Roger rose up, stretching his arms out and yawning. He scratched his head, looking out the window to see the setting sun. He wanted to keep Cody here longer, but he also didn't want to be clingy and interfere with his schooling. With a sigh, he got up, put on his jeans and walked to the bathroom to brush his teeth. Glancing in the mirror, he could see Cody still in bed and it made him happy. He rinsed and walked back out. Shaking Cody's shoulder, he leaned over and said, "Hey, I got to take you home princess." Cody hides his head under the blanket and lets out a sigh as he was sleeping still. He felt movement through the bed as Roger was moving and turns onto his side with soft grunt. Cody looks down at Roger and holds onto him until his vision returned to him. He sighs softly and brushes the hair from his face with a soft smile, "is everything okay... you got me worried from suddenly passing out," he lowers his head and looks at Roger, nodding his head, "maybe you should take a shower as well.. it might help clear your head," he curls up on the bed and lowers his head slowly, covering his eyes.

Roger gave some thought to the shower, but he felt like the steam would do more harm than good and he felt like it was time to take Cody home anyways. He had work tomorrow and Cody probably had school work to catch up on. Besides, maybe a night by himself would do him tremendous good after this accident. Roger would like Cody to stay, but he knew he had to work tomorrow and Cody had obligations to fulfill. He smiled as he ruffled Cody's hair. "Don't worry, I'll be okay. I just got a little heated underneath, but I gotta take you back before it gets too late." He was walking out when he stopped by the doorway and turned his head. "I promise I'll stop on the road if I feel like that again. I'll have some water with me though." He yelled out "lock the door and meet me in the car" as he walked out. He had a headache, but he overall felt better as he sat down in his cab and turned the ignition, warming up the car.

Cody looks at Roger and lowers his head slowly with a sigh. He closes his eyes as Roger was ruffling his hair and looks up at Roger, pouting a little and nods his head with a sigh, "okay... if you say so," he lowers his head and walks towards the door. He looks at Roger and nods his head slowly, as he follows Roger outside. He turns around and locks the door, walking to the car as he follows Roger. Cody opens the door and goes into the car, belting him and looks out the window.

Roger put the car into drive, heading off into the night. The road was silent and there was no light to be seen except the headlights of the cab and from the stars above. Roger had the radio turned onto the usual jazz station he kept on. He was worried that Cody might be taking his actions the wrong way and tried to keep his mind off it. He rolled down his window and lit a cigarette. Roger took a deep inhale and said, "I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I got work tomorrow and I want you to focus in college." He continued rolling smoke as he drove down the silent street.

Cody looks out the window and rests his head on the seat, leaning back. He closes his eyes for a few minutes as he listens to the music and hears Roger light a cigarette. Cody leans a bit closer to the window so he didn't inhale any of the smoke. He looks to the side at Roger and shakes his head slowly, "no its okay.. your busy with your job.. and I need to get ready for a quiz in one of my classes. Cory is probably waiting for me in our dorm room to start studying before the quiz," he leans back and rubs his forehead with a soft sigh. Cody rests his head near the open window so Roger could smoke, not to worry about him accidently inhaling it.
