Chris was able to hold back his tears until the other said he would 'treat him like a lady if he wanted to'. That was when the tears actually appeared. He choked down a quiet sob as he threw his arms around the other's neck, burrying his face into his shoulder. Mostly people would think of him as weird, or even disgusting, but... Arthur didn't... It made him so happy, and so sad at the same time.

Arthur smiled and kissed 'her'. "It's okay,let it all out. I'm here for you." he said soothingly,as he pet Chris's hair softly. "Please don't be upset.. I don't like seeing my loved ones upset.." he said with a sigh,hugging Chris close and patting 'her' back softly.

Chris sniffled quietly, holding onto his boyfriend tightly. He didn't want to let go... But he was seriously getting dizzy, and the headache wasn't going anywhere. The younger male just tugged Arthur back down onto the bed, hiding his face into his shoulder. "Please don't hate me for this..." He whispered out softly, his shoulders trembling a bit from the quiet sobs that still left his mouth.

"I won't ever hate you. I love and accept you for who you are and who you want to be. What can I do to make you feel better,sweetheart?" he asked,still petting Chris's hair to calm him down. "Shhh.. There's no need to cry.. I'm here.." he kept saying over and over,as well as apologizing over and over.

Chris' sobs soon quieted down and his breathing evened out. Seemed like his cold, the emotions and Arthur's gentle touches and sweet words finally put him to sleep. The boy was lightly gripping onto the other's shirt even while asleep, mumbling softly from time to time as he slept. He didn't want to ever let go off Arthur. His bigger body felt so nice next to his own...

Arthur smiled as he tucked them back into bed,letting Chris rest from his crying,still stroking his hair to comfort him,until he himself fell asleep soon after. An hour or so later,Arthur had woken up with a yawn. He didn't dare move or leave the bed,because he noticed that Chris was still sleeping.

Chris woke up around twenty minutes after Arthur. His small hands were lightly gripping at the other's shirt as he let out a small, soft yawn and pulled back a bit. He stared at his boyfriend with sleepy eyes before his lips curved out into a small smile. "Morning..." He chuckled quietly, his cheeks only a bit red by now. It seemed like the fever was slowly going down.

"Heh,get back in bed,silly." he replied,getting up and tucking Chris in. "Do you want more soup? I have plenty left." he asked,smiling as he noticed Chris was looking better than before. "Augh.. I slept with my glasses on.." he said with a groan. "The things I do for love." he said with a chuckle.

"Well... I won't refuse, I suppose. It's really good." Chris said with a shy smile as he looked away a bit. A quiet sigh left his mouth as he looked down, nibbling on his lower lip. It didn't seem Arthur was acting any differently now that he knew he was a guy. The blond let out a quiet chuckle at the other before glancing up. "...Thanks for taking care of me."

"It's not a problem,love." Arthur replied simply,as he went downstairs to heat up another hearty bowl of his soup. Once returning a few minutes later with the soup on the tray,he gave it to Chris,and then sat down next to him. "I hope it tastes just as good heated up as it did freshly-made." he said with a small chuckle.

Chris waited patiently for the soup, distracting himself from his boredom by looking around. The boy shifted a bit in his bed to get more comfortable just as Arthur brought him soup. He let out a soft smile, accepting the tray on his lap. Almost immediately, he began eating, letting out delighted hums. But... He still couldn't shake off one thought. "Arthur... Are you really not bothered I'm like this?"

"Hmm? No,I'm not bothered at all. I treat you the same either way." said Arthur with a shrug. "It's not a big deal,though it would be for my parents. My father is kind of ... Homophobic." said Arthur,scoffing at the word. Though it was true. His mother was quite accepting of it,but his father was strict about it.

Chris let out a quiet sigh, glancing away a bit. "I, uhm... I still enjoy looking like a girl more, so... If that'll make things easier with your dad, I'll just stay like that..." He said uncertainly, glancing at his wig. "But... Thanks, really. Mostly people find me weird, or even disgusting..." He said with a sigh and closed his eyes.

"Oh,thank you." he said,with a smile. "Really? Why would they find such an attractive person like you,weird or disgusting?" he asked curiously,kissing Chris's forehead with a smile. "And why should you care what they think,hmm? It's what you are to your loved ones that matters." Assured Arthur.

Chris let out a quiet sigh, closing his eyes as his forehead was kissed. He smiled lightly at the other before shaking his head a bit. "The fact that I'm a male and dress like a girl isn't that appealing to some..." He said with a sad smile. His body seemed to tense up at what Arthur said last as he looked away. "My dad doesn't think of me all that well.." He muttered out softly.

"Why,that doesn't matter either. It's your decision,and I know that inside,he's proud of you. Proud that you're not afraid to show who you are." said Arthur,patting Chris's head. "I know I'm quite proud of you." he said,smiling brightly. "Oh God,I forgot! I had bought you something. I'll be right back." he said,as he got up to go get the present. Coming back,his arms were full as he carried a large bouquet of red,pink and white roses and a note attached, saying , "With Love, Arthur" in quite fancy writing.

Chris let out a quiet sigh while shaking his head. "You just said that what my loved ones think is what matters... Make up your mind..." He mumbled with a small frown. When Arthur left, the blond began eating the soup, but... He felt as if he froze when the other returned. He felt his eyes getting teary as he accepted the bouquet, looking at it with disbelief. "But... What's the occasion...?"

"Does there have to be an occasion? For me to want to give you something?" he asked with a slight chuckle,as he kissed Chris's cheek lovingly. "You're going to have to get used to it,since I'll probably spoil you." he added,smiling happily and enjoying Chris's company.

Chris felt himself seriously tearing up as he placed the flowers aside and pulled Arthur into a tight hug. He felt so good now... Receiving flowers like this, it really felt good! "I love you..." He could only whisper this much as he held onto his boyfriend tightly. No one ever gave him so many flowers before!

Arthur nodded. "I love you,too. Don't cry,now." he whispered soothingly as he rubbed Chris's back calmly in a warm embrace. Arthur hummed softly and planted kisses on Chris's cheeks to try and stop him from crying. "I hope spoiling you won't make you this emotional." he joked with a light chuckle.

Chris choked out a chuckle through his tears as he pulled away, his eyes a bit puffy and red. "S-Sorry..." He muttered, rubbing his eyes with his hand. The blond seemed to be trying to stop crying, but, well, he wasn't succeeding all that well. He wasn't even sure what made him this emotional... It couldn't have been just the flowers... Perhaps the whole fact that Arthur actually accepted him like that was the main reason.

"Here,I'll get you something to cheer you up." he said,going downstairs and bringing up his phone. "I can search up some funny videos or somethin'. It might make you feel better." he said,smiling as he laid down next to Chris and showed him some funny viral videos to see if he could make him laugh again.

Chris tried to protest, but it seemed as if it was fruitless. When Arthur left, he quietly continued wiping the tears, sniffling softly to himself. However, once his boyfriend came back and they began watching the videos, he turned into a giggling mess. Each little thing seemed to be enough to make him laugh - in the end, he was holding onto his stomach as he laughed, the tears in his eyes now from laughter.

Arthur chuckled along with him,smiling brightly. "Do you feel better now,love?" he asked Chris,patting his head and laying his phone aside,as he hugged Chris close and played with his hair. 'God,he's too adorable for his own good..' Thought Arthur,blushing as he kissed Chris's cheek and rested his head on Chris's shoulder.

Chris nodded at the question in between quiet, rather cute giggles. The blond gladly hugged back, his body shaking a bit from the remains of his laughter. "T-That dog was hilarious!" He chuckled out, his eyes closed as he snuggled into his boyfriend a bit. "You're definitely the best." He said with a smile as he hugged the taller male close to himself.
