The Line Between Love and Hate ((Nyuchanxx and Azuneko)) 18+

[Nyuchanxx]

Katsuro looked around to try and work out what had happened. Seeing the open package on the floor he cursed suddenly working it out. Just as demonic energy was bad for him, angelic energy was bad for Enjin. He quickly lifted Enjin onto the bed and lay him down carefully. Shutting his eyes he calmed his breathing and focused knowing he had to draw the energy out. Focusing his mind he linked his left hand into Enjin's while his right fingers carefully placed on the demons forehead to the right of his eye. He shut his own eyes and felt hard for the energy in the male looking for the swirling mass. Finally locating it his fingers twitched slightly trying to draw it into himself. Ever so slowly it flowed into him. Finally he opened his eyes and collapsed oibto the bed exhausted "better?" He asked hoping his efforts had been worth it.

Enjin gasps as he felt the energy out of him. He sat up holding his chest. "Damn it. I am sorry I woke you." he said grunting a bit. He rolled his eyes a bit before glancing at Katsuro. "Are you alright?" he asked leaning close to him. "I found the blade. So now we can move on to our next part of our plan." he mumbled

Katsuro nodded gasping for air. "One moment." He gasped out as he tried to organise his flow of energy so it wasn't too much. As he calmed his breath and controls the flow he sat up. "Well that's something I guess." He said as he looked over at the blade and rolled his eyes. Trust angels to go over the top, it was no where near as elegant as the demons blade. Quickly turning his gaze away from the unimpressive blade he looked at Enjin. "So what do we do?"

Enjin slowly sat up. "We now know the wedding was a shame and we found the proof of set up within the dangerous gifts. Next we purposely get overheard talking about the objects. Yes, I know its very risky but it has to be done. It'll draw attention to our fathers. Once that happens I'll take these and assure that won't have them once we are questioned." he said

[Nyuchanxx]

Katsuro nodded uncertain, it sounded plausible but extremely risky. If they were caught then and there then they would just be arrested and it would all too easy for the two men to blame it on their sons. He tried to think of a better plan but none presented itself before him. Although risky Enjin's plan was likely to work...if they didn't mess up and speak in front of the wrong people. "Okay then." He sighed before suddenly smirking and saying, trying to lighten the mood. "If this goes horribly wrong and we get thrown in the dungeons. Can I fuck you hard against the rails?" He smirked his eyes glowing at the thought.

Enjin glanced and him and tossed a pillow. "You can do that even if we don't get thrown in there. Now focus and not on your balls. I know the perfect person to let hear us. I am sure you know who as well." he said with a smile. He knew there was one person here Katsuro trusted and at the same time was loyal to Katsuro's father. This would be the best person to allow over hear them without causing too much of a risk.

Katsuro caught the pillow laughing "hardly, I don't have any bars around my bedroom!" He chuckled to himself before throwing the pillow back onto the bed. He turned serious again and thought about what Enjin was saying. He knew exactly who his husband was suggesting they talk in front of but he didn't really want to get Naoki involved after all it could turn out much worse for than it would for them if everything went horribly wrong. He sighed, it was logical though. Not happy with the idea he nodded keeping his eyes low to conceal how much he hated to get that man into their mess.

"If you don't want to its alright. I can figure out someone else. Though it has to be someone we trust one of our sides. I could always talk with my mother. I am sure as hell she can hold her own against my father. If you truly don't wish to involve that man then we can go with my mother." Enjin said rolling over to Katsuro and hugging him.

[Nyuchanxx]

Katsuro wrapped his arms around Enjin. "Thank you." He said softly. "It's fine...just don't get it wrong." He murmured staying in the other embrace for a little longer before he relinquished his hold and standing cleared his throat trying to reassert his dominance he stood straight and opening a cupboard full of food he removed an apple and began eating it as he quickly brushed his hair with his free hand and pushed a hair comb into it to keep it out of his face before he went and sat back down upon the bed.

Enjin was glad he made the other feel better about this situation. "I do hope you are a good fighter. I may be great with tricks and such but fighting is my weak point. So if push comes to shove and out fathers are poor losers be ready for throw down." he said laying on the bed. He pointed to the snake he had put in a jar. "Oh by the way. That snake really isn't yours right?" he asked knowing it couldn't really belong to Katsuro.

Katsuro leaned over and looked at the snake in the jar "ohh hello Sandra note how you get out?" He asked sincerely before standing and laughing "no I'm kidding it's not mine but for future reference who put it in here is fairly stupid since that snake is only poisonous to demons and I don't it could do much more than make you feel a bit ill for a few days!" He laughed rolling his eyes at the stupidity of some people.

"That may be but if your wife gets sick you'll be unfocused and your guard lowered. Thus the person thought wisely." Enjoin said actually calling himself the wife. He figured it might be after him or Katsuro. This proving it all the more. "Anyway let's to eat and continue with our plans." he said slipping out of bed. He stood before Katsuro with a small smile. "We will be fine. I won't let this chain of events hurt you."

Katsuro rolled his eyes "I'd like to see it try." He muttered as he quickly got dressed his sword taking its usual place at his hip although he made sure the sheath was lose to show him to draw easily if the need arose. Looking at Enjin he asked "can we eat downstairs or would you rather eat in the main area like most people?" He asked, he felt the need to go back down and apologise to Shira, she hasn't meant any harm she had just caught him in a bad time and Enjin apparently having caught the wing end of the stick.

Enjin narrowed his gaze. "Its fine if you want to talk to that girl again. I'll go find my mother and get things started. While your there get us something to eat alright." he said walking ahead of him. He still had no sense of direction but he would try. He didn't want to also feel so helpless and needing someone.

Katsuro rolled his eyes as he saw the male glare at him. Running to catch Enjin up he said "That wasn't what I said, I just asked where you wanted to eat." It annoyed him that Enjin seemed to get cross at that, he hadn't even said he wanted to talk to Shira. Sighing he said "Shall I get food sent up to the queen's quarters?" He asked knowing it would be easy enough to just ask some passing guard so he wouldn't have to leave his partners side. He felt no particular need to eat alone and he wanted to know exactly what was happening and therefore wasn't about to let the other make plans without him being there.

Enjin smiled a bit. "You are really cute you know that Katsuro. You aren't a very good liar. I could tell you at least had something to say to that girl. Am I completely wrong?" he asked tilting his head. "Its whatever after all once we are done all of this there would be no need for us to talk anymore. After all our marriage was a shame. Its not as if you would really want to marry a demon. SO for now lets work together. I won't betray you as long as you won't do it to me." he said starting to walk again.

 

Enjin had a dark way of thinking but he was a demon after all. He never expected good things to actually happen for him. So he spoke out of anger and fear most of the time. He figured talking as if everything were just momentary then he wouldn't be hurt when people left his side. He was so sure that Katsuro would toss him out once they didn't have to fear being executed for treason.

Katsuro looked away when he was called cute "Don't call me cute." He murmured not sure whether he was embarrassed or offended. On the one hand it was Enjin and he knew the male was only teasing but on the other everyone called angels cute and it annoyed him to be associated with the usual stereotypical view. As the demon spoke katsuro looked back at him slightly shocked by the idea. He knew Enjin was very against the marriage and so was he up until they really met but now he wasn't sure what he wanted but it certainly wasn't to never see his husband again. He took the demons hand in his own and squeezed it. "Saying such a thing is a betrayal." He whispered letting Enjin interpret his words as they walked.

Enjin looked at the other with wide eyes. He didn't expect him to say that. It hurt just hearing it. He didn't want to betray the other. Standing there feeling at a lost, he tilts his head. He couldn't understand how his words would be like betraying Katsuro. Even so it made no difference dawning on it. If Katsuro said it was betrayal then it was.

Katsuro looked sadly at the floor before back up to the lost demon. "If you want to leave when this is all over then I wont stop you just never say anything like that to me again." he said calmly trying to shake of the hurt he felt. He understood that Enjin probably hadn't mean tit like that and the demon probably couldn't help thinking that this marriage was pointless from the start but still he didn't want to hear it said. It was a betrayal. To him at least.

 

Turning away from Enjin he began to walk further down the corridor assuming the other would follow him as he headed for the queens quarters.

Enjin stood there feeling completely frozen. He really didn't expect that at all and it shook him a bit. He sighing softly he followed Katsuro to the queen quarters. He stayed far behind the other but followed. His head was lowered and his gaze down. A loom of shadow practically following him.

He heard footsteps behind him but they never got closer to his side. Maybe nothing had changed and it was as it had always been. People so close to him and yet they never met his own path always staying the appropriate distance away. He stopped outside a door and waited fro Enjin to catch up. Softly he said "You should go first, she is your mother."

Enjin eventually got to the door. He slowly pushed open the door not bothering to knock. He mother was brushing her hair when they entered. "You sure love just entering don't you. What can I help you boys with?" she asked. "I want to tell you something highly important. You have to listen well." Enjin said. She stood up and walked over to the both of them. "I see so you two are a lot more clever than your fathers give credit. Tell me what and I'll help." she grins.

 

Enjin blinked before glaring. "You knew and let me marry into this crap?" he asked a bit pissed. "Calm down. Its not like I could act out my plans too quickly. Wait for the right moment. isn't that what I've always told you." she said getting Enjin to calm down. "Besides, you married a handsome young man. You should be happy. Although I never known you to seek your own happiness. I was hoping this marriage could change that." she mutters. Enjin sighs. "Just tell father we have it and such. I'll look for you later for part four of my plan." he said turning to leave. She nods as she looked at him go. "Please treasure him Katsuro. He might reject it at first but he could really use it."

[Nyuchanxx]

Katsuro stayed silent throughout the exchange, he didn't really know what to say. This woman was Enjin's mother and he felt a little ill at ease in this situation as he wan't used to such things. As the woman addressed him he looked at her and bowed respectfully "I'll remember that, as long as he wants me I'll remain at his side." He said truthfully. She certainly knew how to read the mood between them, was it really that obvious the tension between them? He followed Enjin out turning and bowing again as he left the room "Sorry for the intrusion." He said politely.

"The sad thing is he doesn't know how to want for himself." he said softly before watching Katsuro following Enjin out. "Its no worries. You two be careful." she said as the door was closed. Enjin walked down the hall not waiting for Katsuro. He pulled off his ring to examine it better. "I suppose it will do for something this small. Have to prefect such a design though." he mutters to himself.

[Nyuchanxx]

Katsuro sped up his pace to catch up to Enjin. He noticed the male removing his ring, a sad look travelled over his face and he stopped Enjin, placing and hand on his shoulder and making sure the demon was facing him. "Enjin, don't remove your ring." He said softly taking it from the make fingers and gently holding rooms hand between his own he slipped it back on and drew the man into him, gently kissing his soft lips.
