed with a small huff.

Fintan sighed softly as he didn't get any response from the other. He bit his lip as he just went back to looking out the window in silence. He bit his lip, remaining silent through the rest of the ride, the atmosphere in the car thick enough to cut. He shifted uncomfortably in the car before it finally came to a stop in front of Thomas house. "Thomas wai-" he started and sighed as the male was already in the house before Fintan could even get out of the car. He got out, opening the door before looking back to the woman in the car who clearly looked guilty and felt terrible "Linda, I'm sorry...I know it wasn't you're fault....I'm sure he'll get over it..." he said with a small, reassuring comforting sort of smile before he shut the door and let her drive off.

Now left alone outside the house, he looked back to it, frowning. He turned, and walked the other way, not going inside. Instead, he followed the small bit of sand around the house to the shore. Thankfully Thomas lived fairly close to the beach, so it was easy for Fintan to find his way back to the shore and water. He walked across the sand in his bare feet, sighing as he looked out at the large vast ocean. After considering his options, glancing back over his shoulder once more before he slipped his clothes and walked into the water, diving in once he was far enough and it was deep enough, he swam out further.

Thomas quickly talked with his sister, closing his eyes and biting his lip when he realized Fintan wasn't coming. What else was he supposed to expect? The guy was a merman, he didn't have what to do on land... Hearing Bella's voice helped him calm down completely and, before anything else, he sent Linda an apology text, actually starting to feel guilt for being that angry at her. This was the first time in a long time, actually... Maybe he just needed to get it all out.

The pianist took in a deep breath as he stuffed his phone into his pocket and walked out the room, then outside. Fintan wasn't there. Thomas bit down on his lower lip as he began walking to the shore, nibbling on it slightly as he slowly, calmly breathed out. After some time he saw his clothes scatterd on the beach and it was pretty obvious that the other decided to return... And he felt so damn sad about it. The brunet sighed softly as he walked to the shore and climbed onto onr of the big rocks, then sat down on it and closed his eyes. This couldn't be the ending...

Diving into the water Fintan's body was instantaneously covering in the glittering scales and fins again as he dove deep into the water. He didn't plan on going back to his family yet, part of him still felt he had so much to learn and explore on land. And then there was Thomas. He couldn't imagine not seeing th male again. Fintan just went for a swim, to clear his own guilty feeling self, and give Thomas some time to himself as well.

As he swam deep in the bottom of the sea, seeing the beautiful shells down there reminded him of Thomas again, and how he collected shells for his sister. Recalling this, he smiled, figuring it might be a good apology. He grabbed large leafs of seaweed to create a bag like object, and began to collect some into it, all various different types of rare looking shells that never showed up on shore. With that, he then swam back to shore with the seaweed bag of mixed shells.

swimming back on land, he poked his head up, making sure there weren't any humans there. When he saw the figure of one, he quickly ducked back under the surface of water, before blinking, realizing the man he saw was Thomas. Surfacing again, he looked to the familiar male sitting on a rock near the water, and he smiled a bit, swimming up to the outstretched rock in water "Hey" he called with a small, sheepish smile "I uh....I'm really sorry, Thomas" he spoke, looking down and averting eye contact "Here, I got you these....for you, or your sister, if you'd prefer" he said, handing up the bag of seaweed for the male to take.

Thomas had given up after a while of waiting. All he could hear was the sea and the wind, as well as his own hearbeat. Everything else was silent... He wished he could play some piano right now. Usually it helped him get away from the reality - though he didn't know what was reality anymore. Mermans - they really existed, huh?... The pianist bit his lip as he layed down on the rock fully, closing his eyes as he listened to the sounds of the waves smashing into the shore - would Fintan even come back?

Splashing. That was the noise that made Thomas sit up abruptly - and immediately grip onto his suddenly throbbing head. He groaned out softly as he rubbed the wound slightly and looked around with one eye opened - it took him a bit of time to actually notice Fintan. For a moment he just sat there, dumbfounded - was this a dream, a fantasy or reality? With a slightly confused expression, he reached out and took the seaweed bag - it was so heavy... He glanced inside and his eyes widened instantly. So many beautiful seashells...

The man looked at the merman and let out a soft smile as he set the bag away, then layed down on the rock on his stomach, reaching out to lightly run a hand over the other's hair. "I'm the one who should be sorry... I just... I just got worried..." He said quietly as he sighed and pulled his arm away, insted resting his head on both of them while looking at the merman closely. "Are you going home?"

Fintan looked at the other a bit cautiously, sheepishly almost. He felt guilty for being such a burden to the other, he figured that's why the other must be upset with him. Fintan felt like ever since he arrived on land and met Thomas, he'd been doing nothing but causing trouble for the man. Making him take care of his wound, lend him clothes, teach him normal things to humans, like dressing, and walking. And in return, Fintan only ended up - accidentally, of course - being the cause of the other splitting his head open, going to the hospital, where Fintan got lost and almost found out, and thus further stressed and bothered Thomas by the other looking for him and worrying.

He watched the other silently inspect the shells, before looking back at him with a small smile on his face. It relieved Fintan a bit to see that smile, lightening his worried, guilt covered heart. He smiled back lightly, relaxing a bit more as he felt the others hand running through his wet hair "I understand....thank you for worrying about me.....though I was worried I had upset you....I realized how much of a burden I have been on you, ever since meeting you...I wouldn't have blamed you for getting upset with me."

He frowned a bit at the others question, of going home, and went quiet for a bit "I hadn't thought about it" he spoke, looking back up at the other "Surely, I'll go home one day...but right now, I was really enjoying land" he spoke as he looked back at the shore and sighed softly "Although, if I'm burdening you in the least...I think i might go home, if i couldn't be with you any longer. I would leave if that's what you wish" he spoke softly, glancing back to the other, unsure if the other really enjoyed his presence at all.

Thomas sighed softly as he shook his head and closed his eyes, once again reaching out to gently stroke Fintan's hair with one hand. He decided he liked the feeling... "It wasn't your fault... Fintan, I really enjoy you being here, with me... You're definitely not a burden." He said softly as he opened his eyes slightly to look at the other with a gentle, warm smile. The wet hair in his hand felt really good... The pianist found that he was finding calmness in the simple, repeating movement - feeling the strands of hair sliding through his fingers, it really was great.

"I don't want you to leave." The words left Thomas' mouth before he could even think some more. "I... I want you to stay here with me, I want for you to live with me... There's still so much you have to experience..." He said quietly as he let out a small smile and leaned in a bit closer, his free hand gripping onto the rock so he wouldn't fall. "What you saw up until now was nothing. The things you saw are awful compared to what you can still see! You haven't even tasted my apple pie. I will get insulted if you don't taste it." The pianist said with a fake pout - and failed at it. Instead, he began laughing as he shook his head. But really, his pie was amazing.

Fintan smiled lightly as he felt the hand running through his hair again, and he found he really enjoyed the action, it was calming, and soothing. He looked up at the other as he spoke, saying how he wasn't a burden and everything. At those words Fintan couldn't help but feel relieved. He hoped the other was telling the truth, but then again, right now...it seemed the other was really speaking genuinely, and it made Fintan happy. He nodded lightly, with a small smile "Alright, then I don't need to leave."

It meant a lot to Fintan to hear the other say just how much he wanted him to stay. He smiled happily as he couldn't help but even blush a bit at how kind the others words were "I don't want to go home just yet...I'd love to stay with you, I'm glad I can....and I get to experience so many more things with you" he smiled happily, before the other started going on about how many more amazing things there were "Woah...really? Like what??" he asked, though, not like he would probably understand. He smiled brightly "Well, I couldn't possibly leave without that. I would love to try this apple pie you talk about" he giggled a bit as he shifted. He glanced around, making sure no other humans were around, before pulling himself up and onto the rock beside the other, out of the water so he could dry off "What do you think of the shells? Do you like them?" he asked, since the other hadn't said anything about them yet.

Thomas smiled warmly at those words and nodded lightly, a small chuckle leaving his lips. "Well then, I guess I should get you a bed, mm?" The brunet asked with a small laugh as he smiled warmly. The merman's reactions to having to experience various activities on land was simply adorable... Really, he could watch that happy smile for a long, long time... And, well, guess he had to bake an apple pie today then. "Don't worry, I'll definitely make some today. We also have a think called ice-cream - it's really good to eat with this pie too!" He said warmly as he smiled - never showing too much happiness... He just couldn't, that was simply who he was. All his feelings were a bit constricted, unconsciously by himself.

While watching how Fintan pulled himself up onto the rock, Thomas smiled softly at the question and nodded lightly. "I love them. They're just wonderful... I can't wait for Bella to see them." He said softly, a smile on his face as he watched the merman carefully. "Do you need any help?" The pianist asked quietly as he took the bag into his hands and stood up, ready to offer the other a hand in case he needed it. For a short moment, when he took a small step back, he nearly fell down and into the water - thankfully, he managed to regain his balance as he slowly exhaled, his breathing a bit shaky. "I don't think I should hang around in places like this with my head like that..."

Fintan smiled happily as the other began talking, making plans of what they needed to do in preparation for Fintan to be able to stay with him and everything, mentioning a bed, and talking about these foods. He was really curious about this thing called ice-cream too - all these land foods. Of course, Fintan didn't even know what an apple was, so he really had no idea at all what to expect with the pie Thomas was talking about. He didn't know it would be a fruit - fruits didn't even exist in the sea, so, he didn't even know what those were. It really was like a newborn child, experiencing and learning everything new for the very first time.

As he had pulled himself onto the rock to dry off, he listened to the other, who then explained about liking the shells. He smiled happily, having figured he was going to bring them to his sister "Bella...I really can't wait to meet her, especially if she's just like you" he said with a smile looking to him "You're friend...uh....Linda...was it? She was nice too" he said with a smile as he sat up a bit when he noticed he was finally drying off and gaining his humanoid form. When the other offered his hand, he gratefully took it as he stood up, and looked to the other with a smile "Ah, yeah, that's probably the best idea....when your head heals, I'll take you to learn how to swim though!" he said excitedly as they walked up the sandy shore, Fintan stopping for a moment to gather the clothes he left there and pull them back on, before continuing to follow the other.

Thomas let out a soft chuckle while shaking his head and smiling softly. "I think Bella's a lot better than me..." He said softly as he smiled, looking away from Fintan to gaze at the ocean. "I used to bring her here before... We always watched the sunset, it's wonderful from here." The pianist seemed lik he was in some faraway place when he was talking about his sister, so gently and warmly... A smile didn't fade off his face as he sighed out and closed his eyes. "If... If she doesn't live, I'll make sure she'll see this view at least once more." Thomas said quietly - a promise to himself.

When the two of them began walking, Thomas watched quietly how the other picked up his clothes and put them on - this time correctly. He smiled warmly as he walked closer to Fintan and lightly took his hand. "Come on now..." He muttered out before turning and walking towards his house, his grip on Fintan's hand rather loose. He was allowing the other to pull away if he wanted to... His light brown eyes showed a bit of sadness mixed with longing - he missed his sister.,.

Fintan smiled a bit as he looked to the male as he spoke about his sister. He envied how much the other clearly adored his sister, clearly willing to do anything for her to make her happy, and as comfortable as she could be in her illness and everything. He smiled fell a bit sadly when he spoke about the 'ifs' with his sisters condition, and if she wouldn't live or anything. He smiled a bit lightly "I'm sure she'll be okay...especially if she's as great as you say, she must be strong enough to survive" he spoke with a small encouraging smile. Only, Fintan didn't know of the land medicines, and that there was no guaranteed cure for his sisters illness, only medications to help with the pain and process of it all. Little did Fintan know, that if he knew what it was Bella had, he could actually quite literally save her life.

Fintan walked silently beside the other after that, unsure what else to say. He didn't know how to comfort the other, since he didn't really know his sister or anything. Feeling his hand grabbed lightly, he glanced down to it, smiling lightly before gripping onto the others hand securely, warmly. Holding on to his hand not only actually helped him walk, but he very much enjoyed the feeling as well. Through their silence, Fintan glanced to Thomas, watching him for a moment before speaking up "Why don't we go visit your sister now? It was my fault you were busy and unable to see her earlier" he spoke.

Thomas blinked a few times before letting out a light chuckle while looking at Fintan. "I hope she is... I always tell her not to lose hope, you know, but sometimes it gets hard to do it myself." He said quietly before looking away. Knowing that your own sister had stage four cancer - it was hard to keep your hopes up. It seemed that all he could think about was her dying... Her leaving him alone. These thoughts were slowly pushed out of his mind when he felt the merman's hand tightening on his own... It gave him strength, however weird it sounded. For a long time, he didn't have a person he could trust in... He didn't know if he could trust Fintan fully, but it was the closest he'd gotten this far.

"I don't think that's possible... I can't drive, and I'd like for you to get to know how to behave here a bit more before we go out for a longer time..." The pianist said quietly as they entered the house and he sighed out softly, stopping in the hallway. "I called her and explained what happened. She'll wait, I think she mentioned something about getting a friend in the hospital, too!" Thomas' eyes showed warmth and slight excitement as he smiled warmly and looked at Fintan. "Let's not rush, okay?"

Fintan smiled a bit as he could see the other had this adoration and bit of hope when talking about his sister. But he could also tell how hard and exhausting it was for the other to be constantly concerned by his sister, wanting to take care of her all the time and everything. Fintan frowned a bit at the look on Thomas' face, and he just wished that he could do something to help with his sister, or to at least ease the burden on Thomas for caring for his sister. He frowned a bit, not knowing what he could do right now, and so just gripped onto Thomas' hand a bit tighter, walking beside him.

Hearing the others response, about not being able to drive, and wanting Fintan to learn a bit more about the social norms and all before actually going out, he nodded his head lightly in understanding "Okay, i understand. We'll get you better first. Then, when you think I'm okay, we can go visit your sister" he spoke with a smile "I promise I'm a fast learner" he added, wanting to make sure the other knew he wouldn't take long to learn things, so that he could visit his sister sooner. The last thing Fintan wanted to do was become an interference for Thomas and end up preventing him from seeing his sister.

Thomas let out a light chuckle at the merman's words and smiled while nodding. "Alright, I'm sure she'll be thrilled to meet you..." He said softly and quietly while standing in the same place. His thoughts, for whatever reason, drifted back to when he thought about Fintant as cute. Did he still think that? Of course he did. His light brown eyes slowly trailed over each feature of the other's face and body, not missing even the slightest detail. Not his gold-colored eyes, not the way he smiled, not his wonderful, silky and pale skin. The pianist had a growing urge to just... To just kiss him. He knew that mermaids had that effect on men, so maybe because he was gay mermen had the same effect on him?

Before he could do anything like that, Thomas stepped back and let out a smile. "Well, then we should probably work a bit on your eating habits." He said softly before heading to the kitchen. He had to keep thoughts like that away at least for now... He'd probably look really weird if he suddenly kissed Fintan. Hell, he'd look weird if he kissed anyone. Ever.

Fintan smiled a bit brighter when he said his sister would probably enjoy meeting him "Really? You think so?" he spoke excitedly and happily. Not only did Fintan want to of course meet more humans and make friends with them, have them like him, but he would be especially happy if he could be friends with the sister of the first human friend he made. He smiled happily in thought as he walked to towards the kitchen with him, tilting his head "My eating habits?" he inquired with a frown "Whats wrong with them?" he asked as he sat down at a chair by the table, watching the other curiously.

He was naive, and completely unaware of the others thoughts and feelings towards him, and the fact he most went on to the kitchen talking about food to distract himself and whatnot.
