Shuichi let he two talk trying not to listen in on their conversation although with them so close it was hard not to overhear some of it even if he felt rude for it. When the man stood to leave Shuichi smiled at him "Thanks." He said trying to sound up beat, he didn't want any-ones sympathy. Looking at Motoki he replied "As soon as I can, I don't want to stay here, hospitals don't sit well with me and I need a change of clothes too." He cleared his throat wincing slightly at the pain before saying "I doubt they will let me out though, I just hope Kio remembered to lock my house earlier." He sighed briefly before trying to dispel such thoughts, there was no point worrying. "Shouldn't your friend be at the campus, it is a Friday after all." Shuichi lacked the understanding of friendship like these two males seemed to posses, he had never really had true friends, or he probably had but he couldn't remember those times. He and Kio weren't friends, ore acquaintances that licked each others wounds when they had nothing better to do, neither of them would skip work for the other. Kio had Fridays off.

"Janai took off to look after me. He was really worried about me. It would seem to everyone we take our friendship very seriously but its not that. Janai is actually distant family. A cousin of mine but everyone instantly think we are childhood friends so we never correct them." he mumbled as he yawns a bit. Motoki glanced over at Shuichi. "Sorry about this but I am really tired. I think I will sleep for a while." he said before closing his eyes

Shuichi nodded "Okay, sorry, don't bother yourself on my account." He lay still for a while before boredom overtook him and he caught the eye of a nurse. He asked her if he could be released. She refused. Of course she did. Still he wanted something to do and since as long as he took the iv cords with him he was allowed to wander he decided to search the hospital for a book store. Something to read might help relieve the boredom.

He wandered for a good time before he eventually found anything that could possibly sell books. They weren't very intellectual ones but there were some novels he had heard were good. Buying one he also picked up a paper and found a coffee shop within the hospital to sit and read the news, he didn't want to return to the ward yet, this place was full enough of the ill he didn't want to remain in another area even more full of the sick - he might catch something. It wasn't until occasions such as this that he realised he was slightly obsessive-compulsive. Was he always like that? Another thing he couldn't remember.

Motoki was soon instantly sound asleep beside the other. He didn't realize Shuichi had left the area at all. He was far too tired and in a lot of pain. He was feeling rather happy the other decided to t him stay for a while. He could keep the flirting going which was a lot of fun for him. He was sure Shuichi wasn't into guys and probably didn't realize he was flirting until Janai pointed it out. However he liked the responses he got from him. Even if the other was a teacher he was good looking and young. Motoki really wanted to ask Shuichi out but he was worried he might get rejected. His plan to use the time spent at his house to attack.

Shuichi rose when he got bored of the insatiable babbling in the coffee shop, people blathering on about their troubles as if their confidants actually cared. He rolled his eyes before standing. He had to put his hand instantly back onto the table to steady himself as he felt a wave of dizziness overcome him. Breathing in deeply he regained his sense of gravity and made his way back to the ward where he lay down and began reading. It was getting late but he just wasn't tired, he hadn't done anything physical to make him tired and his brain hadn't exactly been used during the day so mentally he wasn't tired either. He guessed it would be a long night. He looked across at the still sleeping undergrad student. He was very jealous that the male could sleep. Still he might as well read the book he brought. Opening it up he started to read.

Motoki continued to sleep for a while more before waking. He rubbed his eyes as he stared up at the ceiling. His gaze drifting towards Shuichi. "Sensei are you awake over there? I was wondering if I could borrow your listening skills for a bit. I have a serious problem but I'm not sure what to do about it. I talked with Janai and he told me to let it go but it's not so easy. Maybe from an adults point of view u might have better luck. Care to help?" he asked before looking back at the ceiling.

Shuichi looked up when he heard his prefix being spoken. He raised an eyebrow at the other before without saying anything looking back at his book and taking note of the page number, he was almost half way through already: it wasn't an enormous book and he was a fast reader. Then he shut the paper backed book and placed it on his lap before looking back at the other male wondering what on earth it could be that his student wanted. "I can't imagine I off all people will be able to give you a better response but if you still want my opinion then you can feel free to confide in me." He prompted now intrigued.

"Thank you sensei. This might sound odd but the other night I was kidnapped. So guy just plucked me off the streets. I know as a teacher you would instantly ask if I went to the cops. However i didn't want to. I thought about it but something about the guy was different from what one would call a typical kidnapper. He wasn't agressive and he wasn't skilled in the art of kidnapping. My opinion is it was a impulse catch." he said taking a moment to think. "Here's where my problem lies. I want to find this person and meet them. I can tell he's probably some guy wishing to find someone special. I want to be that special person. Do you think I'm weird? What would you do if you were me?" Motoki asked

Shuichi felt his eyes widen and had to conscientiously try and keep his pulse down and breathing steady to try and maintain any level of sanity. It took him a while like this to fully comprehend what he was being told. Motoki had wanted to find him. He had actually enjoyed it. He wanted to see that kidnapper again, that horrible side of himself. He wanted to put his head in his hands and rub his temples to try and think but he couldn't he had to remain calm as if he were a teacher, a teacher and nothing more. But it was so hard as he felt the blood pulsing through his wrists and his heart flutter wanting to speed up. He swallowed knowing he had to reply. With cautious words he responded: "I understand your hypothesis, but you have no evidence to back it up, nothing about kidnapping implies that a person is looking for something more or someone to love." He knew he was shooting himself in the foot right now but he had to act as if it wasn't him. He had to be logical and give a response as if this was a completely different case and he was not the kidnapper. "I don't think you are weird however your logic is faulted to the point where I can only guess that you are trying to deal with this by wanting it more. Of course I am a physicist not a psychiatrist." He ignored the last question. What would he have done? At what point in his life? Now? Before he became like this? When he was Motoki's age? Or when he was an Undergrad? He knew he wouldn't have done the same thing at each different point in his life. He had no idea what he would have done before then, he couldn't remember.

Motoki chuckled a bit. "I had a feeling you would say that sensei. I honestly know one would have that idea. However you have one thing wrong sensei. I may not have seen his face or got a reason. It was beside his actions. His eyes had the look of someone looking for something deeper. One who's trying to connect but can't do it properly." he said as he closed his eyes. "I guess asking a teacher would be too logical for my situation. I do thank you for listening any way. I do plan to keep looking. If I am wrong then I am wrong but if I am right then I will have found a soul mate." he said softly

Shuichi swallowed looking away not wanting the other to see the pain in his eyes at that moment. His soulmate, how could he be so sure of that? How could he be so sure of what shuichi felt when he himself didnt have a clue? How was that fair? He wanted to curl up and wallow in his own self pity but he couldn't. Not here. "Go back to sleep." He grumbled. He knew in the others eyes he had no reason to be upset but he couldnt keep the act up any longer. Opening up his book he stared at the words seeing them but not taking them in. How could this barely adult man pressure to understand so much about his person simply from a look. There was no way he could and it was egotistical to think he could. Could he?

Motoki didn't say anything more to Shuichi. It was clear the other was going to give him logical answers to his questions. He didn't care though. He would search for this person even so. If he failed in finding them then bed give up. It wasn't like he had anything to lose from looking. His mind was already made up despite what anyone else had to say.

It was 3am when Shuichi finally fell asleep, his eyes slowly shutting and the words on the page blurring until he relaxed back into the covers submitting to the soft comfort of his dreams and the book fell from his hands onto the duvet. His breathing evened out as he slept, his mind trying to make head and tail of the events of the day, in the process giving him dreams filled with desire for the man beside him, mixed with the confusion of his own mind and the fantasy of the book he had fallen asleep reading. The dreams weren't significant bad but they made his breathing irregular and he only really relaxed into a deeper peaceful sleep when the dreams left him about three hours later. Then he slept well although he would be awakened soon.

Motoki was asleep well into the night and part of the morning. About five am he had woken and called for a nurse. He had enough of being in the hospital. He alway found them creepy since people often died in places like this. So knowing he could leave once morning arrived only made it easier to wake. He looked at the nurse as she removed the IV and such. He smiled and thanks her before walking out the room. He glanced back at Shuichi before walking down the hall. He couldn't wait to be outside and smell the fresh air.

Shuichi awoke due to all the soft movement beside his bed, for as long as he could remember he had been a light sleeper. His eyes opened to see Motoki leaving the room. He frowned but his mind was still to groggy to process why it was exactly that he had frowned. After a few minutes he actually woke up. He needed a cup of tea, but it would be foul here. Catching a nurse he asked if his papers could be signed so he could leave. He wanted to be at home. It was only then that he realised why he had been frowning earlier, the male that had asked him for a place to stay had left. He was a little insulted that he was no longer needed, but it was safer this way at least. There was no chance of the other recognising his house.

An hour later he was allowed out. But he had no car. He sighed wondering if he should call a taxi or Kio. Standing outside the hospital felt better though, the fresh air was so nice after the illness and likelihood of death that surrounded the entire building. He spent a while debating a taxi and instead decided to go to the nearby park. It wasn't big, just a small patch of grass but he wanted to sit and watch the world go by for a moment and forget himself so he wandered over to the bench and sat down just letting the world wash over him.

Motoki had decided to walk home after getting out of the hospital. He just wanted to think a little to himself. A lot had happened so far and all seemed to be falling apart for him. However he didn't want to dwell too much on it. He still had to finish university since dropping out wasn't an option. He made it half way home before stopping by the little park. He sat on a swing and just rocked a bit. That night replaying in his head. It was hard to just forget something like that. He wonders if he should forget it and stop looking. It was something that Ao's crossed his mind. Motoki wasn't one for wild goose chases yet this felt different. He really had high hopes of finding this person.

Shuichi stood after a while and flagged down a taxi. He really wanted to get home, lock up his house and anything that could be misconstrued or more to the point anything that could be seen for what it was and put his current lifestyle in danger. The

taxi driver tried to make conversation but he was met with deaf ears and so quickly gave up and just drove in silence.

When they got back to the house Shuichi rushed to the door wanting to get the money quickly so as not to keep the driver waiting to long. It was unlocked. He swallowed slightly scared but decided to focus on the moment. Rushing in he grabbed his wallet and paid the man before going to make a cup of tea so he could think things through properly and with a logical train of thought.

Motoki continued to sit upon the swing. He didn't wish to go anywhere at the moment. He closed his eyes as he started to think a little less. His head hurt far too much to keep thinking at the time. His thoughts decided to go blank. He came to the conclusion that it was time to give up and forget. The man from that night was just never going to return. It was something he would have to live with. He was ready to accept that fact.

Shuichi sat down. Everything was locked up and there was nothing that could be misconstrued with the capability to bring up a court case around him. He smiled. But his self satisfaction was short lived. He still felt terrible and what made it even worse was that he had offered his student a place to stay, someone who obviously needed it and he had then left without even checking if Motoki had already been dismissed or he was just wandering. He felt dreadful. He had to try and find the male he concluded. But how? Walking back to the hospital was out of the question and it would be dangerous for him to drive in his current state. So his options were to wander around. He could go to the males house. But he would rather not. Then it came to him that the other certainly appeared to spend a lot of time in the local park. He smiled: he would check there first.

Locking up the house Shuichi made his way towards the park, keeping his eyes open in case he were to suddenly spot the other. It was only when he got most of the way down the street he realised just how badly he needed a shower, and a change of clothes. He pulled a slight face disgusted by himself but decided to keep on going, he could shower later. Reaching the park he looked about wondering if the other truly would be here.

His gaze lowers as he felt tired. He just wanted to sleep despite being outside. The slow rocking of the swing wasn't helping either. It just made him feel more sleepy. Slowly letting his eyes close he at one point thought he saw someone. However he was sure it was all just in his head. It was late and he knew no one was coming to the park at this hour. His grip on the swing slowly loosened as Motoki allowed sleep to take hold of him.

Shuichi looked around in the growing darkness. It took a while for his eyes to focus on the male on the swing but when he did he realised who it was: Motoki. He breathed a sigh of relief and walked over to the male. "Come on you can't sleep here you'll catch your death if you do!" But too late he noticed the other was already in the land of his own dreams. Letting a small smile lighten his face Shuichi gently lifted the other into his arms, gritting his teeth against the fight his arms had to put in. His body was still severely weakened and while last week carrying this male had been easy now it was particularly difficult. But he didn't want to wake the male so he endured and made his way home.

Motoki didn't realize he had fully fallen asleep outside. Let alone the fact that someone had really been there. He felt the touch of someone as he was carried but didn't bother to wake up. It wasn't until they were just about there that he opened his eyes. "Uh, where am I? What's going on?" he mumbled as he could tell he was being carried. He just didn't know by who or where to.

Shuichi looked down as the other awoke. His arms were burning but they were nearly there so he wasn't going to stop now. Through gritted teeth he attempted to make his voice sound gentle so as not to startle the male in his arms. "It's Shuichi, you said you needed a place to stay but then left so I figured I could check the one place I thought you could be. Just rest, we're nearly there and then you can sleep properly." He let his thumb gently rub the others shoulder blade from where it was resting upon his arms before turning into his house and pushing the door open with his elbow. "I'll take you to the guest room. Do you want any water or food?" He asked wondering if the other was comfortable with the current situation.

Suddenly it dawned on him how close they were, his mouth went dry, the last time they had been this close they had been in the basement fucking - to put it bluntly. He breathed in suddenly feeling his arousal starting to stir.

Motoki blinked some as he heard the voice. "Sensei put me down! You just left the hospital too. No need to push yourself for my sake. I do thank you. I did forget about asking you that. I came to that park to do some thinking." he said softly. His gaze lowering some as he noticed the closeness. "Uh, sensei this might seem weird but you smell really nice."

Shuichi was slightly shocked by the sudden observation. His footsteps faltered slightly before he opened the spare room door and gently lay the other on the bed "that's very nice if you to say but I can assure you I don't, I need a shower." He shifted uncomfortably a aware of how much he wanted to fuck this male into the night but painfully aware that physically he couldn't and he just couldn't, not in this situation. "Err..." He faltered at a lode of what to say "well I am going grab a shower, it's just next-door to this room so help yourself when I am done." He said feeling self conscience and a little awkward.
