It was an early morning on an Friday for Shiro. He had a woke hours before, he was going through his mobile phone now. He suddenly noticed a number that was familiar but he had not called it for a while. He looked at the name, it was Chase from High School said the note attached to the number. He hit send while it was on the number and held the phone up to his ear, he waited a pick up on the other end.

Chase was curled up on his bed, purring in his sleep. He stretches out his arms and legs with a yawn, waking up from sleeping and rubs his eyes. His ears start to flicker, listening to his phone going off and crawls on top of his bed to his nightstand. Chase picks up his phone and looks at the number, noticing the number he use to call alot in highschool. He turns the phone onto answer mode and put his phone to his ear, "h-hello?"

His eyes go from mundane to shocked at hearing the other's voice. Was it the stutter or was it just the fact the other's voice had changed? "Hello Chase, how are you today?" He said looking at the clock on the wall. "I hope, I did not get you at a bad time." His said with a smile and with a cheerful and friendly tone for both greetings. He waited a quick response from him during the call. He gave him his full attention during the call, like their world only revolved around each other for this conversation.

Chase lays back on his stomach, kicking his feet in the air with a soft smile and wagging his tail, "oh is this Shiro? I am pretty good today." He looks at the wall and slowly rolls onto his back, holding his tail with his free hand, "no its okay, being part cat means I get plenty of sleep daily. It was worth waking up to talk to you after so long of not talking."

"Yes, it's Shiro." He said smiling happily that he was remembered. The smile does not leave his face as he hears the other speak into the phone. "Are you being flirtatious right now, Chase?" The brunette asked of the neko. He sits up off his bed, to the edge and taps his foot very faintly on the ground. He had songs stuck in his mind, from earlier that morning. "It's nice to speak to you again as well. How have you been? How is school?" He asked.

Chase holds onto his tail and flickers his ears a little with a smile, legs slightly spread out. "Am I being flirtatious? Well I-I don't do good with flirting," as he blushes and scratches a finger against his ear, sticking out the tip of his tongue. He smiles and nods his head slowly, "its very nice to be talking to you as well and school is pretty good but I don't think some of the students are use to me being slightly different than everyone else."

Shiro let the side conversation of being flirtatious vanish from both of their mouths. His face turned to a sad state. "Really Chase? That's a shame. I thought you went to a school away from the jerks we went to High School with." He hummed softly then spoke again. "How about I take you out for a snack to cheer you up? Something sweet, perhaps?" He asks as he gets up from the bed and begins getting ready.

Chase sighs and shakes his head, "well its not like they bully me. They just give me weird looks and then there are some that think they are fake. But the girls at my school seem to like them at least so I guess that's better than nothing." His ears perk up a little and nods his head, "are you going to take me out to have some strawberry ice cream," his tail swishes back and forth slowly.

"Yeah, I'll take you out of the house for a bit. Where would you like to meet. I am getting ready now. Mind if I put you on speaker phone for a moment?" He asked as he kinda rambles. He does that after getting the okay from the blue haired neko. He then began undressing and then dressing up, while in the phone call on speaker.

Chase nods his head and looks at the clock, placing a finger on his bottom lip, "how about our high school parking lot? That seems like a good meeting spot and sure go ahead, I need to start getting ready too." He stands up from the bed, still holding his phone and walks to the bathroom, undressing his sleepwear and goes into the shower, starting the water.

"Lucky thing, I'm in town for the summer. So yeah, see you there." He said to the phone. Once he hears the water of the shower, he quickly says, "Bye, see you shortly." He hangs up on the phone then decided to shower himself.

Chase pouts a little and lowers his ears slowly, "aw your only going to be here in the summer?" Chase nods his head with a soft smile, "okay see you soon," he hangs up his phone and starts to take his shower.

The needy side of the blue haired neko came to his ears before he had hung up, it also ached his heart. As Shiro was going into his own shower, now in the buff, he began showering as he was thinking the possible relationship involvement with Chase. 'Maybe I'll take the Fall season for school off. We do live on different parts of town. So any troubles we had back in high school, could be the same or different now that we have matured.' He thought to himself as he showered in full.

Chase grabs a wash cloth and puts it under the water to wash it. He squeezes the water out and wipes his face with the cloth, reaching out to grab another cloth and puts some bodysoap on it, wiping the cloth all over himself. Chase grabs ahold of his tail and rubs back and forth in a stroking motion with the soapy cloth to clean his tail. He closes his eyes and puts shampoo on his head, scrubbing it within his hair.

shiro does the same as the other. Once he was showered, he got dressed and headed out the door to his car, closing the door. Before he started his car, he dialed Chase's number and waited for him to answer.

Chase was finish taking his shower and goes to his room, getting dress. He puts his shoes on and starts walking towards his and Shiro's old school, looking down slowly and goes into his pocket, flipping his phone open and puts his phone to his ear, "hello? I am on my way to our old school now."

"Hey Chase, sorry, but I maybe late. I just left my house only moments ago. I'm driving there. I may see you there, but just a tad bit late." He then started up his car, and let it idle as he was on the phone. "So maybe, wait some time before walking there or I'll meet you some where else?" He asks, kinda stressing now.

Chase scratches his head and looks at his wrist watch. He thinks for a few minutes and taps his foot slightly, "well your driving your car there and I am walking. Do you remember how distracted I get when I go on walks? So either way, since your in a car and me walking there on foot, I think you should be able to get there before me. So the same meeting spot works for me," as he continues walking.

"Yes, I do. You and you're stray cat pals in you're neighbor hood and such. I know you have to say hi to them." He said with a light hearted laugh. "I'll be there, don't worry. Bye." He then hangs up and begins driving to their old school campus.

Chase swishes his tail and laughs a little, scratching his head a little and pouts over the phone, "well need to be friendly you know." He nods his head, "alright see you soon at our old school," he hangs up and continues walking.

Another set of about 30 minutes passes by as Shiro is driving to the school. On his way there, he sees Chase walking. He smiles and keeps driving to their meeting spot. "He's still coming, that's a good thing." He says to himself and parks outside their old meeting spot outside the school's campus.

Chase flickers his ears and looks towards the approaching car, looking at the license plate and wags his tail, "oh he is on his way," he continues walking and holds onto his tail. As he walks to the entrance of the school, Chase goes into the direction of the parking lot and sprints to Shiro's car.
