Yuuta clutched to himself, curled up on his side in fetal position. He was wheezing, trying terribly hard to catch his breath, but he could never get enough. He felt Tatsuya collapse beside him "Ta-" he tried calling to the other, but his voice was airy, and cut off from his lack of air. Eventually, his vision blurred and his head throbbed, as Yuuta soon passed out and lost his consciousnesses from lack of air, unable to breath at all while he was unconscious.

Ayako immediately searched for Tatsuya's phone and followed the GPS signal to a house, she frowned not recognising it but ignoring everything she ran through the front door "Tatsuya! Tatsuya are you here?' She called desperately running from room to room. She ran into a certain room and gasped as she saw the two beaten up men on their floor. Running to them she slapped them both around the face trying to bring them to consciousness. Tatsuya opened his eyes at the sharp pain only for more to whistle through his mind and make him collapse again. Ayako sighed, at least he was alive. She looked at Yuuta and panicked not setting his chest rising as Tatsuya's was. She slapped him again before initially pinching his noise and performing mouth to mouth on her best friends boyfriend hoping desperately he would awaken.

Yuuta was out cold on the floor, alive of course, but not breathing. He didn't wake up at first from Ayako's attempts, but eventually, his eyes snapped open and he gasped, his breath strained as it filled his lungs a bit. But the main reason he woke up was for the immense pain in his jaw. He instantly groaned, curled back over and clutched at his jaw. The slapping to his face, though it wasn't really immensely hard or anything, had strained the bits of cracked jaw bone on the side it had cracked from Hiroki's earlier good hit to it. It was still hard for him to breath with all the bruising and hits to his torso he'd gotten from the ex boyfriend of his, and his mind was starting to shut down again.

Ayako sighed and deciding Yuuta was in the worse condition she looked at the male, although due he didn't understand she said "this will hurt." And picked the male up thankful for her strength from so many strange serial encounters. She carried Yuuta quickly to the car and put him in doing up the belt before running back for Tatsuya who she threw over her shoulder and ran out again forgetting about the door, it wasn't exactly top of her mind as she drive rapidly to the hospital where the two men where taken into care and she was taken to be questioned.

Yuuta struggled to keep his mind clear. The pain was numbing, and he was sure he would be willing to do anything right now to make it stop. Even as he passed out again, the pain could still be clear on his face, scrunched up in pain in his unconscious state at the moment. When he felt himself being moved and picked up, he cried out in anguish of passion, curling up against the door and seat as he passed out. He remained unconscious as he was moved about and into the hospital, where he was then brought to a room just as Tatsuya was to be cared for.

Tatsuya woke a few hours later to a bright sterile light. He groaned as it blinded him and shifted slightly to try and get away from the light. As he moved he felt an odd tingling al the way up his right hand side, his brow furrowed in concentration as he tried to work out what was going on. Suddenly it all came back to him and his eyes snapped open "Yuuta." He gasped although his throat was horse and he could barely manage such a gasp. He felt a shadow come over him and careful hands on his shoulders keeping him still "Stay still Mr Kuroda. The other man is being treated and will be fine. You have a lot of pain killers in your system so try not to move too much and think slowly or you will lose the train of thought." The doctor explain as he sat on a chair by the bed. "You have dislocated your arm and there is a slight fracture in the bone that wil take a while to heal, we have put the joint back in place but it will be painful for a while yet and the muscle will take a while to build up again once it does heal. Also you have bruised the bones in five of your ribs and the cut in your hand is a little swollen but I have sterilised it so it should be fine now." Tatsuya just nodded as his befuddled brain attempted to take in the information without a lot of success. "Now Mr Kuroda could you explain to me what happened the girl who brought you didn't know." Tatsuya frowned, who brought them? Who would have known they were at Yuuta's house? Ayako: he had called her. As he slowly figured it out he wondered whether it was best to lie or not, he didn't like lying but in the end it was up to Yuuta to talk abut this or not so he decided to only tell part of the truth. "There was a man...He was in my boyfriends house and..." he trailed of trying to focus his brain and not let the copious amounts of drugs get to him "He attacked Yuuta so I tried to stop him but he beat us both up." He explained deciding to leave it at that. The doctor just nodded.

Yuuta eventually woke up to the same bright light shining in his eyes. Wincing, he shut them tight again before slowly trying to let them adjust, his eyes slowly squinting open. He shifted a bit, realizing there was something on his face, and realizing it was a tube to help him breath. Confused, Yuuta tried looking around the room, only to see it was empty, and he was alone in it. The other thing he noticed, was pain. Pain in his chest, and his jaw. But where was he, he wondered? Examining the room as his eyes roved over it, he realized he must be in a hospital. But how? How did they get here, and for how long? His head hurt trying to recall, but all he remembered with the encounter with Hiroki, and the immense pain before passing out.

Tatsuya was quiet for some time before he asked "can we leave?" The doctor smiled encouragingly "well I am happy for you to leave when you want to but I don't know about the other one he got assigned a different doctor he may want to keep him here a little longer." The male explained a tiny hint of distain in his voice, it was perfectly obvious he didn't like the doctor Yuuta has gotten. "Can I see him?" Tatsuya asked wanting to make sure his love was okay. "I guess, do you need help standing?" Tatsuya sat up, it hurt a little but not much, obviously the drugs were starting to wear off. He gingerly stood up and linked towards the door following the doctor to Yuuta's room.

 

The doctor knocked on and pushed open a door smiling comfortingly at the male within "hello Mr..." But he never finished as tatsuya rushed in and sat beside Yuuta "Yuuta are you okay? Where does it hurt?" He asked as his fingers trailed ever so softly against the man's arm, his eyes full of love and worry.

Yuuta glanced up as his doctor had come in, smiling slightly to him as he greeted him. Yuuta nodded a small hellow back to him, as the doctor began to speak "Hello Mr. Kazema" he greeted as he walked up to his bedside "How are you feeling right now? Still in a lot of pain?" he asked as he sat down beside him, checking on his monitors and everything. He spoke a little more, before going into detail for the other about his wounds "Your jaw was fractured slightly, and though the pain doesn't change on how it's fractured, the good thing is, it will heal fine on it's own as long as you don't do anything to bump it up again. As for you lungs, you may find it's a bit difficult to breath without the respirator. One of your ribs were fractured and was hitting against your lungs, bruising your left lung. Thankfully it didn't do anything other than that, but because of the bruising, breathing will be painful on your own. Which is why I'd like you to stay overnight, and then we'll see how you are doing tomorrow" he spoke, informing the other before the door opened and the doctor and Tatsuya came in. Yuuta's doctor couldn't say any more as the two males reunited and spoke to each other.

 

Seeing Tatsuya come in, Yuuta's eyes brightened up and he smiled. He moved to sit up, but tensed and hissed in pain, freezing as he slowly lowered himself back down, the pain hurting because of his chest injuries. "Hey, Tatsuya..." he said with a light smile "Shh, I'm alright, calm down. I'll be fine" he said with a smile as he glanced over the others body "How about you?"

Tatsuya gently stroked the others hair "shhh, I'm fine, nothing too serious." He didn't like seeing Yuuta in this much pain, sure he looked to tease and sexualy torture him but this was something completely different and it pained him that he couldn't do anything. Tatsuya bit his lip, why had he said they should go? Why had he left Yuuta alone? Why couldn't he do anything? A tiny tricky trickle of blood stains from where his teeth bit into his lip but still it was better than crying, better than showing his tears to two random doctors.

Yuuta frowned a bit "are you just saying that? Or are you really okay...?" he asked softly, reaching over and gently taking the others hand, squeezing it lightly. He was so glad to see the other, to see him moving about. It was such a relief, to have him there, it instantly calmed him "Hey hey" he cooed, letting go of his hand and reaching up, brushing the trickled of blood away as he pulled his lip from the grip of the others teeth "Don't do that. I know exactly what you're thinking right now, and so stop that" he said with a slight frown.

Tatsuya let Yuuta brush the blood away and slowly brought his hand up to rest on the others "I'm sorry." He whispered bringing Yuuta's hand to his lips and gently kissing the tip before turning it over and kissing his palm then his wrist. He didn't want to hurt Yuuta by kissing him properly so for now this would have to do. He swallowed down his tears at seeing the other in such a state and very softly whispered "I love you so please heal quickly." He was aware of how unlike himself he was being but with everything that had happened in the day it has gotten to him and he was no longer in control of things and no logger knew what to do. He hated it.

Yuuta smiled a bit when the other seemed to relax, even if just a bit. He closed his eyes, enjoying the moment. He hadn't even noticed the two doctors had left them to be. Also probably to inform the woman who had brought them in. He gently ran his thumb over the others lips when he kissed his hand "I love you too..." he murmured, smiling softly "If anything, I should be the one to apologize....getting you into all of this" he sighed, frowning to himself "I wouldn't mind so much if he hurt me...but bringing you into it too is the worst. I never wanted for any of that..."

Tatsuya lightly placed a finger on the others lips "Shhh." He said softly "It doesn't matter as long as you are okay then it's fine." He moved a little noticing that the two doctors had left. Tatsuya shut his eyes briefly his lips tilting up in an ironic chuckle as he said "Ironic isn't it? A million and one ways we could hurt each other with the type of relationship we have and it's not even because of some accidental pleasure gone wrong we end up here. How ironic." He murmured knowing full well that in a way it was due to the sexual things the two of them were into that they ended up in this situation...after all it was due to an over sadistic ex. He moved to sit on the chair adjusting the sling around his arm a little.

 

Before Yuuta could reply there was a knock on the door and Ayako strode in worry etched onto her face as she immediately went and crouched in front of Tatsuya. Her hands ran over his cheeks and down his uninjured arm before she looked worriedly at his other arm. Wrapping her arms around his neck she sighed in relief "Don't do that to me you fool." She whispered her voice breaking slightly as she pulled back her arms still around his neck. She noticed the blood on his lip "Stop hiding your emotions." She murmured as her finger lightly touched his lips before she embraced him again tears of relief falling from her eyes.

Yuuta frowned a bit as the other tried telling him it was alright, but he didn't feel like it was. Tatsuya was now beaten up, with a useless arm. But as the other spoke more, about the irony, he couldn't help but smile lightly at the others words, reaching a hand up and lightly stroking the others cheek "That's true...we were probably bound to end up here one way or another" he chuckled softly, but winced as the laughing hurt his lungs, and he sighed softly.

 

Before anything else happened, Ayako had burst into the room, fawning all over Tatsuya. He couldn't help but smile a bit at the womans concern for her friend "Huh, so you do have a heart" he teased the woman. Of course, ever since they first met, they were already on bad terms. They weren't so much 'bad' anymore though, as it more so was them just harassing each other and trying to annoy the hell out of each other "glad to see you're so concerned over me, too" he added sarcastically. Even in his pained state, he could still tease the woman that was her boyfriends best friend.

Tatsuya gently stroked the woman's back until she stopped crying into him. He couldn't help but roll his eyes and smile at Yuuta's comment, it was pretty funny after all.

 

When Ayako finally stopped crying she sat up a little and looked at Yuuta although she didn't move from her spot on Tatsuya's lap preferring to stay there and feel the familiarity of his skin beneath her as proof he was alive and she wasn't dreaming "of course I have a heart!" She retorted although the harshness was lessened by the smile that she couldn't keep of her face since she was too relieved that both men were alive although if she was asked she would only have admitted at being relieved for Tatsuya. "Be glad you are his boyfriend or I would have left you!" She said glaring at him although he voice was more affectionate now, after ask it was Yuuta she has made sure was okay first and had taken to the car first.

Yuuta just smirked a bit at the woman's response "Uhuh, sure" he said as he smiled a bit "Just admit you love me" he teased. It really was nice that they were all okay, and he wouldn't dare say it, but he was grateful to Ayako. He shifted a bit, sighing heavily with a light groan as all the talking was hurting his jaw. It wouldn't worsen it, but, because the injury was so fresh, it would hurt for a while "Dumb doctors should give more pain medicine" he muttered, closing his eyes as he tried to drown out the pain and ignore it "Anyways" he started, opening his eyes and looked to Ayako, "You being here reminds me. I want to talk to you" he said before glancing to Tatsuya "Alone if that's alright? Unless you're worried she'll steal me away from you since she loves me so much" he chuckled softly.

Ayako glared at him "yes you're right, my weak heart has taken to you and I can't hold out back anymore." She replied sarcastically laughing a little. When Yuuta shifted and groaned Tatsuya shoved Ayako of his lap, she fell heavily on the floor with a loud thump "asshole." She muttered a she stood up but Tatsuya wasn't listening instead worrying about Yuuta. When Yuuta asked him to leave he raised an eyebrow confused but nodded "I'll go find the doctor to get you some pain killers." He said quietly before walking to the door, at the door he turned and with a wink he cheesily blew Yuuta a kiss and mouthed "love you." Before disappearing out the door.

Yuuta chuckled again softly at Ayako's words, ignoring the pain the laughing caused "I knew it. You may have to watch out, Tatsuya.." he teased smiling a bit before looking to the other when he said he would go and find a doctor. He nodded his head in thanks to the other, before he did the cheesiest thing ever. He blinked a bit, blushing as he rolled his eyes, embarrassedly looking away from the other. When Tatsuya left, he turned his attention back to Ayako "Oh, right. So...I wanted to ask you something" he said, becoming a bit more serious "It's about Tatsuya's birthday" he explained.

Ayako looked at Yuuta and shook her head "I really wouldn't go there if I were you, I know your heart is in the right place but it will probably cause him more grief." She said softly, she knew Tatsuya had a thing about his birthday and when she who knew nearly everything about Tatsuya didn't know this thing, it was gar to deep a scar to mend. "He's worried about you you know." She said softly "he respects your wishes which I'd why he left but he's hurting because he wants you to be happy." She said ever so softly, this was something she couldn't do for him, she couldn't make that pain go away no matter how much she wanted to, only Yuuta could. And it hurt her to see her best friend like this.

Yuuta frowned a bit at her reaction, and lowered his gaze a bit "I've talked with him about it, and I understand how much pain he's going through because of that....but I don't think that means he has to suffer every year his birthday comes around" he said, frowning as he looked at his lap "I just want to help him, to be able to do something for him..." he trailed off with a soft sigh "I wanted to show him he doesn't have to make every year like this...that he isn't alone anymore" he spoke softly. All Yuuta wanted was just the same for Tatsuya - he wanted the other to be happy. But he didn't know what he could do to ease the others pain.

Ayako nodded, the male seemed truly sincere abut this so she would try and support him in this even if she wasn't convinced it was the right choice, but then again Tatsuya had disclosed the information to this man when he had never even hinted to her why he didn't like his birthday so maybe it was time that someone tried to help him get over the issue. She briefly shut her eyes and breathed in before saying "Okay, I'l help you. Was there anything in particular you wanted?" figuring it wasn't simply to get her approval that Yuuta had asked.

Yuuta sighed softly when Ayako finally agreed. It was nice to have her approval, even if a bit reluctant "Well...I don't know if you know, but he recently quit his job...so he's been trying to start his own business up now and everything. But, well he wasn't exactly financially prepared for it just yet. So, I was thinking about maybe helping him get started...I think a new computer would help a lot, the one he has now is pretty old...and maybe get word out with some sort of advertising or something..." he trailed off in thought.

Slightly startled by the sudden announcement she was shocked into silence fora moment as she attempted t take the information in, she was happy for him for making a stand and not wasting his time with a job he hated but on the other hand it was a lot to do in such a short time so she understood Yuuta's concern. She nodded slowly. "So you want advice on what to give him?" She stated as she thought, if it was her she usually gave Tatsuya a kinky sex toy at Christmas but that wasn't really what Yuuta was thinking. However as she considered it it occurred to her that although Yuuta probably got good tips having lived alone for so long she wondered how he would have enough money to have been paying for rent, food, electricity and everything else and still have enough to buy what would most likely be a very expensive laptop and advertising was extremely expensive as well. "Yuuta...before you get too caught up in this idea, are you sure you have the money to be spending after all if Tatsuya is in effect but of a job right now his saving aren't going to last that long for the two of you." She was worried for them both and while she knew she had the money to lend them if they needed it she knew Tatsuya was too proud to accept such donations. She sighed, this was really going to get complicated.

Yuuta nodded lightly, understanding Ayako's financial concerns with them. It wasn't a surprise, and a rightful concern. "I know, I was considering that too. I do have some money saved up, and I should be able to get the computer. But, I was hoping maybe you could help with the advertising? I would take care of most of it, I don't expect you to spend a whole lot or anything. But, I was hoping you'd be willing to help, unless you were already planning a different gift for him?" he asked. He of course wasn't going to tell Ayako where he had money saved up from. "And, with the trouble of my ex, Hiroki....i might be a good time for Tatsuya and I to move in together, of course, if he's alright with it. That would save both of us money too" he said, listing off the ideas he had and everything.
