Somehow along the way Nagisa had suggested, more like convinced, Kaname of drifting off their plans after groceries. Now they found themselves in front of a large ice cream store, covered in colorful walls and posters of different styles of treats.

His mouth watered as he watched the posters and then turned to Kaname

"L-lets get some please" he begged like a child "Look at how good the strawberries look"

The two got into the ice-cream store and found seats by the large glass windows. They put down the grocery bags and went to the counter. "Hmm........so many choices...." Kaname mutterd as he looked down at all the different colorful ice creams.

 

"Would you like to try out Special Deluxe Dynamite Maximum Sundae? It has all of the different flavors of ice creams plus cookies and waffles and fruits so so on!" the waiter behind the counter asked smiling.

The sun warmly hit the teen's body as they sat in the lovely ice cream shop's tables. A large light blue umbrella covered them but some of the sun still managed to surpass it.

"This is great" said Nagisa as he took another spoon of the large ice cream that sat between the two males. His own cheerful attitude could be felt from miles away as he savored each part of the frozen treat. Soon he reached for another scoop, but stopped watching Kaname's lovely sun filled face. His cheeks became red as Nagisa imagined a million things that he'd like to do at the moment.

His spoon reached for the cheery section and places it in front of the dark haired teen.

"Say ah, yes?" asked Nagisa.

 

Not that he cared, but it was terribly convenient the lack of people around them and he could not simple miss this chance.

Kaname looked at the large bowl of ice cream sitting between him and Nagisa and sighed lightly. He kind of regretted agreeing to get this huge monstrosity, but Nagisa's sparkling eyes was simply too cute to refuse. He muttered with a weak smile: "Maybe we should skip dinner after this." as he was speaking he picked up the spoon and got a scoop full of chocolate ice cream and put it in his mouth. The sweetness and coldness of the ice cream immediately spread in his mouth and down his body, and a genuine smile came to his face.

 

"Yeah, this is great indeed." Kaname agreed with Nagisa's comments. The satisfied expression on Nagisa's face alone was worth the calories. Then Nagisa extended his hand and reached his spoon towards Kaname's mouth.

He did not speak about any of the thoughts in his head, but in many cases hinted it with his eyes. In a way Nagisa wished Kaname would notice but also doubted himself about his approach. Yet in full confidence he could admit his time with him was more than enjoyable.

He took a spoonful of ice creams mixed with biscuits inside his mouth and said : "And also starting from tonight let's go jogging, so we can burn this mountain of calories off!"

After the suggestion Nagisa added another detail to his list about Kaname, he enjoyed exercise. Although the reason was still a mystery, this much was clear.

 

'Perhaps to release stress' but this was only a jump to conclusions.

 

The run was refreshing and welcomed, the cold breeze against their faces had been a nicely shaped change. But as the day came to an end they headed back home.

Kaname walked into the shower room with his clothes and put them on the counter. He turned the shower on and dialed up the temperature. Soon hot water was showering down the shower head and the room was beginning to be filled with steam. After testing the water temperature he then began to take off his clothes and throw them in the laundry basket, and walked into the shower booth.
