Arata served the clients but was thinking on Xane’s words “A challenge? What can it be?” he thought and once he could he spoke with Kiyo “Baby, it seems Xane is not upset on me for teasing him, he wants a challenge…how long I won’t have sex with you. Do you think I should accept it? I don’t know about such things but sounds funny.”

Kiyo looks up at Arata and blinks a little, rubbing the back of his head as he looks towards the kitchen, "is he giving you this challenge because you told him how he can't have sex while Christie is pregnant?" Kiyo laughs a little, "you should haven't said anything then he wouldn't have given you that kind of challenge naughty neko. Well.. you can see how long it lasts," he rubs his hand through his hair as he walks into the kitchen, grabbing a couple more plates to serve customers.

 

Xane continues making some more dishes, wondering what the prize would be if Arata succeeded.

"Oh well, I hope I can resist until wedding...that means 10 days. But if Christie jumps on Xane on honeymoon means I win" Arata laughed going back to kitchen. "If I win what I will receive boss?" He asked perking up his ears. "You should think on a nice gift for this neko" he teased his boss and went to serve more clients.

Kiyo laughs a little and rubs his chin, "yeah I suppose so. I am sure she is craving it too," he sticks his tongue out while laughing softly. He walks to the table and serves the customer, followed by a bow with a smile as he walks back to the kitchen.

 

Xane blinks as he perks up his head while he was cooking, smiling softly, "oh don't worry.. I will think up something special," he sticks his tongue out and gets back to cooking.

"From what I know babe, until her belly is huge she can do it. The doctor said she needs to rest not to have no sex. She bought sexy panties yesterday, be sure is for honeymoon. Boss will lose. That means, in 5 days the deal is over. So 5 days without you...still sounds too long" Arata explained to his lover as they finished their schedule and were waiting Xane into his car. "Where is he now? Christie is waiting us. I must say I'm getting hungry again".

Kiyo listens to Arata and slowly nods his head, "ah so I see. Are you going to ask Christie for help? So you can win the challenge," he laughs a little. Kiyo slowly nods his head, "don't worry.. it will give me time to tighten up on you," he laughs a little. He looks around and rests his chin on his palm, "I am sure he will be coming soon," he stretches his arms over his head with a yawn. "Don't worry I am sure we are going to eat some more once we are at their house."

 

Xane comes out after a couple of minutes and walks to the car, "you.. two were just waiting in here," he opens the door as he sits down, putting on his seat belt and starts driving to his and Christie's house.

"I won't ask Christie. That will be cheating and I'm a serious neko" Arata explained and perked his ears down "I know lots of food is waiting us and I'm ready to eat. I hope Christie did her pie with cheese and has ice cream for me". He clapped his hands seeing Xane "We waited you here boss. And we were good boys".

Kiyo blinks a little and laughs a little, nodding head, "well.. do you think you will be able to last that long? What happens if Xane resists Christie so he could win the challenge?" Kiyo nods his head slowly, "don't worry it doesn't take long to get from here to their house," he watches Xane get into the car.

 

Xane nods his head slowly with a smile, "well.. good. I just had to talk to my back up so he knows what to do while I am on and off for my job with the wedding, honeymoon and whenever the baby is born," he rubs the back of his head as he continues driving. Within a few minutes, Xane parks the car in the driveway and gets out of the car, going to see if there was any mail.

 

Kiyo looks up at Christie's and Xane's house, getting out of the car and stands on the other side of the car, waiting for Arata to get out of the car as he watches Xane walk into the house.

“We are curious to meet this new cook boss. Your wedding is this Saturday so he must learn everything about how your bussiness works. He will be surprised to find you do the shopping, you don’t use delivery as other restaurants do” Arata said yawning and looking on Kiyo “We can help him next week as you are in honeymoon, don’t we Kiyo?” He get out of the car and laughed “Boss seems to be in a hurry, what are they planning?” he asked Kiyo as they headed to the house “Surpriseeee” people yelled once they entered into the house. Christie ran and hugged him “Happy birthday Arata”. The neko blinked and looked on Kiyo.

"Oh I am sure you will meet him eventually." Xane looks at Arata and nods his head, "yes I told him all the details on what I do so he knows every last detail I told him. I even told him about a very hungry neko," he laughs a little. He tilts his head and shakes his head, "nah.. he was okay with it, the other waiters will probably go with him so he isn't carrying everything by himself." Xane looks back at Arata and Kiyo before closing the door.

 

Kiyo perks his head and looks at Arata, nodding his head with a smile, "y..yeah we will help him around the restaurant if he needs any help." He looks at Arata and shrugs his shoulders, "I am not sure really," he walks into the house with Arata and blinks by the people yelling surprise and when Christie ran over. Kiyo looks at Christie and looks at Arata, slowly shrugging his shoulders since he had no idea what was really going on either since no one informed him that they were going to celebrate Arata's birthday.

"What's this Christie? I have no idea when is my birthday, we don't care on my planet" . Christie laughed "A year ago you entered into Kiyo's life so we want to celebrate it as your birthday". Arata nodded and hugged Christie. "Then we should celebrate. Do we have cake and wine?" Christie laughed "No more wine for you my neko. Just milk and juice". Arata greeted the parents after and finally looked on Kiyo. "Do you really have no clue about it my love?"

Kiyo listens to Christie and looks at Arata, rubbing the back of his head with a sigh, wishing he got involved with this party as he crosses his arms with a pout. He perks his head up as Arata mentions wine and rubs the back of his head, remembering how he was with the last time he had wine. Kiyo nods his head, agreeing it was probably not best for Arata or himself to have any wine. Kiyo looks at Arata and shakes his head, "no.. I am just as surprise as you are."

 

Xane was in the kitchen, making sure every food dish was ready. Xane left the desserts in the fridge and freezer for later. He puts each food plate along with utensils, drinks, and plates out, walking into the living room and starts setting up the display so everyone can see what the choices were.

Arata looked at Christie "Why you plan everything alone?" She laughed "Who said it was my idea? It was parents idea to celebrate you Arata and Kiyo too. This small party is for you two. Arata nodded and took Kiyo's hands into his "I think they wanted to thank us for the weekend they spent alone in that hotel Kiyo" he explained and then smiled to parents. "Thank you for your love. This neko will take good care of your son".

Kiyo blinks as he tilts his head, rubbing the back of his head, ~so.. that is why no one told me about it..? This party is for me as well?~ He thought and then perks his head, looking at Arata and smiles, nodding his head, "hm.. maybe I am not really sure," he tilts his head to the side. Kiyo listens to what Arata said to his parents and blushes bright red, hiding his face slightly on Arata's chest.

 

Xane looks at Kiyo and Arata while laughing softly, "hey.. anybody hungry? I know you are Arata," he chuckles a little while taking a sip of his drink. "The food is out and ready to be eaten. Get to it before it gets cold," he leans on the wall as he drinks some more of his drink.

Arata looked on Xane and laughed "Let me say thank you to your parents boss. That's how I learn". Christie sighed "If we let you speak Arata you won't finish until tomorrow". Mom nodded "No need for thanks Arata. Let's go eating. Kiyo is already red like a tomato". Arata perked up his ears "Even you mother is teasing us babe. I wonder if they have something against men". He headed to the table and licked his lips "My favourite food" he couldn't take his eyes away from the huge fish.

Xane laughs a little as he leans against the wall, "I am sure they know how much you thank them for just marrying their son," he crosses his arms and sticks his tongue out a little. He starts arranging the plates and glasses, hiding the more powerful drinks under the table so Kiyo or Arata wouldn't get to them to get drunk later.

 

Kiyo blinks as he looks at his mom, covering his face a little and slowly looks at Arata while pouting, "yes she is," he continues hiding his face. He tilts his head and shakes his head, "nah.. I don't think so.. I mean if they did not like men, they wouldn't be married to them," he laughs a little. He follows Arata to the table and watches Arata while laughing a little as he gives Arata a plate, "well.. don't just stare, go have some," he smiles softly.

Arata looked on Christie "Where did you find this huge monster? I'm not sure I can eat it all" Christie laughed "You finally said you can't eat something neko" Arata took a seat and using a knife he cut the fish tail "I will eat this first" he added salad and baked potatoes into his plate. "I will like some oranges juice" he asked knowing that because of Christie's pregnancy won't be any wine around. "Can you believe it passed a year since you find me on street love?" he asked Kiyo.

Kiyo blinks and laughs a little, "wow you mean you actually have a food challenge," he rubs the back of his head as he watches Arata cut the tail off the fish as he starts plating his own plate. He grabs some orange juice and pours some in a glass for him and Arata, walking over towards the table and looks at Arata with a smile, rubbing the back of his head, "yeah I can't believe it was so.. long ago," he laughs a little. "We went from living on the campus to our very own apartment.. that is some accomplishment," he rubs the back of his head as he drinks some orange juice and starts eating.

 

Xane was a bit surprised but then laughs a little, "well.. we got the biggest fish so everyone that wants it can have some. And so.. we have this and the other one in the fridge for if we do run out, but this fish is .. huge," he rubs the back of his head as he sits down at the table with his plate and drinks some water, starting to eat as well.

"I bet you thought I can eat all of it by myself Christie" Arata said looking on Christie who had lots of food into her plate. "I didn't think Arata. Kiyo's father brought them as he knows you like fish. Mom and I struggled to cook it all day, the recipe you love, of course" Arata nodded and thanked to Kiyo's dad. "Why don't you simply call me on my name Arata?" The neko nodded "Ok, John". He then whispered to Kiyo "They seem to like me Kiyo. And thanks to them we have our flat...and soon the car". He gazed at Christie who was eating and he giggled "You seem hungry tonight Christie".

Kiyo laughs a little as he listens to Arata while he was eating. He rests his chin on his palm and drinks some orange juice, looking over at Arata as he was talking to his mom and dad, smiling to know he was getting along really well with them. Kiyo looks at Arata and nods his head, "yeah I am glad for that," he smiles while chewing. Kiyo nods his head, "yeah.. they are helping so much while we are still getting a handle on things." Kiyo watches Christie eat and nudges Arata, putting his finger on his mouth and leans forward to his ear, "if you notice that Christie is eating more than she is.. the parents will take note that she is pregnant and she still wants to surprise them with that news for the wedding," he leans back and goes back to eating.

 

Xane continues chewing as he watches how well Arata was getting along with the parents and leans back within the chair, drinking some water. He glances at Kiyo as he was whispering to Arata, laughing a little and just continues eating.

Arata blinked and nodded “You are right Kiyo. I’m a stupid neko”. Christie laughed “Are you afraid I will eat everything and you won’t have enough neko?” Arata knew she was teasing him “Of course not, eat as much you want but don’t forget to let some place for dessert”. Christie gazed on him “After two pizzas and half the fish you still have place for dessert?” Arata answered “Of course, so Xane told you about the pizza, it was so yummy” Arata drank some juice and touched his full tummy “I always have place for your cheese pie, cheesecake is the best but your pie with cheese is so sweet. This neko likes it”.

Kiyo shakes his head, "it is fine you silly neko," he smiles as he rubs his full belly. He leans back in the chair, waiting for dessert as he listens to Arata and Christie. He laughs a little, "he always makes room for dessert.. it's the best part," he rests his head on the table with a yawn, stretching his arms a bit and closes his eyes, relaxing after eating.

 

Xane looks at Arata and laughs a little, "yeah.. I am sure glad to have someone like Arata hear, no one can possibility eat as much as he can," he rubs the back of his head as he watches Kiyo. He laughs a little, "and Kiyo is like the complete.. opposite, one plate full and he is already full, making room for dessert," he gets up and takes his and Kiyo's plate to the kitchen, deciding to get the dessert if anyone is ready for it. Xane places a couple cake boxes down on the table and sits back next to Kiyo.

"You always like dessert that has cheese in it Arata. And don't forget - I teach Xane how to do cheesecake" Christie announced being proud. Arata looked on his lover "Everyone like to tease us as we are the youngest in family" John laughed "That's true. Once Christie will make us grandparents we will spoil the baby". Arata nodded "And we will be uncles. But until that happens you have to spoil Kiyo and I". Christie giggled being happy Arata saved her. She gave him some pie and smiled "Try it Arata. It's new recipe". Arata sniffed it and laughed "So it has a secret ingredient. I smelt it already. Can you guess it love?" He asked Kiyo.

Xane laughs a little and nods his head as he gets up, walking back to the desserts and picks up a knife, "that is true.. I am not much of a baker before I started the restaurant.. so..," he rubs the back of his head and glances to the side, "I had plenty of help making desserts, I guess it is just a woman's touch to bake," he laughs a little as he was slicing up the desserts and sits back down at the table.

 

Kiyo looks at Arata and pouts a little, resting his chin on his palm, "what else is new? I feel like we been getting teased a lot lately," he laughs a little and rubs the back of his head with his other hand. He watches Arata as he was getting a piece of pie already while he was still full, perking his head up and shakes his head slowly, "no.. I don't think so. I don't have a nose like you do," he laughs a little and rests his head back down on the table.

Arata nodded " I have a fine nose, I can say when someone is horny or fart, I can smell even..." Christie laughed "Arata, don't say such things on dinner" Arata perked down his ears "I'm sorry... I'm just a neko". John hugged him "Let them in peace Christie. You tease them too much". Arata eat the pie and looked on Kiyo " It has coconut inside love. And as you see, my topping is green and yours blue". Christie giggled "Yes, I did pies for everyone here and Kiyo's one has a different special ingredient than yours Arata". Arata blinket and sniffed it "Oh yes. You are right".
