Fai got to his locker and grabbed his uniform. After changing into it he smiled a bit. "This feels so much more better. I can't believe I actually missed wearing this. Anyway so what do I need to catch up on?" he asked as the four of them went into the student council room. There was a stack of books upon the desk. "This is all the materials for the midterms. Neatly organized, highlighted and written for you by Yoh. You'll have until lunch to go over them and ask questions. After that, we will be in the autorium discussing everyone's part in the festival. Since it's open to all we have to make sure it's perfect and enjoyable." Kanata said. Fai took a seat at the desk. "Wow! I'm surprised you managed to stay so focused while I was away. Thank you." he said softly. "We know it's tough to go through what you did so we wanted to make your return a pleasent one if possible." Suzuya said. Fai nods as he focused on looking over the notes. He had to admit Yoh was a seriously amazing note taker.

"Damien~" a familiar voice called the male out of his little happy world. He turned his head seeing two of his friends wearing their soccer uniform. Masamune, Iichi and Hanz Richford. Two of whom he'd call his closest friends at school. "Iichi. Hanz. Hi guys." he smiled letting the two sit beside him. "Man, we missed you this weekend. What have you been doing?" Iichi said, adjusting his glasses. Hanz grinned at Damien. "Were you busy with Shun? I heard from Fuyuki he went to your house this weekend. Was that true?" Damien blushed and looked away snarling a bit. "You know Shun. He's really pushy when he wants something... And oh!" he suddenly perked up, excited to tell his friends about his little brother.

 

"Eeeh?! So you already met your half-brother?" Hanz exclaimed. "Yeah, I just drove him to his school this morning at Hakasen Academy." "Hakasen Academy? That's my brother's school too. I heard they'll have a festival soon and it'll be open to the public. I plan to attend. You guys want to come?" Iichi said. Damien grinned and packed his bags. "Of course. I wouldn't want to miss my little brother's event. Well, i'm off to pick him now. See you!"

 

Iichi and Hanz looked at each other and raised a brow. "Don't you think there's something different with our friend, Iichi?" Hanz asked. "You're not the only one that's suspecting, Hanz. He sure instantaneously became jolly."

Fai spent most of his time going over the notes. It was easy to understand and remember everything important. Once he heard the bell he made his way towards the cafeteria. Everyone seemed to greet him almost instantaneously. It was nice to be missed so much. He sat near the window since he enjoyed looking outside while eating. "There you are. I was looking for you." Suzuya said sitting across form Fai. "There's a list of different events everyone voted for. So far we could do just about all of them if everyone helps out. Then it's just making sure there's someone attending each area properly. This way they run smoothly." he said. Fai listened as he ate. This would be fun plus knowing Damien would be coming also made him happy.

 

When lunch ended, it was off to the auditorium. Fai found the ideas and plans for the festival to be rather exciting. He honestly couldn't wait to see it all coming together for this weekend. After the meeting he walked down the hall with his friends. "So how do you plan to get home?" Kanata asked him. "Oh my brother said he'd come get me today." he said happily. "This is the most you've ever smiled when talking about going home." Yoh points out. Fai didn't realize that. "He's right! Due to the festival, you can easily avoid certain teachers. Speaking of teachers, what have you done about that?" Suzuya asked. Fai lowers his head. "I left there and I'm staying with Damien. Besides, if I can avoid him it's fine." Fai said as they stood by the gates.

Damien arrived a few minutes later than he should have and saw Fai waiting at the gate, again, with his friends. He honked at him once before opening the window. "I'm sorry, I'm late. Did you wait long?" he asked, nodding at the others. He waited for the other to get in, letting Fai say good bye to his friends first. He was starving because he only ate a sandwich for lunch. He was craving for something sweet then he remembered their crepe hunting was a fail when they went shopping so maybe they could grab one on their way home.

Fai was talking with his friends when Damien arrived. He waved bye getting hugs from Kanata and Yoh. He then walked to the car and got in. He smiled at his brother as he buckled his belt. "So how was your day at school? My friends are so curious about you it's too much. My big brother is now popular in my school." he said laughing. His gaze drifting to the side.

[Choco Berry]

"School was fine. I get to meet my friends there. Turns out I have a friend who has a brother that goes to your school too, so I'm guessing our group will go to your festival." he chuckled lightly before driving forward. His eyes were focused up front but still attentive over Fai. He lightly blushed before turning left to the main road. "Really? Well, I did not expect that to happen." he paused for a bit before grinning as he spoke again. "So... being the president of the student council must be tough, right? Especially when you have a lot of catching up to do with your studies. Plus the upcoming festival." he said, letting out a goofy grin. "Why didn't you tell me you have such a prestige position in your school?" he couldn't be more prouder for Fai.

Fai listened as they drove a bit. "Sounds like you had a good day then. Oh well I guess its just surprising that I have such a handsome looking older brother. So yeah the word spread like fire." he said blushing shyly. His attention perked up hearing Damien. "Really?! Did they tell you their name? I wonder if I know them." he said curiously. Lowering his head a bit he pouted. "Its not that special. I didn't want to be the president to begin with." he said looking at Damien.

"My friend's name is Masamune, Iichi who has a brother there. I wonder if you know someone named Masamune." He grinned, reaching out to ruffle the boy's head. "No way! I'm proud of my little brother being a student body president. I know you're doing great since your friends seems to look up to you greatly." he smiled and went to an unfamiliar turn. They were headed for a cafe which sells delicious crepes. "I want to buy some crepes. A small celebration for your return at school. I remember we didn't have them when we went out shopping before. What flavor would you like?" he asked, slowly pulling over on the side of the street. There was a cafe near where they parked that sells different kinds of crepes.

Fai looked at his brother blushing a bit. "I guess you have a point. I'm good at it even if I don't want to be." he said softly. It was nice having Damien so proud of him. It made him feel so special and happy. His gaze drifts to the cafe. "Uh, the only crepe I've tried was banana flavor. It wasn't all that great. So you can pick one that isn't banana. I'd really like that." he said smiling. His golden brown eyes staring at his brother.

[Choco Berry]

"Mhm. Alright. How about blueberry and cream cheese?" he asked as he let loose of the seat belt. "They're their best seller. Wait for me here, okay?" he smiled before running towards the store. He bought one blueberry cheesecake and for him, chocolate and cream flavor. It took him a few minutes before running back to the car where Fai's waiting. "Here ya go. Blueberry cheesecake." he smiled, handing Fai his snack.

Fai nods with a smile as he looked to the side. He waited patiently in the car for his brother. While sitting there he was thinking about tomorrow. He'll be so busy in school with all the festival preparations. He knew her have to get plenty of sleep. Just as he let out a small yawn, Damien returned. He slowly took the crepe. "Thank you so much. I do hope I enjoy this better than banana flavor. Which did you get?" he asked as he slowly takes a bite of his own. It was really good. Better than he expected. His face showing just how happy he was right now. "Wow! It's really delicious. Damien your like a search and find for good food." he said giggling. He then leans close to him. "Can I try a bite of yours too?"

Damien smiled and took a bite of his crepe. He hummed lightly enjoying his snack before driving once again. "I'm glad you liked it. And yes, I like to find good food." he decided to stop by at the side of the highway facing the cliff as a magnificent sunset greeted them. "Here. Try mine. It's chocolate." he said, handing it to Fai.

Fai glanced out the car window. He was surprised to see such a sunset. This was a nice way to end a day of school. His gaze drifts towards Damien as he reached to take a bite from his crepe. "Chocolate you say? I'm curious on how this one taste as well." he said before biting. Fai's eyes widen slightly. "This one is good too. I want to go back there again when I'm craving crepes. It's really the best crepes I ever had?" he said filled with happiness. Fai returned to eating his crepe silently. He wasn't sure what Damien would wish to do next.

"I want to taste yours too." he said, leaning to take a bite on the crepe on Fai's hands. He pulled away licking his lips as there still seems to be some blueberry syrup on the corner of his lips. "Still good. Best blueberry crepe in town." he smiled looking at the sunset. "Yeah, I come to this spot every once in a while to clear my head. Whether it's because of the exams or just anything else. It helps me a lot." he sighed, taking a glance over Fai.

Fai smiled at him as he began to eat his crepe again. "Its a lovely spot. Though I bet it would look better from a beach or flower field." he said relaxing in the seat. This really was a comfortable place to be. "So Damien, as my older brother what else do you think we could do together? I know you'll graduate soon and then I won't have you around as much." he said glancing down a little.

He smiled gently but frowned realizing they'd part ways sooner or later because he'll be graduating soon. He looked at the horizon before sighing and leaning his head on Fai's shoulder. "I don't know. I'll be leaving to New York before we know it, and you even don't know how to kiss using your tongue. How are you even going to swoon your soon to be lover then?" he said, chuckling a bit before looking up at Fai.

Fai looked at Damien with a light chuckle. "I guess you have a point there. You'll have to make sure to teach me in your spare time. I'd hate to have to find another teacher." he said wondering what he would say to that. Fai knew there was no way he could ask anyone for help in such a thing. Not even his friends would be possible options. Besides, he enjoyed having Damien teaching him.

Damien took a huge bite on the crepe before throwing it away in the trash bin inside the car. "So. Wanna try practicing that kiss from earlier?" he asked, grinning a bit. "Don't worry, I'll taste just like the chocolate crepe i had." he winked playfully, but he's totally okay if Fai refuses. It was a rather bold move for him to do that to his brother.

Fai glanced at Damien. "No I don't want to try that now. For one we are in the car. I'll have a hard time staying relaxed in the car when we are in it. So lets go home and practice there. Besides, I don't want to cause trouble for you." he said softly. Fai wasn't sure about this. He did enjoy learning how to kiss but after last time he wasn't too sure. He knew it was possible for Damien to become aroused if they kissed. That worried him since he had the feeling Shun would come over again to intervene.

A small blush appeared on his cheeks before nodding as he moves away. "Okay then. Let's... just go home." he pouted a little and started the engine before driving off. He had to admit, it was awkward being rejected like that but what can he do? He was quiet the whole time, his thoughts drifting about college and their finals nearing in. He pulled his phone before sending out a text to his friends, Iichi, Hanz and Fuyuki. 'Let's have a group study tonight at my place. Bring your own materials.' is what the text said. The two arrived at their house and parked the car before getting out from it. "Ah. It's late. And i'm hungry. I wonder what's for dinner?" he said, taking his bag. "Oh, uhm. Fai, I'm expecting guests tonight. My friends and I will have a study group later. And I want to introduce you to them too." he smiled before opening the main door.

Fai noticed Damien was rather quiet the ride home. He didn't know why and was a bit reluctant to ask. As soon as they got home he glanced over at him. "Your friends...? Uh, alright then. I'd be honored to meet your friends." he said with a smile. Deep down Fai would rather avoid meeting anymore of Damien's friends. After meeting one he had wanted to avoid meeting any others. Even so he couldn't truly say that so he just agreed to meet them. Fai grabbed his things and headed inside. He wasn't all that hungry at the moment so he went straight to his room. He still had much to go over in the notes as well as helping with the festival.

"That's good then." he smiled and went to the dining room, but Fai didn't follow him. He looked up as Fai went to his room, sighing, thinking maybe Fai isn't that hungry. "I guess i'll be having dinner alone then. Mrs. Rowan? Where's dad and mom?" he asked as he sat down while the maid served his food. "They're in the hospital for your father's therapy. They'll stay there for two more days." she said smiling at him. "I see. Thank you for the food." he said before digging in. "Oh. And one more thing? I'll have friends coming over soon, so can you please make some snacks for us for later? Some sandwiches will do." he said and the maid nodded smiling before leaving the room. It was kind of sad that Fai isn't joining him for dinner but he still carried on.

 

An hour later, Damien's friends arrived. Iichi bought his car with Hanz and Fuyuki in it. "Diii-ooo~! You home?" Hanz called out. Damien ran towards the main door and waved at them to come in. "It's great that you guys made it." he said. "Yeah, like we'll let ourselves miss Mrs. Rowan's heavenly sandwiches." Fuyuki said before walking past Damien. Iichi was the last to enter the house. "So? Is your little brother here?" he asked. Dio nodded. "He's upstairs in his room. I'll introduce him to you. Let's go."

 

Damien knocked on Fai's door, calling out. "Fai. Can you come out for a minute? I'll introduce you to my friends." he said smiling gently. Fuyuki noticed the smile and blinked. "You're smiling? Seriously? It's been ages since I saw you smile." "I knooow right?" Hanz butt in. "He was so happy this afternoon while he talks about his little brother. He must have been an angel sent from above to thaw your frigid heart." There was a laugh behind the door as they wait for Fai to open it.

Fai was studying and making a set list of things to do. He was so focused on this that he ignored the rumble one his stomach. He continued to work before hearing a knock at his door. He glanced back hearing Damien's voice. He smiled a bit as he stood up to open the door. Fai forgot how he was dressed upon opening the door to see his brother standing there with three others. When he had gotten home Fai had changed into his comfortable wear. Which most know the style to be considered the 'boyfriend shirt'. So Fai was only wearing a button up shirt. "Hello Damien. Are these your friends?" he asked with a smile.

Damien was blushing lightly from his friends' teasing but it got worse when Fai opened the door and saw what the boy is wearing. His face got beet red and his friends fell silent upon laying their eyes on the young man. "U-uhm. Is that your shirt, Damien?" Fuyuki cleared his throat before nudging on Damien who seems to be lost for words. When he came through, he groaned and pushed Fai back into his room, slamming the door behind him. All three boys were startled but it was Damien who was shaken the most. He sighed and shook his head. "C-can you put on some pants or something? I want to introduce you to my friends... but... not looking...ero... uhm. Just put on something." he said, still trying to avert his eyes from Fai but couldn't. He had a glimpse of the boy's legs and sharp collarbones through that shirt that he have to admit, were really teasing.

Fai looked at Damien as the door slammed shut. "Oh I'm sorry. I tend to dress like this when I'm home and it's comfortable. I'm sorry I'll put something on right now." he said as he walked towards the dresser in the room. He checked all the draws before leaning forward to check the bottom one. He pulled out a pair of pants and then slipped them on. "Is this better big brother?" he asked looking at Damien. Fai really wanted trying to tease his brother, but it was working out in its own way. He walked over to him and poked his cheek. "You left your friends in the hall."
