Kyo looked at him and smiled "you know you are to trusting right, i mean what if i cant control myself and try to rape you" he paused "your body isnt that strong now" he faked a cough and whispered "not that i would do that" he got up and stretched.

 

"i will take you up on your offer, do you mind if i sleep in my underwear i dont like sleeping in clothes" he said cheekyish kind of enjoying that the cop was that trusting be he was curious at what he would say or do when he would see that tattoo would he know he is a Yakuza or would he think its just a tattoo whit out a meaning.

 

Kyo waited for the cop to tell him if sleeping next to him in his underwear was alright or not, he had his hands on the rim of his shirt ready to take it off but waited for permission. He secretly hoped he would impress or make the cop fall for him after seeing his body, he knew that wasnt realistic but he still hoped for it.

Akio just laughed as the words came out of the taller male's mouth. Kyo, raped him? Nah, it would not happen. He just knew it and this man wouldn't safe him and send him to the hospital if he wanted to rape him. He shook his head, not believing the comment even a bit. There was nothing about him to be raped - that thugs were just having slightly problem with their heads. He was sure he was not that good-looking or so. He was just an average looking Japanese man.

Kyo was amused whit the cop his reaction "i told you i cant sleep in my clothes "

he smirked slightly and took off his shirt curious to what Akio his reaction would be if the reaction of just the suggestion of him being in his underwear was like this. he started to unbutton his pants slowly

 

"so can i or not" he asked not taking his pants off yet, from the front you could see a bit of his tattoo on the side but berraly anything of the tattoo itself. Kyo turned his back to the cop to hang his shirt over the chair he was previously sitting on then stretched before turning back to Akio to face him

Akio panicked when he heard the sounds of clothes rustling. Kyo, did he really mean that?! He didn't really mean that, right? He was starting to sweat when the other male keep going with his plan. Oh no! This was a public place, Kyo should know that! Didn't he have some modesty and with that body of his, he surely would make any nurse or female doctor to faint/swoon.

 

"so can i or not"

 

'Gyahhhh!!!' he inwardly shrieked. He closed his eyes, not wanting to see the half naked male. But, curiosity ate him and he slowly looked at the other and gaped when he saw Kyo was really proceeding with his plan. And... that tattoo! he had tattoo for god's sakes! He blushed when the taller male turned and waited for his response.

 

What should he do? He clenched his fists. He shouldn't let Kyo sleep like that since this was a public place and he was an officer. B-But, Kyo had helped him a lot and he just met him today. Shouldn't he just let him sleep even if just for five minutes or so? His other conscience spoke for him.

 

He took a deep breath, knowing what he would choose.

 

"I-I..." he paused and looked away from the half-naked male. "I don't mind if you just sleep in your pants but not u-underwear. I'll remind you that this is a public place."

 

Ah... right now, his face almost resembled a tomato.

Kyo chuckled "so the nurses an docters are used to seeing people in there underwear or naked" he teasted the older man slightly but kept his pants on then crawled into the bed next to Akio "hmm nice and warm" he said whit a grin on his face.

The yakuza looked at the cop and spoke softly "i have to go before the sun comes up or im in trouble" he rested himself enjoying the warmth and comfort of the bed and the person next to him.

 

Kyo had his eyes closed but was still awake he wanted to touch the cop just a bit but knew that would make him suspicious or worse make Akio hate him. Kyo breathed lightly "hm" he let out. The younger male was a bit disapointed the cop didnt say or ask anything about the tattoo but he couldnt expect him to do that he wasnt even sure if it was seen.

 

Kyo opened his eyes again "hmm what do you think of Yakuza?" he asked whit his sleepy voice as he couldnt control his curiosity.

Akio was glad that Kyo decided to leave his pants on. He breathed a relieved sigh when the male stopped from unbuttoning his pants. He however scooted further when the taller, bigger male crawled onto the bed. He sighed when he felt the edge of the bed. There really was not enough space for two people here.

 

Luckily he was quite short and had a small stature.

 

He kept quiet as the other rested. Akio however was curious when he saw the tattoo earlier. He peeked at the other male and saw him closing his eyes as he let out a sigh of , "hm". Carefully, he peeked at the younger man's body and saw a bit of his tattoo. He had seen people with tattoo before since he was dealing with criminals but this tattoo was special and it was beautiful.

 

He had the urge to touch Kyo's tattoo when the latter spoke and he blushed, trying to hide his act. He looked as the man opened his eyes and looking curiously at him. Hm... what he thinks about yakuza, huh? Surely, yakuza was a group of criminal in police case but he thought that not all yakuza were bad. He was sure that there were some that good too.

 

He smiled at the younger male. "I think being in yakuza doesn't automatically mean that you're a bad person. I believe that there are some that are good too. You can't judge people by their title only."

Kyo snorted a the cops reply "are you really a cop" he tried not to laugh "you really are to naive" he closed his eyes and pulled the older male closer to him "its to narrow in this bed" he used that as an excuse to keep Akio close to him.

 

Kyo carefully looked at the older male his face intrigued "so basically you could fall in love whit one?" he asked carefully he wondered what he would say.

Kyo reminded himself this male would never survive in his would especially if he wasnt there to protect him. His thoughts went more dark even if Akio would fall for him and that wasnt a guaranty or anything at all would he give up being a cop. The yakuza knew he wouldnt be able to leave the groups because he would have to lead at least one of them and if he did leave he would break most of the members there heart.

 

Kyo signed in his head knowing that if the groups or one of them find out he was interested in a cop what would happen to Akio. Kyo wasnt paying attention to what Akio might be saying lost in his thoughts.

Akio pouted when he heard the man saying him too naive to become a police. Well, of course he didn't agree to it. It was essential that the cops to never believe things so easily. If he was to believe people's talks dirty or bad about someone then he wouldn't ever call himself as a police.

 

But, his thoughts were interrupted when he felt the man's arms pulling him closer to himself. He blushed. What the...? Looking at the bigger male, he couldn't help but saw him as an attractive man. Besides, the heat from Kyo's body was making him all conscious. He prayed to gods above there that Kyo would never look his way.

 

"so basically you could fall in love whit one?"

 

He blinked as the question left Kyo's mouth. He contemplated for a while and nodded his head. Yup, there was no reason to not fall in love with a yakuza. If she/he was the person destined for him, then, it was no problem. He looked up at the man's handsome face.

 

"I don't think it's wrong to fall in love with yakuza. After all, love is love, it doesn't have any race or group," he said, smiling.

 

He later frowned when he realized that Kyo wasn't listening to him. "Hm... did he fall asleep?" he glanced at the man's face. Kyo looked like he was reminiscing something. He shook the man's shoulder. "Kyo, Kyo... are you okay?"

Kyo was litterly shaken from his thoughts "huh what something wrong?" he asked confused as he look at the male.

He realized he was lost in thought and blushed slightly "sorry got lost in thought" he paused "what were you saying?"

Kyo looked at the cop hopeful he would repeat it.

 

Kyo peered at Akio his face what are your hobbies" he asked trying to make a conversation and change topic a bit knowing he might blurt out he was a yakuza himself, he didnt want to tell yet knowing it might make him leave still or something like that, or even his families investigated or something.

 

The yakuza wanted to chat all night whit the cop to get to know him and get the older male to like him well probably more then just like.

Akio sighed at the other male. He had been daydreaming alright. "Perhaps, you're really tired," he said and unconsciously snuggled closer to the heat, this night was cold indeed. "Alright, I'll forgive you, Kyo," he smiled, his head already leaning on the bigger male's shoulder.

 

"What I was saying was yes, I could fall in love with yakuza. Not all of them are bad."

 

Akio smiled at the sudden change of subject. Oh well, he wouldn't mind it. "Well, I enjoy baseball a lot and I also play some soccer," he paused and laughed lightly. "Though, I'm not really good at both." he peered at the other's face. "Well, what's your hobby, Kyo?"

Kyo laughed inwardly at the cop playing sports, he wouldnt mind seeing that it would probably be fun knowing the guy was kind of clumsy. "i guess it doesnt matter if your good or not if you have fun" he said softly trying to be nice to Akio not sure if it sounded nice or not.

 

The yakuza thought for a bit "hmm well i like being lazy if i can, i suppose i like to work out to if been forced to do that since i can remember so i guess thats more of a part of me then a hobby i guess" he paused and grinned slightly "i also like sex" he said bluntly curious to how the older male would take that.

 

Kyo licked his lips slightly "how many partners have you had sexually i mean" he couldnt help himself from asking questions like this, licking the possibility to learn more and possibly see adorable reactions. Knowing now what Akio was like in person he wanted him more.

Akio smiled hearing the good words from his new friend. Well, he wondered if they were friends? It wasn't like they declare it or something. He would have to ask him later about it. But, he already considered him as a friend.

He almost sputtered when the words escaped Kyo's mouth. Wide-eyed and mouth hung, he stared at the taller, bigger male in disbelief. Did he just say sex? Akio laughed nervously. He didn't know what to answer to Kyo's reply. "Hahaha... um... no. I-I... um... don't think you'll rape me." he laughed nervously again. Gently, Kyo removed his hands from his face. He smiled at the other, still blushing hard. He nodded his head and looked away. Somehow, when Kyo mentioned that he had experienced it, there was this tiny bit of discomfort in his heart. It was so subtle and he himself almost missed it.

 

"Alright..." he softly said as he lay back down on the bed and groaned at the slight pain he felt. Though, his face was still red with embarrassment, he looked at the other male with a shy smile. Sometimes, Kyo could be cute too. He chuckled at the childish act by the bigger male.

 

"Then, since you asked me that, um..." he paused to find a topic. "What is your favorite food?"

Kyo put his arm gently around Akio "food hu" he thought about it and shrugged "i like all kinds of foods but i guess simple ones are my favorite like ramen or noodles grilled meat all well seasoned of course" he nodded confirming it for himself.

Kyo started to feel a bit sleepy but hedidnt want to sleep at all he wanted to spend all the time he had whit the cop before he would have to go home again.

Warmth filled Akio's heart as the bigger male put his arm around him. It supposedly weird for two guys to be that closed in one bed but for the cop, it was as if it was normal. That there was nothing wrong with the picture. He smiled as he snuggled closer to the heat that belonged to Kyo.

 

He chuckled when he heard the answer from the man. "Everything, hm..." he paused and added. "I like hamburger the most!" he said enthusiastically.

Akio blinked his eyes when he heard the question. Well, he never thought of it. He didn't know if he wanted to date a woman or a man or both. He had nothing against homosexual but he never thought of dating a man or a woman. But, at one time, he had a dream of marrying a woman and had two children of his own.

 

Looking up at Kyo's face, he shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure but I've nothing against homosexual." he paused for a bit. "But, I'd dreamed that I would be married to a woman and had two children of myself. That's just a dream of mine. But, if it's a fate that my love is a man, then, so be it."

 

"Why, Kyo? Are you homosexual? If it is, you don't have to worry about me looking down of you. I would never do that," he smiled sincerely.

He wanted to see Kyo's mature face to turn red from embarrassment. He watched the taller male acting like that and couldn't help but thought he was cute. Even though, from the outside appearance Kyo looked wild and mature, but there was this hidden cuteness in him.

Akio blushed and laughed nervously. He had wanted to tease the younger male, instead he was the one being teased by Kyo. And what was with Kyo kept saying he was cute and he was his type? He looked away, trying to hide his blush. No one had ever called him cute before so it was kind of awkward but... had a nice ring to it.

Akio shrieked inwardly as the other male said that. He covered his face with his hands as he tried to hide his blushing face to the younger male. Kyo as his first kiss? His blush darkened.
