Trying Out a New Idea ^^

Hello all ^^

 

So a while back I was bored and I started playing around with ideas. Pretty soon I had a basis for a story line. However, I've been stuck in a rut and so I've decided to create an rp in hopes that maybe rping my story out with another person will help.

 

With that being said I do have some rules:

 

1. I will try to get on as much as I can.

 

2. I will not accept one-liners whatsoever. They are difficult to respond to. I'm not saying give me five paragraphs but I expect something substantial.

 

3. Please use good grammar and correct punctuation. Spelling mistakes I understand; I would make them all the time if not for autocorrect. No text talk or the elk. I can not understand it.

 

4. I will not rp through email solely because I do not check my email often. I will only rp through thread or pm if you really, really want to.

 

5. I only play Uke, submissive. I'm sorry but I feel uncomfortable playing any dominant role of any kind.

 

6. While we are rping, dont be afraid to talk OOC with me. ^^

 

7. Please, PLEASE, do not just disappear on me without explanation. It will make me feel like you are loosing interest. I understand we all have lives but if you are going to go poof I would appreciate some warning before you do.

 

8. Speaking of loosing interest, don't be afraid to tell me. I won't get mad, I promise.

 

 

Now, hopefully I haven't scared anyone off I'll explain my story:

 

There are three species in my story:

 

1. Avian's

 

2. Feline's

 

3. Serpentine's

 

Now, as the name probably suggests, these are beings that can morph into an animal. Avian's can morph into birds, Felines cats, and Serpentine's snakes. However they can't turn into all of the cats, birds or snakes, they can only turn into a certain type. For example: a tiger, swan, cobra etc. Just one in the species.

 

They have a human form and an animal but they also have an demi form. Basically they grow some limb from their animal form. Like for Avian's they grow wings, Felines ears and a tail and Serpentine's fangs.

 

As well as being able to turn into this animal they also obtain the animals attributes so to speak. Such as sharp hearing, excellent balance, fast reflexes etc. But only attributes that go with the animal they turn into. but no special powers like mind-reading or anything like that.

 

 

Avian's are the weakest species and Felines are the strongest. Serpentine's are weaker than Felines but stronger than Avian's.

 

 

The plot for the story is this:

 

The three species lived in peace for centuries and the land prospered. However, it was not long before the king of the Avian's and the king of the Felines got into a fight. The Feline king wanted some land in the Avian kingdom but the bird king refused to let him have it. Tempers rose, insults were thrown back and forth and before long the Feline king was threatening war. The Avian king stood his ground and soon conflict broke out. This war lasted for five years. Both side asked the Serpentine's to join their side but the reptile's refused until the end when they joined the winning side and helped the Feline's crush the Avian's. The birds were imprisoned and sold and used as slaves. The Serpentine's and Felines added the Avian's land to their own until their were only two ruling kingdoms. Fast forward into the future by twenty years and the slavery is still going strong.

 

My character, an Avian was captured as a child and sold as a slave. He doesn't remember who was before he was captured or who his parents were. He was born mute so every time he was bought he was immediately brought back because no one had any use for a mute slave. He is 18 now and is once again going to be put in the Auction.

 

I'm looking for someone to play the Prince of the Felines. I want him to be cruel and cold in the beginning but over the course of the rp slowly start to fall for my character, making him even harsher because he will be fighting it all the way.

i read your idea and you're not looking for a Serpentine Prince?

I have a idea of a kind of love triangle:

Avian gets physically abused by the the Feline Prince and Avian's only comfort is the Serpentine Prince, who also enjoys physically abusing Avian but less rougher. The Serpentine Prince will fight for Avian and competes with the Feline Prince until Avian makes a choice.

Ironically, my idea for my story was for the Feline Prince who is friends with the Serpentine prince. At first the snake befriends the avian but ends up using them in the end xD Or something like that. You wouldn't mind playing two characters?
