Stardust_Bunny
Asahina Kou leads a fairly normal life. He works insanely hard to support his family, yet when they no longer need the financial help, Kou finds it pointless to live. He's been working for others all his life, and now he didn't know what to do anymore. Until one day, on his way to work. That day, he spots a quivering child and sees in it a reason to live. Kou immediately takes it home and takes care of it and forms a brotherly bond with it. He teachers the boy how to act, how to write, how to speak politely ... but the most important thing he taught him, was love. The thing Kou never taught himself. And when the boy falls in love with him, things get rather complicated. Perhaps it's Kou's turn to be taught? [table=width: 500, class: outer_border, align: center] [tr] [td] Name: Asahina Kou Age: 24 Occupation: Medical student and a waiter Personality: Kou is naive, innocent and hardworking. He likes helping people out and feels like his reason to live is to aid others. Which is why, when Kou has to do something for himself, rather than someone else, he feels pressured and unwilling to do it. Often times he had become depressed when there was no one who needed his assistance, which is why he tries to occupy himself with jobs which require him to help and work with others. Key-Tokki
Name Mikaru Hyusame Age Occupation Unemployed Personality Mikaru is extremely closed off, and reserved. To him, people are bad, people are mistakes, they are cold hearted and selfish and old care for themselves. So he figured he should do that same, so if even the smallest extent of kindness is thrown his wake it seems to shake his being to the very core. Bio Mikaru has lived in a very odd family since he was young. His father killed someone when he was 2 years old and was sentance to 15 years in prison, so he grew up with his mother, not having any recollection of his father what so ever. However his mother has been unstable since his father left, she was lonley, so loney, so as a result she never let Mikaru leave the house, keeping him by her side like he was some kind of delusion pet. So one day when he has had enough, he runs.
Stardust_Bunny
Another day to add up. Another day without a point in life. Kou took his umbrella and left his humble, yet surprisingly luxurious home. If you've ever seen that one 'Windows XP - Vista - Windows 7 - Windows 8' picture, comparing the operating systems to houses, then the Asahina household would probably be Windows 7. Pretty much the best thing that has happened to Microsoft's history of inventions, of course, after the (no longer supported) legendary Windows XP. This little OS could run on any old PC you have, hell, it can even run those 20 years old dusty machines which belong to a museum, rather than a bedroom. Thankfully, Kou didn't have such ancient exponents - he was quite the 'updated' person when it came to the newest and the best hardware and software. It was raining outside, heavily. The man sighed and opened his umbrella, covering himself from the otherwise pleasant rain. It was cold and cloudy, it was windy and chilly. It was a day he'd rather spend home and just waste in front of the laptop, maybe even play a couple of games, although he wasn't much of a gamer (his reflexes sucked). "Huh?" In the distance, Kou saw a glimpse of what looked like a quivering ball of rags and messy, blonde hair. The man blinked a couple of times to clear his vision, yet his eyes weren't lying - there really was a child there! Kou quickly ran towards the boy and stopped in front of it, shocked. "He...Hello? Are you alright? Where's your mommy and daddy?" He asked, wary of the answers of his questions. The kid seemed to be abandoned, but since when? For how long? Was anyone looking for him? Was he even ... alive?
