CesareB
After sitting down, the maid got to work on making the plates. Mao could hear the sounds of the plates hitting each other. After a few minutes, Sakura brought over two plates, both stacked with various foods. Up until then, Seto had been looking out the window and Mao had been reading the newspaper. "Here is your food, master," she said, placing Mao's plate directly in front of him. She turned to Seto and handed him the plate. "And to the guest, good morning. I hope you enjoy your food." After getting his plate, Mao studied his food and put down the newspaper. He barely ate, but when he did, he ate with a form of "elegance", as Ryuu called it. Mao looked up and glanced at Seto. The teen was most likely contemplating his surroundings. He was probably wondering why he was being treated like a guest, when in fact, he had been kidnapped. Mao took a sip of water and cleared his throat. "I will be heading to work momentarily." He wondered if he should bring Seto to the base?
♠[Rin]♠
So his servants thought he really was a guest, that was strange. But actually he should have thought of that. As Sakura put a plate in front of him he took knife and fork and started to eat politely. He ate slowly but was very hungry. The food tasted surprisingly good, he found. It was something he hadn't tasted before. After finishing, he carefully put knife and fork onto the plate and took a few sips from the water in the glass next to his plate. Mao told him he would leave for work in every second and Seto looked up, nodding. But a question was lingering on his tongue; "And... what about me?" He still was here, he was treated like a guest yet in two days the police would most likely search for him. He didn't understand the point of being kidnapped but he wanted. CesareB
Mao abruptly stood up and pushed in his chair. "Seto," he said. "You will go to work with me. Put on your shoes." And with that, he disappeared into the living room. Right on cue, there was a knock on the door. The butler opened it and Ryuu with a few bodyguards stepped in. "Good morning boss!" they all chimed loudly. "Today, they will most likely strike at the 'base'. Are you all prepared?" Mao asked, folding his arms. Ryuu smirked. "Of course, boss." Sakura brought Seto out and left him next to Mao. "Oi, boss, you still have this kid here?" Ryuu asked. Mao glared at his right hand man. Ryuu quickly backed up. "Boss," said one of the guards, "do you have your gun?" Mao patted his suit jacket and nodded. "No need to worry, since you all will handle that, correct?" "Yes, boss!" everyone answered, as if on cue. But it was true. Mao almost never needed to fight because his guards were so proficient in protecting him. In fact, Mao preferred not to fight. He would only dirty his hands if necessary. The guards walked Mao and Seto to the lobby and then into the parking garage. And finally they were helped into the car. ___________ Mao's office was in a tall skyscraper on the 55th floor. The windows were about six feet high and four feet long. There were exotic plants, expensive pictures (which Mao seemed to love a lot), furniture, and a high tech computer. Mao sat in his leather chair at his desk and beckoned for Ryuu, who was waiting by the door to come closer. Ryuu neared him. "Find something to do for the boy," Mao ordered, pointing at Seto. Ryuu frowned and nodded, then beckoned Seto over to him.
♠[Rin]♠
Seto was quite surprised hearing that he would go to work with this man... What did he do? Was he a business man? A dangerous business man? The brunette still couldn't decide what to think about Mao Ueno. He got his shoes and was soon standing back at Mao's side. Not a long while later he found himself in a big office; expensive furniture, large windows, high tech, and beautiful plants. The boy stood curiously in the room, not far away from Mao's desk, studying the plants very interested. Then this Ryuu was ordered to find something for him, Seto, to do. What could that be? He was still in school, he could barely be helpful for anything. [i am sorry that it's so short ;~;.]
CesareB
Ryuu beckoned Seto to follow him outside of the office. He had no clue as to what to get this boy to do. Should he just drop him off somewhere? Or maybe he should just give him to someone else? Well, no... Mao would murder him for disobeying his orders. After crossing the hallway, it finally hit Ryuu. Maybe he should put the kid in the front desk next to the receptionist. He sighed. But would Mao appreciate that? Taking the risk, Ryuu brought the brunette down unto the first floor and left him at the front desk where a woman named Haruka sat. Haruka was the secretary and receptionist. She found everything funny and she was very sarcastic, but when push came to shove, she cared for her boss. After Ryuu left, Haruka studied the brunette. She wondered what that handsome boy was doing at the "base". For goodness sakes, that was a lone shark's office! What in he world was Mao thinking? She leaned closer to him, letting her long brown hair fall over Seto. Her ruby red lipstick looked beautiful on her peach skin tone, and her eyes were a beautiful sky blue. "Hey, kid. What're you doing here?" she asked, smirking mischievously at Seto. [its okay that it's so short! I can live ^^]
♠[Rin]♠
In the end he was taken downstairs to a beautiful looking Lady, who grinned at him, though. It didn't make him feel more comfortable. Oh well, what would make him feel comfortable, anyway? The lady asked him what he was doing here, but he didn't know the answer. He only knew that he wanted back upstairs... "I...I don't know, Miss..." He muttered, taking a step back, away from her. She seemed nice, yes, but he had a bad feeling about everybody here. This was not an usual, normal business, right? CesareB
Haruka looked at the boy and didn't let the smirk move from her lips. To her, this boy looked like a perfect toy. She could see why Mao was keeping him. "Well, boy. You look scared. Want to go back up to Mao?" she asked, leaning a little closer. ______________________ Mao was busy writing up papers and making sure that everything in his company was going as needed be. Ryuu walked back into the office and happily walked to the desk. "Boss," Ryuu started, "I'm not sure if you're okay with this, but I put that kid with Haruka." Mao looked up and sighed. Haruka, eh? She had always been the receptionist of Mao's loan business and she was a person he could trust. Well, he could trust her with paperwork, but with people… Haruka was the last person that Mao would trust Seto with. "Go retrieve him, Ryuu. Then bring him back. While you're at it, I am expecting a client. Wait for them downstairs as well while you get the boy," Mao ordered. Ryuu nodded and headed straight back down to the first floor, grumbling to himself. He really hated running around for that brat. It was troublesome to him.
♠[Rin]♠
"A-a-actually... I would also like to get home... If you are...fine with it...Miss," he answered, hoping this lady would help him. Maybe she wasn't as bad as she looked? It wasn't like he couldn't run away now, as he realized, but it would surely get him into troubles. Bad troubles. Still, his eyes slid over to the sides, searching for an entrance...any doors he could use to get away.
CesareB
Haruka laughed. "Go home? Ha! Mao will let you go home when he wants it. Whatever the boss wants, the boss gets." She sat back in her seat when the front glass doors opened and a man walked in. "Welcome to Ueno Corps. How may we help you?" Haruka asked. The man walked over to the desk and nodded. "I have an appointment with Mao Ueno today." Haruka looked at her computer and nodded. "Yes, yes. Let me call." She looked at Seto and gave a devilish grin. "Don't you dare try to run, kid. We have guns, don't forget!" The man looked at Seto and gave a small smile. He was a scary man, almost as intimidating as Mao. The elevator opened and Ryuu hopped back out to the receptionist's desk. "I'm back," he said. He looked at Seto and motioned for him to come over. Then he turned to the man. "You're the boss's client today, right?" The man nodded. "Then come with me," Ryuu said, leading the way for Seto and the client.
♠[Rin]♠
Oh well, he didn't want to be shot with a gun, that was right. Anyway, no matter if he had tried or not, a man was entering and the lady talked to him. He smiled at Seto, and the boy took a step back, intimidated. He looked like he would imagine a Mafia Boss to look like, frankly. Ryuu returned and he was told to come over. Hesitatingly he did it, and then listened to the small conversation between him and the client, as he now knew. He held his head down, his gaze on the walls or the ground when he followed Ryuu. He didn't want to be in troubles, but something told him it was too late. He shouldn't think about it anymore.
CesareB
Ryuu showed the client and Seto to Mao's office, and as soon as they were dropped off, he disappeared. Mao looked curiously at Seto, then pointed at a seat in front of his desk. Mao stood up and walked to the client. "Hello, hello, Sasuke-san. How is everything?" The client, Sasuke smiled. "I'm fine, Ueno-san. Perfectly fine." They began talking about business. Mao knew that listening to Sasuke was good, but he didn't. He kept his eyes glued on Seto. For some reason, Mao was strangely craving Seto. He didn't understand that entire feeling, but he decided that he would quickly get Sasuke out and handle Seto. ♠[Rin]♠
Seto blinked at Mao, as the man looked at him in a curious way. Then he pointed at a seat in front of his desk. The brunette hesitated, then walked over to the chair and sat down. He kept his legs pressed together and looked down to his hands. The talk between them two was complicated for him. He was only a teenager, still not an adult. He couldn't understand it and he knew it, but he wasn't good with such company things anyway. He just pretended to not be there, eyeing the windows. He didn't know the area, but maybe he could get to a phone and call his parents. For now he stayed silent.
CesareB
After Sasuke left, Mao walked slowly to Seto. He looked at the teenager and stopped at least a few inches away from the boy. Mao grabbed the boy's wrist and pulled him even closer. His grip was unbearably tight and he wasn't going to let go. With his other hand, he grabbed the teen's chin and pulled his face closer to his own. Mao was unsure... Was he really going to…? That boy, Seto, he would be scarred, wouldn't he? Mao wondered why he was doing that. He wondered if he was going to end up going to prison for kidnapping. Well, he could have easily bailed himself out, but… still. ♠[Rin]♠
Seto gasped out of surprise, when Mao suddenly grabbed his wrist and pulled him over, closer to the man. He even fell against him, then quickly searched for balance again and found it. Then the man took his chin and made the brunette look up at him, their faces close. Seto's cheeks flushed, and he felt the very strong grip around his wrist. Twisting wouldn't help anything. Seto gulped. He stared right into Mao's cool eyes and a goose bump racked his spine. It went down his entire body, and he tried to lean a bit back, against the man's grip on his chin.
CesareB
When he felt the teen try to lean back, he jerked the boy forward. Their lips met, resulting in a vivid kiss. Mao pulled himself from the boy and stood up. He walked to the desk, then back to the boy. Then he aimlessly walked to the window. Finally, he trudged out of the office, leaving Seto alone. ♠[Rin]♠
His emerald eyes widened when their lips met, and he couldn't move an inch. He just remained like a statue in the present position. Even as Mao pulled away, Seto remained, blinking into the air as if he had just looked into a really bright light that had blinded him for a moment. When Mao left the office, Seto leaned back in the chair and blinked a few times. He lifted a hand and touched his lips. He had just kissed this man. Why would he want to kiss Seto? And why had he left suddenly? It was confusing for the brunette, very. He turned his head, looking over at the door, lowering his hand. Whether Mao would return soon? Or was he left alone for a while now? Anyway, his plans of fleeing were blown out of his mind right now.
CesareB
Mao frowned upon his actions. Why… why had he kissed the brunette? Things seemed a tad confusing him as he walked along his company building's hallways. What had gone through his mind? Mao sighed and regained his cold and austere posture. He cleared his throat and stepped back into his office. Strangely, Seto was still in there. Mao had expected him to get up and leave. Or… or did their kiss faze him that much? Mao walked to his desk and began organizing papers. He inwardly decided that he would soon hire a secretary for the upper floors, so that Haruka wasn't bothered. After a few minutes, he turned to the brunette and looked back at his papers. "Boy, you are confused, aren't you?" Mao finally decided to ask that question. He wanted to know how badly he had bother the brunette. Mao turned his cold eyes to Seto and removed his own hair out of his face.
♠[Rin]♠
Seto's head shot up when he was asked the question. Then he looked away again, his eyes now at some exotic plant. He liked it, to be honest. "Yes-... I mean, no, don't worry about it." Of course he wondered why the man had done it, but he didn't know whether he should ask for the reason. After all, Mao had kidnapped him for a reason too, right? And Seto wasn't sure if asking for all the motives was 'healthy' for him.
CesareB
Mao laughed at the emerald eyed boy's response. He told him not to worry about it? How hilarious! "Well," Mao began. "I'm confused as well. Truthfully, I meant to use you for reasons that would make you wet your pants in fright, but I decided to wait. I wouldn't have even guessed that I would kiss you." Mao didn't understand why he was being truthful to the teen. In fact, he preferred to keep the boy afraid and ready to hide. But instead, he did exactly the opposite of what he had wanted and instead was telling the boy half of his actual thoughts. If Ryuu would have seen that scene, he would have passed out. Mao, THE White Demon (nicknamed by the other groups) was telling a mere child how he was feeling? How pitiful!
♠[Rin]♠
He cringed when Mao laughed at him for the response, then told him. Seto slowly looked up at the man again. "Why would you do that to me?" Reasons that would make him his pants in fright? That sounded like a terrible game and nightmare. He didn't want to pee himself because of anything. Yet he wanted to know those reasons. "I mean...what can those reasons be? Why would you need me for them?"
CesareB
Mao felt that those words spoken to him were real words of curiosity. "The reason, hm?" Mao asked, standing up. Those reasons? Of course, he wanted to use that brunette for sexual things! Mao's mind wasn't exactly on that topic in the last few days, but it just sprouted from no where as he was in that office. He felt like he was being played, for some unknown reason. Mao never thought about sex, but when he did, he could have any woman or man he wanted. So why hadn't Seto picked up that reason yet? Oh… Mao had forgotten that the brunette was innocent. So innocent that it was scary. He moved closer to Seto and grabbed the boy's sleeve. "Why don't I show those reasons to you?"
♠[Rin]♠
Seto's head turned down to look at his sleeve as it was grabbed, then his gaze went back up to Mao. "Show me the reasons...?" He muttered, trying to read anything from Mao's expression. He couldn't see a connection between him and Mao nor his sleeve and anything. He simply saw nothing and was curious as to what those reasons were. "Y-yeah, if you want to..." He wanted to know them badly, staring right into Mao's eyes. He couldn't see a message, a flash, anything. Nothing. Mao was simply a book he couldn't read from.
CesareB
Mao sighed. "Fine, if that's what you wish." And after that, he muttered something unexpected. "You idiot." As fast as lightning, Mao tore off the brunette's shirt and next, his pants. Mao knew that taking advantage of the boy's naïveté was wrong, but so what? Mao couldn't care less. He picked up the teen's chin, lifting his head and kissed him again. That time, instead of a small kiss, Mao let his tongue infiltrate the brunette's mouth. Just as Mao was to go further, the door opened and Haruka inched in.
♠[Rin]♠
"Idiot...?" Seto blinked when he heard that, at least he believed that the muttering had said that. But in the next moment his top and pants were taken off. His entire body was cool now and he felt extremely embarrassed. His cheeks were deeply red and he finally seemed to understand. Had he been so naive? He felt very stupid right now. Seto hugged himself, trying to hide of his slim body what was possible with his tiny arms. But all of his thoughts were gone when Mao kissed him again, this time not just like 1 or 2 seconds. This time the man's tongue entered his mouth, slid through his parted lips. Seto impacted his eyes, his lips got no time to even start shiver. He couldn't react properly to what was happening ... ... just when he heard that the door was opened and his eyes cracked open. CesareB
"Um… Mao." Mao frowned when he looked up to see Haruka. The act that she had so shamelessly walked in on… Well, how had things gotten that way again? Ah… Mao remembered. That boy had asked for it himself. "Haruka, haven't you heard of a thing called knocking?" Mao asked, getting up from on top of Seto. Haruka chuckled. "Oh, so that was what was going on?" Mao scowled at his secretary. "You aren't going to apologize, are you?" She grinned. "No, no. You know me, Mao. I wanted to tell you that you have another client. It's one of those old men." Mao raised an eyebrow. "Old men?" "Old men, Mao. The rich ones. You'll know when you meet him." Mao threw Seto his clothes and fixed his own shirt. He walked to his desk and shooed Haruka out. Out of curiosity, Mao watched Sero like a hawk. "Don't think you escaped from this boy. We'll finish when we get home."
