LewietheLeprechaun
WARNING: THIS POST IS LONG AND BORING XD XD XD The most inspirational thing anyone's ever said to me was when I was fifteen, I met this old man, and I was a giant brat back then- like, I thought I knew everything. xD And it was on the subway, I was going home from my part time job and I was really tired, and he smiled at me. Of course, every body knows the unspoken rules of a subway- don't smile at under-aged girls or try to start small talk so needless to say, I was kind of unnerved because, well, he was old and looked like a perv, so I looked away. It was kind of awkward and it was getting dark and everyone was leaving until me and that old man were the only ones left before I was getting off at the last stop and I was getting kind of freaked out because throughout the entire time, he kept smiling at me. It was the last station and at that time, my heart was beating furiously because, uh, creepy old guy. Teenage girl. Alone. Not good situation. But, to my surprise, he left first, leaving a folded sheet of paper behind. I took it and I was planning on giving it back to him before I stopped and remembered that chasing after an old man in an empty station was not a good idea, so I didn't and I just stuffed it in my bag, planning on throwing it away later. xD To be fair, I didn't think it was anything important because it was on some shoddy lined paper. When I got home, I forgot about it and went to bed, exhausted. When I woke up for school the next day, it dropped out of my bag as I was getting ready. I opened it up and there was only one sentence. "Create a great day." I was shell-shocked, but then I laughed my ass off for half an hour. It was so cheesy and cute and I felt happy for the rest of the day. It's been my moto every since. I say it all the time and I have no clue why it means so much to me. But, to a fifteen year-old-girl, waking up, tired and sore, having to go to school, this just made my entire day and every morning, I say this to myself and just create a great day. Sora Aurakai
I have a few I think; "From all the assholes in the world, I am glad I met a nice person like you." "If only there were more like you in this world." "You're an angel." "Look at what you do, you make some incredible things, some things that many people that I don't even know like." "I can't see you doing that, you are too innocent". In the end, whether or not the people who give me courage, strength and inspiration stay with me or not, I know that at one point in time, I made some pretty great impressions on them :3.
