Like various of places, it harbors a few local urban legends and scary stories passed on throughout weekend bonfires and summer camps. The most well known, currently, is the story of the ‘Pigman.’ The Pigman was a farmer who lived on the rural outskirts of Blaire, the town. He was a private man, so private in fact, that in order to keep the local commoners away from his property, the Pigman would place the heads of butchered swine on stakes near the end of his long, winding driveway to discourage any solicitors. Back in the 1960’s there was said to have been three troublemaking teenagers who trespassed onto the secluded male's farm. The following night it wasn’t the heads of pigs that adorned the stakes, but the craniums of the unwelcomed interlopers, their decapitated corpse swinging from the road’s overpass. Now it is almost considered a rite of passage to drive down Pigman Road at night. The brave would park their car and take a midnight walk underneath the bridge. The extremely brave would even go so far as touching the decorated stakes. With Halloween in the air, Muse A and Muse B decide to embark on this little adventure. The drive is fairly uneventful and although the backwoods setting is a little creepy for the suburb dwellers, Muse A wants to impress Muse B with his bravery, and talks into going for a stroll. It began quietly enough, albeit the pair begin to hear the sound of metal against metal out in the field, almost as if someone is hammering a post into the earth's crust. Muse B’s mind starts to imagine the worst, but Muse A assures them it is nothing. Muse A advances towards the racket, determined to manifest that it’s all a case of Muse B’s imagination running wild. Muse B stays with the car, too spooked to shadow the other. Minutes tick on and Muse B becomes more and more worried about Muse A’s absence. Finally Muse A comes running in a panic, barking at Muse B to get in the car, but when the two dive in and lock the doors, the car refuses to roar to life. They’re now stranded on Pigman Road.

Name:Shadow Izanagi

Age:19

Personality: Calm; Collected; Brave; Intelligent, but let emotions take over at times. Likes quiet and is more so in favor of the dark. Is not fond of having to wait for something/someone; impatient.

Bio:From a family of wealth, albeit never relied on parents for nothing more than what was out of reach. Shadow noticed, when young, that affection was not in the form of presents or money. The one aspect the dark haired teen longed for was someone to be by his side. Once bonds were made with another male, developing a crush, Shadow promised to himself that he would receive the other for a present to himself. Love came in many forms, and he surely wanted to test the statements on said emotions.

Never's Character Name: Grey Sullivan Age: 19 Personality: Adventurous, reckless and carefree. In sum, Gray could be described the best as having the devil-may-care sort of personality. He is fond of cheerful places and people, loves challenges and overstep limits. However, behind the bright happy-go-lucky facade is actually a hard working person, greatly observant and aware of his surroundings. Albeit.....Has trust issues. Bio: In the past, his family had problems with debt collectors thus started to work in an early age. Undergoing under all breed of ordeals, ended up learning how handle all sort of characters. One day, met with an enthralling male. Surely the other had everything he wanted in a partner. Even so how far this flickering uncertain feeling was, he couldn't tell. Nevertheless he wouldn't acknowledge the existence of any sort of affection nearly closer to love, undoubtedly enjoying each second of their current time together.

A glance over to the other figure in the car had Shadow to smile. Halloween was nearing and all he could think of was adventure. Tales of a farmer surfaced around this time every year. The exact holiday, when younger, that the wealthy teen had even heard of such a story. It made the male ponder if it was even true. Sure such occasion had to be documented. There was no justice for such a man to do away with the law for murder. "So," Shadow began, having the car slow to a stop, the two being the only ones in miles of these grounds. The white vehicle was parked alongside the bridge leading to Pigman Road. Just a few spaces more and the pair would be trespassing. "tell me...do you believe in the urban legend?" He asked, voice low, cracking from the whispering tone. There was one reason Shadow was here, and that was to prove that it indeed wasn't real. That it was a story of creativity. One just for frights. The wind howled loudly, whispering its own tune as the skies began to darken. The two were out late, having made plans to stay past midnight. A brief glimpse toward the clock informed that it was fifteen minutes past eleven. With the breeze being quite chilly, it forced a shiver through Shadow's body. The windows of the car was rose seconds later, the ink haired male waiting for the other to speak. Grey was such a beauty. Just staring to the other could calm Izanagi in mere seconds. He enjoyed being with the other, albeit he had never made a move. Tonight he would. It was a promise. There was a definite fear of rejection, although he knew that it was a possibility for success as well. Neither could be discovered unless the subject was approached, and that would be soon. For now, he'd just continue to stare.
Never
The beaming from glistening torches hidden deep inside the well sculpted pumpkins glittered upon the shallow night. Children within their busking costumes skimmed through the streets warping their little lungs in hope to make the usual traditional 'Trick or Treat' be audible enough, as the inhabitants owners of the aimed houses cheerfully paid their candy charge. Halloween had finally come. Kindling an eerie yet scorching blaze inside Gray. Surely Halloween was the male's favorite festivity and he didn’t care to hide how particularly delighted he found himself that night. The ancient legend remained undoubted. Brave souls that once dared to peek into its truthful origins, disappeared abruptly and mysteriously leaving almost no traces....only remaining..... "So," "tell me...do you believe in the urban legend?" "The Pigman Road....." Muttered Gray as if was savoring each syllable with pleasure. The thrilling emotion never ceasing to leave. "Of course, it really exists." As their previous conversation, he wanted to prove the authenticity of the famous old thing. "I will prove it even if we have to stumble upon it ourselves!" Smiled the chocolate haired man. However, despite the confidence of his words and the desire for witnessing the Pigman himself, Gray was actually inching to the adventure that came itself inside the mystical urban legend. Whether the result was, he was already satisfied. The hollow moonlight was overcasted by the enormous clouds producing a somehow wanton luminosity. The howling of the zephyr echoed as if accompanied the rhythm of his heart's pulse, which throbbed even faster upon the gaze at the other male. His attractive traces appeared even better under the hazy glowing, Gray still could recollect the first time he had seem the other at one of the places he worked. Calm, collected and handsome. He recalled the mesmerizing aura the male delivered, the kind that made himself stay for some seconds relishing the sight of other until someone woke him from his stupor. Gray smiled upon the flickering shred of jubilant reminiscence. "People always have their share of arguments about how these are just common petty fairy-tales…." He paused. "But it can only be confirmed whether is truth or not by ourselves right?" Declared carefree the male, flashing a brightful smile. The euphoria present at the anticipation was far too great, getting butterflies in his stomach.
Teesie
There was a silence that passed between the two, as the inky haired teen stared to the one next to him. Shadow, for sure, thought that the other was easily spooked. With a hum, the older or the two perched his lips and nodded toward the door. He was to see how he could play with this. "Get out then. I wish to see you go past the point that any story described. I'll watch you." Izanagi announced, voice laced with a tease before a yawn escaped his mouth. It was pretty late by now, and the two continued to sit in the car. Coal orbs averted from the desired person and toward the windshield. Beyond the glass was the forest in which he, Izangi, wanted to explore. Personally the elder of the two didn't quite believe in the urban legend. All towns had there stories, especially during that of Halloween. With that, a smirk overtook Shadow's lips. The respect he had for the other's opinion, is the only reason he didn't broadcast his own perspectives. If Grey was to believe, then he'd pretend to. The door opened, the driver stepping from the vehicle. Sitting still wouldn't bring fourth any excitement, so he planned to at least pass under the bridge. What's the worse that could happen?
