hal7283 Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 Nozomu waited a while in the vents, not wanting to disturb Shoin's sleep. He heard what seemed to be cries or mumbling in sleep. After a while the voices seized, and he began to hear the sound of Shoin moving around. Nozomu thought it was probably OK to show himself now, so he climbed out of yhe vent. "Hi Shoin, I came to visit and..........." Then he saw Shoin in the middle of getting dressed. He froze as his brain simply gave up on figuring out a way to respond. The image of Shoin with only his underwear on stuck in his brain. He shook his head fiercely to get the image away, in vain. Then he saw Shoin's pants laying on the ground in front of him, he picked it up, extended his hand ti Shoin while facing the other direction. "Is this what you're looking for?" He thought in his mind that Shoin is indeed bad for the health of his heart. He looked at the mattress, and the pile of rubble it was laid upon. Nozomu thought that Shoin was pure and innocent, like a child, whi express his feelings directly without the burden of "politeness" or "manner". Nozomu was overjoyed to receive such pure expression of affection. But it ionly made it more confusing for Nozomu as he dfound the strange impulse in him growing ever stronger. He thought :"What is this? Why am I feeling this urge to..... to defile this beautiful being in front of me?" Before he realized it he has return the hug if Shoin, surrounding his small body with his arms. "You're warm too...." he muttered. His expression was filled with confusion. Nozomu looked at the boy in his arms, and realized that Shoin had fell asleep, his face was calm and peaceful. For some reason his presence seemed to make Shoin feel safe. Yet contrary to Shoin's peacefulness, the heart of Nozomu was anything but peaceful. Slowly Nozomu was beginning to realize what the dark impulse inside of him was, and he felt incredibly guilty about it. "I can't betray Shoin's trust...." he thought to himself. He closed his eyes and tried to force himself to sleep, but closing his eys only made every other senses of his more sensitive, the sound of Shoin's breathing, the warmth and the scent of Shoin's body. All of these were grinding down Nozomu's sanity. Then he thought he heard a noise coming from outside the room. Was it one of the "others'? Bloodbunny Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 Small claws pawed under the door as a inhuman sound the creature was making got louder as the scratching got more violent,Shoin began to stirr from his sleep slightly his ears twitching softly as the sound traveled to his ears he mewled and rolled over falling off the other shoulder.The door was already barcaided preventing any of those creatures from getting into the room. He heard the slight moan Shoin made in his sleep, who seemed to be disturbed by the being outside. "It's OK, I'm here...I won't let them hurt you...."Nozomu held Shoin tighter in his arms. This gesture also made himself feel more secure. But even himself wasn't sure whether he was being protective, or possessive. "I will protect you....." Nozomu whispered. This seemed to be the opportunity he has been waiting all along, but is it really Ok? Nozomu hated the fact that he was helping Shoin not completely out of kindness, but largely out of his ever growing desire to be with, to........own, Shoin. At the end he mannaged to convince himself that taking Shoin away from this place was the best course of action for him. He said cautiously: "You can come and live with me if you want." From there on it was Nozomu who was doing the leading, and Shoin followed. They walked to the big road and took a bus into the city. Soon they arrived at the apartment Nozomu rented. Nozomu said while opening the door: "Here we are, welcome to my home, well, I guess it's our home now?" Considering the rent Nozomu paid, the apartment was quite spacious. He got the good deal because the owner of the place was a friend of his father. On the left side of the entrance it had an open kitchen, a living room, a small bedroom and a bathroom. “Come in, make yourself comfortable. Are you hungry? I'll make something to eat." Nozomu's mother was Japanese, so his cooking style was somewhat influenced by eastern cuisine. Soon Nozomu came out of the kitchen with the food and utensils in his hands: white rice, miso soup with tofu and green onion, some pickled cabbages, and some left over beef and potato stew. hal7283 Posted January 24, 2015 Share Posted January 24, 2015 Nozomu was about to stop Shoin and wash the dishes himself, but he decided not to. He thought letting Shoin help with the house work can ease his uneasiness living in someone else's home. While Shoin was in the kitchen Nozomu went into the bedroom, he opened the closet and pulled out some spare sheets and pillows for Shoin to use. He rushed to the bathroom and began to run water into the tub, after the water has reached the right temperature he then plugged the tub so water is now slowly rising.
