Chthonic
*Warning* Plot bunnies have been known to hump brains. cheetah6 Hello and welcome to my little plot thread! I will be updating this and adding changes, so do check back in! First off, just some general information: I tend to prefer to play either seke or stronger-willed ukes. (Nothing bugs me more than wimpy ukes who cry during sex...) Please reply in paragraphs! Paragraphs are sexy.:5yoyo12: I typically reply in at least 3 large paragraphs, and really am seeking RP's who can consistently give around that many back. I also like some plot and build up. Let our characters get to know each other and build some suspense before just getting all with the sexing. While I do have a few tried-and-true characters I like to RP, I am always willing to make new ones for an RP. Also, I'm willing to tweak an existing character of mine a little, in order to fit the RP. So far as my kinks, I have a ton so it's probably easier to just list my deal breakers, lol. I will NOT play: ~ water sports, scat, or vomit ~ vore ~ rape/ non-con, though I don't mind when my characters might need convincing... :cuteonion54: ~ gore, some blood is fine, just don't vivisect my character, m'kay? ~ child/parent incest * May be subject to change/additions ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Original Plots (Seeing Me) This had been a topic I RP'd back on SBY but that had gotten abandoned. I would LOVE to revive it, as it never got up and going and I really love the premise and the character I made for it. I would like your character to be a doctor/nurse/psych consult maybe? that Jayden will meet in the ER. I'd also like your character to have some ties to the occult, be it mild sensitivity to anything/level you wish. I'd like to have your character help expose Jayden to others like him and help him learn better control. As an overseeing plot, I thought it'd be cool to have some seriously bad juju rising soon, hence setting off Jayden's abilities more than usual. Anyways, lemme know what you think, and we can tweak it from there! Old intro post: Bare feet touched cold concrete floors, the sound of rumpling sheets and a light groan coming as Jayden sat up with a yawn, pushing his deep black hair from his red-rimmed eyes. His head throbbed as he sat upright, a now long familiar feeling, as was the fatigue that weighted his lithe frame. Rising from his bed, Jayden shuffled down the hall into his tiny bathroom, not even bothering to glance in the spider-cracked mirror that hung above his dingy sink. He knew what he'd find anyway. Blank eyes and a drawn face. It had been this way as long as he could remember, long nights hearing them, trying to force them from his consciousness, and the past few months it had only gotten worse. He never spoke of it with anyone. Who would believe him anyway? He wasn't even sure he believed it. Who would believe that for as long as he could remember, he could hear things other people couldn't. He called the The Voices. Sometimes, they were just whispers, like conversation picked up but not really heard, and others...they were screaming. He'd convinced himself he was crazy. He had to be. No one heard voices. Then his mother had died. Jayden had stood by her graveside, unable to cry, unable to even feel, and then he'd heard her voice. At first, he cringed away from it, shoving the presence away. It wasn't his mother. She was dead! And then that voice had said things he couldn't have known, things only she could've told him. It was the first time Jayden believed that this thing, whatever it was, might not be because he was crazy. Jayden popped open the medicine cabinet, rummaging through the collection of pain killers he had stored there. Aspirin, Tylenol, codeine, Vicodin...anything to relieve the constant pressure in his head. He dumped the contents onto the bathroom counter, carefully counting them before selecting a handful and taking them dry, feeling the familiar sensation of the pills going down his throat. He'd need more soon. What he had left would barely see him through the end of the day. He hated his reliance on the medications, but he hated the pain more. His doctors told him stress, told him migraines, and though he hated the lying too, he didn't feel he had any other course of action. Jayden dressed quickly, grabbing up his iPod and jamming the little buds in his ears, turning the volume up as high as the tiny device would allow. It helped to drown out the constant noise, even if it did make his head pound. Heading out his apartment, he nodded to the security guard whose greeting had gone unheard as it always did, and pushed out into the busy streets of the city. He didn't need to look up from the sidewalk, knowing his destination by heart. He navigated the crowds and corners, only looking up to cross the street, and barely even then, until he strode through the doors of his local pharmacy and up to the counter, taking his ear buds out long enough to talk to the man behind it. "Yeah..I have a prescription to pick up." Jayden could tell his voice sounded hoarse, if not a bit pained, as he closed his eyes shut for a moment against the harsh fluorescents overhead. He really did hate those damned things. He knew the man was talking to him again, asking him things, and he gave his name more on habit than actually hearing him speak. His head gave another painful throb, worse than the last, and Jayden actually raised a hand to rub at his temples. "Alright, you have four this time, it looks like. Tylenol 3, Vicodin...." Jayden just nodded along with the pharmacist as his order was rattled off. It was just another invasive noise, and his head was really starting to throb. The lights seemed to grow brighter in the store until that was all there was and then that sickeningly familiar sensation Jayden could only describe as claustrophobia rushed over him, making his breath come in short little pants. "I think that's the last of it....Hey..Are you alright? Sir?" The pharmacists voice was a distant buzzing. There were so many, so many voices he couldn't pick them out anymore. An overwhelming static, as i someone had just turned up the volume in his head. God, not here...not now... Jayden took a few drunken steps away from the counter, only to stagger, his world spinning violently. He saw more than felt the dingy white linoleum come rushing towards him. He thought he heard the man speaking, maybe it was another voice...it all sounded so far away, and it was getting farther, until everything was suddenly silent.
