C1 and C2, single children, with no siblings, had grown close in high school and had a relationship. But they were too different, and this ended up being the downfall of their relationship. C2 was too popular, and C1 too work and school invested. They broke up and went their separate ways, it being any other high school relationship. Until they met again, introduced to each other by their parents as each others future brother. Their single parents seemed to have been seeing each other, and now were getting married, and moving into one house together, as a family, meaning C1 and C2 are as well moving into the same home together, and will have to live with each other. Will this bring back old emotions? And if so, will they be of love for their past relationship, or bitterness and hate, because of their break up? Name: Liam Hazema Age: 18 Personality: Liam is more of an introvert, tending to keep to himself and keep his own emotions and opinions to himself, unless otherwise pushed or asked. He tends to put others before himself, yet is not a pushover by any means. Liam was by all means happy for his mother. She seemed like a young teenager again, full of joy with this new man she met. So of course Liam was happy for her. But he also disliked the idea of actually having to deal with a full family again. Apparently he even had a brother now once the two adults officially married. He had yet to meet his brother, but apparently he was the same age as him. Liam didn't mind too much...but he just hoped the guy wouldn't give him trouble and be mean, or anything. Liam just preferred to stay in his own world if he could help it. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't at least a bit curious about who his brother would be, having always been a single child. But at the same time he'd heard plenty of horror stories with his friends who had siblings. Liam had met the fiance to his mother, and approved he was a nice man, good enough for his mother. He hoped it would only be a similarity and same quality of a trait in the mans son, who was going to be his brother. Today his mother and him were moving into their house, since apparently it was bigger and would save cost of them buying a new house together. His mother was fine with it, though Liam wasn't too pleased. That meant it would be his new brothers 'territory' that he was invading on. He sighed heavily as all these thoughts ran through his head, shaking his head as he packed the last box into the moving truck "All done, mom!" he called into vacant house that now seemed to echo any smallest bit of noise. He frowned, looking at the house he'd lived in his whole life, before heading out with his mother and going to what would be their new home. Vic stood up away from the living room sofa. His father and him shared a glance at each other, and the red haired son instantly put on a smile. His father got the door and hugged his soon to be wife then he had smiled at Liam and shook his hand. "Good to see you both." He gave them in greeting, followed by an introduction leading them into the house. "This is my son, Vic. He will be you're new brother." He bowed slightly and respectfully to his Liam's mother and waved hello to them both with the smile on his face. "Welcome home." He said in warm welcome. He was not too surprised to see Liam again. He walked over to him and gave him a firm hand shake just like his father. In fact it was good to see him again. "Please make yourself at home as soon as possible." ChibiMonkey Posted May 6, 2014 Author Share Posted May 6, 2014 Liam stood beside his mother, letting her and her fiance greet each other and everything, before he gave a smile to the older male, nodding to him "it's good to see you too" he said smiling as they all stepped into the house. Liam followed the older couple until he was introduced to his son. He blinked a bit, his eyes widening a bit as he looked to his ex boyfriend from high school. He was almost too stunned to move or do anything, until he realized the other was waiting to shake his hand "Uh, th-thanks" he said, politely shaking the others hand. Liam would be lying though if he said he wasn't even a little bit bitter towards the other for their break up - even though it was mostly Liam's decision to end it. He pushed those feelings past for now, as he let his new father figure talk to him and his mother, but he wasn't fully listening. "Vic, show Liam around the house and to his room, will you?" the older male asked his son, before he went off to another room with his soon-to-be-wife. Liam watched the couple leave before he awkwardly turned his attention back to Vic. The two of them hadn't spoken since the break up, which was almost over a year ago. "Uh...I hadn't expected this..." he trailed off. He recognized his mothers fiance's last name, and knew it was the same as Vic's, but he hadn't thought anything of it, and just assumed it was a coincidence. My dad kept me in the dark on everything on you're identity." He casually spoke to him before he had walked by him again. "How does my brother feel about everything?" He asked openly. "I am pretty happy for our parents'." He kept the conversation going as he showed Liam rooms of the Hazema household. Once they headed to the bedrooms he opened a door for Liam. He frowned when the other called him his brother and he sighed "Will you not call me that?" he said as he stepped into the bedroom with him "Look, Vic, this is all really weird....don't you think so? I mean, we haven't even talked since we broke up. And now were going to be brothers..." he muttered as he glanced away from the other. He honestly didn't know what to do in a situation like this. 'Maybe he still has feelings? Or unfinished business?' "Okay, I MIGHT not call you brother. But I will slip up, I promise you that." He turned to close the door. "If you need time alone to sort out you're feelings, I understand. Do you want distance or to be close...like we once were?" He shrugged, not knowing the answer to that as well. "I have to tell you, I still think I am popular...although I have burned friendships here and there. But I would like to be civil and respected. He was not very sure how he sounded. But he was monotone and neutral in his head as he spoke. This would most likely damage Liam's pride. But did Vic honestly care? Maybe some...
