The returned kiss on his lips sent his heart a flutter, and for a moment, he didn't know what to say... So he decided to show rather than tell. Kao put his hand to Misaki's cheek and drew in, placing a gentle kiss on the other man's lips; they were soft and sweet, more features that added to his infatuation... or whatever this was called. He liked his boss, a prince, and now there definitely wasn't any hiding of that fact. Even after the kiss, Kaede's lips remained ghosted on his, just to take in a much greater version of admiration.

misaki blushed and looked in the other direction. he had tryed to ignore the fact that he liked kao but couldent. he had looked at kao again and stuffed his face into kaos chest. he didnt want to see the embarrassment on his face. he thought kao may laugh at it. misaki started to tremble as his body got warmer from kaos body being so close. he just blushed even more and tryed to ignore it. but couldent. he had put his arms between him and kao trying to pull way so he wouldent regret it in the futer and continued to hide his face

Kurosawa's cuteness made the man just stop and stare and just smile as he watched his boss flush over with embarrassment. His heart thumped wildly when Misaki buried his face into his chest and Kaede couldn't do anything but feel his love grow a bit stronger... The long haired man took one of Misaki's hands that pushed him away and kissed it gingerly, his eyes never once leaving from his boss's face, lips, eyes, expression... "Misaki," Kaede's mouth was saying things before his mind got to approve, "I think I've fallen in love with you..."

Misaki's eyes widened as he looked at kao than hid his face again and mumbled "m-me to...." than covered his mouth so he couldent talk anymore. He didn't want to say something he would regret so he just shut himself up. He thought if he was to quiet though he would think of pointless things. He just layed there thinking 'what should I do' and trembled at the words kao said. He was happy he said it but was scared kao may regret falling in love with him. When he was mean he did so because he was one sidedly in love with kao. He didn't want any affection back because he thought he would regret it.

Kao's eyes glistened and he smiled, his eyes remaining on the other man's flustered self. He had thought that maybe he was being to drastic, seeing that he never really had these feelings for his boss until the trip... but then again that was alo an explanation. That 'Boss' Misaki at work was always storming around, barking things at the other employees, straight out, wasn't him at all. Now that the real him was showing, Kao felt like the man was a different person completely, and that was who he fell for so fast. He took the hand that covered Misaki's mouth and gave a gentle kiss to it before leaning over to his lips. He hesitated for a second, but in the end, had pressed his lips onto the other's in a loving kiss.

Misaki blushed. He couldent speak so he smiled and layed there. He didn't Know what to do in that situation. he just muttered kaos name than closed his eyes and thought 'what do I do' and looked the other way. Misaki knew nothing of love that's why he hid the fact that he had loved kao before. He thought it would fall apart like all the others. Misaki glanced at kao and gently touched his cheek and smiled alittle. Than kissed his forehead.

"Excuse me... are you ready to-- oh!" A tiny, blonde nurse had came into the room but squeaked seeing two men in the bed together, "I-I'll be back in a f-few minutes!"

 

Kao jumped a bit at the presence of the girl, but then just laughed it off, "Misaki, I think we should get going. We still need to go to the hotel... You can rest more when we get to our room." He blushes a bit and rubs his cheek, "This isn't the place for being romantic anyway..."

Misaki chuckled at seeing kao so flustered. Misaki quietly said "I'll meet you there" and sat on the edge of the bed talking to the nurse. The nurse checked misakis heart rate and misaki glanced at kao in the corner of his eye. Misaki thought he would only hurt kao if they started a relationship and frowned. He didn't want kao to get hurt and start to hate misaki for not being around enough. He just looked in the other direction with a look of worry.

Kao was only making sure he had everything in his bag when his eyes glanced up from his task to Misaki. Not expecting such a worried look from the other male, he blinks a few times and stops what he was doing to ask, concerned, "Is there something wrong?" Maybe he was having some second guesses, or something of the sort, either way, Kao wished he could read minds. "I could wait for you, if you really want me to." He tries for a smile, looking to be capable of hearing out anything that needs to be said.

Misaki looked back at kao and said "nothing im fine." than smiled. He knew he had to smile because if he didnt he would only worry kao further. Misaki was also concerned for kaos life. If anyone found out not only misaki would be wanted but kao would to. This only made misaki want to work harder to protect kao. Than he remebered what one of his brothers said 'why protect something that you cant protect but why not let it protect you?'

 

Its been a few years since he said those words and he had yet to understand them. He wondered why would something protect him and it cant even protect its self. Than sat for a moment and understood it. He askd the nurse if he could leave after she finished his heart rate after a few seconds and she nodded misaki stood up and said "im going home with you kao."

He was still rather concerned about his boss, but he just nods, then gives a small laugh, "You mean to the hotel, that is. Home is a long way away." With his bag slung over his shoulder, Kao looks out the window, "Incredibly far away for that matter..." If Misaki wasn't this kind person under that hard shell, he didn't think he'd enjoy this more than he was now. The beginning of this as very bumpy, with the pink haired male passing out at the airport, but he'd take care of him so that didn't happen not once.

Misaki chuckled and said "yes that is true its very far away." the nurse was finished with him and he walked out of the room. He wondered what he would do on this trip. He thought of it as more as a vacation than a business trip. He looked down still feeling some what dissappointed in the fact that he cant allow kao and his relationship progress further. He mumbled "i have to remember..." he gave the lady at the desk discharge papers and called for a cab. While waiting he sat on a bench watching his bags.

Standing beside Misaki, Kao glances at him curiously and then looks ahead again. It hasn't been long that he was exposed to the true personality of his boss, and already he felt his heart growing a warm admiration over the man. 'Admiration' would be an understatement actually... It was a crush-like feeling even though they had already openly showed their likingness. He was really cute, kind and when they had laid next to each other, he was very warm... Kao looks back at Misaki and blinks a few times, 'I really do love my boss, don't I?' He asks himself inside of his head.

Misaki was looking forward and suddenly felt eyes on him and looked at kao and smiled brightly and said "im sorry we have to wait so long...if it wasn't for me we would already be there...sorry" after saying so he looked at the ground and flatter a few minutes noticed a cab coming and stood up and looked at kao and said "he's here!" Than put the bags into the trunk of the car and spoke to the cab driver.

Choosing to keep his sash-bag at his side, he clutches it slightly as he enters along with Misaki. Waiting patiently as other male spoke, he throws o his seat belt, speaking when it was his chance, "There's really no need to apologize whatsoever. If anything you should just feel sorry for yourself for overworking. You need sleep and more time to relax. If there's no time for that you say, then make time. Fainting like that outside the airport..." Kao sighs, "You really had me worried..."

Misaki frownd and looked down and said "some people at the corporation don't do their work and complain about it and...I don't like fireing people so I just do it and I notice more female staff have started to slack..." Misaki blushed and looked over to kao and said "but its fine don't worry..." Misaki sighed and looked away shamelessly thinking kao would only have crule words for the man. He was prepared to be rejected already so he gritted his teeth and waited.

Kao wasn't mad at all, but he was quite concerned still. Even with Misaki being stern at the office, he didn't fire anyone. Closing his eyes and sighing silently, the purple haired man raises his hand and drops it on the other's hair, ruffling it with a smile, "You shouldn't be afraid of firing anyone, Misaki. Your'e the boss and you have the right to do whatever you want, including letting off people who don't do their work. Those girls... I'm sure they don't come to the office on time every day to work." He chuckles, referring to his fangirls.

Misaki smiled sadly and looked down at his hands that had been intertwined in his lap at the moment. He glanced up at kao for a moment and brushed a lingering strand of his hair behind the younger males ear and quietly said "you should stop worrieing about a old man and worry about yourself...ok?" He looked up at him with a questionable yet curious expression cuffing his hand gently on kaos cheek and sat there waiting for a response.

He rolls his eyes playfully, but moves his cheek closer into the touch, "You aren't even an old man. You're what? Two years older than me?" Chuckling he took Misaki's hand and kisses the back of it, "Honestly, I'm not the kind of person who puts themselves above others. Especially not what it's concerning someone I really think I love..."

Misaki blushed and shook his head than mumbled "life isn't as easy as to fall in live without pain coming along with it..." Misaki felt the car stop and handed the man money and unpacked the bags. He stopped suddenly and looked at kao and said "that's just how the world was created" and smiled sadly walking into the hotel.

Walking along side of him with worried eyes, he can't stop from wondering what on earth made Misaki feel that way about the world. It was a horrible way to see how the world worked, it was true, but not enough for it to be written in stone for anyone's soul... After claiming their room and getting to the elevator, he waited until then to respond, since that statement was very much still in the atmosphere around them, "I think... I think you've been exposed to weak love. If it's strong, it's harder to hurt. That's just what I have to say about that." He says, looking at the other man before at the doors as the elevator took them up.

Misaki laughed and looked up at the younger male and said "so are you saying you can show me the ways of strong love if so...please take care of me" misaki bowed deeply than hugged the younger male nuzzleing into his chest and mumbled "warm" while blushing deeply. He let go and looked up and smiled saying "if you want to of course...forcing another human being isn't my thing ya know"

Boss bowing to his employee? Kao found it odd at first, but then had to realize the fact of the moment; their titles didn't exist on this trip, and Misaki was being the first to shun their roles. Eyes softening considerably from he soft voice he heard commenting on his warmth, Kao kept his arms around Misaki and leaned down to brush his nose onto his, "I know that now... Actually, if you weren't going to let me take care of you, I would of been the one to be forcing it on you whether you liked it or not." Smile growing, the purple haired male brushes his lips onto the other's feeling that warmth before pressing against it into a loving kiss.

Misakis eyes widened for a moment as he blushed again but slowly shut and he broke the kiss and stood on his toes and gently pulled Laos head down and kissed his forehead and whispered in his ear "I'm sorry if I forced you into this" as the elevator stopped he stepped and opened the door to his and kaos room and headed to one of the bed rooms to lay his bags down and pulled his phone out turning it off and layed back and sighed. And mumbled "I should stop acting mean at work it hurts my feeling to be so crule..."

Nodding, he finally sets his bag off of his shoulders and leaves it by his bed across from Misaki's, "I can imagine... I really do think that some of the other workers need discipline, so you still would need some kind of hard skin." Kao tightens up the tie in his hair, sitting on the mattress, which was far more comfier than his own bed back home, " If you think it can help, I could be the role of your..." He thinks for a second and shrugs with a smile as he finds it, "Assistant manager? I could probably deal with those girls and get them to really stop. I hope."
