jo_suzaku
If you look at him, You will never know. He is smiling all the time, Because everything seems fine. It will take you quite a while, To get behind the smile. Slowly you understand his tale, The smile is just a veil. Beneath his selfless devotion, Lies an ocean of emotion. Is it just a mask? No, it comes from within, And shows that he is strong. Strong enough to smile through the pain, And make the tears wane. To laugh at his mistakes, And crush away the aches. To learn through it all, Growing as the days go on. Is it always perfect? No, there are days of sadness, Sorrow and loss are part of life. But that cannot get him down, That doesn’t make him frown. He will ride through the storm, And he will not drown. He is an inspiration for you, He inspires me too. He’s got a lot going on, But he is graceful and strong. If you look at him, You will never know.

You have a knack for spinning simple words into powerful, but easy to read sentences. Are you a peace loving, serene sort of person? There's this touch of deep, intuitive regard about your writing that leaves you and your write feel very distant yet very close. It's a surreal experience. This poem is the best, it reminds me of the poem where two people wore masks and under the masks they were blue but they walked right past each other searching their entire lives for blue. It's thoughtful. .

I'm at a point where I have almost given up writing. So words as lovely as yours always makes me think of why I started. Thank you again ^_^
