John sighed quietly to himself as he walked across the street. He lived near the cafe, that was good... A walk from time to time wasn't that bad. And he didn't have to buy a car like this. His workplace was also near - he was a... Gardener. It always felt weird to say that... He was good with flowers, and his job didn't require any kind of social contact. His own appartment was filled with various flowers... The black-haired male let out a small huff as he tried to grab out the keys from his pocket... And failed continuesly. Groaning softly as he tried to fish them out, John finally succeeded. Somehow.

Aras was walking back home lazily. He lived right across the street in the top floor of an apartment complex. The German man felt rather tired, his blue eyes holding a bit of a dull look due to his tiredness. As he got to the apartment complex, he took the elevator up, and when he got there, he stretched, almost like a cat, his back cracking, to his delight at least. Walking towards his apartment... he noticed... that man from the cafe earlier lived right next to him! Aras had just recently moved into this complex...and he only knew a few of the people that lived there. "Hey, do you need help?" called Aras, hoping to get a response.

John's body froze at the familiar voice. He turned his head slowly to see who it was, his mouth opening and closing back up again and again - like a fish. "U-Um..." He tried to think of something to say, but it felt like his mind went blank. Totally blank. "N-No..." The man finally stuttered out, just as he succeeded in unlocking the door. He put the keys into his pocket, turning to Aras with a shocked look on his face. "Uh... You live here...?" He asked in a voice full of disbelief as he held onto the coffee beans.

Aras cocked his head the slightest bit and gave the other a warm smile, rubbing the back of his neck with a nervous sigh. "Yeah, I live here, I just recently moved into this complex though. It's cool to know that one of my customers lives right next to me!" He walked closer to the other as he said, "Every time I pass your apartment, there's always a great scent coming from it, and I always wondered who lived there."

John wanted to sink into the ground. His cheeks were regaining their previous red color as he turned his eyes away slightly. Really, he was just an awkward man with a normal life. Nothing more. "A-Ah... That's probably because of the flowers..." John said with a shy smile on his face. He also had a small kitten... The cutest thing ever, he always said that. The kitten was attached to him, too! The man let out another shy smile as he looked down at the floor. "Um... I should... I have to feed my cat..."

Aras chuckled softly as he said, "Well, it was nice meeting you...and yeah, you should probably go feed your cat... I have a dog and a kitten I should probably go feed, they probably miss me a lot." Stretching, the German man made his way down the hallway to the next door, and with a sigh, he grabbed his keys out of his pocket, opened the door, and went inside. He was instantly relieved by the nice, cool air in his apartment as he locked the door. And he was even more happy when he saw his puppy running up to him rather merrily, wagging it's tail, and jumping up on his legs. Aras was content with his little life.

John nodded quietly, a soft blush lingering on his cheeks. He watched Aras, feeling something tug onto his heart... Weird. He never felt this way... The blak-haired male sighed quietly as he slipped inside of his house, locking the door behind him. It was a habit of him by now... His smile became warmer when he saw his shy kitten stick its head from another room. John let out a soft chuckle as he walked to it, gently taking it into his arms. "Hey, Marie." He said softly as he stroked its head gently, adoring the white, pure pure white fur. He liked being here... He felt relaxed.

Aras sighed softly as he slipped off his shoes near the front door, and started to walked towards the kitchen to get some food out for the kitten and for his puppy. He opened the cans with a small hum and put the wet food in the bowls for them, and set them on the ground. Throwing the cans away, he went to go wash his hands in the sink. He liked his simple, easy life, it was easy the manage. He didn't need much to be happy, to be quite honest. He watched as his puppy ate it's food... it was adorable. He owned a Dorky, which was a crossbreed between a dachshund and a yorkie, and he was pretty sure it was the most adorable thing he had ever seen. His puppy's name was Isabella, who he usually called Bella, and his kitten's name was Sakura. Sakura was a little, black kitten with a few tufts of white, and had icy blue eyes. Aras loved his pets... With a small sigh, he walked off towards his bedroom to go get changed.

John smiled warmly as he played around with his kitten for a bit, chukling quietly at the pure cuteness. He had to feed her and water the flowers... Then he could go to sleep. The man was thinking of getting a dog as well. Collies were the dogs that long ago captured his heart. They were so graceful... John sighed dreamily while placing the food he carefully picked himself to his kitty. No matter what, his pets would always get the best care possible. Even if he was awfully clumsy, he was a responsible man. The black-haired male was soon done and decided on a cup of cocoa before bed. He left the coffee for morning...

Aras had gone off into his bedroom, stripping of his clothes with a small sigh as he just left his boxers on, leaving the rest of the clothes in the hamper to clean up on laundry day. He turned off the lights lazily and flopped into his bed, rather tired. He curled up on top of the blankets... it was too hot out for those. His puppy soon jumped up onto the bed next to him, snuggling up to his side as he tried to fall asleep.

John smiled to himself as he sat down in the simple kitchen, with the cup of cocoa. His kitten was on his lap, as he absent-mindedly stroked its fur, sipping his drink. The cashier... He was awfully nice to him. Weird. Usually people didn't want to talk to him, seeing as he was awkward... Oh, well. Why question the good things? With this thought in mind, John made the dishes and walked off to sleep. Thanks to his weight, it was too hot to sleep with clothes on... Even so, it didn't take him long to fall asleep.

In the morning, Aras was awake with a soft grumble as his alarm clock was going off. Sitting up, he smacked the button in a rather grumpy manner. He really hated the sound of the alarm clock... he probably could have slept in later if he wanted to, since he was working at night today, but he had stuff to do, and errands to run. Slipping out of bed, he walked out of his room and into the kitchen, Isabella waking up after a few moments and following him, her tail wagging happily as she saw him putting food in her bowl. After feeding and putting out water for his pets, he went to go make himself some coffee... this was exactly what he needed.

John let himself sleep a bit more today... His job started later than Aras', anyway. But he probably had more days off... He only worked on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. He had three days off, when another gardener would work. His workplace was... Well, he didn't really have one. They would just get request, some would be weekly, or daily. Today he had to work in the park... A quiet sigh left his mouth as the man got out of the bed, walking to shower first. He wasn't that bad with mornings... In fact, he was quite the mornings' person. He failed at staying up late, but he could wake up early when needed.

Aras prepared his coffee to his liking, with a bit of cream and some cinnamon. With a small huff of delight, he sipped at it as he looked through the cupboards for something to eat. He'd probably just eat cereal today. Getting on his cornflakes, he got out some milk and poured himself a bowl-full, and then went to go sit down at the table. He'd try to make this day a good day... but he had to do something when he went to work today that he wasn't too keen on. He had to dress in a maid costume.

John yawned softly as he got out of the shower, dressing up immediately. He himself didn't like to look at his body. The black-haired male sighed as he walked to get himself something to eat. Living alone, he learned a bunch of yummy recipes... Now if he had someone to share them with... A sigh left his mouth again as he began making himself some pancakes. Hmm... How much did he wanted today? Three would be enough, so he had to make a bit less batter... When he was done, John made himself some coffee as well, and sat down to eat. He felt pretty good... Seeing as he didn't exit the house yet.

Aras sighed tiredly as he ate his cereal... it wasn't all that sweet, it was boringly bland. Getting up out of his seat, he got a few sugar packets and poured them into the milk in his cereal, and then continued to eat it quietly, reading the news on his laptop, which was on the counter where he sat to eat. The news was so boring... and mostly a bunch of crap anyways, given most of this was all one-sided crap.

John closed his eyes as he sighed contently. It felt nice in here.. He rubbed behind its kitten's ears, a soft smile playing on his face. What was the weather outside even like? The raven finished up his breakfast and walked into the balcony, wearing simple pants and a short-sleeved shirt. Each appartment had a baclony here... Taking in the fresh air, John let out a small smile. The sun felt nice...

Aras sighed as he finished his breakfast, and brought his bowl over to the sink, rinsing it off with a small sigh, and then put it in the drying rack. Stretching again, he headed off towards his room to get out some clothes. When he got there, he decided on a diluted red pair of skinny jeans, and black and white striped tank-top with a red rim, and put on a pastel purple shirt over it with a sigh. Slipping on a pair of Vans, he let out a small huff as he went to the bathroom to brush his teeth and put on deodorant.

John glanced at the clock and let out a soft sigh. He should get going... The raven put on his simple sneakers, grabbed a jacket and put it on as well. No matter how hot it was outside, he never showed his body. He never went to the beach, too.... He was too ashamed of his body to do so. The man crouched down to pet Maria before leaving the house. He tumbled with the keys for a bit before locking the door. John checked for his phone and wallet, and... His gaze turned to Aras' apartment door. How was he, even?

With a small huff, he grabbed his wallet and his keys, and walked out of the door. He had some shopping that he had to do before he had to go to work.... he can't believe he had to dress in a maid costume tonight... his fellow employees were jerks. When he locked his door and heard another door close at the same time, his eyes widened as he saw the other male, a soft blush coming to his face. Why did he always blush around him? Oh right. He thought he was cute.... "Hey..."

John's body froze up for a moment when Aras exited his apartment. Putting on a timid smile, the man nodded slightly. "Hello..." He murmured out softly, a quiet sigh leaving his mouth. "Are you going to work?" He asked politely, putting his keys into his pocket. The man was avoiding eye contact. Maybe he wouldn't screw up if he didn't see the other. The raven gulped down quietly as he sighed out, looking at his feet.

"Nah, I'm not going to work dear, I have errands to run. I work late shift tonight." said Aras with a small sigh as he smiled at the other, "Oh, um... sorry dear, but I don't think I ever caught your name yesterday, what was it?" Aras didn't remember being told what his name was particularly, and if he did, he probably just didn't hear him say it. He sighed softly as he ran a hand through his slightly done hair.

John's blush brightened when he realized how the other was calling him. "Uhh... I-I'm John..." The man said quietly and extended his hand for a handshake. "And you?.." He asked softly, looking at the ground. No one ever called him 'Dear'. It felt... Nice, actually. Felt like he was important and not just wasting space on Earth.

"Hmm, nice to meet you John~" chuckled the young man softly as he stuck out his hand to shake the other's, "My name is Aras." He grabbed the other's hand firmly, his hands warm and inviting. "Where are you going on a breezy day like today, dear?" Aras had a habit of calling other's dear if he just got to know them... but the other was blushing so adorably... he wasn't going to stop calling him "dear" if he got to see that beautiful blush. Was he coming to the coffee-shop today? Maybe he'd be able to make him blush more...

John's blush just deepened as the other shook his hand. It was so warm... It felt nice. The raven had his usual shy, timid smile on as he pulled his hand away, pushing it into his pocket. "I'm going to work..." He said quietly, looking down with a soft blush on his cheeks. Why did Aras continue to call him 'dear'? It was getting a bit weird... He was feeling the slightest bit uncomfortable about it, but he probably wouldn't mention it at all. He didn't want to put himself in front of anyone - if Aras liked this, he wasn't anyone to tell him to stop...
