Through a friend ( Pandamonium/Nikolas)

Abel shook his head. "I can finish mine tonight, too. I'm almost finished with it anyway."

He was excited. His first date and with someone he likes a lot. He wanted to spend the entire day with Colten. Get to know him more and maybe get closer.

 

"I'm glad you're free next Saturday. We can go on a date together. I wanna make your date fantasy come true."

He sadly had a part-time job. "I have a part-time job. So I work 4 days a week. But weekends are usually free."

[Nikolas]

He chuckled looking at Abel then ran his thumb over the knuckles of his hand " Well now then lets say I would like to spend the whole day with you as much as I can." He moved to lean closer to him then lofted a brow as he soon unlocked his car opening the door for him. " Well you work I do to but its most of the week..." He said with a small smile as he let his eyes wander over him " But I'm off Friday, Saturday and sundays." he grinned then stared down at him for a long moment.

 

" So lets see would you like to go finish up what you need then we have fun or we could have fun then finish all our work." He waited till after Abel got into the car to shut the door then go around to his side of the car getting in looking at the time with a smile " We have time for lunch if you'd like."

Abel blushed, getting in the car. He wasn't used to having someone be a gentleman to him. It felt kinda nice. He wanted to return the favor. Treat Colten the way he treats him. He buckled his seatbelt. Thinking over what Colten told him. Would he rather finish his homework now or later? He was enjoying his time with Colten, he'd hate to ruin the moment with work. But, if they did their work now, they'd have all the free time they want for the rest of the day.

 

"Maybe we could finish our work right now. You know so we could hang out the rest of the day, no worries." He cleared his throat, feeling his face heat up again. "Then we could have ice cream together."

Colten got in buckled his seatbelt then looked over at him with a smile nodding his head as he let his eyes flicker over Abel " Alright I'll drop you off at home that way I am not distracted cause I will be honest you are distracting because how cute you are." he was being honest as he started up the car putting it into gear. He would pull off onto the road as he smiled at him happy that Abel wanted to spend time with him.

 

" What's your favorite color? and your favorite flavor of ice cream?" He asked in a curious manner as he kept his eyes on the road driving back toward Abel's apartment as he wanted to know more about the other. It was strange that he had instant attraction to him.

Abel felt himself blush, again. Colten just knew how to get him flustered. He gave a nod, smiling to himself.

"Okay. It's probably for the best, I don't think I could focus, too. You're too much fun and you get me flustered."

 

"That's good. We can hang out together during the weekend. I'll bring some wine or maybe beer. What do you like to drink?"

He was enjoying the time just talking with Colten. Both together.

 

"Um, I like grey a lot and purple. Navy blue. My favorite flavor has to be between mint and coffee. I can't decide."

He was kinda sad they wouldn't be able to hang out some more, but they needed to do their work, so it's better they don't get distracted.

"What's you're favorite kind of ice cream and candy? Favorite colors?"

[Nikolas]

Colten chuckled looking over to Abel as he drove the car back toward his house with a smile " You are flustered easily by what I say huh?" He asked as he let his eyes wander up and Down Abel with a grin then snickered as he got onto the free way heading off toward Abel's place " Well I am glad I am a bit of a distraction for you it makes me happy that you like me." He would slow down the car getting off at Abel's exit.

 

" Now then as for my favorite candy I'll have to say a Take five, hmmm my favorite color will have to be crimson red and like an indigo blue. My favorite ice cream has to be Strawberry and theirs a cookie dough one I like as well." he said with a sly smile looking over to Abel then tapped his hands on the stirring wheel " Favorite character? Can be from a comic series or book series that you like or whatever. Also you favorite musician or Band?" He was asking all these questions out of being curious.

Abel couldn't help but smile, hearing that Colten liked the fact that he liked him. He wanted to make Colten happy. So even just being able to make him glad was overwhelming. He cleared his throat and sad to know that they were approaching his apartment. He wanted to spend some more time with Colten.

 

Hearing Colten tell him things he enjoyed, he was over the moon with joy. He thought about his favorite character from a comic or cartoon.

"Oooh that one's a toughy. I'll have to say...it's probably Stevonnie from this one cartoon. Ze was beautiful and lively, but when she spoke of loneliness...it struck home, you know? Um, about musicians...I'm big on Led Zeppelin and Rolling Stones."

He chuckled. "How about you? Any favorite musicians or characters? And that candy sounds really good!"

Colten soon pulled up to Abel's house as he sighed some looking over to him happy that he could share things about himself with someone. He would shift the car into park looking at him with a smile staring into Abel's eyes as he bit his lip thinking for a moment " I don't want to leave you yet..." He whispered then chuckled a bit as he thought about everything for a moment. " Anyways all cool things... now as for me.... I like David Guetta, Queen and of course I love kiss." He gave that sweet boyish grin then sat back as he moved to undo his seat belt.

 

" Wolverine and Deadpool are my favorite characters from cartoons." he smiled then turned to rub his head a bit " Do you mind if I kiss you well it can be on the cheek if you like." He said with a shy smile but then waved his hands " You don't have to let me if you don't want to I know it was a bit forward."

Abel nodded. He was sad that their time together was cut short, but he brightened up at the thought of being with Colten later in the day. He unbuckled the seatbelt. Giving a sigh, turning to look at Colten.

"Kinda sucks we won't hang out til later today, but I'm glad I'll see you later."

 

He smirked. "Wolverine and Deadpool, huh? I actually have a couple Wolverine comics, I'll let you borrow 'em."

He blushed asst being asked for a kiss. He had thought about kissing him a couple times, but acting on his feelings...that was unexpected. He nodded. He leaned forward, kissing Colten on the lips. He pulled away, his face red with embarrassment.

Colten smiled looking at him as he stared into the other's eyes once their lips had brushed he would grin at him. " I feel sad that I have to go just now but I'll be back later to pick you up how's that sound and you have my number tell me what movie you want to go to and the time." he stated as he trailed his fingertips along Abel's cheek with a smile.

 

" As for the wolverine comics sounds awesome can't wait to read them." He stated as he got out the car walked aorund to open Abel's door then stared at him with a smile " So I'll spoil you rotten how's that sound?" He asked with a chuckle

Abel nodded. He was trying to calm himself. He had don't something so...outrageous. He was overjoyed asst the thought of being with Colten.

"I can't wait. I'll text you when I'm done. Don't feel rushed. Take your time."

He grinned, his lips still felt a slight tingle to them. He had never kissed anyone, so this was new.

 

"I'm glad. Maybe when you come back later, you can get the comics. If you want.I'm not gonna push you or anything."

He was taken aback by the offer of bring spoiled rotten. He didn't want Colten to go all out for him. He was happy just the two of them going on a date together.

"You don't need to do that. I'm happy with us just going on a date together."

[Nikolas]

Colten smiled as he leaned kissing him again the moved to get back into his car to leave, he chuckled as he stuck his head out the car window. " Hey, I say I don't mind rushing at all anyways I will see you as soon as your done with your things." He said with a sly smile then tilted he was enjoying this he had already gotten the other to kiss him now which was pretty good once he had more practice he would see to that eventually.

 

" I look forward to reading the comics with you then." he winked at the other as he chuckled " Your a simple guy I suppose your telling me huh? Anyways just call me once you've finished up and I'll come right over." He soon put his car into gear and drove off.

 

After about an hour of being home he soon finished all his homework he was sitting there waiting by the phone. He was anxious for the phone call with the free time he had he had changed his clothes putting on a dark purple sweater, some tight black jeans and his black boots along with his chains on his hips. He would sigh wondering if the other was even going to call him. " He is cute... honestly didn't know I was picking up one so innocent ugh... but he is adorable given..."He wondered out loud.

Abel felt like his heart was going to beat right out of his chest from the kiss. He covered his mouth, he nodded. He smiled, he'd enjoyed the feeling of Colten's lips on his. They were soft and moist.

"Yeah, I'll call you when I'm done. I'll try to finish as fast as I can, too. I'm really excited for our date."

He had never been called a simple man. It was nice. "I guess so. Never thought of myself as a simple man., I'm just happy that we're gonna hand out together and get to know one another. Since I really like you."

 

He watched Colten leave and returned into his apartment. He felt giddy and like bouncing with joy. He'd be going on a date with Colten! He giggled, immediately he realized he giggled and stopped. Grabbing his head.

"God! I'm like a chick, getting all bouncy over someone. Better calm down."

He took a few breathes and headed to his fesh to begin on his homework and project.

 

After a couple hours, he finished. He smelled himself. "ugh, I need to change."

He quickly changed into a gray long-sleeve shirt, a pair of loose fitting jeans and sprayed himself with a light Cologne. He took a deep breathe and began to dial Colten's number. His heart racing.

[Nikolas]

Colten jumped as he heard his phone ring he would quickly pick it up already having his keys in hand." Colten" He said as he answered the phone then moved about his house cutting out the lights and other things. He was excited for this date he had looked up nice restaurants near the theater that was good enough for a first date with an ice cream shop nearby. He had taken the time to plan every detail of this date. He wanted to make sure that he gave the other the best first date shaking his head he had never been nervous about impressing someone before now but it seemed like he really wanted to charm Abel.

 

He was nervous as shit as he checked everything that he had his wallet and everything that he needed he would sigh some shaking his head a bit. He knew that he had to have everything to tend to what was needed.

He waited nervously for Colten. He was both excited and nervous for his first date. He was sure they'd be having a great time together. He grabbed his wallet and his box of Altoids. He played with Dorothy, trying to calm his nerves. His roommate, had left to spend the night with his girlfriend. He used to envy them a bit. He was happy that they were together and happy, but he was also envious of what they had. He had desired to be with someone he cared for. He was lonely, even with his friends and Dorothy, he would be lonely. Now he was happy to have met someone who made his heart race like Colten did.

Colten would be excited the whole drive to Abel's house he popped some mints into his mouth to make sure that he was fully fresh. Trying to breath he had to focus fully on what all he wanted to do as he let his mind wander about thinking about his whole date, this was one of the few dates he felt he had to out do his usual which was simple things. He shook his head as he tried to tell himself that he was a nice guy that could win Abel over.

 

After about a forty-five minute drive he arrived at Abel's house getting out of his car he goes upstairs and knocks on the door he was trying to keep up with his full bad boy look in a manner of speaking. He was going to win Abel over more then he already had in his mind he wanted to be more then a casual friend because he found him so cute.

As he played with Dorothy, he heard a knock at the door. His heart skipped a beat. He jumped out of his bed, Dorothy on his shoulder. He reached the door, taking several deep breathes, he opened the door. His breathe hitched. Colten looked do handsome. He had to keep himself from drooling. He cleared his throat.

"Please, come in. Just gotta put her back in her habitat, then we could go."

 

He hurried to his room. Setting her gently in her habitat and giving her a couple of dried crickets. Popping a couple mints into his mouth. They burned his nose, causing him to cough, covering his nose. No wonder they were called the strongest mints.

Colten smiled thinking that Abel looked really good himself he was also excited to see how things were going to go with him. He soon followed the other to see him put Dorthy back into her habitat. Smirking he leaned against the door frame gazing at him lofting a brow for the moment at the idea of this. He would sigh some trying to think of if he was missing anything. Hearing the other coughing he would stare at him for a long moment. " Hey are you okay?" He asked as he walked over closer to him to check him over with the loft of a brow. He had to admit even choking and coughing the other looked cute as ever that was saying something maybe it was the fact he was so innocent.

[pandamonium]

He nodded, trying to talk in between coughs. "I'm*cough* fine*cough* just took some mints."

His coughing persisted for a few seconds before it settled down. Clearing his throat.

"Sorry. I took too many mints, I guess." He chuckled with rasp. "guess that's why they're called the strongest mints."

He walked over to his bookshelf. "Before I forget...here are the Wolverine comics I told you about. If you wanna borrow them, here they are."

He pulled them from his bookshelf. They were in plastic sleeves. He held them out for Colten to take a gander.

[Nikolas]

He looked at the other chuckling a bit " you know the fact you coughing is kinda cute." He said in a teasing manner with a smirk as he held his head to the side watching him for a long moment. " So lets see ready to head out?" He asked as he moved to the door with a smile on his face he was enjoying the other far to much that could be said for the most part.

[pandamonium]

Abel nodded, throwing the comics on the bed. He gave the other a nodded, patting his pockets to make sure he had his keys and wallet.

"Yeah. I'm ready, just making sure i have everything i need."

He followed Colten towards the door.
