Gachi Muchi themed manga

Over the last few years I have noticed an increase in this genre of manga in the yaoi/bara scene, and was wondering how other fans feel about this sub-genre of BL/ML in manga?

 

For those who do not know what it is;

 

It tends to be written by gay men for heterosexual females (there are a few female writers), but does have a large gay male following as well. It tends to have muscley-chubby charactures, without the over kill you get in bara and with the softer facial features and more of a plot you get in yaoi. Plus it tends to contain more graphic sex scenes like you to get in bara (just a little toned down). You could say it is a overlap between yaoi and bara.

 

Just because I love old school manga and anime, I will give Junichi Yamakawa works as an example of what Gachi Muchi themes are like (yes, I know some people will tell me it is just very early bara, but the body types in their manga's are very much what you get in Gachi Muchi).

I can't really tell the difference between bara and gachi muchi. I looked around and found for gachi muchi such images like below, but for me they are like bara O___O
