Hello hello! This is officially my first RP recruiting thread! cheetah4

 

What I am searching for is a fellow writer/s whom:

 

• Would never throw me a one liner or anything below a good solid paragraph.
  
• Would never godmod or try to control my character's actions.
  
• Would show genuine interest in the posting and the characters.
  
• Would try their best to make their posts good (not too many grammar errors or confusion).
  

 

Themes I am interested in (but I will gladly listen to suggestions):

I don't work with (I'm pretty sure I have forgotten something, but oh well):

• Hardcore BDSM and hardcore rape. (I can work with the 'softer' versions)

 

I am a Seke at heart and I'd love to RP with some fellow Sekes. I do enjoy Semes and Ukes also, but I would ask of the ukes not to be whiny little teary eyed puppies. I like challenges, I like feisty guys that can take care of themselves.

 

I haven't RP'd much on here, that I will admit right away. I'm currently in one thread, and I was in another one as well but that got dropped as the person had to leave the site. So there isn't much I can offer as a guarantee that I wont screw anyone over when it comes to the RP. I am not used to sexual RP's, but I am eager to try it out and am a fast learner. I am an experienced roleplayer whom has been roleplaying for about 8 - 9 years or so, but it has usually been RP's like Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail etc etc that don't really offer much of sexual yumminess.

 

I will offer whomever wishes to take the chance of RP-ing with me:

 

• Solid posts with good details and genuine interest in your character.
  
• I will post at least once or twice a week, and if I wouldn't be able to for some reason I'd let you know.
  
• Good grammar and no hurried posts.
  

 

What I love the most is to build up suspense. rabbit13 I do not enjoy it when characters meet and have sex within five minutes and have fallen in love after about 10 minutes. Nope, that's not for me. I like to drag the good stuff on, have some tension and stolen glances and touching. Etc.

 

I'd also rather wait longer than get a hurried post from whomever I write with. It honestly 'turns me off' in a writing sense when I feel like there is no 'feeling' behind what I'm replying to.

 

 

Sheesh ... after reading over what I wrote I wonder if anyone will want to RP with me ;_;

 

I am hoping to gain friends on this site, and I figure the best way to do so is through writing. So I really DO hope that I don't scare everybody away with this thread. If anyone is interested, then please reply here. I am searching for perhaps one or two people to RP with. I don't want to participate in more than two - three threads at a time, since I feel like I lose 'touch' so to say with what I'm doing if I start writing in a million threads.

 

I am still unsure if I am ready to take on the task of being in a group RP. It sounds a bit scary tbh, mostly because of my one liner phobia. o_o but if two or three people would be interested in the same theme, then I'd be ready to be brave and try out some group stuff! rabbit14

Hello, I'm kinda interested to do some rp with you.

But, I kinda like... how to put it... hoping my partner will take the lead?

I really love fantasy themes. But whatever fine for me in the end.

So as you can guess, I'm more into being an uke rather than seme (but yeah, I can take seme on some case--depend on how the other act). So kinda... flexible?

So, hn...

For experience, well, I did rp once in a while--but I haven't done it here. So... I'll just said I'll do my best for now.

Oh right, about my grammar, spelling, and other stuff concerning on how I write; I can't guaranteed a perfect one, I'm still learning on this one.

'Flexible' sounds like a Seke case to me, so that's fine I am also fine with taking on the 'leading role' as long as I wont be dealing with a too soft and girly uke. It's fine if your spelling and all that isn't perfect, I know mine isn't. Just as long as I can see that you are trying, and that I wont get one liners that make me want to poke my eyes out.

 

So what kind of fantasy themes do you like the best? I was thinking perhaps a sword wielding champion so to say required a magician to help him out with saving a village from monsters or something like that (forgive my lack of imagination atm) xD I'll happily listen to suggestions as well, I'm often a bit empty when thinking of plot lines. We can also do something else fantasy related if you'd like.

Well... for soft and girly uke... nah, I'm not into it too. That's just feel so... totally wrong.

a sword wielding champion and magician, huh?

I do have some plot with that set. About a bookworm swords master (totally wrong, something totally wrong with this combination. Oi!!!) that prefer being left alone with book. But his childhood friends (magician) just keep on dragging him for adventure all around the world. And this magician always have something to make the sword master comply and join him, something like;

 

"Oh right, I just heard about some ruin that used to be ancient library. Can you imagine on how many old documents buried there? How many books you haven't read waiting to be found?" -- or something.

 

And hearing that, the sword master will always, and without fail, fall into magician's trap ruled by 'so-called-ancient-book' while the magician imagining what treasure he might found.

 

..or something like that. Well, it's kinda old so I'm not really clear on how it used to be.

Hn... you want to rearrange it so it can be more... acceptable?

It feel like it still kinda... random.

 

Oh, and I'm not really fond with 'inconsistent' character. One time he act timid, the other time he act forceful, another time he turn into cheerful yet moody type for the sake of some romantic scene. I'm losing my grip on character when dealing with that kind. (Got some experience to forcefully change an emotionless character into some prince-charming-that-will-always-understand-and-act-lovingly with one scene just to satisfied the other party. In the end I don't know what kind of character I'm playing at -_______-") -- side note, finally remember this one (lol)... oh, but I think it's goes well at how you love to build up suspense while on my part; rational character development.

That sounds like a fun plot idea. How about it being then a sword master whom really wants to learn magic and therefore is trying to get some peace and quiet to study books (he might be a bit of a log-head and therefore the magic studying isn't going that well), but his magician friend keeps dragging him on adventures (to gain treasures naturally) whilst making up stories about these awesome magic instruction books they could find. So the magician is this sort of manipulating, intelligent, slightly greedy type whom always wants to keep his friend close by whilst the sword master is a more of the down to earth, calm type that gets constantly irritated at his friend; but they are inseparable at the end.

 

How's that?

 

And that sounds great, I too like consistent characters! This should be fun! Let me know what you think, and then we can start wondering over the chars themselves and who wants to be whom. I'd have fun being the sword master, but frankly I am up for being either one as both of these roles sound fun to write out. x) If you have a preference for either character then do share!

I'm not really sure I can play an intelligent and manipulating type like that magician to well. But I'll try.

Almost 20.

Appearance:

Black hair and dark brown eyes with pale skin.

 

Bio:

Someone who always appear cheerful and easy going person on first meeting. Yet, he's the type that won't take a 'no' as an answer and will do anything to gain what he want (most of the time it will party member for treasure hunting). It's not a rare occurrence for people to mistook him as a woman because his beautiful figure and he's using that point for his advantage. He'll gladly dress up as woman (and named himself "Luna") to gain information about ruins from another treasure hunter.

 

A magician that using water element, so, his skill mostly consist on healing. The other magicians in his generation and later see him as an idiot genius while the older generation didn't show any interest. Despite on how talented he might be, his spell are limited because he just lazy to read and memorized new spell. That why he always in need for company that do well on attack--main target; a-non-talented-magician-but-genius-swordmaster.

 

He hated to acknowledge he's almost 20 and keep on saying he still 17 for no apparent reason.

 

Because his manipulating nature, he know the boundary to make sure no one will hate him--for reason; "Maybe I'll need them someday, so better not having any enemy."

I'm pretty sure I'll just throw out more and more for him in the future. And I can rearrange his data again to match your if you want to before we start.

Oh, right. As usual my brain freeze up and just recently melted.

About that "girly uke" you mention; I personally take that one on how they act, not on how they look.

So I set the magician to sometime mistaken as woman but not acting like one--not including the stereotype for magician are usually slender and beautiful type. He did some cross dress, but I plan to just left it as back story and not gonna write it down.

 

But, if you're not fond with 'girly look' too, I'll just deleted it and think another way on how he will get the information and annoying the sword master (you did say about he constantly irritated by him), so I'm thinking some dialog like;

 

"Eh? You don't want to join me? You're sure? Think about it if you're not there to protect me, this smooth skin you love so much will be full of bruise and scar. Are you sure? You won't like to see your beloved being hurt, right?"

 

Of course he said it just for amusement and irritating the other.

Your char looks good x) Yeah that girly uke thing mostly goes for how they act, I don't really have a problem with pretty males so long as they aren't so frail and girly in looks that it defeats the point of having any yaoi around them. But good good! I shall now think up my char ... hmmm.. Feel free to be criticizing if there will be something you don't like!

Appearance: Dark green eyes, tanned skin, light brown hair that's usually tied back in a ponytail whilst a few bangs fall into his face. His body is lean yet strong, and the wiry muscles make Wal capable of literally tossing his opponents away.

 

Bio: This handsome young male is the honest / simple type of a person. He likes the small things life has to offer, and loves eating good food in order to restore his mood and energy. It's not difficult to talk him into doing things, mostly because he has the bad habit of believing others very easily. His childhood friend, Arsellec, knows of this weakness and will never hesitate to use it to his fullest advantage.

 

Wal is a champion with swords as well as being a feared opponent when it comes to fistfights, and has earned himself the utmost respect from other 'brawlers' like himself. However, the male wants to learn magic out of all things. Naturally, nobody really has any faith that he will ever be able to learn the art of magic, seeing as Wal is a true brawler whom doesn't have the highest IQ out there (despite not being dumb).

 

His temper often gets the better of him, and it's safe to say that Wal has little patience; which makes the studying even more difficult, and encounters with other people tend to end rather badly most of the time. What makes matters even worse for Wal when it comes to him trying to find time to study, is the fact that Arsellec keeps dragging him along into all sorts of adventures whilst telling Wal about all sorts of magic instruction books they might find at the end of the journey. Needless to say, that never happens. Waleran often gets extremely irritated at his friend, but Arsellec only has to turn his big dark eyes at Wal and give him a pout... that is usually enough to wear down Wal's defences and calm his mood.

 

He doesn't exactly approve of Arsellec's manipulative nature, and often tends to scold him and almost shake him by the collar of his shirt like a bad dog whenever the dark haired magician dresses like a woman in order to deceive others.

I'm starting get some idea on how Arsellec wanted to chain down Wal to make sure he's not wandering off to far from his sight. (So now aside from being a manipulative and greedy he got weird obsession to? My not too sweet boy, why you grew into a twisted person like this .___.")

 

 

Personal comment;

I'm starting to imagine on how itching it will be to throw heavy book at Ars's head later with all his antic against poor Wal .___.

Fantasy themes sound fun. Anything special in mind around that? I was thinking the other day about perhaps bodyguard & prince, or slave & prince. Perhaps we could even NPC more people around the two main chars of ours and make a little 'group' of wanderers that seek monsters and treasures. *ponders about more* two monster hunters that are rivals and end up doing a mission together. *tries to pull out more ideas* xD Did you have something in mind?

I just joined the forum and was browsing about for some possible RP partners, and really liked your profile of sorts. You sound like you'd be a great match for me.

 

I, too, am rather particular about post length and quality, so it's great to find someone who shares that expectation from the get-go. I also want suspense and plot in my RP's, rather than just sex without any real connection or depth. Give me character growth and some backstory. Honestly, I enjoy a good plot almost more than the naughty bits, lol.

 

I really think we would have a good time RP'ing, as we share a lot of the same wants and likes. I'll be putting up store thread with my characters soon, so I hope something catches your fancy!

The monster hunters idea sounds fun; I've always wanted to slay a dragon xD Plus, making my character have a baseless hate of yours could be fun~ The more trials the sweeter the love - or something like that...

 

Though roleplaying as a slave & prince could be fun; forbidden love always gets me going~ Although I guess it won't be so forbidden if the prince brought the slave for a good time... Well...either way, I still think it would be fun! Though as far as my own ideas go...

 

Sending a group of people into space, the planet they land on is basically a deadly jungle type place -with an atmosphere that can magically sustain humans. The race for survival starts as the species the group encounter on the planet start hunting the humans one by one, leaving our characters and a few NPC fighting to stay alive as they try and find a way back to earth.

 

...That^ was all I could think of as for ideas right now -_- Try me again later, maybe then I won't give you such a Cage of Eden manga type of idea.
