Remalade
Kise is very content with his "pet". After finding a young man wandering the streets, he brought the kind boy into his home and took care of him. He bathes him, feeds him, dresses him, and even tucks him into bed every night. To this pet, his master is every thing. However, Kise has been hiding a secret from him. The older man is actually the head of a successful crime syndicate, and he has a very strong sadistic side. Will his pet still love him when he finds out the truth? My character: Name: Kise Tamahi Age: 26 Personality: Cares for his pet, but still a bit detached. Kise is sure that he cannot love anyone or anything. He has a very business-like attitude. He can be quite ruthless when it comes to his line of work. He likes his pet's innocence and purity because he doesn't have any himself. Pic: I'll start after you post your character ^^
Zombie_In_A_Box
Character: Name: Keegan Kappame Age: 18 Personality: Extremely trusting, behaves childish more often than he's supposed. He appears to be completely innocent, however he has his own masochistic side as well. He falls in love easily, however if he doesn't get the reply he wants, he becomes depressed, always thinking he isn't too good for his love interest. Remalade
Kise yawned as he rose from the bed. He was glad that he'd managed to get a good rest last night. He glanced over at his pet sleeping beside him. He always looked so peaceful when he slept. The man went over to the bathroom to run a bath before returning to wake his pet. "Keegan...it's time to get up." he called, gently rousing the boy from his sleep. He easily carried him into the bathroom. Keegan was somewhat small for his age, which Kise liked. He set him down on the edge of the tub and began undressing him and folded up his nightclothes neatly before helping him get into the tub.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan sometimes couldn't believe he turned out this lukcy. As the most beautiful voice for him woke him up in the morning, the red head felt a smile unconsciously appearing on his face. He opened his eyes, looking up at the man with such pure love, it almost looked unreal. "Good morning..." He greeted softly, his voice still a bit weak from the cold he'd gotten when he was wandering through the streets. As he was carried to the bathroom, Keegan wrapped an arm around the man's neck, resting his head against his shoulder. He liked being taken care of this nicely... The teen smiled softly at the older male as he was fully naked, not even feeling ashamed in his presence. No, he felt safe no matter what, he felt protected. "Thank you." He said softly, for what was probably the hundredth time. He couldn't thank this man enough, for saving him from certain death.
Remalade
Kise returned his thanks with a nod, the smallest of smiles on his lips as he began bathing him. Taking care of his pet like this soothed him. He felt content as he gently washed his small frame. The man took care to wash him thoroughly, using only a kind of soap that would be good for Keegan's sensitive skin. When he was done, he drained the water and wrapped a large towel around him, then carried him back to the bed. After drying him off with the towel, he picked out a nice outfit out of the many that he'd ordered for him and began dressing him. He slipped on his underwear and pants as he began speaking. "I have some business to attend to today, but I trust that you'll behave alone for a few hours." he stated, his tone calm. Being quite wealthy as a result of his job, and his estate was large enough to be considered a mansion, but he knew that Keegan knew better than to wander around the house. As long as he didn't answer the door and stayed away from his private office, he would be fine.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan was really glad he was being taken care of like that. He was a little bit too weak for some activities, thanks to life out on the streets for a few weeks. The red head stayed silent, lightly leaning into the man's touch from time to time, it just felt so nice... When he was carried back off to the bedroom, the teen lightly rubbed his eyes, lifting himself up so that Kise could dress him up. Hearing that the man would be gone, a small frown made its way up to his face, but he nodded lightly anyway. "I'll miss you." He said honestly, gently taking the man's hand into both of his own with a sweet smile on his face. "Good luck!" Keegan said with a warm smile, looking up at the other with a warm, even loving gaze. He acted so innocent all the time, it was hard to believe he was eighteen.
Remalade
"Don't worry, Keegan. I won't be gone for long." Kise promised. He was scheduled to meet with an associate about the prostitution ring that had recently opened in his territory. If the other person wasn't cooperating, he would be forced to end the meeting earlier. One of his subordinates could clean up the mess afterwards. When Keegan was fully dressed, he pulled him into his arms again and carried him down to the large kitchen so he could get something to eat. He set him down at the expensive kitchen table and grabbed a bowl of the food he'd already prepared for him. Kise reheated it in the microwave and placed the bowl in front of him. "Eat while I get dressed. Be careful, it's still a bit hot." he warned.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan smiled widely at the promise, letting go off his hand soon. "Okay~" He answered with the smile not leaving his face for a second. The red head waited until Kise helped him put on his shirt, gladly pressing up against the man as he was carried again. When he was set down at the kitchen table, Keegan watched the older man as he got him the food. "Okay, thank you!" The teen smiled softly as he kicked his feet slightly, taking some of the food into the spoon to blow and then eat. The red head was perfectly content like this, he couldn't ask for anything better... The boy ate slowly, bit by bit to make sure he didn't get sick from the food. Getting warm meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner still felt a bit weird for him...
Remalade
Kise made sure that his pet was alright before returning to his bedroom. He reemerged ten minutes later, freshly showered and adjusting a tie around his neck. He straightened his extremely expensive suit as he moved to Keegan's side. "Are you finished?" he asked casually, his fingers combing through his reddish locks. Perhaps his pet would need to get his hair trimmed soon. When Keegan was finished eating, he deposited the dirty dishes in the sink and started to put on his coat. "I'll be back soon, Keegan. No wandering around the house, and stay out of my office." he said seriously, looking down at him to make sure that he understood the severity of his words. He gave him a slight smile before bidding him farewell and leaving. A sleek black car was already waiting outside, and he silently slid into the backseat. He was already in his professional mode, but a small part of him was still thinking of his pet.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan slowly ate the food, finishing up a little bit after Kise came back. He leaned into the soft touch on his hair, closing his eyes for the blissful moment. The red head nodded at the other's words, knowing the only rooms he was allowed to be in were the bedroom, kitchen and living room. The teen said his goodbye as well before waiting for the man to leave. He couldn't say he wasn't curious to find out what was in that office that needed to be hidden so badly, but he didn't dare check. At least not until he was strong enough to walk up the stairs and not need to catch his breath. Keegan ended up just going to the bedroom to pick a book to read until Kise came back. He wasn't sure what their relationship was exactly, but he didn't ever try to even ask. Who knows what the answer would be like... The red head layed down on the bed with a horror book and began reading, soon getting into it too much to notice what was happening around him. Remalade
Kise sighed as his subordinates carried off a man's body, which happened to have a bullet hole in the forehead. True to his word, the meeting had only lasted a few hours, but when things started to go south, Kise was quick to put a bullet in his head. He'd rather have a loss of some irrelevant lower-level worker than have his entire group threatened. He wiped a bit of blood off of his cheek with a handkerchief before signaling for the car to be brought back. Thankfully, he was able to return home soon after. He was escorted to his door by two bodyguards of course, but they were out of sight after he entered. He didn't even bother calling for his pet, knowing that he was either curled up in the couch or reading a book in the bedroom. The latter of the choices turned out to be correct. The tall man leaned against the door frame quietly, a small smile pulling at his lips as he watched his pet in amusement.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan always got extremely sucked into the books he was reading. He often gasped at some unexpected turn of events, laughed at the funnier parts and even shed a few tears when the sad moments came. When Kise came into the room, he was left unnoticed as one of the characters was going through an extremely interesting forest - he just couldn't tear himself away. The teen let out a heavy sigh of disappointment as he set the book away and looked around, looking surprised at Kise. "Oh, um... I... Sorry, I didn't see you." He muttered out softly as he sat up and smiled. "This book is just really interesting, I couldn't just stop..." He trailed off, narrowing his eyes as he stared at something red along the other's hairline. "That... Are you hurt?" He asked worriedly, though the blood seemed old and there was a very small amount of it. The red head stood up, heading towards the man, his steps just a little bit shaky. Remalade
Kise's expression scrunched into confusion at the rehead's words. He swiped his fingers quickly along his forehead and frowned at the blood smeared there. Why had his subordinates let him waltz around with blood on his forehead? "It's nothing, don't worry about it." he sighed, pulling out his handkerchief from earlier. He'd forgotten that the fabric was already stained with blood and he quickly but discreetly tucked it back into his pocket. He hoped that Keegan hadn't noticed. The pet knew better than to ask questions anyway. Kise slipped off his suit jacket and sat down on the edge of the bed. "So what were you reading about?" he asked casually as he pulled the book toward him.
Zombie_In_A_Box
The thing about Keegan was that he noticed a lot of small details, sometimes missing the whole picture thanks to that. The teen's eyes widened when he took notice of the handkerchief with blood on it. The red head knew he shouldn't ask, but... "Are you hurt anywhere? What happened?" The red head asked worriedly, looking up at Kise as he sat down on the edge of the bed. Gently taking his hand, Keegan squeezed it the slightest bit. "I don't know what would I do if you were gone..." He said quietly, sadly. The teen brushed off the question about the book, all his attention focused on Kise and the blood. Remalade
Kise frowned when the brunet pressed the question, already feeling a bit of irritation starting to build inside of him. He didn't want his pet to know about the blood or anything else pertaining to his job, and Keegan insisting on the topic made him uneasy. And Kise did not like feeling uneasy. He liked being in total control of the situation, and Keegan going against his words was the easiest way to make him angry. His scowl softened when the redhead spoke again, and he gave a small sigh. Keegan was just innocently concerned, as usual, so he couldn't remain irritated for long. "I told you, it's nothing. I'm fine. Now drop the subject and stop worrying." he said, his tone soft but the order still clear.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan felt shivers running down his spine as he saw the other's scowl clearly. The red head didn't even realize he was making Kise mad until he actually looked at him. Hearing the order again, the teen lowered his head shamefully, nodding slightly. Even so, he was still gently holding onto the other's hand. He honestly couldn't even think about living without Kise now... He was fed, taken care of, and he was definitely beginning to have warmer feelings than graditude towards his savior. Keegan realized that his love wouldn't be returned, but if he tried and ignored his feelings, he would feel even worse.
Remalade
Kise didn't feel guilty at the shamed expression on his face. He would rather have Keegan's hurt feelings now than let him keep digging and have him find out things that he didn't need to. It was only for his protection anyways. Even so, Kise had to remember that the brunet was much different than him. Keegan was warm, gentle, and trusting, whereas Kise was cold, blunt, and constantly suspicious of those around him. He had remind himself to be kinder to his pet. Giving Keegan's hand a slight squeeze, he pulled him in a bit closer. "You still haven't told me about your book. How about you read some of it to me?" Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan sniffled softly, not even daring to look up at the man at the moment. The red head's body only relaxed when he was pulled closer, glancing up shyly to make sure Kise wasn't angry at him. A smile graced his features as he was asked about the book again. The boy snuggled up closer before taking the book into his hands. "But it may be confusing when you don't know what happened before..." He muttered and shook his head. The boy then began explaining the plot so far, using wild hand gestures as he spoke, seemingly really excited. He was always incredibly happy when his master spent time with him... He felt fuzzy and warm inside, and he lived for that sensation.
Remalade
Kise felt instantly soothed by his pet's voice, the thoughts of what'd happened in his meeting earlier fading away. Keegan was the perfect distraction from all of ths things that he had to deal with. Keegan was the only source of light in all of his darkness. The man smiled a bit at the excitement in his voice as his eyes traveled over him. He again pondered the thought of giving his pet a bit of a trim. He gently ran his fingers through Keegan's hair, which was growing out a bit longer than usual. After he finished explaining the story, perhaps. Kise returned his focus to what he was saying again, still holding him close.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan grinned lightly as the other's fingers ran through his hair, leaning into the soft touch as he continued explaining. After finishing explaining what happened so far, the red head just snuggled up closer, now nearly sitting on Kise's lap with his head against his shoulder. The teen glanced up at the older's face carefully - to be more exact, where he saw the blood before, just to make sure there really wasn't a wound there. He had no idea what this man did for living, but it didn't seem like a safe proffession, so to say. "I heard they made a movie of this book... Can we watch it?" Keegan suddenly asked, his eyes full of hope and excitement. He loved watching movies - he hadn't watched them for so long before coming here, he couldn't get enough. Remalade
Kise couldn't even bring himself to scold Keegan for snuggling into his lap without permission. Keegan was warm, and his small frame fit almost perfectly against his own. He noticed the redhead examining him but said nothing. He was a man of few words, after all. It was a trait that often made his enemies underestimate him, which always ended up being a grave mistake for them. He was pulled out of his thoughts by Keegan's question and nodded in approval. He supposed that the haircut could wait. If that was what Keegan wanted, he would indulge him.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan seemed overjoyed as the other agreed, immediately getting off of his lap. "I'll go and find it!" He said happily, but hesitated just before stepping away. "Erm... I mean, if that's alright." He seemed a little bit embarrassed, his hands behind his back as his cheeks flushed slightly. He tilted his head to the side a little bit, his hair moving along. The teen was fairly certain that Kise was powerful, in one way or another. He was probably the boss of whatever he did... He seemed to be dominant, if he could say that. Perhaps that was the reason Keegan never saw him with anyone else?
Remalade
"Go on, Keegan." Kise muttered, standing up from the bed. He was looking forward to having a break with his pet, but he already knew that it could never be so easy. He still had work to do. The man left his bedroom to slip into his private office. His large desk was covered in neat stacks of papers documenting the inner-workings of his syndicate. To an untrained eye, it would look like the work of an average businessman. But average businessmen usually didn't have loaded guns in their desk drawers. Kise checked to make sure the weapon was still there before organizing a few more things and leaving the office again, closing the door quietly behind him. His work could wait until after the movie as well. "Did you find it?" he called.
Zombie_In_A_Box
Keegan smiled widely and hurried off to the living room although it made his breathing uneven and sharp. He had to put on some meat on his bones, he looked way too thin right now... The teen managed to find the movie through Kise's computer hooked to the tv. His head flew up at the question and he smiled before nodding. "Yep, all ready~" Keegan said cheerfully as he started the movie and got on the couch, clearly excited. Some of his personality parts clashed together like hell... He seemed innocent and cute most of the time, but his favorite movies and books were bloody and dark, and... Secretely, he was an incredible masochist. It was one of the reasons he even ended up on the streets...
Remalade
Kise slowly made his way to the living room, taking a seat beside his pet on the couch. Knowing Keegan, he'd probably picked some whimsical adventure that would no doubt end in a happy group hug. They hadn't even managed to get through the opening credits when Kise's cellphone rang in his pocket. With an annoyed sigh, the man slipped the phone out of his pocket and went to the kitchen to answer it. "Boss, we have a problem." "Why are you telling me this? I'm already home, and you know I hate being disturbed at home." "Sorry, Boss. It's an emergency. We can meet there to make it easier for you." Kise frowned and glanced toward the living room. Having his subordinates come over while Keegan was still awake would be a huge risk. They usually came over when he was already asleep. "Fine. Don't make me wait." he sighed, the threat already present in his words. The man hung up the phone and returned to the living room. "Some business has suddenly come up. I need you to go into the bedroom and stay there until I tell you otherwise." he ordered.
