Noise Prince
In this world are many hidden mysteries … How will you discover them? As the world continues to develop, many superstitions and rituals are forgotten by many, forgotten or just ignored out of the lack of relevance they have in the daily life of modern people. The reality of science is all that most consider the truth, anything unexplainable is a phenomenon, or an illusion, or a hoax. But few have been able to tap into the forgotten mysteries of the world, and access the hidden knowledge and history of the world humans were once apart of. Some are learning magic, some are communicating with spirits, who have also grown apart from most of the human world, and some are trying to keep it all a secret, for better or for worse. Hiding in plain sight, this hidden world is quite accessible. Books, websites, magazines, nooks and crannies of the like-minded all exist at the ready. Many humans have an innate belief of magic and spiritual creatures at a young age, even attempting magic themselves. But for many humans, the talent for magic is latent until their later years, and only the imaginative and bored tend to try their hand at magic again later in their lives. Sometimes with lasting consequences. Are you imaginative? Are you bored? One slow day, a student who has happened upon a suspiciously superstitious, and ominously powerful book, and is in the right mindset to try one of the rituals detailed on the pages out of curiosity- only to summon and bind a tanuki spirit to him. Until he figures out how to undo the binding affect, the two are stuck with each other.
Isa Katsura
Name: Kaoru Fujioka Age: 18 years old Species: Human Position: Seme Height: 5'9" Weight: 143lbs Personality: Kaoru often displays a mysterious image in the public as he doesn't like communicating with unknown people but somehow, he is always listening to the public when it comes to gossips, news or rumors due to that, he can be manipulated rather easily even though he strongly denies that fact. He is somewhat narcissistic. He knows he is good looking and he strongly takes that as an advantage. For Kaoru, despite having a foul mouth, he is the type to do more actions than words. He wouldn't be kind with his harsh words but he will show his concern through actions. Likes: Naps, Vacations, Spicy food, Gaming Dislikes: Being called cute, Waiting, Homework, Crossdressing - - - Updated - - - It was late at night, Kaoru glanced up the the sound of the ticking clock in his room. It was just a stupid rumor spreaded by someone in his school. Apparently, there is a magic book within the library that can summon a certain creature into the world. Without getting caught, Kaoru tried to search for the rumoured book in the library, looking into every shelf. He finally found the book, rushing out the library after borrowing the book. Kaoru quickly made his way home. The student knew that it is stupid but he was not sure why he actually wanted to listen what the others say. He wasn't a believer of magic, he doesn't believe in spirits, ghost, demons or any supernatural creatures but curiosity got a better of him. It wasn't actually demon summoning, he read up on the content in the book. Irony, despite a super thick book, there was only one page which have content in it. The remaining pages were blank. This ritual doesn't involve any scary skulls or candles or the need to carve out a pentagon in his hand, which was why he decided to try it out. Well, he had to try it out either ways if he doesn't want to be the laughing stock of his school for a month since the librarian kept a record of him borrowing that specific book even though there showed no sign of the book being the library's property. Of course, blood is an essential in all rituals and for this ritual to work only requires a single drop of blood. As soon as the second hand passes 12, indicating that it was 3 am in the morning, Kaoru sat in front of the ritual area, reciting the spell out loud. He doesn't need to worry about having to wake anyone out as he was living on his own. He has been living by himself for 2 years in Tokyo when he just graduated from middle school and it wasn't exactly his decision on living alone. His parents decided that he is old enough to take care of himself and allows him to choose any school he likes but on a condition that it has to be in tokyo. When he was accepted, they gave him an apartment and he have been living alone ever since. To have such happy-go-lucky parents, Kaoru did learn a thing or two about them after living away from them. Pricking his first finger with a needle, he dropped a few drops of blood on the center of the set, reciting the spell which goes along with it. The room was in complete silence, leading Kaoru to think if he had recited the spell or did the sequences wrongly. He didn't need to think for long when he felt a slight shaking in the floor and the unknown breeze blowing into his face. Stepping a few steps backwards, Kaoru closely kept an eye on the detailed set he created. He found himself getting excited each passing second, wondering what he summoned. Noise Prince
^^^This is a place-holder ^^; Name - Hisakawa Tahei Age- 43 (appears 18) Species- Tanuki Position- Uke Height- 5'3 (human) Weight- 136lbs (human) Personality- Tahei can come off as haughty, and for good reason. He can be self-important, and tends to say things that come off the wrong way. He isn't always very aware of his surroundings or the situation he's in, thus making him seem careless and arrogant. It also doesn't help that he's very curious and satiates his thirst in inconvenient ways. This obviously tends to get him into some trouble, and has a difficult time making, and keeping, friends. But he isn't heartless, and cares about others quite a bit, even if he's bad at showing it, or can't always tell when something is wrong, especially if he's that something. He's very straightforward, and blunt, and loves to talk, and he wears his heart on his sleeve. Likes- Reading, games, causing mischief, talking, festival food, plays Dislikes- Authority, too much quiet (when he doesn't benefit), being reprimanded, boredom, feeling loneliness. ~~~ Tahei was alone. His brothers, who he had made the plans with, had all decided that sleeping was a better use of time, despite napping most of the day. But that didn't matter, Tahei wasn't a stranger to going alone. But he intended on exploring the edge of 'soft space'. Within the spirit world, there were large areas known as soft spaces, in which the barriers between their realm and the human's started to blend. If one was not careful, a spirit could fall through, and it could be a challenge to get back. The area was off-limits to many, especially the children of Tahei's father, who owned a large estate that happened to be very close to such a soft space. There were a lot of rumors surrounding these soft spaces, such as human items can sometimes be found, or legendary items thought to be lost through time. But it also made it easier to be summoned and enslaved if one was in one of these spaces. But summoning was a thing of the past, and no spirit in their right mind would fear such a prospect, including Tahei, and he found himself on the edge of the space. It didn't feel different walking on it, and he couldn't tell anything was particularly special, aside from the colors being almost faded-looking. He was sniffing about, trying to search for any bobbles or treasures hidden in the grass, his tail twitching over him. Suddenly, something did feel different. Very different. His body felt light. He could barely feel his own weight on his paws. His vision faded more and more until he could see nothing. He felt his weight before his vision returned. He felt very aware of his mass, he felt so heavy, and large. And when he could see, he was in a very, very different place. And higher than he was. Tahei gasped loudly when he realized that at some point, he had shifted into his human appearance without being aware of it! And he was staring into the face of a young human, holding a book with vaguely-familiar text. The tanuki-now-person gasped again, who was on his knees, fell backwards, and scooted away, looking around, realizing that he was trapped in here. It wasn't possible… that he had been summoned by this person?!
Isa Katsura
The blinding vision made Kaoru shifted his eyes away, as he felt another presence in the room. Only after the light died down, did Kaoru whipped his head back to the direction where the spell set were. Glancing at the figure, Kaoru was utterly disappointed as he had high expectations of what he had summoned. The figure looks like a human and it is a male. Kaoru was expecting some super sexy female creature popping out from the spell but from the appearance of the other, it doesn't seem to be the case at all. As he looked at the creature he summoned, he wasn't sure what spirit he summon. The figure doesn't have wings or fangs. So a demon, vampire or flight creatures were out of the list. Not wanting to believe that he summoned out a male, Kaoru proceed on inflicting some injuries on himself. Pinching himself on the arm, a part of him hoped that it was just a dream but the pain on his arm told him otherwise. Pointing a finger at the creature then down at the spell set, he shouted. "Unsummon creature!" Obviously it wouldn't work as the spell book in his hands only have the summoning spell, not the unsummon spell. When he finally calmed down, Kaoru noticed that the male was bare, from the head to the toe, only with a pair of animal ears and tail. Taken back by that, Kaoru darted straight to his closet which was within the room. Pulling out an undergarment, shirt and pants, Kaoru threw them at the male. "Get dressed." Settling down on the edge of his bed, with his head turned away from the male, he had time to think back on the actions from the creature. Usually, when creatures were being summoned, they should have a confident and experienced look on their faces and actions. That was what he understood from watching from shows. However, the way he sees the male portraying himself, it was totally different from that. The creature looked confused and unsure. Ruffling his hair, another thought came to mind. Glancing back at the male for a split second to look at the animal ears and tail, he wondered what kind of animal had he summoned out. It's not a cat, dog, rabbit or fox. Thinking hard, he doubt he had seen such an animal before but it was vaguely familiar to him. Scooping up his phone and searching it up. He was given an answer he didn't expected - a tanuki. Hitting his head with the spell book, he only can blame the spell book for not telling him what he was getting himself involved in.
Noise Prince
Tahei's heart was fluttering, his chest rising and falling quickly with his breath. He had really been summoned, here in the human world. The tanuki hadn't known anyone who had been summoned in his lifetime! For all the rules and limitations imposed on him through his life, he had never been prepared for something like this happening. What was he going to do? His eyes were glued on the human, who had to have been very young, considering how humans aged. Tahei flicked his tail uneasily, unsure of what he was going to do, and how he should react. But, if this person was as young as he thought, how could he summon him? Shouldn't only a powerful summoner be able to summon a tanuki like him? How could this have happened? For a solid few moments, in complete silence, the two stared at each other, taking in the reality before them. Why did the human seemed so surprised, and disappointed? He summoned him after all, surely he knew what he was getting! He was the one in a position to explain himself, wasn't he? So why did the human keep eyeing the tanuki like that? All of a sudden, the human pointed a finger at the summoned creature and shouted; "Unsummon creature!" Completely ignoring how much he wanted to be unsummoned, Tahei was deeply offended that the human couldn't recognize what a wonderful specimen that he had summoned, and he raised a brow, unamused. What a foolish person- how could he summon anything, let alone a powerful creature like Tahei. The human boy eyed him more, and Tahei became less afraid and concerned, and more annoyed. Then the summoner got up and went towards a door, and pulled out a few odd garments, and threw them at him! How crude! The tanuki flinched as the garments landed on him, and he separated and examined each one. Western clothes? He wrinkled his nose, That might be the preference of humans nowadays, but they certainly weren't in fashion for the superiorly cultured spirits. He examined the pants, and the underpants, eyes narrowing skeptically. What was the different function? One was longer and heavier, the other was lighter and thinner. He decided on the shorter of the two, as it felt more comfortable, and slipped the undergarments over his thin legs, while still sitting, and rolled onto his knees to pull the elastic band over his crotch and bottom. He frowned, realizing the human clothes didn't take the tail into account, and settled on resting them just under it. Folding his ears back, he then pulled the shirt over his head, and slipped his arm through the twin holes on either side, straightening it over him. It was quite long on him. Tahei noticed the human looking away, and his eyes narrowed in ire. The creature looked at the unworn garment besides him, and threw it on the human resting on the bed. What a rude summoner. Tahei was technically his guest, after all, a guest pulled in against his will and bound to his will, but he should be a bit more hospitable. Isa Katsura
Since he did summon up the creature and he didn't have a single clue on how to reverse the spell, he knew he have the responsibility to take care of the other, at least until he found a way to bring the being back to his world. But, having to live with a male before he managed to figure out how to undo the spell isn't exactly what he have in mind and there is no way he can let that being out of his house, taking it to account that it is quite dangerous for the being to be seen by other humans with his form right now. He had no choice but to admit that he will be stuck with the other male for quite sometime, whether he likes it or not. Whipping his head back as he heard the shuffling sound of the fallen item beside him, Kaoru glanced up at the male. "You're done?" His eyes widened in surprise when he saw how the creature wears the clothes, darting his head away again. Not only did the tanuki wore his clothes similarly to kare-shirt, he actually looks pretty attractive that way. Shaking his head to get rid of any possible emotions, Kaoru turned his head back onto the male. For a creature that probably doesn't wear clothes in its entire life, the male was doing a good job. Heaving out a sigh, Kaoru grabbed onto the cotton material beside him before rising up to his feet and walking towards the creature, with the intention to help the male get dressed properly like a human. Approaching a closer distance to the inhuman being, Kaoru skimmed around the creature's body before turning around, looking for a scissors to cut out a circle when he realized that the clothes weren't tailored to the needs of the magical male. Scratch that. He had never once seen a supernatural being walking around in the streets to even be thinking of having clothes tailored to their body structures. Picking up a measuring tape and a pair of scissors in his hand, Kaoru went back to the male. Bending down in front of the male, the student held onto the other's wrist, indicating the other to stand. "Get up, I need to measure the circumference of your tail to cut the fabric out." He peered into the eyes of the male.
Noise Prince
Tahei rose a brow when the human looked at him again. The tanuki slowly nodded in response, made unsure by his surprise. Sure, he had never worn western clothes, or any as a human, for that matter, but was he really so surprised that he could dress himself? So if he didn't think he could do it, why did he give him clothes to begin with? He frowned. Did the human just want him to make a fool of himself? He felt like the human was looking at him a little strangely, though that was probably the tanuki's imagination. Tahei pushed his hair from his face, eyes not leaving the human. The silence felt heavy, and he wondered if he should say something. The human got up from his bed, and came towards his summoned creature, and his eyes widened, watching him intently while the human's eyes scanned over him carefully. Why did he keep looking at him up and down like that? Tahei wasn't one to feel insecurity, but he was starting to feel a little self-conscious around this man. Tahei leaned back a little, surprised when the summoner bent down before him. He was actually a very attractive person, Tahei was surprised that he didn't really notice before. He had very interesting eyes. Then Tahei noticed the scissors and what looked like measuring tape in the human's hand- and that his other hand had circled around his wrist. Tahei gasped softly in surprise, looking at his wrist, and back up to the human, their faces were very close, and their eyes were locked. The human told him to get up, and his hand on the tanuki's wrist made more sense, and he stood up with him. The human was significantly taller than Tahei, which was very obvious now that the two were standing. "Circumference? My tail?" Tahei narrowed his eyes in suspicions, and covered his tail with one hand, not willing to let anything suspicious happen to such a precious body part. Isa Katsura
Not taking a "no" as an answer, Kaoru releasing the other's wrist, bending down slightly and throwing the creature's body over his shoulder, securing the legs of the other to prevent the other from slipping off him. The weight of the other is heavy but unexpected, he could carry him without much difficulty. "Be quiet, I'm not going to cut your tail off or anything." Kaoru walked over to his bed, shifting the spell set which was blocking his way aside using his foot. Tossing the body onto his bed, Kaoru forced the male to lay on his stomach before climbing onto the back of the tanuki, facing its tail. He did that to avoid any sorts of struggling he may get while he is trying to focus and judging from the weight of the other, he was pretty certain that his own weight can pin the other down properly. Pulling the measuring tape straight, he wrapped the tape on the largest circumference of the tail, holding firmly onto the tail in case of any struggles along the process. The student immediately release the furry tail after getting what he wants. Pulling the undergarment off the other, Kaoru managed to slip it off the tanuki before he got off the bed completely. Taking a seat on the floor, Kaoru started cutting out the suitable circle, adding a few centimeters wider to ensure that the creature can slip them on with ease. He only needed a few minutes before he cut out two holes, placing the clothes in front of the other male, he instructed him while lifting the cloth. "Wear this followed by this. Got it?" Leaving the male alone, Kaoru proceed to clear up the messy spell items within his room.
Noise Prince
When his wrist was released, Tahei withdrew his hand to his chest, and suddenly he found himself being thrown over the human's shoulder, his legs held so he couldn't struggle. He whined a bit, about to protest when the human told him that he wasn't cutting off his tail. He didn't consider that a possibility, but now that was what the tanuki was worried about! He winced a little when he was thrown onto the bed, and pushed onto his stomach. He felt the human straddle himself over his body, keeping him pinned to the mattress. "Th-then what are you doing?!" Tahei insisted, trying to wiggle out from underneath him, to no avail. The man didn't look that heavy. Then again, he didn't look that strong either, yet he lifted and restrained Tahei easily enough. Perhaps he was underestimating the human. He pouted a little, crossing his arms under his chin to rest his cheek against while the human started doing weird things with his tail. He tried to 'hide' it, but for some reason, he was unable to. Not even with his ears. It was like he was stuck. "Ah! What is that? Stop it!" Tahei protested, trying to move his hips, but his summoner had a firm hold on his tail, and he didn't listen to the tanuki's demands. Tahei frowned when the human started to pull off the lower garments. What was the point of having him dress in the first place? When the human finally got off of him, Tahei sat up and scooted away from him, pushing himself to the edge of the bed, and glared at him. But the human seemed to be paying him no mind, sitting on the floor with the articles of clothing, and scissors. He was cutting up the clothes? This human was so weird. What kind of person had summoned the tanuki? Tahei scowled. What was his purpose? Why did he summon him? Tahei raised an eyebrow, tilting his head when the human held up both pieces of clothing. He scoffed a little. He was supposed to wear both at once? That seemed strange, and wasteful. The tanuki was tempted to throw them both at him, but he then realized that the human had been cutting holes for his tail, and his expression softened. And since he couldn't hide his tail for some reason, he really needed them to wear them comfortably. But he was still too prideful to say thank you, especially since the human hadn't even bothered to tell him his name. Not that it mattered, it seemed the human wasn't intending on keeping the tanuki around, anyway, despite being the one to summon him. That still left the question of why he would bother cutting holes in his clothes, but Tahei didn't care all that much, as he redressed himself, doing it like he was told, watching as the human picked up some cultish materials around his room. "Do you have a name? What do I call you?" Tahei asked, sitting back down on the bed once he finished dressing himself, now able to appreciate how comfortable it was. Isa Katsura
Turning his head towards the direction of the voice, Kaoru adverted his attention back onto the male. Satisfied with the way the male is dressed, he slowly absorbed the words of the other in his head. He realized that they haven't had their introductions. Pausing what he was doing, he gave back a response. "My name? It's Kaoru. Fujioka Kaoru. What's your name?" He asked back the same question as he cleared away the stuff neatly at where they were supposed to be. Patting the dust off his palms, the student glanced up at the wall clock. It was almost 4 am and he has yet to get any sleep. Kaoru could usually barely survive the school hours awake with just an hour of sleep but the initial excitement in him as yet to die down. With nothing else to do after clearing his things aside, he decided to try to open up more to the tanuki. Kaoru retrieved his spell book and shifted back to the creature, taking a seat at the edge of the bed. Half-curious, half-eager to learn more about the male, he took a good look at the male. At first glance, he found nothing appealing about the other's looks but as he took a few glances, he actually finds the tanuki somewhat cute. Not to be completely absorbed in by the other's looks, Kaoru's gaze laid around the surrounding instead. Flipping the blank pages of the thick book, he muttered, "I didn't know it is possible to summon you out." Not knowing what to do, he reread the summoning content again. A small chuckle escaped his pale lips. Even if he actually did summon out a thing, Kaoru has yet to believe that magic existed. Who knows maybe the male will disappear tomorrow when he wakes up for school. The entire thing may likely be his imagination as well. "If you're hungry, you can go to the kitchen and find something to eat." He didn't have the time to bring the figure for an open house within his apartment as he have school in a few hours' time and he needs to get some sleep no matter what. "You can explore my house on your own. Just don't make so much noise." He patted around the mattress of his bed, laying on an open space and rolling over, shutting his eyes and trying to doze off. He doesn't have to worry about waking up late since he has an alarm which will ring in a few hours' time.
Noise Prince
The tanuki folded his legs into themselves, leaning on his hands in front of him. "I'm Hisakawa Tahei, but I'm actually of the Tsukino." He replied with a practiced, proud tone. He considered that this Fujioka Kaoru might not be familiar with his family, a fairly established tanuki clan. But he was a summoner, right? So he should have some basic knowledge of how the spirits worked, and Tahei was certain that his family was important enough to be worth-while to know of. The human really wasn't one for conversation, it seemed. Tahei did not even attempt to hide the contempt on his face. Did he somehow expect Tahei to already know why he was here? Even if he didn't want him here, he at least owed the tanuki an explanation, right? Tahei was taken from his home, he was pulled from his world, into this world, man-handled and forced down and made to wear these western clothes. Yet the human barely spoke to him at all. The human picked up a book, and Kaoru sat on the edge of the bed. Tahei pulled himself a bit closer to the human, resting on his knees, sitting up. He flicked his tail around, feeling the edges of the holes in the clothes. It was roomy, but definitely difficult to get used to. Tahei looked over the human, as he looked over his tanuki. Kaoru was quite a pretty person, especially considering he didn't have much of a choice in how he looks. Tahei himself could only turn into this specific form if he became human, but as he learned how, he had some control in his appearance. Tahei leaned back, his eyes narrowed and mouth open. "W-what? Did you summon me on accident?" He asked, his voice almost a hiss, and his ears flattened. He scowled, and his eyes fell to the pillows not far from his reach, and considered taking one and hitting the Kaoru with it for being so careless and foolish. He decided against it though, considering how easily over powered he was earlier. But any feelings of animosity faded when he said he could explore his home, and a broad smile spread over his face. A human's living space, and he could go about and explore it at his leisure? He wouldn't even be supervised by the summoner! This was the ideal set up, and any doubts he had were suddenly pushed down and away. "Alright then, I will try to be quiet, then." Tahei told him, nodding. The tanuki got off the bed, and the human rolled over, ready to embrace his slumber. Meanwhile, so long as Tahei didn't make too much of a racket, this entire place was his... Isa Katsura
Nodding at the male's answer then dominating a large portion of his bed, Kaoru pulled his blanket over him. As he was given a moment of silence, Kaoru felt his excitement being swept away by exhaustion and within a few seconds, he fell into deep sleep. It was really weird, taking that Kaoru can fall asleep without having to worry about the presence of another in his house but for some reason, the student was absolutely fine with letting the male roam around his apartment freely, it was to the extent that he can sleep peacefully. Kaoru have always been a silent sleeper so he doesn't need to able sleep talking or making any sudden noises as he sleeps. It seemed like minutes to him when he heard the noisy alarm screaming into his ears. Raising the nearer arm, he patted around the nightstand for the snooze button as he rose up from his bed. Having a throbbing headache from getting not enough sleep, Kaoru cupped his palm over his forehead and he tried to open up his eyelids. Having memorized the layout of his apartment, Kaoru could walk any part of his house with his eyes close. Staggering out from the bed, Kaoru dragged himself to the bathroom, shutting and locking the door after he entered. He despised looking into the mirror as soon as he wakes up due to his extreme narcissism of having an perfect look. Splashing cold water onto his face, Kaoru glanced up into the mirror and began taking his toothbrush and toothpaste to brush his teeth. Recalling what he did before he sleep, a name, he barely grasped, came up to his mind. "Something.. Tahei." He rolled his eyes upwards, trying to recount the event which seemed real to him. Shaking his head from over thinking, he decided to take a quick shower which he always does in the morning. After the shower, he got out of the bathroom with only a towel around his waist and another in his hand to wipe his hair. Moving over to his room, he quickly get changed into his uniform before taking a good 10 minutes trying to style up his hair. Suddenly snapping back to his senses, he remembered and sensed a presence in his house. Getting out of his room, he started searching for the male. Noise Prince
And cue "What's this, What's this?" from Nightmare before Christmas Tahei found himself carefully trekking through the human's home, starting with the closet where the clothes on his own body originated. He wore a great deal of western clothes! That shouldn't be surprising to him, considering that most humans now did, but it seemed strange that a summoner wouldn't be connected more to the past. He frowned. But he had summoned him on accident, so maybe he had no experience or knowledge about summoning- or spirits! Tahei almost scowled at the sleeping figure. Had he really been summoned by some clueless kid with a book and some free time? He huffed, and continued shuffling through some other things in the closet, until he got bored and decided to check another place altogether, leaving a few dropped articles of clothing skewed on the floor Was… this the kitchen? It was a small space with a sleek, modern-looking oven and what Tahei could only assume was a fridge. It was so bizarre being here in a modern human's home, being able to see and touch everything for himself, all these things he knew of but never saw up close. "Nng…" The fridge door, when opened, released a gust of chill wind, and the tanuki slammed it closed, a few things inside rattling. Tahei busied himself by finding the plates, cups, pots and pans, some canned food- which was an oddity to the tanuki, and other modern necessities. But after exploring the kitchen, frequently leaving things out in the open rather than putting them away, he felt too sleepy to care much more. He'd have other times to explore, he was sure, but he was very, very tired. Tahei would have just slipped into bed with Kaoru if he could turn back into a tanuki, but he was stuck in this larger form, so that wasn't an option. And he could never find a futon or anything while looking around. So where was he supposed to sleep? He huffed, cursing the human's lack of foresight, and found himself deciding on the small sofa he had passed earlier, curling up on the narrow cushions. The clothes felt weird, though. Tahei had never slept as a human, let alone in western clothes as a human. He decided that they were of better use of a make-shift blanket, and stripped himself of all but the pants he was supposed to wear under the longer pants, for some reason. He laid it all on top of himself, and settled off into sleep.
Isa Katsura
Horrified at what he saw, he somehow figured out that he told a being to be quiet but forgot to tell the other to keep his things neatly in order. Rushing to a potential curious site, he dashed to the kitchen. "That stupid creature." The student clicked his tongue in annoyance as he quickly returned the condiments into his fridge. As he walked out of the kitchen, Kaoru noticed a figure on the sofa as he passed by the living room. Shifting closer, he got a clearer view of the other. Covering his face with a palm, he sighed, "So it's really not a dream." Glancing down at the other's body, a wave of irritation hit. He resisted the urge to smack the other awake for taking the clothes off. Bending over, he effortlessly scooped up the other into his arms. Since he does need to use his bed right now, he figured that the other could use it. Bringing the creature to his room, Kaoru laid the male onto his bed, being quite careful as he didn't want to wake the other up from his slumber. "I'm going to school. Will be back by 5. Be good, don't leave the house. Don't destroy my things. Breakfast is on the dining table. Find something yourself for lunch." Scribbling the words on a piece of paper, Kaoru left it on his nightstand. Sizzling a couple of eggs and sausages, the student set the dish on the table with two toast. He doesn't take breakfast but out of consideration for the male, he assumed that the creature would need to eat. Unsure with the other's diet, Kaoru could only start off with a common western breakfast. After which, he headed out of his house, locking the front door before he headed to school. His school was a 15 minute distance walk from his house which was really convenient for him. Meeting up with a couple of close friends, he wanted to tell his friends that he actually did summon out a creature but unfortunately, the creature was a male. It wasn't exactly a proud announcement for a straight male.
Noise Prince
Tahei was quite a heavy sleeper, and it really would take a smack or a loud noise to wake him up when he was in such a deep slumber. He barely made a sound or moved when the human scooped him up from the couch. The tanuki did, however, slightly smiled when he was cradled. He did wake up at some point from the couch to the bed, though he didn't act like it. He was hoping that he might hear Kaoru say something revealing, or do something he wouldn't do while the thought the summoned creature was awake. It was a kind gesture, though, to lay him onto the much roomier, more comfortable bed. Alas, no such reveals made themselves known, and the dreary tanuki was a little disappointed. Something smelled good, though, but he fell back asleep before the scent could entice him out of the bed. He didn't sleep long, though, as the need to eat drove him out of bed not long after Kaoru left. He didn't see or hear him, and was about to call out, when he saw the paper on the small table nearby. It was a little hard to read his writing, as Tahei was more used to more formal script. So the summoner was a student. Tahei smiled, a little impressed. He wasn't impressed with being left alone all day. Be good? Tahei sneered, what was he to the human, a child? That comment alone made him want to not behave… not that there was much to rebel against. 'Be good' was awful vague. He set the list down, and went to eat whatever had been prepared. Tahei raised the plate and smelled it. He had never seen food like this. Well, at least it was sure to be edible. It actually wasn't bad. He thought it was very savory, even if it was a little cold. He wouldn't mind having this again sometime. Maybe he could figure it out for lunch. But for now, he had the place to himself, and he could have the lights on, so he'd be able to see everything easier. Two hours later, the bedroom was covered in clothes, books, school supplies, magazines, old papers, anything in his way or that bored him that would be tossed aside as he re-examined and explored everything in a new light. He yawned, and stretched, he had spent a lot of time on the floor, bent up in odd positions as he went through a variety of materials. Now he was a bit bored. Tahei fiddled with a hat he had found in his hands, and put it onto his head. It wasn't uncomfortable over his ears, to his surprise, and he ran to find a mirror. His grin grew large. He couldn't tell he had ears at all! This made him quite happy, since for some reason he still couldn't shift out of this specific form. And if he was careful, he could also hide his tail if he got dressed again, and hid the holes with the shirt. He would be indistinguishable from any other human! Fifteen minutes later, after finding the most comfortable way to hide his tail in the pants, Tahei had wiggled out of a window- since the door was locked- and was out on the streets, a smug smile on his face. So long as he returned before five, Kaoru would never know. And he could see for himself how humans lived now. It didn't take long for him to get completely absorbed into the city life, even on a weekday. It also didn't take long for him to get lost. He didn't concern himself over to much until he realized that it had been a few hours, and when he was able to check the time, it was four-thirty. This was a problem. THis was a serious problem, he had no idea how he was going to get back. And it wasn't like he could ask for direction, even though a few people had clearly noticed him pacing back and forth nervously. He remembered the flower shop, and the bakery, but he couldn't remember which was closest to the summoner's home! There were multiple technology shops and he didn't bother remembering the names, so they were useless as landmarks as well. He huffed and scratched the back of his neck. What was he going to do…? Isa Katsura
School goes on quite normally for Kaoru, no one questioned anything out of the ordinary but as usual, time passes by rather slowly for a student. Due to the lack of sleep and the boring tone of the teacher, the student found himself dozing off on his table as he was copying the notes which sounded important. Sliding the pencil across the line notepad, Kaoru had his head on the table, his cheek resting on top of the back of his hand. He only woke up hearing the sound of chairs squeaking out from their places and seeing shadows over him, causing him to join them in standing up and greeting the teacher for dismissal. He did a similar thing in several lessons, stopping for a break during lunch time. After lunch, he felt an uncomfortable feeling within him as if there was something bad that was about to happen like a bad omen, shrugging the feelings off, Kaoru barely made through his lessons. By the time the last bell of the school rang, he quickly shoved his things into his bad before running back home, partially worrying about the other's well-being. If walking took him 15 minutes, running only takes him 10 minutes and before he knew it, he was at the entrance of his house. Unlocking his door in a rush, Kaoru entered his apartment. At first glance everything seems fine when bright lights were switched on all at once. Being calculating about conserving, Kaoru threw his bag down and started switching off all the lights to protect his bill. In the process of switching off the lights, he stumbled into his room. "What the hell?!" He was shocked by the way his best and tidy bedroom turned out. The mess now was a zillion time worse compared to any ordinary boy's room. Kaoru could feel his blood boil with rage as he screamed the Tanuki's name. Expecting to get a response, the student called out angrily for the male once more. Scrambling about to search for the guy within his apartment, he noticed that the male was nowhere in his house. That could only mean one possibility. "That idiot!" He swore to himself that he would bash the tanuki up as soon as he sees him. Darting out of his apartment, Kaoru quickly locked the door and dashed into the streets. He wasn't the type who could shout out people's name in the public and he intends to maintain it that way, looking around the sea of people, his eyes scanned for the tanuki. It isn't helping much with the darkness creeping in as soon as the sun sets down. "Where in the world did he go to?!" He rushed from place to place, entering shops to look around before leaving immediately when he caught no sight of the male. "Wherever you are, you better be safe." Kaoru was surprised by his prayer. The student thought that he was supposed to prevent other humans from finding out that a tanuki had became a human tanuki but why is his wish a hope for safety? Too worried to care much about his self debate, Kaoru was determined to search up every nook and crook of the neighborhood where he resided in. Noise Prince
Tahei, for the most part, had really enjoyed coming out. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too busy, so as he explored, he didn't catch the eye of too many people as he acted like someone who had never seen a modern shop. He even found some change, the money here was interesting. Humans used different materials with different markings to pay for things, it seemed arbitrary. What made one piece of paper worth more than another? But as the novelty faded over the hours, and Tahei realized how lost he was, it became less fun. When he tried to find his way home, and he couldn't, it became no fun at all. He had been walking all day, and more frantically as he tried to retrace his steps to go home. Modern human layouts were so confusing, nothing was intuitive at all. He wasn't too hungry, as someone serving samples had to problem with him eating multiple ones every time she refilled, probably since there were so few people out at this time, but he was thirsty, and tired. His feet hurt. These shoes were weird. Tahei was sitting on a bench, knees on his chest, resting while feeling sorry for himself. He wanted to blame Kaoru somehow, but he knew he couldn't. It wasn't reasonable. Now that it was after school and office hours, the streets started to become more lively, and the tanuki no longer stood out. He was just one of many faces passing through the small shopping district. But just as he was about to get up, to try again, just walking around in hopes that he'd remember, he was approached by a tall man in a dark suit. "Hey, there, I just bought a juice and two came out from the machine. I've noticed you around a lot today and figured you'd be thirsty." He said, holding out a can to the tanuki. Tahei looked at it suspiciously, never drinking out of such a thing in his life. But he was thirsty, and it was a kind gesture, so he took it with a smile. "Thank you," He said, wondering what machine sold these weird drinks. But to his displeasure, the can was completely sealed up. He frowned and started to pick at the strange shape at the center, and the man laughed, sitting down next to him on the bench, and the tanuki put his feet to the ground. "You can't open it?" The man asked, still chuckling. Tahei gave him an indignant look, but the man seemed to pay no mind, and took the can back, opening it with a loud popping sound, and handed it back. "There," He handed it back, and the tanuki looked down at the sudden hole in the can with awe. How did he do that? What was this? What kind of strange product was this? Was it even safe to drink? "What, have you never had a can of juice before?" The man asked, leaning towards him. "Or do you not like the flavor?" Tahei didn't answer, and he took a tentative sip, and his face screwed up. It was really sweet- sickly sweet, and he made a disgusted noise in the back of his throat. The man beside him laughed, scooting closer. "I take it it's the latter, then." He teased. "I don't have any more change on me, so I can't buy you a new one, but I don't live far, and I bet I have something you would like if you-" Tahei suddenly stood up, believing he saw Kaoru's face in the crowd. He put the can down on the bench, and gave the man a large smile. "Thank you for the generous offer, but I have to go." He told him, his head whipping back to the crowd to try to find Kaoru again. He had a large smile on his face, to think the summoner probably came out to find him! But before the creature could take a step forward, the man grabbed his upper arm. "You've been wandering around all day, isn't that right?" The man said, he still had a friendly expression but Tahei didn't trust his tone. "And now you have to go? What's the matter?" Tahei did not keep a friendly expression, however. He did not take kindly to being held back when he was very explicit that he wanted to leave, and he narrowed his eyes, and furrowed his brow, before bringing his foot down onto the man's instep. In shock and pain, the man released his arm just enough for Tahei to pull away, and he disappeared into the crowd, now completely losing sight of the summoner. The man, sitting back down next to the can, rubbing his foot through his shoe, couldn't help but smile. He thought he'd be an easy target, but pursuing one for a while would be fun, too. The business man was sure he'd see that young man again. Besides, he couldn't resist his first tanuki. Tahei's eyes darted around for the familiar face again, becoming a bit more distraught. He was sure he just saw Kaoru not long ago, and now it was like he vanished in thin air. Just before he could pity himself again, however, he did see Kaoru in a quieter area than the one he was in, as Tahaei was near a few restaurants and everyone was hungry, looking as if he was scouring every inch near him. Instead of calling out for him, the tanuki smiled to himself and approached quietly, stepping softly to get closer and closer, and standing perfectly still, wondering how long it'd take for the human to notice him standing there. Isa Katsura
Running around the busy streets in his uniform and filp-flops, Kaoru darted around the crowds, scanning for a familiar face and only halting to get a few deep breaths of air. He thought back, clearly he reminded the tanuki to be good and keep out of trouble and the next thing he knew, the creature is on the loose. "I should have locked you up and throw away the key!" He panted the words out angrily. The student pushed his way past the crowded area, earning words of annoyance as frankly moving his way forward to continue his search. It hasn't been a day since he summoned out the male and troubles had already started. He wouldn't know what is it like to live with a troublesome fellow afterwards. It was probably the first time he ran a long distance, searching for someone and he wasn't, in the least, tired at all. Instead, anxiety and worry built up within him each passing second. After a few minutes into finding, Kaoru leaned his heated body against a cool glass wall. Wiping the droplets of sweat away from his face and gasping for air due to running for too long, the student whipped his head around to see if there is any sight of the tanuki. Buying a can of green tea from the vending machine, his mind started wondering if the male have had his lunch or tea yet, making him even more worried. Gulping down the drink, Kaoru continued his search. Swiping out his phone, the student was about to call up a couple of friends to search a wanted figure with him when he realized that it wasn't a really good idea. What would his close friends think when they find out that Kaoru was getting worked up over a guy. Shoving his phone back into his shirt pocket, Kaoru ran off to another direction, searching the male by himself. When he was really exhausted, his sprinting went to walking and that didn't stop him from his search. Occasionally, he thought that he caught a glimpse of the male but when he made his way there, it was either he mistook the other person for the tanuki or it was the illusion. Resting at a less crowded place, Kaoru glanced up and saw a striking familiar figure. "You!" He ran towards the familiar figure, locking him into a headlock which he had been doing to at least twenty over others. Mistaking another one would only means adding one more to his mistaken list. "You are really a troublesome brat, aren't you?!" He heaved out a sigh. Peeking down at the figure he was holding onto, he wanted to make sure he's got the right person. Noise Prince
Tahei was a little nervous about the man who had grabbed him following him, and he kept looking over his shoulder while shifting through the crowds of people looking for the summoner. Avoiding one person made trying to find another kind of difficult. He was quite worried that maybe he didn't see the summoner, but someone who looked similar, and he was really just getting more lost. His mouth tasted and felt weird from that weird sweet stuff the man gave him, and he wondered if it was safe. While walking, he did notice some people at large machines that they got cans from, and then them drinking from them, so the man's story of the machine and drinking from a can was plausible. But it was so gross, he wondered why anyone bothered with it. The tanuki was sure that he spotted Kaoru a moment ago, but he had completely lost him during the confrontation. He drew up his bottom lip in a frustrated pout, internally cursing that handsy man. He kept going forward where he thought Kaoru, or at least the look-a-like, went, and he didn't intend to go back. He knew that the human world was vastly different, and he wasn't completely ignorant on the modern world, but something like grabbing a stranger when they were trying to leave was despicable. Even if such a thing was acceptable now, he would never allow it. It was a great relief when he found Kaoru again, pleased that even if he had been trying to follow the wrong person, it led to the desired results. He wanted to readily run to him and be taken back to the summoner's home, but he also couldn't resist the idea of playing with him a bit, and instead walked up behind him very slowly, smiling to himself for the few moments Kaoru didn't notice him there. Kaoru didn't take long to see him there, and his tanuki gave him a smile before the human seemed less-than-pleased to see him, and darted for him suddenly and wrapped his arm around his neck, holding him down, and firmly, and the tanuki cried out in surprise and emotional hurt. He thought he'd be happy to find him, like Tahei was, but he was really angry. "A brat?" Tahei looked up, the best he could while being bent over, held in place by his neck, scowling up at him. "How dare you call me that. A-and let me go!" He squirmed against his headlock with no luck.
Isa Katsura
"You really caused me a lot of trouble to look around for you." He spoke in a quiet but dangerous voice. "It must be fun playing hide and seek with me." Kaoru released the tanuki from his grip, straightening the other up and checking to see if the other had injured himself. The student's sweaty palms wandered around the dry clothes of the other before heaving out a sigh of relief. He would have shouted at the creature if not for his relief of being able to find the male and there were a lot of people in the streets. "Thanks to you, my body is covered with sweat." He folded his arms as he glanced at the male, giving the other a displeased look. The worry within him was flushed away replacing with hunger and exhaustion. Feeling his stomach grumbling for food, he skimmed around and found a fast food restaurant nearby. Grabbing the wrist of the other, Kaoru quickly made his way to the restaurant before his stomach was to protest loudly. Pulling the tanuki into the crowded fast food area, he doubt that they will be able to find a seat and if he were to keep his eyes off the male even for a second, he was certain that the guy will run off again so he decided to take away the order. Kaoru dragged the other into the log queue, as he was waiting for his turn to order, he used his free hand to point at the menu board above the cashiers. "That's the menu, choose what you want to eat." He muttered audibly. The student wasn't sure if he looked stupid for teaching a tanuki or the fact that he was gripping onto the other's wrist but either ways, in the society's view, it was strange. Fastfood restaurants are one of the frequent places where students tend to hang out at and with its location, it wasn't uncommon to see students from his school around. Feeling a pat on his shoulder, he whipped his head backwards only to find his small group of friends, Kaoru quickly released his grip from the other and turned to face them. "We thought you've already ran home" His best friend stated. "Who is this? Never seen you hanging out with another person before." One of his other friends commented, scanning the tanuki beside the student. "He looks pretty cute." Another friend chuckled. Damn, the day couldn't get any worse. "This is uh... my younger cousin and I'll break your arms if you become gay for him." Kaoru introduced the tanuki to his friends as he lightly punched the friend whom thinks that the tanuki is cute. At the back of his mind, he wanted to get out quickly to prevent any suspicion from rising up.
Noise Prince
Tahei frowned, and he felt his ears twitch- they would have flattened if they weren't already under the hat- when he was scolded. That was quite a scary voice Kaoru was using! He rubbed his neck a little when he was let up, trying to make a show of how he was being mistreated. "I wasn't hiding, I was lost." The tanuki responded, looking away when he inspected his body, blushing a little. He didn't quite understand what the human was doing, but he felt bad for making him have to come out of his way to find him like this. He wondered if the summoner was worried about him, how long he had spent running around here. The human towered over him, giving him a dissatisfied stare, crossing his arms, and Tahei shrank a bit into his shoulders, then he stood up straight, glaring back. "Is that what you're upset about?" Significantly less so, but Tahei was quite sweaty too, being outside all day. But he had thought the summoner was mad because he was worried something bad had happened to him, but it was because searching for him made him get sweaty? He was a little hurt. He made a small surprised sound when Kaoru suddenly took his wrist, and led him out of the streets inside a place smelling vaguely of food, but nothing he recognized. He kept close now, as the place was quite crowded, and he didn't want to lose Kaoru again. Even if the human didn't care, the tanuki was worried for his own well-being. He was led into a long line with other people, and looked around the restaurant, finding the layout and organization of the place kind of strange. Tahei looked up where Kaoru pointed, and nodded, though he was a bit confused by what he saw. He didn't recognize anything on the board, and a lot of the kanji were strange. The tanuki was pretty literate, but he was used to older kanji, a lot that would have been aged out of common use. And what he could read was weird and he didn't know what it meant. "I'll just eat whatever you order," He said nonchalantly, not looking at him, a bit embarrassed at his own struggling. He didn't really notice that Kaoru was still holding onto his wrist until he let go. He wondered why he had held him for so long. Kaoru turned around and the tanuki turned around as well. There were a small group of people wearing similar clothes to Kaoru. He assumed the human knew them. Tahei couldn't help but smile at the mention that Kaoru ran home. Maybe that's what he did everyday, but he thought maybe he was doing it to return home to him. Then he frowned, because if that was the case, he returned to an empty home before having to find him. He was starting to feel a bit guilty about leaving after being told to stay. One of the human's presumed friends looked Tahei up and down, and the tanuki smiled at the compliment, tilting his head a bit. He was about to say thank you when the human spoke up before he could. Younger cousin? Break his arms if he became gay for him? He looked at his summoner with a shocked expression. He didn't mind being called his cousin, and he found the idea of their cover story being relatives kind of fun, but threatening to break someone's arms…? "You're being contradictory," Tahei said, his face widened with shock relaxed into a smug look. "You say you'll break his arms for 'going gay' for me, but isn't it true that last night you held me down on the bed and touched me in personal areas?" He said with a cheeky smile aimed at the human. Isa Katsura
Kaoru's eyes shot towards the tanuki for a short moment upon hearing the other's words before glancing back at his friends. "Heh, so you're aiming for an incest relationship?" His friends laughed. Kaoru clicked his tongue as he folded his arms. "What personal areas? It's -" he halted before he spilled out the information he wanted to keep. He most definitely can't tell anyone that he was just touching a tail. "Because he fidgets too much!" He turned away from his group of friends as he moved a couple of steps closer to the cashier. Sending a sharp glare towards the direction of the tanuki, Kaoru swore that he would give him a lifetime of touching his personal areas when they got home. "Never knew you have such a cute cousin, does everyone in your family have good genes?" Another friend asked. "No, it's just me." Kaoru replied without hesitation. A couple of minutes passed before the student could finally order. Unsure of the kind of taste the tanuki has, he ordered one spicy and original set meals to take away and passed a larger note in exchange for some smaller notes and coins. Moving one side to wait for his order, Kaoru leaned his arm against the counter while looking at the tanuki. He only darted his head when he felt a firm slap on his shoulder. "Whoa, don't tell me you became homo overnight." His best friend teased. "Tsk. You wouldn't tell me that if you were in my shoes." He shifted his gaze back at the creature. It was true, he was out in the streets because of that guy. If the male isn't a curious fellow, Kaoru could be at home playing games right now. After collecting the things he ordered, Kaoru looked over at his friends whom were ordering their meals. "Guys, I gotta go." He does a short but complicated handshake with his gang before pulling the tanuki away from the counter. "See you later at 8." He heard his best friend called out to him. Responding with a "yeah", the student stepped out of the restaurant. Walking down a familiar path, Kaoru passed a burger to the tanuki. "Here. You can eat it while walking." Unwrapping his own burger, he showed the creature how to do it before taking a bite. Sensing a different change in the atmosphere, Kaoru realized that he haven't asked about how the tanuki spent his day. "So, what did you do today? Besides getting lost." Kaoru looked over at the shorter male.
Noise Prince
Tahei gave Kaoru a victorious smile when the other glared at him, clearly pleased with himself now that the summoner had to try to justify this to his friends. His smile faded though when it sounded like Kaoru was going to specify what 'personal area' he was actually handling, his skin prickling. This place was so crowded, and he was about to reveal it- and his being a tanuki was supposed to be a secret, right?! Fortunately, he stopped himself before he said anything about a tail. His cover was amusing though, as in the end he was still justifying touching his cousin. "Isn't he cruel? Now he's trying to blame me for it." Tahei told his friends, following his summoner when he stepped further up the line, he noticed the human giving him a sharp stare, and the tanuki stuck his tongue out at him, greatly enjoying putting him in an awkward spot. Another one of Kaoru's friends complimented the tanuki, making the critter smile and blush, but again Kaoru answered before he could, and it was Tahei's turn to glare at Kaoru, and he frowned. Tahei wasn't really paying attention when the human ordered, still looking at the odd menu. It was so frustrating not being able to read so much of it. He was clearly at a disadvantage in the modern world, not being able to read so much. This was definitely something he was going to have to work on, somehow he'd find a way to learn to read this modern kanji. Tahei was interested in the money they used though. That was also going to be difficult to learn. But then he reminded himself that he may not even be in the human world that long. The human wasn't that interested in keeping him, after all. The tanuki scowled when his friend teased him about Kaoru's sudden homosexuality. He knew that a disdain for homosexuals had been adopted from the west, but the spirit world never bothered with such things, especially since they weren't as imposed on as the human side, so it made Tahei rather uncomfortable to actually hear it now, himself. He kind of just wanted to leave now. Fortunately, it wasn't much longer after when Kaoru said his goodbyes with his friends, and the tanuki followed him out of the restaurant. "What is this? It's food?" Tahei rose an eyebrows, but he was rather hungry, so he unwrapped the warm round wrapped-up food like the human showed him. He took a tentative bite himself. It was really odd, he wasn't sure if he liked it or not. It wasn't too bad though, so he continued to eat it without complaint. He looked up, when he human asked about his day, frowning a bit in skeptic surprise. Wasn't he upset about that, so why did he care? "I… spent it here. I was looking at all the different stores here. Things are so different here. And I think I was annoying some people, since I was one of the only people around here and I have no money." He took another bite before continuing. "And everyone sells western clothes now, I was surprised." He stated with a shrug. "But there were a lot of very kind people, too. You should learn from them." He added rather curtly. Isa Katsura
Nodding at the other's response, Kaoru assumed that the Tanuki's world was still in a traditional era. "We will still celebrate festivals in traditional clothes though. I'll bring you to one someday." The student stated. He wasn't sure if it is helpful for the creature but hopefully the tanuki would enjoy some familiar things every now and then... At least until they managed to find a way to reverse the spell. Hearing the next sentence made the student cracked up. "Very kind people." Kaoru repeated after the tanuki in a sarcastic tone. The human might not know about the type of world the creature came from but in this world, he is old enough to know that no one would be nice without having the thought of wanting something in return. "What did they do for you?" He shot a question, skimming his eyes all over the tanuki. No matter which angle he sees the creature from, the only things attractive about him were the rather good looking face and the perfectly proportioned build. From Kaoru's 'expert' knowledge of his world, he thought up of some potential people who will go after the tanuki. The student doesn't need to look far when a working lady went up to him. "We are giving out sample tissues. Please take them!" Kaoru was given a packet of tissue. Thanking the lady, the student held up the tissue, his view landed on the tanuki. Is this what the guy meant by kindness? His face clearly questioned the male as Kaoru stared right at him. "They are working." With that, he slipped the packet into his pocket. Every step which led them closer towards his destination, at the back of his mind, Kaoru hoped that the Tanuki have a good sense of direction which would save the student some troubles to look around for the male. The hamburger within his hands was gone in a matter of minutes. Since he was too lazy to find a litter bin, Kaoru just threw the wrapper back into the plastic bag. His action triggered something to his mind and Kaoru checked the time on his watch. The time, while being with the other, flew too fast and it was almost 7. The crowds only gets larger by night time. "I have yet to scold you for messing with my things." Kaoru started off with a calm voice. "Tonight, I'll make sure you clean up everything before you go to bed!" There was no room for joke in his tone. Living alone for a long while made him aware of how he rearranges his things and he would let any newcomer do as they please in his territory. Picking up his pace, Kaoru had himself stuck close to the tanuki to prevent the other from getting lost again as it was more troublesome to look for the male at night. Taking a turn towards one of the buildings, the student halted in front of a tall building. Glancing back to see if the other had followed him, Kaoru shuffled through his wallet for the house keys. Noise Prince
Tahei noticed the human looking over him again, and he frowned a bit. It made him feel strange when he was looked at like that. What was Kaoru thinking about when he kept looking at him that way? It was so weird, he didn't think it was a normal thing to do nowadays. He cleared his throat, and pushed some of his hair back before taking a few more bites of the burger. The tanuki smiled when he saw a person from earlier who gave him a tissue pack, she still seemed to be in a good mood, smiling when they approached, and just as generously gave Kaoru a pack. He gave the student a smug smile when he took it, but Kaoru seemed not to acknowledge his point, giving him a rather pointed look. "Working? For who?" He asked, wondering what motive could be behind giving multiple people free things. Tahei tried to keep mind places they passed as they headed home, though sometimes he stopped being so observant, and would catch himself not paying attention. Still, he hoped that he would be able to find his way home next time he went out. If he was careful- admittedly not his strong suit- he could even get home before Kaoru. The tanuki looked up at the human, with a light grimace on his face. A scolding, now? He had all but forgotten about the mess back at the human's home. He groaned, tilting his head. "But I don't remember where everything goes- that's why I didn't put anything away." He lied. "I assumed you liked it a certain way, and it'd be more troublesome to have to undo it all if I did it wrong, right?" Then he gasped softly. "Why? It will take such a long time for me to clean all that, and I'm so tired…" He said, dramatically acting as if he'd fall asleep that very minute, unaware that the human was more preoccupied with finding his keys.
