So in a guy, I'd like: somebody taller than me and with broad shoulders- I'm only 5ft6 inches so that's not to hard. somebody who with a nice body, just good shape nothing extreme! somebody confident and sure of themselves, that makes me feel secure - that's very important to think. somebody I can be the "person I am when I'm alone" with - if you understand what I mean They are things you can expect from a real guy right?! Although I don't see myself going out with a girl (again) in the future: I don't really have a 'type' looks wise again confident. a professional woman maybe an Otaku/geek girl would be nice - for some reason I feel a greater need to have similar interests if I was to date a girl again. Trying to think of a real life woman and just caught myself thinking of Sumire from Tramps like us, so that was kind of a fail or maybe I just fancy life as a pet. Well like Ava said, it's hard to pick one if you're always comparing the real thing to guys/girls from anime or novels But if we are talking about guys in real life... • Looks aren’t an issue with me but I would be far more attracted to a good looking guy • I do not like a guy who brags a lot. A guy who is modest or humble works well for me • Video gamer would be just perfect!!! They don’t have to like anime, but if they play video games, that is a point in my book!! • Good personality and a sense of humor • Tall, but not much taller than me (which is about 5’2) or at the same height • Someone who won’t mind that I get a little crazy • I can trust them with whatever and they accept every part of me (They don’t have to love every part, just so long as they accept me) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That'd not to say there aren't universal qualities like being nice, smart caring etc that apply to both. What's it's like going out with a girl though? i am not really into girls :> BlueRayman This is a hard one as it depends on the girl your going out with but girls generally find it easier to express how they feel in the little things, holding hands, cuddling on the sofa and those type of innocent display of affection. I guess when going out with a girl I have in the past played - and on reflection played is the right word - the guy and tried to be what's expected of me instead of just me. I have a friend who says my problem is I want to be the girl in the relationship, LOL she's right I'm the one who wants to be bought flowers etc. I was never very good at the whole romantic thing in the past but I think that's why.
