"Yes, yes~ And I would like my bento box to be all black so the colorful food you'll make would stand out. And I'm going to make my friends at school jealous of it." Damien blinked and blushed lightly on Suzuya's words. He smiled happily. "Ooh I'm not upset." Damien giggled and pulled Fai closer by the shoulder. "He's mine and I love him more than anything in the world~ Right, Fai?" he said, grinning down on his brother before taking a sushi, eating it down in one bite.

Fai smiled as he looked at Damien. "Uh yeah. My big brother really love me a lot." he said. Suzuya smiled at the both of them. Yoh glanced up as he noticed something in the distance. "We're being watch. Fai be careful for the rest of today." he said softly. Kanata and Suzuya looked around before noticing it as well. Nijima was in on of the windows of a classroom staring in their direction. He walked off upon noticing he was seen. "It seems he did show up today. I thought this would be an easy day." Fai said.

Damien smiled. He was really having a good time with Fai today but then when Suzuya pointed out they were being watched, he looked at where the young man is looking and saw a figure which immediately walked off as soon as he realized he was seen. he knew it was Nijima from the color and style of the hair. He snarled inside, taking his glance off the said direction. "Don't worry. I'll stay with you until we get home. And bfore I forget, let's pass by a drugstore on our way home." he said, taking his last bite of his sushi. It was a generally nice day. He wouldn't let one single person like Sakamoto ruin it. "So. Care to give me a tour, my baby brother?" he smiled, nudging on Fai's shoulder.

Fai looked at Damien with a smile. "Alright I'll give you a tour. Follow me." he said standing and holding his hand out to him. He then glanced towards his friends. "Don't worry about us. We will meet up later. Go have fun." Suzuya said as he waved him on. Fai walked off with Damien. "Alright I'll show you the places I like to go when I'm here." he said softly.

Damien waved at the other boys before following Fai. He kept himself close as they walked side by side, smiling a bit when there were young men ogling them as they pass by. "I find it refreshing when you don't have to see any women on sight while at school." he told Fai. "The girls in our school are just so pushy and noisy." he said, waiting for them to arrive at their destinations.

Fai glanced at him. "I can agree with you there. It's easily to talk with boys as well. They are more predictable than girls. Oh here we are. The art room." he said sliding the door open. He walked in to find only a few students there. They smiled and waved before focusing on their canvas or sketch books. He walked over towards the back wall where several paintings and drawings were hung. "I bet you can't pick out any that are mine." he said smiling. Fai only had one painting there and it was slightly obvious which it was. Part of Damien's house was in it along with the garden.

Damien looked around once they arrived at which appeared to be an art room. He smiled seeing some students waved at them but stayed silent. He quietly followed Fai towards the wall of paintings, admiring the talents of the students there. "Oh, we'll see about that." he whispered as he looked out for Fai's painting. One of them looks really familiar; squinting an eye before giggling a bit, pointing at the house with gardens. "That's our house right there. You painted this." he smiled, happily pointing at the artwork while beaming his smile at Fai. "You're really talented." he smiled with a light blush on his cheeks.

"I was tempted to paint you but then that would have been too obvious." he said teasingly. "I am also not that good. It's just a random skill I do out of boredom. Shall we head to the next place?" he said walking towards the door. Fai glanced back at Damien a bit. "I wish we went to the same school. It would be so much better." he said blushing lightly. He honestly enjoyed that idea more than anything. As he walked into the hall, a student approached him. At first glance he could have been mistaken for a girl. "Fai-senpai! Your needed in the main office." he said to him. Fai looked a bit confused but nods. "Alright then. Thank you for the heads up." he said wondering why he would be called there. He hadn't done anything wrong

When he heard him say that Fai was tempted to paint him, he blushed, feeling a little flattered. He smiled to himself, thinking it would be great if Fai paints a portrait of him. Maybe as a token when he needs to part ways with his brother. He pushed away those negative thoughts and followed Fai before noticing a young male student approach them. He was a beauty having such feminine features. "Main office? Faculty?" he asked, wondering who called Fai forth. "Can I come with you? At least just outside the room? I shouldn't take my eyes off you at this point." he said, placing his hands inside his pockets.

"Yeah you can come with me." he said as he headed towards the main office. He tensed up a bit seeing an officer standing beside the principal. He instantly was expecting to see Nijima somewhere close by. So far he didn't but he was sure it would happen. "Good afternoon sir. I was called to the office." he said a bit nervously. He glanced over at Damien. "No need to be so worried. I know you just returned after being away for your family reasons. Even so there's a matter that needs to be discussed. I understand all teens your age get rebellious but running away is never a good thing." the principal said. Fai bit his lip a bit. "Sir with all due respect I'm not running away. I wasn't raised to be like that. However I know when things get dangerous to always back out. I'm currently in the care of my birth father. So if you've gotten miss information then allow me to clear that up." he said trying to get his words out properly. The officer looked at him. "If you could provide proof of this." he said. Fai glanced over at Damien knowing he might be able to give proof.

Damien didn't feel extremely comfortable with this meeting. His heart almost stopped when he saw the principal with an officer standing next to him. He tensed up as he walked inside with Fai. He kept quiet as the two talked, but then when the officer said something about proof, he panicked. He looked at Fai and bit his lip. He looked up at the officer and spoke. "I am Fai's brother. Our family lawyer is currently working on this matter for Fai's legal family registration." he said then looked at the principal. "Sir, if I may add. Fai said here..." he looked at Fai before continuing. He had to tell them this matter because Fai seems to still hide the fact from the authorities. "He doesn't feel at ease with his guardian, Mr. Sakamoto Nijima. He said he's making him feel uneasy and all... Why don't you tell them, Fai?" he said. Telling the truth might stall them some time until Fai's legal papers are processed.

The principal glanced over at Damien before looking to Fai. The officer approached Damien slightly. "If the information you are giving us is true then please have your lawyer and/or your father contact us here." he said giving him a card with a number on it. Fai gripped his wrist as he glanced down. "What does he mean uneasy? Is there something you wish to say?" the principal asked. Fai shook his head no. "There's nothing more to say at the moment." he said averting his gaze. The principal nods before looking to Damien. "If that's all then you can return as you were for today." he said dismissing them. Fai took hold of Damien's hand while leaving the office. He sighs once in the hall.

Damien took the contact information from the officer politely before tucking it inside his pockets. He frowned, seeing Fai still won't tell them the truth. he didn't say anything when Fai denied it and just followed him until they were outside the room. He shook his hands off Fai, looking down, a little pissed off. "Why...?" Damien whispered, but was still audible. "Why won't you tell us the truth? Fai..." he stepped closer to Fai, immediately grabbing the young male's shoulders. "How can we properly protect you if you don't say anything?" he looked down, eyes seems to disappear from his bangs. He could not understand why Fai is still hiding it. "We're family. Why... Why won't you trust me?"

Fai was silent for a moment. "This isn't something I can say so easily. Yes I do trust you Damien but I can not blame Nijima entirely. I am to blame as well and I don't wish to have people poking at me because of that." he said as he looked to the side. "I am sorry if you feel I don't trust you to my fullest extent. I honestly do so please do not worry. Once we can give them proof then I will officially able to stay at your place without worry." he said. Fai inched back a bit. "Anyway, I should probably head back to the council room. Preparations for the festival should be upon my desk and I can only imagine the pile."Fai mumbled as he walked down the hall. Though his steps cut short as he noticed Nijima walking towards the office. He had this feeling before and it seemed he was correct. Nijima stopped in front of him. "Well its good to see you aren't running away from school. Are you taking care of yourself, Fai?" he asked going to touch the other's head.

His hands fell from Fai's shoulder down to his sides. All he could think was this was all Nijima's fault. If he hadn't been treating Fai like that, his little brother wouldn't act like this. And then when he was about to lift his face, he saw the culprit of it all. His eyes fumed, especially when he saw Nijima attempt to touch Fai's head. Stepping twice forward, he reached out his arms.

 

Slap!

 

It echoed through the halls. Damien easily reached Nijima's arms and slapped it off Fai's head. "Don't you dare touch my brother." he hissed, teeth gritting, as his eyes glared daggers on the older male.

Fai looked towards Damien as he noticed he had slapped away Nijima's hand. He was unable to muster up words. Nijima withdrew his hand as he looked at him. "Your the one who visited before. I had no idea you were his brother. Well this makes things a bit interesting." he said with a smirk. Fai grabbed Damien's hand and rushed pass Nijima. He didn't bother looking back until he reached the student council room. "Sorry but that was dangerous. Are you alright?" he asked looking at him.

Damien thought he'd lose his senses and just yell or hit Nijima. He was willing to forget that Nijima is a professor in Fai's school. If Fai hadn't pulled his hand and dragged him away, he would have done something he'd regret... That could also means Fai's safety while at school. He panted heavily as soon as they arrived at the student council room. That's the only time when he came back to his senses. The male looked at his hands. They were shaking uncontrollably. "I'm sorry." he said, his voice trembled in shock. "I'm... I was thinking of hitting him... I was so mad at him... I'm sorry."

"Its okay my sweet brother. I know it was all for my sake. Any way, I have some work to take care of before I can head home. So come inside and relax a bit." he said as he walked inside. His friends already there filling out papers. "There's tons o ideas going into this festival. We've separated the purely trashy ideas and placed the normal ones upon your desk. They need the president's stamp of approval if you see them worthy of the festival." Suzuya said as he glanced over at the two. Fai smiled as he went to the desk and sat down. He motioned for Damien to sit with him.

The tall male tried his best to calm down. He shouldn't do anything foolish while here. He sighed deeply and decides to sit next to Fai. He glanced over the table and picked up a sheet. "Maid cafe..." me mumbled as he read the words. "Maid? So guys wear butler suits here?" he asked, looking at Fai.

Fai glanced at Damien as he asked the question. "Well yes but cute guys like myself well probably not. I'd like to avoid such things so maybe this isn't a good idea. Although it's possible I can avoid it. Hmm, some of these ideas are really interesting. "A kissing booth, dunk tank and even hotness contest. It's really all too much. How to choose?" he said looking through all the different ideas. So much and all sounded really fun for the festival. Though Fai wasn't sure which to pick.

"Kissing..." Damien whispered and gasped as it seeped through his mind. His hands slammed against the wooden table as he leaned forward, his face leaning close to Fai's. "You're not going to be in the kissing booth, are you?!" he said, eyes wide from slight panic with a faint blush in his cheeks. "I would never allow it!" He knew he should be the only one kissing Fai and no one else. Even if it's just for the festival. That doesn't count.

Fai chuckled a bit as he looked at Damien. "I'm not good at kissing so it's not possible. Besides, I plan to have my first kiss with someone special so random people wouldn't be right. Don't get so over the top." he said poking Damien. "He has all right to be over the top Fai. Your his cute little brother. He's protective of you and your lips." Kanata said teasingly. That made Fai blush. "Is that true Damien? Are you protecting my lips?" Fai said finding that to be very adorable. It also made him very happy.

Damien was startled when Fai said that. "K-Kanata's right. I have the very right to be over-protective." he grinned at the other male. Fai's words touched him that made Damien blush even more. He couldn't help himself. Smiling happily, he leaned close, pressing his cheeks against his brother's as he held his shoulders gently. "So... I am special, huh?" he whispered, so Kanata and the others won't hear him. "Actually you're getting good at it. Our lessons did help, yeah?" he chuckled, letting his voice resonate in Fai's ear.

Fai looked at the papers before him. "Cut it out silly. You'll give those three the wrong idea which I'll never hear the end of." he said softly as his cheeks were flush. Suzuya glanced up at the clock upon the wall. "Alright Fai, we have to get those to the principal for final approval. So pick your favorites and stamp them. Then you can head home for the day." he said with a smile. Fai nods before looking at him. "You just want to leave early to go to that cake shop. You'll get fat eating all that cake." he said. "Sure and you'll be toothless with that sweet tooth you have. So I'm fine with being fat." Suzuya said jokingly

"I'm just messing with you~" The raven haired male straightened up smiling. Damien somehow liked teasing Fai as he could see that cute blush of his. Approaching the desk where he left his notes, he began packing them, giggling from Suzuya's joke. Honestly speaking, he can't wait to go home and be alone with Fai, hold him close and just stay like that for a long while. That encounter with Nijima was dangerous... He shouldn't have done that because it will just put Fai at risk.

 

"Ah yeah, the calling card..." he mumbled to himself, fishing it out of his pocket and putting it in his bag. The attorney should be calling him by tomorrow for Fai's legal papers. Finally... Finally, Fai will live without fearing Nijima following him or claiming him.

 

"I would like to drop by at a pharmacy on our way back." he told Fai. He was still quite bothered with Fai's wounds on his back after all.
