The first thing you’ll notice about Shion is that he’s endlessly curious. Always pining to know more. Always trying to see how things tick, observing the situations and people and desperately hungry to learn everything. He’s the type to take you seriously if you sarcastically ask him if he wants to play twenty questions. He’ll inquisitively ask about anything, about everything. For Jayd, there is no such thing as too much information. He absorbs it like a sponge, eagerly.

 

He’s a very friendly boy and will be kind to almost everyone. He’s usually very mild mannered and good natured to a T. He’s usually incredibly sweet and would do anything to make someone else smile, especially small children and women. But all in all, he’s nice to anyone who’s nice back. Just so long as they don’t get rude or get on his bad side -which certainly isn’t the place anyone would want to be, even with such a seemingly harmless boy.

 

Shion is naïve and unwary to a fault. Due to his curiosity in wanting to know everything and his friendly nature, he’s too unguarded around people. And as he does not know much of the world outside what he has read, he’s very naïve about the ways of the world. It leaves him a little unable to understand the reality of the world compared to the ideals he was given. To be quite blunt, his naivety stems from quite a few reasons and he’s unfortunately too naïve to really survive in the world on his own. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t observant and aware, as odd as that sounds.

 

To say Shion is unusual, would be an understatement. He doesn’t act like normal people. Despite how social he acts, it always seems like he’s watching everything from somewhere departed. Always seeming like he’s some far away observer when he’s right there. Especially with his lets play twenty one questions personality. And this type of personality tends to make people forget that he’s a person too, making it easy to treat him like a diary and open up. Luckily though, he has a zipped lip when people entrust personal information to him.

 

You’d think that with his calm and sweet demeanor, he couldn’t hurt a fly. It’s farthest from the truth though. He is VERY protective of what he holds dear. And he doesn’t know how to control that natural urge, so he can be very dangerous if not down-right deadly when he has snapped at the idea of someone verbally or physically harming what he find infinitely precious. Shion is very overprotective to the point it could be dangerous, though he’s never been put in a situation that would show this side of him. he can’t control himself and will bash the person’s face in or what have to until someone stops him or the person is dead.

 

Another personality fault Shion has is that he’s idealistic. He doesn’t know enough of the outside world to understand the reality and only understands the morals with which he was raised and taught. His idealism knows no bound. He just can’t seem to take in the fact things in the real world aren’t as peaceful as they are in his ideal world. He’ll insist on doing the right thing and ask a million and one questions of why others won’t.

 

Shion is endlessly affectionate for those on his good side or those he cares about. It’s not like he’s the type that always has to be in your personal space, but if he feels unsure, wary, hurt, or most negative emotions, he is the type that likes to cling onto someone he trusts. He’s just in general a very affectionate person; animals, people, plants. Anything he can give nurture and love.

 

He can be a bit brash, he’s not the type of person that can see another in harms way and do nothing. If he saw someone being bullied, he’d speak up. This is especially true when it involves people he cares about. He’d jump into the fray without even coming up with a plan -he just wants to be there at the person’s side to help them through it. Of course, he thinks quick on his feet, so there’s always the chance his brashness won’t get him completely beat up.

Biography

 

Naoki is, in short, a very mature, if not effeminate man. Due to circumstances, he’s had to learn to multi-task, juggle things, and keep his priorities straight. He’s learned to be a Mr. Mom, a provider, a housewife, a parent, and a nurturer. In only five years, so much can happen. He regretted none of it though. Living with the man he loved -even only as friends, being the substitute mother to that man’s child, it’s all a form of joy for him. That child is his whole world.

 

And the two years since his crush has been deceased, he’s learned more. That regardless of how busy he may have been working and studying, for supporting them and college, a child always needs a parent’s patient hands to guide it. So he’s very patient with those around him. Raising a child from infancy has helped teach him the importance of his job and to better understand his patients.

 

They’re children, they’re scared, they’re playful -but they don’t mean to be bad. Because he knows this, Naoki is very good at handling not only his own child, but also the children he works with. It wouldn’t take a genius to realize he’s somewhat effeminate. But in his own right, the stable and dependable feel he has gives him his own aura of manliness.

 

He can be a bit strict sometimes, but he’s no stricter on anyone else than he is on himself. He’s very passionate about the things he believes and he’s learned the hard way never to keep secrets -feelings should always be shared with the world. He’s a hard-worker, determined, and a bit frugal. However he tends to splurge on and spoil his one and only precious child.

 

Naoki does get stressed and worried, like anyone else, especially when going over costs. He’s just finally become a pediatrician in the pediatric ward of the hospital he works for, so he’s still not quite made of cash and tends to worry. He gets stressed over small details of life that others may blow past. He tends to be his own worse critic and own worst enemy.

 

Despite the strictness, he’s rather gentle with others, but toward himself it doesn’t seem to apply. His worst flaws would have to be that he’s dull. His idea of a good time is cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and cooking. Any manly hobbies he has tend to be playing catch or soccer with his child. Other than that, there isn’t much that could be said for him.

 

Still, he is a man and can have a temper or some not so innocent thoughts, occasionally. Like any human he has wants, needs, desires, and so forth. Though as far as intimacy ones he has never acted on them because the person he had cared for never even noticed his feelings let alone could return them.

 

Overall, his warm side, his cold side, his nice side, his cruel side… Regardless of what side of him you get, you are getting him. Every side you see of him; it is without a doubt a true side to himself. After all, he is a man. How many men can be kind all the time with such hot blood boiling inside their veins? Biography

 

Fuyumi’s parents died shortly after his birth, before his egg even hatched. Despite his grandfather’s attempts to make a nice, warm, comfortable nest environment for the chickling, Fuyumi grew up rather estranged. His grandfather, being an important member to the peace of the Cockatrice and Basilisk Avians was always very stressfully busy. Thus, Fuyumi decided to take it upon himself from a young age to do whatever he could to help his grandfather’s dreams come true.

 

Even if his grandfather would not ask, Fuyumi would fly off and handle dangerous or unethical missions to assure the furthering of the goal of peace his grandfather desired. No peace can be acquired through purely pacifist means, so Fuyumi would be the tool that kept his grandfather or anyone else from having to dirty their own hands. This did not change as he grew up. Despite his grandfather’s attempts to give him a normal life.

 

Fuyumi refused to live for himself, almost as if he felt compelled to live for others that way he would not end up useless and unwanted. When his grandfather died, Fuyumi lost sight of what to do with his life and on more than one occasion picked meaningless fights without a care if he would be throwing away his life or not. He realized he did not know how to function without someone to attend to.

 

He had spent his whole life, like a man possessed, carefully watching his grandfather. Did his grandfather need food? Was he too over-worked? How do I help him? In what ways can I be usual? And striving to act on what he thought was in the best interest of his grandfather. Without someone to take care of and obey, Fuyumi is like a puppet with the wires cut and thus more volatile than he would normally be.

 

Despite this need to obey someone, Fuyumi shows a surprising amount of stubborn attitude and will not obey just anyone. He could easily be compared to a horse that will throw everyone but the person who manages to tame him off his back. And until he finds the person strong enough to break him he will continue to break them every time they try.

Yao is a rather mysterious person. Yao has a very... Difficult personality. He still dislikes westerners, even though the Chinese are more willing to work with them. Like making things for the Americans and other nations to sell in their stores and opening up China towns all across the globe, wherever they can. He still can’t get over how completely rude most of them are! And he holds very little trust in them. He also has the bad tendency to let even the slightest rude-ness, that he might neglect to deal with in his own siblings, get on his nerves. Even if they say something he takes as a compliment, like his age, if they say it wrongly, he’ll get upset with them.

 

Despite how stand-offish he is with people, he’s quite nurturing. He’s a good caregiver, for people and animals. He has quite a few pets that he puts a lot of effort into raising, a lot of love and time as well. And then of course, he occasionally takes in some orphans or abandoned children and raises them with great care and precision as well. But even those children are unaware of everything about him. And when they grow old enough, they leave and never talk about him, as his existence isn’t suppose to be a widely known topic. Still, if they could, they’d probably talk about his raising fondly if not a little poutily about how strict he is. Though, some absolutely detest how controlling he can be, but he honestly only raises them the way he does because he wants the best for them..

 

Yao is a calm, quiet, and mature person. He has years of experience and knowledge. So needless to say, he has years worth of patience learned. He can take the higher road and keep things orderly when he desires to be of any actual aid to those that come visit. However another way of showing his maturity is also sending them away, in a sense. If he knows he’s in no mood to see them, he knows it would be far better to send them away than to see them and snap at them for no reason at all. It’s rather rude to do that, sending them away is the kinder act.

 

He can be lax, but most generally, Yao is a strict man. If things are not held up to proper protocol by his standard he’ll be harsh. You didn’t bring a gift? Go away. You aren’t using the proper manners in his home? Go away. Things most be done to a T or he won’t be happy. And he certainly won’t go easy on you, even if you are a King or Queen, high status government person, or even another Country.. His way of raising can also be strict, but that’s half of what makes him a good parent. He doesn’t completely baby, but he will occasionally admit himself he might have been a little harsh.

 

Yao is a judgmental person. He doesn’t like things that go against his beliefs. He doesn’t like people who can’t conform to his mannerisms at least while in his home. He is, in general, a very judgmental person overall. It’s not hard to see either. If you can catch him without the eye cover. His mannerisms never tell too much, but his eyes are quite fiery in delivering the message that his body and mouth does not. Yao is the type of person who will tell you everything he feels about you from his eyes, not his body language or through speaking. When he’s being judgmental of you, his eyes will show a distain. This is why he covers his eyes when he receives visitors.

 

Despite how calm he is, Yao has quite a temper on him. His temper is very commanding and when he does have to let it surface, he isn’t subtle about it. You will instantly know that you pushed the wrong buttons. He’s not very forgiving toward those who press the wrong nerves, in fact, he can hold quite a grudge. So needless to say, it’s best to watch what you say around Yao as you may end up scorned for a thousand years or more with the way his temper can flare.

. His stance and posture is always very straight and graceful and his mild way of talking is, if not a little confusing, very soft spoken unless you get him riled enough to want to yell. Thus, most often he is seemingly very feminine. His masculinity better shows throw when he’s hard at work with his garden or doing actual hard labor around his vast amount of land.

 

Yao can be very modest or very high and mighty depending on how you put it. His mannerisms screech of pampered house kitty, but the way he does not put himself on a higher pedestal than even the lowest of class shows he is a very modest and thoughtful person. This is another reason for covering his eyes. He does not feel it is very proper to look at others. Of course, there is admittedly another reason for it. But in all generalness, he’s modest and only seems high and mighty.

 

Surprisingly enough, Yao can be quite sensual. Which is another thing learned from years of experience.
