sydney
Present: October 17, 2014 All sense of time and space had been lost to Alex. The last thing he could clearly remember was himself and someone else, his former target, being separated after arriving. Thinking back on the last week Alex wasn't sure how things had gone so awry. It had been a simple kidnapping job, pick up some well known model at the bar, take him to an undisclosed location and await further orders. However, shortly after arriving he'd been ambushed by some of his employers other men to 'tie up lose ends.' In retrospect, Alex probably should have seen it coming. The men, two of his (former) employers lap dogs, had managed to catch Alex off guard and overpower him. There had then been a tense moment with a gun pressed against his temple in which Alex had expected death, only that hadn't worked out either. Rather than kill Alex they decided it might be worth their while to drop Alex, and the model off, with some men involved in the business of human trafficking. Alex was thought of as a strange sort of oddity, or rather an expensive commodity with his unnatural eye and hair color. It wasn't long before pale roots began to show as Alex's usually dyed black hair grew out and that only seemed to enhance his value in his captor's eyes. In the time Alex was there he'd grown close to the model he was supposed to kill, only for the model to be sold off to some private collector in France. Time seemed to drag on until one day Alex was informed that there was a buyer interested in him. After that his memory was a bit fuzzy, but the former assassin was sure he'd been drugged. Now he was starting to come to and found himself in an uncomfortable predicament. The slight draft against his skin informed him of the fact that his clothing had been removed. A second later and Alex became aware of the hard plastic between his teeth, the cloth over his eyes and the heavy chains around his wrists and ankles. As his surroundings became clearer to his sedated brain Alex realized he was positioned rather awkwardly and the chains seemed to 'crinkle' a bit as if they were covered in ribbons of some sort. Alex tried to move, but found it difficult in his present position. He was almost face down on what felt like a bed, his knees were drawn up to his chest, parted and secured in place, while his wrists were chained to the headboard, or something, it was hard to tell. Straining his ears Alex tried to listen for some sort of sound, footsteps, or a creaking door, or a Past: October 17, 2007 Alex was in a bit of a hurry, or rather, he was hoping things would move a bit faster. Presently, he was carrying out a contract that involved killing some old man involved with the mob. It wasn't necessarily a hard job, in the sense that he doubted the man would put up much of a fight. Then again, Alex was wary of possible body guards, friends, underlings and family. Right now Alex was, more or less, trying to sneak in through a second story window. Said window lead to the inside of a bathroom, from which Alex hoped to reach his target. As soon as he reached the bathroom and pulled himself inside he heard someone approach. Quickly, Alex jumped into the shower and behind the curtain. He laid quietly, hoping the person would pass by entirely or leave quickly. Of course, Alex had all night to complete the contract, but he had a few projects he was working on in his apartment across town and he wanted to finish quickly to get back to them. While waiting in the tub, Alex brushed a stray strand of white hair out of his eyes. He then decided to dye it when he had the chance, knowing it stood out as it was and standing out was kind of a bad thing in his line of work. OOC Notes: Sorry if it's a bit long, I was trying to give some background and I don't necessarily expect a long reply.
Sedna
Present: October 17, 2014 Ren stood in front of an unobstrusive door, feeling stupid. Jonas had lead him here, trying to be mysterious. He hadn't answered any of Ren's questions while he had taken him away from the reception. Ren was starting to think that this was just a joke. Or maybe Jonas wanted to dispose of him? No, that couldn't be it, his death would inconvenience him as well. A joke it was, then. Suddenly, his companion raised his voice. "Er... I have prepared a little token of appreciation?" It sounded like a question. Jonas was definitely nervous. So this was the reason for his strange behaviour. A few weeks ago, Ren had taken out an assassin who was trying to kill Jonas. The two of them weren't necessarily friends, but they had attended the same school and Jonas was a good ally to have. Ever since then, the other had searched for a way to repay him. It wasn't healthy not to show proper gratitude to someone like Ren. Not that he would have resorted to... extreme measures for such a trivial thing. Probably. "I hope you like the present. It was pretty expensive. Actually, I would have loved to keep this one to myself. Should you ever feel bored..." Ren must have started to look as if he would slice something to pieces in the next moments, because suddenly, Jonas gave him a little parcel, apologised profoundly and darted in the direction they came from. Ren shrugged. Might as well see for himself if his new possession was as exquisite as Jonas' reaction suggested. He opened the door. And swallowed. The boy he found looked as if he originated from one of his wet dreams. The fair body was covered in dark iron chains. The contrast just enhanced the flawlessness of his skin. And the position he was tied in - truly sinful. A red ribbon, skillfully arranged, blocked Ren's view and left him imagining. Well, this was a present after all. He came closer and untied the bow. The ribbon fell down and revealed every last part of the perfect body. Ren had started to breath heavily. Carefully, he touched the pale back. Smooth. The body under his hands shivered. Ren was fully hard now. Slowly, he stroked along the boy's back. A muffled sound came out of his mouth. He was gagged? Well, that wouldn't do. While Ren removed the gag, he noticed the unusual hair colour of his present for the first time. Beautiful. This made him wondering... what would his eyes look like? In anticipation, he began to untie the knot of the blindfold. The cloth floated down and revealed the most startling pair of eyes he had ever seen. sydney
Present: October 17, 2014 Time: 7:46 pm When Alex had been held at the black market auction house where Jonas had bought him most of the guards left him alone, though it wasn’t uncommon for them to physically lash out at him when they could justify it. During the week Alex had been held it was clear there was a grudge harbored by some of the guards following an incident in which Alex tried to escape and killed a few. He supposed the guards might have worked together long enough to develop friendships and the like. The people who worked there, guards aside, had little to no interest in him aside from the money to be gained by selling him. Outside of the organizations employees the only other people who came through were customers. The customers were usually well off, the sort of people who could afford to buy another person, or were willing to pay a bit more for someone cleaner than a common street walker for an evening. When Alex, and the model, had been brought in there was an invasive, but thorough medical examination of both of them. It wasn’t until later that Alex realized the ones who came in with STDs and other illnesses were often sold for an entirely different purpose. Alex didn’t dwell too long on what happened to those people, but he vaguely recalled a series of horror movies that were eerily similar. In any case, Alex was lucky to be clean, though he wasn't sure his present situation could be considered 'lucky.' A few times during the week one of the customers would show interest in Alex, only to find him either unruly and violent or too unresponsive and disinterested in being an active participant. Some seemed perfectly okay with having him chained down as they took care of their urges, while others had been put off at the thought of not having someone eager to please them. A week wasn't a long time, but even now Alex could remember phantom hands wandering down his sides, between his legs, along his stomach and back... As Alex's groggy mind started to catch up he realized someone had entered the room and was standing close by indicated by the breathing and confirmed by the hand Alex felt on his back. Alex shivered, surprised by the sensation of a warm hand in the cold room and goose bumps followed. Physical reactions were one thing, but Alex wasn't going to make any of this easier for someone just because they bought him. Alex tried biting down through the plastic, only to find it falling away a moment later. He wasn't sure what the person touching him expected, but then he wasn't sure if the man had been warned about Alex's violent reactions. Jerking his arms Alex tried to pull them down towards his stomach, to try to break either the chains or the headboard. Given the fact that the chains were steel it was impossible for Alex to break them, though he was hoping the headboard was wood. Alex didn't even bother with his feet, since they were secured together and he was sure if he had his hands free he'd have a greater chance of escaping or incapacitating whoever had been touching him. When the blindfold fell away Alex was momentarily unable to see, since his eyes were adjusting. There was also the matter of them being a bit over sensitive, given the genetic cause of their odd color. In the dim lighting it was made increasingly difficult for Alex to identify the man as he turned his head to look, though there was also the matter of the years since they'd last seen each other. Past: October 17, 2007 Time: 11:23 pm After a few minutes of relative silence, Alex slipped out of the tub and quietly walked over to the door. So far he didn't hear anything, so he assumed that whoever was around was either in another part of the house or asleep. Asleep would be ideal, though there was never a guarantee. That and people had a habit of waking up when disturbed. Alex was careful about opening the door and glancing down the hallway both ways before stepping out of the bathroom. Walking quietly he continued on until he arrived at a room. Vaguely recalling the house structure he surmised it had to be some sort of office, or study. He probably should have checked for a bedroom first, given how late it was, but he wanted to be sure no one was awake first. Pushing the door open a crack he glanced in, unsure if he was on the right track.
Sedna
Present: October 17, 2014 Now that Ren's head was clear enough, he noticed that the beautiful body in front of him was marred with red strips. He frowned and irrational anger took hold of him. Who had dared to harm what was his?! They would pay. A sudden noise pulled Ren out of his thoughts. His lovely possession tried to free himself by pulling at his chains. Cute. Ren was glad, though. This boy wasn't broken beyond repair as people in his situation were prone to be. Neither was he desperately trying to please Ren out of fear. That was an emotion reserved for his enemies, as well as those shaky allies that would stab him in the back the moment a better deal came along. For his subordinates, his slaves, he preferred loyality. Time to start on that. "What's your name? I'm Ren Acciaio, your new master.", he said with a blinding smile. It was the kind of smile that was genuine and cheerful, the kind of smile that those who didn't know him would never expect on his face. He was a little disappointed that he couldn't take what he wanted here and now, but building trust was more important for the moment. There would be plenty of time in the future for more pleasurable activities. The defiant eyes of his new toy stared at him. Now that he thought about it, he kind of looked familiar. Had he seen him before? Maybe he had, in one of the shadier parts of the city. You didn't exactly end up in this situation by being a law-abiding citizen, after all. sydney
Present: October 17, 2014 Time: 7:48 pm For the most part, upon closer inspection, it would be clear that there was a bit more damage to Alex. There were a few old scars, patches of skin that happened to be a bit lighter than the rest. The two most noticeable scars were a jagged, knife shaped wound on the back of Alex's left hand and a bullet shaped scar above his right hip. Those both had stories to them, though they weren't the most obvious markings on Alex. There were a variety of bruises, most of which had yellowed by now and focused on his torso, and around his wrists and ankles the skin had been rubbed nearly raw and was a perpetual pink color. Alex just gave Ren a scathing glare as he once again tried to give one final tug, hoping to break the headboard. The wood creaked dangerously, but it seemed to hold. After all, Alex wasn't exactly able to get a lot of momentum in his position. A small part of him would have liked nothing more than to break free and wipe that smile off of Ren's face. Alex wasn't terrified, or crushed enough to cling to the first sign of perceived kindness. Whether Ren was genuine or not, Alex didn't seem to be buying into it and if anything seemed more aggravated than before. "Wouldn't you like to know." Alex retorted, not too keen on giving his name at a time like this. After hearing the man's name Alex briefly recalled a series of events from years ago. His eyes narrowed for a brief moment as memories flooded back to him. It occured to Alex that Ren not remembering him might be either a good or bad thing, depending on what Ren remembered exactly. Alex was content with living and at the moment he was at a severe disadvantage. Past: October 18, 2014 Time: 12:00 am Eventually, Alex had come upon his sleeping target. There had been some wandering, with Alex trying to evade any one who might be around and locate his target. Quietly, Alex crept to the side of the man's bed, knife poised and ready to strike. There was little that could be done to stop him at this point and, certain of his success, Alex moved to plunge the blade into the sleeping man's chest. Sedna
Present: Oktober 17, 2014 Ren was disappointed. Was a name really too much to ask for? He didn't let bis feelings show, though. Instead, he said:"What should I call you, then? Pet?" Without waiting for an answer, he continued. "You know, in ancient Rome, loyal slaves were often freed by their Masters. You have that chance, too." His tone was gentle. Not that it seemed to work on this one. The ringing of his phone shortened the conversation apruptly. "Boss, we could really need your help here.", the voice at the other end said. Disappointed that his time was cut short, Ren told his contact to wait a moment. He told the boy:"I'm sorry that I must leave you, but I have some things to do. didn't want to do it like this, but given that you are uncooperative, I really have no choise" He gave his - still nameless - slave a kiss in the temple, and then quickly hit a pressure point. The boy Fell unconcious. Gently, Ren uncuffed the boy. Then, he proceeded to wrap him into his own mantle. Carefully, he carried him outside, into the waiting car. Then, he continued bis telephone conversation. "I'll be right there. Could you please prepare your old room, Toby?" Ren could practically feel the other raise an eyebrow. "I know what you want to say. I got a present, that's all. Oh, while you're at it, please research any albino slaves that were sold recently" Confident in Toby's skills, Ren finished the call. As soon as he arrived at home, he brought his pet to his new room. It had no windows, more than one hidden camera and a lock that was more than a little difficult to break. In short, it was practically impossible to break out. He left the sleeping boy to deal with whatever trouble bis subordinates had stumbled into. Finally, he fell into bed. Past, October 18, 2007 "I don't think so." Ren stopped the knife that was about to stab his uncle. It wasn't the first time that someone had tried to kill a person close to him, and it wouldn't be the last. Especially since he ceased to be just the son oft Antonio Acciaio and started to make a name for himself. That didn't stop him from getting angry, though. He grabbed the attacker, face shrouded in darkness, and slammed him in the floor.
sydney
October 17, 2014 Time: 7:50 - 9:00 pm Alex, for the most part, had gone by several aliases and identities over the years. Currently, if he did bother with humoring Ren and gave a name it would likely not be the one he was born with. Digging through his memories, Alex realized that he wasn't entirely sure what name he'd been using when he encountered Ren years ago. So far it appeared to Alex that Ren didn't recognize him, but then it had been years and before Alex had always been careful to conceal his name and true his hair and eye color. At the question of what Ren could call him there was a pause as Alex suddenly had a blank, far off look. Shortly after, when Ren's phone began to ring, Alex was just mildly annoyed, not so much with the nickname, but the simple fact that he hadn't managed to escape yet. In any case, Alex wasn't too enthusiastic about whatever it was Ren was offering with their present arrangement. There was a moment when Alex, too late, realized what Ren was about to do. Before Alex could try to pull away to the side Ren had kissed him and then pinched something, a nerve likely. ~~~ Records of Alex, official ones at least, were few and far between. When he'd enlisted in his last job he'd done so under and assumed name, using 'Xander Harris,' rather than Alex Harrison. So, the two that had been responsible for him being where he was only had a fake name and (convincing, but also falsified) identification cards and what not. Alex's albinism was a sensitive subject with him and most who knew him, either as Alex or anything else, often pictured black hair and a variety of 'normal' eye colors, though they all would agree he was rather pale. There wouldn't likely be an obvious connection between 'normal' assassin Alex and an albino named 'Xander' who had been sold to a high end brothel a week ago. Eventually, after being left alone in the room Alex began to stir awake. There was a moment of grogginess as he lay still and tried to get his bearings. Minutes passed as he kept still and simply listened, then moved his feet around a bit. The chaffed skin of his ankles was soothed by the cool, soft spots of the bedsheets. Sensing that hew as alone, though observed, he opened his eyes and sat up. He pulled whatever cloth was draped over him tighter, feeling slightly pleased with having something to cover himself with now. Feelings of satisfaction wore off as he looked around and concluded that this room would be much harder to escape from. October 17, 2014 Time: 12:01 pm Alex was slightly disgruntled about having his kill disrupted. The wind was knocked out of his lungs from, being tossed to the floor, though a moment later he kicked his legs out and hopped upright. Flicking his knife around he shifted the grip so that the blade was facing downwards and away from him; reversed. There was no real attempt by Alex to conceal himself, though he wasn't too concerned about descriptions later, as his hair was an ordinary black at the moment and his colored contacts were in place. Sedna
Present, October 18, 2014 The information Ren's subordinates found about his pet was disappointing. The most promising trail had ended in a dead end. They had found a name - obviously false. Xander Harris. It was even possible to follow the paper trail back to the office that had forged the identity. Normally, this would have been enough to discover the real person behind the falsified papers, but in this case, nothing was found. The only other thing Ren could find out was that, upon capture, Xander's ( Ren decided to call his slave that for the time beging) hair had been dyed black. There even was a photo that showed him with dark hair and next to him, a beautiful woman. Ren vaguely recalled her to be the model who disappeared some time ago. Had Xander something to do with that? Definitely something to look into. But however sparse the information, it told Ren plenty. Whoever had covered the trails that could lead back to Xander was a professional. This left two possibilities: either Xander was an undercover policeman (unlikely, considering that he had relied on an underground business to forge his identity - that wasn't reason enough to discard the possibility, though) or he was a criminal. What kind, though? A drug dealer, burglar, con artist? Maybe even an assassin? He definitely had the body necessary to do the job. Someone knocked at Ren's door. One of his subordinates came to tell him that Xander had woken up. Immediately, he prepared to see him. He chose some old clothes of himself to give to his pet. They should fit, they had roughly the same size. A tray with breakfast was prepared and, signaling one of his guards to follow him, he headed to Xander's room. Before he left his own, though, he caught himself checking his looks in the mirror. He shrugged it off. So what if he wanted to look good when meeting with his slave? His pet was cute, after all. Arriving at the room confining his pet, Ren immediately entered. The guard closed the door as soon as his boss was inside, not giving the slave a chance to slip out. Ren looked at Xander with a blinding smile. "Good morning, Xander. I brought breakfast and some clothes. How about we talk a little after you have eaten and get to know each other better? What do you think?" Past, October 18, 2007 Ren's opponent recovered quickly. The moment he had been laying in the floor, however, had been enough. In this short instant, Ren had grabbed his uncle's katana and assumed a fighting stance. The longer reach of his blade would give him an advantage over the assassin. Besides, while he definitely wasn't bad in hand-to-hand combat (most would say he was deadly, actually), he felt best with a sword in his hand. The art that his uncle had hammered into him since he was a small child came to him as easy as breathing. It was more than a way to fight, it was a passion. And this had saved his life countless times. Since the day he had defeated his uncle, Ren had never lost a fight. Watching every little move bis adversary made, he charged. sydney
October 18, 2014 Time: 7:00 am - 11:00 am (?) While Ren was away Alex hadn’t slept, though he did wander around the room, hoping to find some way of escape. He knew there were no windows and just looking at the door made it clear that wasn’t an option. Some part of Alex was hoping for a ventilation shaft he could fit through, only this wasn’t the movies and if there was anything of that sort he doubted it would be big enough to fit anything bigger than an average sized cat or small dog. In the end, Alex realized he’d simply have to wait for his present captor to return. Knowing what he did about Ren it was doubtful that Alex would have an easy time getting free. Well, getting free without submitting himself to the whims of the other. Still, there was not a lot that could be done while waiting. Realizing that sleep was all he could do and sleep was all his mind didn’t want to do right now, Alex elected to stay awake. It didn’t help that he had been unconscious for the last day or so, in a drug induced stupor while being moved around. Alex had situated himself on the bed with his back pressed up against the headboard. He thought of the events of the last few days, his mind suppressing his violation at the hands of his previous captor’s customers and the guards. Alex thought of the model he’d gotten into this mess and where they might be now. Initially, when Alex took the job he thought it was a simple matter of taking his target to a secluded location and awaiting further orders. There wasn’t a lot of information given up front in case something went wrong, though now Alex was certain that time it was so he wouldn’t know he was being disposed of in the same way as the model. By now Alex was partially convinced his former target was either dead or in a similar situation. Alex had tried to free both of them at one point, or several, only none of that had worked and each time they were punished accordingly. Eventually, Alex stopped, partially because it was all pointless and partially because the brothel owner got better restraints to hold Alex. Now Alex was a bit worried, both for himself and his former target. Thinking it over Alex had started to yank on his hair, observing the fading dye and the prominent white roots overtaking his scalp. He spent a long time just sitting there and thinking. When Ren returned Alex was still less than pleased about the situation and Ren's demeanor and appearance would likely have little impact on improving Alex's feelings on the matter. Around the time Ren returned Alex had been pacing the room, the sheet tied loosely around his hips and draped around one of his shoulders in a vaguely toga-like manner. Alex was somewhat relieved that his precautions with his identity worked, as Ren had used the last alias Alex had been using. "No thanks." Alex said, his tone holding a steel-like edge to it. October 18, 2014 Time: 12:02 am Alex, looking mildly perturbed, side stepped the man and contemplated just running. After all, it was pointless in trying to kill his target now that someone had interrupted. Alex was already planning on either handling it later that week, or hoping for an accident later. Certain that his side stepping would be enough, Alex started for the door, sprinting until he reached the archway before speeding off towards the bathroom he'd come in through. He was certain the window would still be easy to climb through and the vines easy enough to climb down again.
Sedna
Present, October 18, 2014 Ren was slightly frustrated. Why couldn't Xander just answer him? It wouldn't kill him to tell him bis favourite colour or something, damn it! He was sorely tempted to use force to finally get a response. Then again, that wasn't what he wanted. And besides, Ren had the feeling that ans form of violence would make his pet even more defiant. His anger accumulated. "Why won't you speak to me!" he shouted. "I haven't hurt you, it wasn't me who captured you, and I didn't buy you either! I even plan on freeing you after some time! So what the hell should I do to get you to talk to me properly! Tell me!" Ren stared at his slave, eyes intense. If he didn't get some - at least partially - positive reaction soon, he couldn't guarantee for his actions. He would take what he wanted. Morality be damned. Past, October 18, 2014 Ren saw the man run away. In the moonlight, the other seemed ethereal. Dark hair framed a pale face. In any other situation, Ren would have noticed that he was hot. And exactly his type. Now, though, he was just angry. He wanted to follow the fleeing attacker, but then he remembered his uncle. He should have woken up a long time ago, but he was still not moving. Instead, Ren informed the guards. They would handle it. Hopefully. ( Then again, the assassin had been able to enter the mansion without problem - there was definitely some cleaning up to do.) Ren checked the body of his uncle for injuries in case the assassin had been able to wound him before he arrived. Nothing. Then, he noticed the faint smell of alcohol. He had been worried for nothing, then. His uncle had just been drunk. Great.
sydney
Present: October 18, 2014 Time: 7:49 am Alex had since stopped pacing around after Ren's outburst. Sure, Alex could probably answer Ren's questions, though he'd likely lie about anything personal. Then again Alex simply wasn't all that interested in having a conversation about irrelevant facts. Standing still, Alex considered what to do next. Escape was still his primary goal, or really, only goal that really mattered. Slowly, Alex was beginning to feel mildly annoyed by the situation. Back at the brothel none oft he customers had tried to pry into Alex's past, though none had actually tried to talk to him. A few times they'd mutter obscenities under their breath and into Alex's ear or make some vulgar remark before or after. All of that had been easy to handle, because it was expected and, to Alex, it felt as if there was no false pretense then. Here and now Alex couldn't be sure if Ren was just lulling him into a false sense of security or not. "And yet I'm still locked away." Alex responded, his tone bland and his voice a bit scratchy. "I don't see why I should have to play nice with someone who's hardly better than the people who did all of those things to me." Past: October 18, 2014 Time: 12:30 am Eventually, after climbing down from the upstairs bathroom window, Alex had made it to a forest at the edge of the property line of the mansion. It was a few miles away from the major highway and where Alex had hidden a rental car for quick transport back to the city. It took a bit of time to get home, though Alex didn't mind. However, Alex was still irritated by the fact that he'd been unsuccessful earlier in killing his target. It was unusual for him to not finish something quickly and efficiently. Sedna
Present, October 18, 2014 Ren's anger vanished as quickly as it appeared. He thought about Xander's answer. In a way, he was right. Why should he trust him? He had given him no proof that he really told the truth. And admittedly, he had gotten a bit carried away at their first encounter. "Get dressed, then." Ren said and placed the clothes over his arm on the bed. Politely, he turned away. "Don't forget to eat, either." he added after some time while pointing at the breakfast tray that stood forgotten on the floor. After some time, when he felt it was safe to turn around, Ren looked at Xander again. How did he manage to look more beautiful every time he looked at him? Slowly, he approached him and took his face gently in his hands. Then, he gave him a soft kiss on the lips. It was an impulsive action that he immediately regretted. To cover up his blunder, he whispered into his slave's ear: "I can't free you right now, but I will, eventually. I promise. For now, I will give you a tour of the mansion." Ren cursed himself for his stupidity. He still hadn't ruled out the option that Xander was a policeman, and he was showing him around?! One look at him, however, strengthened his decision. He wanted his approval, craved it, even. Shit. Why was he always interested in the most inappropriate people? Past, October 18, 2007 Ren layed in bed after he took care of everything that had come up after the incident involving the overly skilled assassin. Sleep, however, wouldn't claim him. He coldn't forget the way he moved, his dark hair, his unusually pale skin. He felt his cock stir when he thought about him. Carefully, he took it into his hand. He came embarrassingly fast. Not good. He had to forget him, and fast. This lust he felt was a recipe for disaster.
sydney
Present: October 18, 2014 Time: 7:55 am Alex quickly went to work on getting the clothing on, not too worried about whether or not Ren was looking. A small part of him was glad that Ren had turned away, though he wasn't entirely reassured, nor did he trust Ren just yet. Having not been able to wear anything with any real coverage Alex was pleased with how the soft fabric of the shirt felt against his back, stomach and chest, and how much he missed the feeling of the sleeves covering his arms. As for the food there was some lingering suspicion. Alex mulled it over as he pulled the pants on, on one hand he doubted that Ren would waste so much time just to poison him, though he wondered if sedatives or 'date rape drugs' were something he had to worry about. In the end, deciding that if Ren wanted to force himself on him he wouldn't waste the time on tampering with his food, Alex scooped the plate up. Realizing he wasn't all that hungry he set it aside on the side table beside the bed. When Ren approached Alex might have reactively taken a step back, only to stop due to the bed behind him. Thankfully, he didn't fall over onto it, but then he would have been terrible at his (former) profession if he couldn't even balance. The moment Ren reached for his face Alex visibly flinched, and when Ren's lips met his Alex felt every muscle in his body tense up. At Ren's words in his ear Alex shivered, but didn't otherwise respond. Alex didn't really see why Ren just couldn't let him leave then and there, though a more cynical part of Alex had a few ideas why. A tour of the mansion didn't sound too bad, though Alex was planning on making an escape. Sure, Ren hadn't done anything to him, yet, and he still didn't seem to remember Alex, yet. So really, rather than stay and risk Ren getting violent or demanding Alex decided trying to escape was worth it.
