Quadron's lips turned into a frown when the Nymph refused taking a cookie. He didn't insist on Takua taking any then, but he still felt weird eating alone. He ended up just putting the cookies into his pocket so that he could either eat them later or... No, that was the only thing he could do with them. The blond was actually rather grateful when the Nymph began talking about the garden. At least he wasn't too needy to know about him. Quadron honestly thought he wasn't too interesting anyway.

"I don't have the need to, but I'm guessing you want to." Quadron replied with a small sigh. His blue eye was completely serious for a moment before it seemed to go out of focus. The Dragon unconsciously began trailing his long fingers over the scar on his face while staring into nothing. "Is it possible to get a replacement for a lost eye?" He suddenly asked and only then realized he actually voiced out the question. "...Nevermind. Forget I asked." Quadron muttered and looked away, his hands in his pockets.

Takua frowned a little but nodded anyways at what the Dragon said about leaving, "Ah, well I guess we should go somewhere else then," he replied, drifting his eyes to think. Even though the castle was really big, there was hardly anywhere the prince could thing of going, or nothing to do other than talk really. They could go to the library, but what to do there? Read? Takua didn't think the Dragon would want to do that, seeing as how silence was 'awkward' with him. There was always one of their rooms, but then again, what to do? With a sigh, the Nymph looked back to Quadron. He wasn't expecting the other to have a distant look on his face, hand hovering over the hole where an eye should've been.

What he didn't expect even more was when he asked if there was a possible way to get a replacement eye... Takua just stared, opening his mouth to say something yet he didn't know what to say. Even after the Dragon said to pretend he said nothing, the prince wasn't sure what to do or say. Should he just drop the subject? Should he give an answer? Honesty though, he didn't even know himself if it was possible to get a replacement eye that works. But... hadn't the blonde briefly mention before that it was his own fathers fault it was missing in the first place? Takua gave a nervous frown, "Uhm, if you don't mind me asking.. How exactly did you loose your eye in the first place?" He questioned, not really wanting to know the answer, dreading what Quadron would might say.

Quadron was beginning to feel a bit uncomfortable in this silence, especially when Takua was so obviously staring at him. The Nymph seemed to want to say something, so why didn't he just do that already? Yet, once the question was asked, Quadron wished Takua would've just stayed quiet. The Dragon pursed his lips and looked away, clenching his teeth tightly. "Prison." He muttered out and looked down at the ground. "Your father put me in there. Got into a fight, killed my attacker, lost an eye. Nothing special." He muttered out and sighed out quietly. He didn't particulary enjoy talking about all that; mainly so he wouldn't attract too much attention to himself.

Quadron turned around and began walking down the hallway, without the slightest idea of where he was going. "What do you even do here when you have free time?" He asked, hoping to change the topic again. Sometimes the Dragon dreamt about still having both eyes, and now... Now the socket felt weirdly empty. Probably because he actually talked about it. A soft sigh left his pale lips as he looked up at the ceiling until he reached some room with a fantastic piano in there. "...You play?" He asked as he looked at the prince, his eyebrows raised a little bit.

To be honest, Takua didn't really expect a long answer to his previous question. Infact, he didn't expect an answer at all. But the short explination still made him somewhat understand, but frown at the same time. Actually, he didn't understand at all. The prince wanted to ask all sorts of questions, like 'why were you imprissoned?' and 'how come you got in a fight?', but he locked away his curiosity and decided that he shouldn't push anything. The other didn't seem like he wanted to talk about it anyways. Takua quickly started to walk along with Quadron, letting the Dragon walk wherever and explore. At the question, his lips couldn't help but stretch upwards a little.

This was atleast the fifth time he asked the same question. The prince decided to just shrug and leave it at that. Soon enough the blonde stopped walking, causing Takua to almost bump into him. He looked around the room and noticed it was the 'music room', as one could call it. Nobody usually went in here unless it was to clean the room and the grand piano in the centre of the room. The raven smiled and walked in the room, heading towards the piano, "I can play a little, but this was my mom's piano and I could never be able to play like she did." He said, moving to sit down on the stool. He carefully pressed one of his fingers onto the keys and smiled fondly at the memories. Takua moved over and patted the spot next to him. "You can try too if you wanna." He smiled.

Quadron never really received an answer to the question he kept on repeating so often, so he just kept on asking it over and over again... This was always the first thing that shot into his mind when he needed to strike up some conversation. The Dragon realized soon enough that this question probably should be stopped now, as Takua didn't even bother answering in any way. A small wave of embarrassment washed over him as he groaned quietly to himself and clenched the bag of cookies tightly in his hand. He was so going to hate his time here; that was for sure.

His blue eye carefully watched the Nymph as he walked to the piano. "Your mother sounds like a really calm woman." He commented with a sigh as he leaned against the wall. "I don't play." The Dragon said immediately after he was offered to try playing the piano. In his opinion, music was only for either woman or royals, such as Takua. "Can you play something?" Quadron still asked, kind of curious to hear what it was like. Without realizing it, the Dragon tucked his hair behind his ear, like he often did when he was working or playing with his sister. It still covered his eye, but didn't get in the way - it was perfect.

Takua followed the Dragon's movements with his eyes as he reached the piano. At the comment about his mother, the prince smiled and nodded to confirm his assumptions, "She was..." 'She was... You would've liked her' were the forgotten words in Takua's reply. In all honesty, he really did think that out of everyone in this castle, Quadron would've liked his mother the best. They weren't exactly alike or anything, but just... He didn't know a reason really, but just had a feeling. The Nymph sighed and nodded when the other declined the offer to play the piano, instead choosing to lean against the wall.

Takua shifted himself in the middle of the seat since he had the room, and lightly moved his fingers across the keys. He stopped the movement at the request to play a song. "Ah, sure... I haven't played for a while though, so I have to see if I remember..." The prince spared a glance at Quadron before placing his hands in the position of one of the first songs he had ever learnt. He pressed down on one note to test, before clearin his throat and beginning to play. Music filled the room as his fingers danced across the piano, playing a classical melody that you would hear at a ball or something of the sorts. After about a minute or so of playing, the Nymph hit a few wrong more on the piano. "Ah," he frowned and tried the same part again, yet somehow he messed up once more. And once again after that. He dropped his hands from the piano altogether and sighed, "Sorry, seems I've forgotten the rest.. But yeah,"

Quadron's eyes closed for a moment when he heard Takua's reply. His mother used to be fantastic before, but stress gets to people quickly. He would've enjoyed meeting Takua's mother, he was sure of it. Honestly, even the blond himself sometimes missed the motherly love he and his sister used to get before. Now everyone was busy and their mom worked a lot... He still promised his sister it all would be fine someday. That reminded him - was the letter delivered?

When the Nymph began playing a soft melody, Quadron seemed to be drifting away. His body relaxed against the wall he ended up sitting against as he listened, not a single sound coming from him. Yet, when Takua messed up, there was a barely visible flinch coming from him as he was pulled out of his thoughts. Watching the other try again for a few times was almost frustrating, truthfully. "It's fine." The blond muttered out quietly, still sitting on the ground. He put a cookie into his mouth and slowly chewed on it while staring into nothing. "It was nice..." He sighed out the words quietly, then closed his eyes. His sister desperately wanted to learn some time ago, but they didn't even have a piano to start with.
