Kiyo nods his head as he watches the windows, perking his head up as he watches Arata on his phone. He laughs a little as he rests his chin on his palm, slowly standing up straight as he could smell Sophie's cooking from the kitchen. Kiyo could tell from the smell that it was different from Xane's cooking since he was so use to Xane's food. He follows Arata into the kitchen, watching Arata and laughs a little, "what are you doing silly neko?"

 

Xane watches Sophie cook as he as working on his orders and glances at Arata and Kiyo as they walked in, watching Arata spy on Sophie. He laughs a little and shakes his head side to side while he continues cooking, ~what a curious neko,~ Xane thought as he was cooking, putting the food into the oven and walks to the fridge for a water break.

Arata looked on Kiyo “I’m trying to see what’s she cooking as it smells wonderful” he whispered to his lover. Sophie gazed on the neko “Why are you staying there Arata? Go and tidy the table for you and Kiyo and of course for Xane too. The food is almost ready”. Arata nodded and he turned around “She’s bossy as Christie, Kiyo”. Sophie heard him and laughed as the neko left “It seems he’s as curious as a cat, doesn’t he Xane?”

Kiyo laughs a little and nods his head, "well you will find out soon enough," he rubs the back of his head and perks his head up as Sophie notices them. He laughs a little as he looks at Arata as he walks over to the table, "looks like we got spotted," he rubs the back of his head as he cleaning off the table. He nods his head, "well.. someone has to do it or we will be out of control," he laughs a little while cleaning the table.

 

Xane perks his head up as he looks over at Sophie as he takes the food out of the oven, nodding his head, "oh yes, he is very curious, just like a cat," he laughs a little as he starts putting the food on plates for the customers, watching two other waiters come into the kitchen, taking the plates and then walks out of the kitchen to serve the customers.

Arata nodded “Xane is not so bossy, only girls are. It’s a sign I shouldn’t be too close of them” he purred louder and Sophie laughed “Why are you so noisy Arata? Are you so excited about my food?” Arata sitted down and stopped purring “I was only chatting with my lover as we are waiting boss” Sophie put a plate in front of him and smiled “Eat well Arata” Once she served them she left in a hurry. Arata sniffed the food and licked his lips “Smells wonderful Kiyo. Fish for meeee” he took a bite and chewed it slowly.

Kiyo looks at Arata while he laughs softly, "yeah.. Xane is not as bossy as Christie or Sophie it seems." He look over at Sophie and sits down at the table next to Arata, resting his chin on his palm with a smile, laughing a little, "I suppose everyone knows by now that you like eating fish," he looks over at Xane, seeing him taking a break and rests his head on the table, more tired than hungry at the minute as he lets out a soft yawn.

 

Xane walks back to the kitchen as he watches Arata starting to eat and looks at Sophie with a soft smile, "looks like he is enjoying it," he laughs a little and rests on the counter while waiting for the waiters to bring in orders.

"I'm sure Christie told Sophie about me since they are friends" Arata said after he ate a little. "It tastes good. I'm surprised it's so tasty". Sophie came with more food "Of course it is Arata. I'm as good as Xane. Try this one too. Swrimps are excellent for a neko as you". Arata sniffed the food and nodded. Once Sophie left he laughed "Christie tells Sophie I eat lots. She cooked 2 dishes for me".

Kiyo slowly opens his eyes as he looks at Arata with a smile, stretching out his arms on the table and lets out a yawn, "yeah I am sure Christie did, since you are the only neko here," he slowly sits up and scratches his lower back. He looks at Sophie and then rests his chin on his palm, watching Arata with a smile, "it looks like he really enjoys your eating Sophie," he turns his head to look at Arata and laughs a little, "or maybe even Xane told her as well. At least your getting the food you like."

 

Xane perks his head up as he watches a couple of waiter come into the kitchen, giving him orders. He looks at one of the notes, seeing it was a little girl's birthday, "Sophie do you want to make a birthday cake for this little girl? I am not really good at making a girl type cake," he laughs a little as he starts cooking the other orders.

"I have a feeling she wanted to impress me" Arata said as he finally finished his lunch. He stood up and went to the kitchen "The lunch was yummy boss. But I know the second dish was cooked by you" he sticks his tongue out to Sophie. "It seems he catches us Xane. He's a smart neko". Arata nodded and approached her "I can also smell your hormones Sophie. Are you married?" She blushed "I am Arata. I have a 2 years old daughter. Excuse me now, I have to prepare a cake" Arata smirked and left the kitchen.

Kiyo looks at Arata and laughs a little, "well she probably wants to make sure you like her cooking just as much as Xane's cooking because I am sure Xane will get pretty busy soon," he rubs the back of his head as he follows Arata to the kitchen.

 

Xane looks towards Sophie and laughs a little, "well.. you sure are a smart neko," he leans upward as he puts the food in the oven and crosses his arm. Xane blinks as he listens to Arata and looks at Sophie, "and your also a very curious neko," he laughs a little as he keeps a eye on the food.

 

Kiyo follows Arata back out of the kitchen and nudges Arata slightly, "your such a naughty neko, you only known Sophie for like a couple of hours and your already smelling her hormones," he laughs a little as he stands by the cash register, resting his chin on his palm.

Arata looked at his lover "I have to make sure she won't tease me as Christie does. But to be sincere, do you think we can meet her daughter?" Arata asked Kiyo and tried to see what Sophie was doing into the kitchen. "Xane and she already tried to do pranks to me but didn't succeed as I'm a smart neko" he explained before he went to kitchen to take more orders. "Arata, the kids are coming so please take care of their table. The cake is almost ready. Ask Kiyo to help you" Sophie ordered as she put a cheesevcake on the oven. Arata licked his lips "Yes Mrs Boss". He left the kitchen but he could hear Xane laughing.

Kiyo laughs a little, "ah I see.. well I guess that makes sense," he rubs the back of his head. "I am glad I don't get tease as much as you do, it must be more amusing to tease a neko," he laughs softly. Kiyo blinks a couple of times and rubs the back of his head, "well.. if it is okay with Sophie, than sure, it will give us a bit of practice to with Christie's child so we will know what we are doing." Kiyo watches Arata go into the kitchen and perks his head up, leaning upward and takes the money of the paying customers, giving them back their exact change, "have a good day," he bows his head with a smile and slowly looks at Arata as he left the kitchen.

 

Xane looks at Sophie as he was drinking his water as he walks over, "how is the cake? We got to make sure it is perfect for this little girl's birthday." He watches Sophie put the cheesecake into the oven and watches Arata leave, looking at Sophie and leans down, smiling, "wow what a perfect size of a cake, no wonder why Arata would need help carrying that. You sure know how to make giant cakes," Xane laughs a little.

"Hello kids" Arata greeted the toddlers and took them on their table. "Is it my cake ready?" a girl asked him and Arata nodded "Once all your guests are here I will bring it. What will you like to drink until then?" he asked polite. After taking the orders he went to the bar to prepare the kids juices. "Sophie orders me to take care of the kids table and we have to bring the cake to them. It's huge Kiyo, Xane never did such a cake. And she's baking a cheesecake too. I'm sure it's for me".

Kiyo watches Arata talking to kids and laughs a little with a smile, resting his chin on his palm, ~hm... he seems like a natural already. Maybe I should record him and send it to Christie,~ he thought as he slowly looks at Arata, nodding his head and then laughs a little, "hm.. maybe Xane doesn't have a lot of experience making a girl type cake. I am sure he is better at making birthday cakes for like a boy or something," he laughs softly and nods his head, "well.. it must be a little treat for you," he smiles softly, "and I am sure Sophie was told how much you like cheesecake," he laughs a little as he sees more kids with their parents enter the restaurant, heading towards the birthday girl's table.

 

Xane perks his head as he heard a lot of kids talking as he walks towards the door, seeing a lot of kids roaming around and laughs a little as he closes the door, walking over to Sophie, "looks like the birthday girl's guest are all here and they look ready for some cake."

"Christie told she everything about me" Arata complained and kissed his lover cheek. "Come on Arata, it's time to taks the cake. You can kiss your lover later" Sophie called him. The neko nodded and went into the kitchen. "Open the door for us then Mrs Boss. Kiyo and I have to carry the cake". Sophie giggled and opened the kitchen doors. As soon as they saw the cake the kids clapped their hands and started to sing happy birthday. Arata felt he was about to cry.

Kiyo nods his head, "well I am sure Christie wanted to tell Sophie just so she can get to know you before actually meeting you," he smiles as he got a kiss on his cheek. He blinks as he looks at Sophie, blushes a little but then laughs a little, "yeah we better hurry, the kids want the cake probably by now," he follows Arata to the kitchen. He holds onto the cake with Arata, following him to the table and listens to the kids with a smile as they sang to their birthday friend and rubs Arata's back as he was crying.

 

Xane listens to the kids sing and smiles, walking to the oven and takes out the cheesecake Sophie made for Arata since it was done cooking and sets it down on the counter to cool off.

Arata took a tissue to blow his nose "This reminds me of the party for us baby, when they sing happy birthday to me". Sophie approached him "Come with me Arata. Your cheesecake is ready". Arata nodded and followed her to the kitchen. "You were adotable neko. To cry like a baby". Arata gazed on she "I had such party too, Christie organised it for me. I have no idea when I was born" he purred as Sophie served him some cake. "Thank you Sophie. You are kind".

Kiyo smiles a little as he rests his head on Arata's arm as he looks up at him, "of course, don't worry, it will happen every year. It's not like it's the only time your going to get sang too." He perks his head up as he looks at Sophie and follows both Arata and Sophie to the kitchen. He rubs his chin, wondering when Arata was born and how he looked like as a little baby neko. He smiles a little as he sits down at the table, stretching out his arms and rests his head on the table.

 

Xane perks his head up as he notices Arata and Kiyo walk into the kitchen with Sophie while he goes back to working on the customer's orders.

"Every year?" Arata asked gazing on Kiyo. "So I have a birthday...the day when you found me Kiyo" Arata said purring into his lover ear. He started to eat his cheesecake as he looked on Xane "It's almost the time for us to go home boss, Christie is waiting us". Sophie served him another slice of cheesecake "What do you think Arata? Did I pass your test?" Arata nodded. "You did. You are nice".

"Of course, everyone has a birthday every year and we will always celebrate yours that day I found you." Kiyo shivers a little as he listens to Arata purr in his ear and watches him eat his cheesecake, smiling softly. He sits up and looks at the clock, "gees the work day sure goes pretty quickly," he laughs a little and stretches his arms with a yawn, starting to take off his apron.

 

Xane nods his head, "yup I know, we will leave in a bit once your all done with your cheesecake." He gets the food out of the oven, ringing the bell so a few waiters came to get the orders to give to the customers. Xane walks to the sink and washes his hands, taking off his apron and hangs it up as he walks outside to get the car ready to leave.

Sophie giggled "I mean...do you like my food?" Arata nodded "Yes I do and the cheesecake is yummy. It's my favourite cake and Xane will prepare a huge one for our wedding" Sophie approached him "What about me to prepare it for you two...I have an idea about it. Plus Xane is in honeymoon next week and he comes back on your wedding day". Arata blinked 'What do you think Kiyo? Should Sophie do our wedding cake?"

Kiyo looks at Arata and laughs a little, "yeah cheesecake and fish is Arata's top foods he likes to eat. Of course.. he pretty much eats everything," he rubs the back of his head. He looks at Arata and nods his head, "yeah.. Xane will be getting pretty busy but at least he is coming back before we get married. They are probably going to be pretty tired," he laughs a little. Kiyo perks his head up as he looks at Arata, slowly looking at Sophie, nodding his head with a smile, "sure, that sounds good to me."

 

Xane comes back and closes the door as he walks to the table that Kiyo and Arata were sitting at and Sophie was standing by. He places his hands on his side as he looks down at Kiyo and Arata, "are you two ready to go? Sophie do you want to come with us to chat with Christie? I am sure she probably needs to talk some girl stuff to get off her chest," he plays with his keys in his pocket.

Sophie smiled “Of course I’m coming Xane. I miss Christie. But you have to take me home after as my daughter is waiting me”. Arata nodded “We are ready boss” he took out his apron and went near Sophie “Can we meet your daughter?” She giggled “Of course Arata. My husband is with her now. I’m sure you want to meet him too. He’s as you, loves fish” Arata purred and followed Kiyo to Xane’s car. “Do we need to buy something for the girl Kiyo?” Sophie heard him “Maybe a doll Arata when she grows up. She’s only 2 years now”.

Xane laughs a little, "what are you planning on doing with your car? Aren't you going to follow me in your car?" He looks at Arata and nods his head, "alright I will wait outside in the car," he walks back outside and then opens the door, getting into the car and sits within the seat, putting on his seat belt.

 

Kiyo laughs softly, "yeah Arata was wondering if he could see her, you know.. to get a little bit of practice for Christie's baby when he is born." He walks to the car and looks at Arata, looking at Sophie, "well.. you heard Sophie, probably best to wait a bit," he opens the backdoor and crawls into the backseat.

Sophie laughed "I forgot about my car" she headed to her car and called her husband "Alex, prepare Sara. Xane asked me to visit Christie and guess what - Xane's brother and his boyfriend want to see Sara. I'm coming after you two". She then came to Xane car - "I will go to take my family Xane and we will come to your house. It's not far from here". Once Xane gave her the address she went back to her car. Arata who was already on car with his head on Kiyo's shoulder perked up his ears "We will meet the baby girl soon Kiyo. I'm curious if she will like me. Let's go boss. We have to arrive home before the guests are coming".

Xane laughs a little as he leans back within his seat, looking in the mirror, seeing Arata and Kiyo finally in the car as he starts up the car. He then looks out the window, seeing Sophie walking to the car and nods his head, "oh? Alright.. I should probably let Christie know we are having guest, because I seriously doubt you told her," he laughs a little as he texts Christie, telling her that Sophie was coming over, along with her husband and there daughter. He sends the message, "I am sure she will want to tidy up a little and make something to eat." He waves over to Sophie and drives out of the restaurant's parking lot, starting to drive home.

 

Kiyo looks at Arata and smiles a little, nodding his head, "yeah that will be nice to see her." He laughs a little, "if the kids at the birthday party like you, I am sure Sophie's daughter will like you too," he looks out the window as Xane was driving.
