"I don't think its that great, a tie not so bad but the dinner is not that high class" Raymond laughed lightly at his suggestion. 'Well, hope it suits your tastes, creamy noodles and loaded mashed potatoes, very high society meal' He smiled and took a bite from his own plate. He liked the taste..now..did Arthur like it?

[Kotorichan]

Arthur made a big show of tasting his food, acting as if he was a food critic. Finally he smiled again and leaned over to kiss Ray's cheek. "it tastes delicious, thank you" he said lightly before turning back to his food to start to eat.

'Good.." Raymond sighed in relief, not sure what to expect but was happy Arthur loved the cooking. He ate his food without hesitation or anxiety, taking a sip of his soda. His blush finally went away and he felt a bit more relaxed.

Arthur ate happily, only glancing over at Ray a couple of times as he ate. He leaned back in his seat to sip his soda once he finished eating and let out a happy sigh. "you're a really good cook..." He commented, lightly poking the other's foot with his toe.

"You said that and is it really that good..?" Raymond asked as if needing reassurance and not believing him. 'You aren't just saying that to make me feel better right..?' He said with a raised eye brow. He laughed softly as he finished his plate, wiping some of the sauce off his face with his napkin.

"it is that good!" Arthur insisted, standing up to gather the dishes. "I don't usually cook anything, I get lazy and just have frozen pizza for all my meals. So I'm not used to having things that are this good" he smiled and kissed Ray's cheek. "and it tastes even better knowing that you made it for me"

"That's not good for you to eat frozen pizza all of the time!" Raymond said while shooting him a worried look. "Okay, you are coming over for dinner more often, no exception!" The author poked his shoulder with a small smile. "Com over tomorrow and I'll make you something" He spoke gently in a soft voice.

[Kotorichan]

"alright, alright, I'll start eating real food if you want me to" Arthur chuckled and shook his head before carrying the dishes to the kitchen to start washing up. "I guess you'll just have to be my babysitter from now on" he called over his shoulder.

"You will be around a lot anyway with work so I will make you meals when you come over" Raymond called back as he got a paper towel to wipe off the table of any filth. "If you do end up changing your mind again about whatever you had an idea to write, let me know. I think I said that but..' The author laughed to himself.

[Kotorichan]

"hm.. I think I still like my idea. But it's a secret until I get the first draft done" Arthur finished cleaning the dishes and put them away before coming back out to Ray. "maybe you can be my editor for once" he suggested with a bright smile. "so, what should we do for the rest of the evening? just hang out and write?"

"We can watch a movie and maybe eat some ice cream next time we take a break..?" Raymond asked Arthur with a small smile. "And I would love to help edit what I can of your work too" He smiled a bit wider now looking at him. "Now lets get writing!" The author laughed as he got his own manuscript to work on for chapter two of his next book.

[Kotorichan]

Arthur nodded and got out his drawing pad and a pencil. He flopped down on the couch and began to sketch out character designs. "Are you gonna base your next chapter off of things we did?" he teased. "I have to admit that I kept thinking you were writing about me in the last chapter"

"I guess so, like inspiration again I suppose but not..planned I suppose. It helps.." Raymond said shyly. A blush formed on his cheeks when Arthur mentioned the chapter being written about him, not just the character...but writing it essentially as him. "No, you just inspired the action" The arthur said with a quiet voice as he began to write..

[Kotorichan]

"you didn't imagine me doing those things to you?" Arthur couldn't help but continue to tease his boyfriend. It was so cute when he blushed like that. "I definitely imagined doing them." he looked away, trying to hide his own embarrassment.

'N-Not at all.." Raymond stuttered over his words and his blush only got darker. He was lying through his teeth and tried to cover it up. He lost track half way through that previous chapter and might have thought about him..for a moment. He tried to remain dead focused on his paper..

Arthur sighed in mock disappointment. "Alright... if you say so..." He went silent for a moment and then held up a drawing. "there, one character design done, what do you think?" he asked with a bright smile. "of course the comic will be a lot cleaner looking..."

"I love it! Its not too cute but not too menacing either" Raymond smiled as he looked at the rough first character design. He was pretty eager to see the rest of his idea and the story itself too! The author turned back to go to his paper..

Arthur smiled happily and turned back to his notebook to work on writing out a script for the comic. He was really excited to write and draw it, even if Ray ended up being the only person to read it... It didn't really matter that much to Arthur.

Raymond kept up looking up toward Arthur and watching him work happily on that comic. If it did end up something big, he was there to see it in the works and helped inspire the author. He smiled to himself and went back to the chapter, unable to help but think of Arthur as he wrote the seme, Marlin, of this story.

Arthur kept writing for awhile before moving closer to Ray and looking over his shoulder at what he was writing. "how's it going?" he asked, trying to stay casual despite how curious he was to see what his boyfriend had come up with. "I'm getting a bit tired... maybe since I'm not used to writing..."

"It's not done!' Raymond said, quickly covering up his paper. "I want edits at least half way through.." The author spoke a bit quieter now. He heard Arthur was getting tired and frankly he himself could use a break. "Now would be a good time for that ice cream" He laughed as he put everything away for now.

[Kotorichan]

"Yep, I'll go get it for us" Arthur stood up and went to the kitchen. He filled up two bowls with chocolate ice cream and came back after just a couple minutes. He plopped down on the couch next to the boy. "Eat up~" he said, handing a bowl and a spoon to Ray

"Man I can't wait for this..I need this right now!" Raymond laughed as he took the bowl and spoon from Arthur. Nothing said a break and a good time like chocolate ice cream! "This is nice..' He sighed happily, laying back on the couch and eating another spoonful

Arthur wrapped an arm around the boy, pulling him close before taking a bite if his ice cream. "Mm... Yeah, it is nice" he pressed an ice cold kiss to Ray's cheek. "I still want to know what you were writing though..." He chuckled before turning back to his dessert.

"Well you can't look..." Raymond blushed softly after Arthurs comment following a cold kiss to his cheek. He continued with his dessert. scooping it into his mouth and loving the taste. "Always loved this flavor.." The boy spoke with a soft sigh, comfortable on the couch.
