Finally, the class had settled down and the teacher had passed out the tests. He looked at the questions on the paper and panicked a bit. What if he failed? If he did, he wouldn't be able to play in the game tomorrow, and might be out for the rest of the season. Suddenly, it was as if he could hear Asuki's voice in his head, encouraging him and instructing him on the right steps to solve the problems. The tension eased out of his body as he slowly got through all of the equations. By the time he finished, he was feeling much more confident. As the teacher collected the tests back and began grading, a sigh of relief passed his lips. He'd done it. Now they just had to wait for the results. virtualoo Posted June 2, 2015 Share Posted June 2, 2015 Asuki had sat toward the front of the room, waiting for the test to be graded. It looked like everyone had finished..how did Minato do? He felt more anxious for the other and his grade than he did his own. At least have passed..even if you don't get a perfect score..please have passed your test. Remalade Posted June 7, 2015 Author Share Posted June 7, 2015 Minato froze when the teacher called his name to pick up his test. Never in his life had he ever been so nervous over a grade. Usually it didn't even matter, as long as he didn't fail, but now he was hoping for a perfect score. He received his test, frowning at the score in red at the top as he slowly walked over to Asuki. Â "I didn't get a perfect score........I got even better than that!" he grinned, showing the bright red 105 on the top of his paper. "There was an extra credit problem that was exactly like one of the equations you showed me. I hope you're ready for the big game. And every one after that." he chuckled. He then saw the mark on top of his paper and while regretting the bet a bit he smiled. "Congrats" He said with a smile, happy for Minato for having acheived such a high score. Minato said quickly, his face flushing at the thought. "I was just joking about that part since I never thought I'd actually pass." he laughed lightly. "Do you....need help walking to class or something?" he asked. After the words left his mouth, he immediately regretted how stupid that sounded. The student blinked in confusion at the out of place question coming from Minato. "Uh..you okay man?" He asked shyly, Minato not one to ask such a thing.
