The Model's Manager (Private: Alexia and Wolf)

PLOT:

 

Ever since he was little, MC had never been able to show his emotions. He had a cute face, a nice slim body, interesting hair and eyes, but he was quiet and physically incapable of showing his emotions. MC has a manager, YC, who is forcing himself closer and closer in hopes to "help MC learn to express his emotions".

 

A model spends a lot of time on with his manager, however, for MC, maybe he spends a little too much time with his manager? Not only days but even some nights get spent together. Is this more then just a manager trying to help his model learn expressions? And is there something more behind this expressionless wall?

Bio: For all his life, Taikou was always expressionless and because of that, never made any friends. He typically had a lot on his mind but was always so quiet about it and because of his inability to physically show emotions, he gets caught up in a lot of misunderstandings. Became popular when he became a model but because he is a celebrity, he now has to keep a certain distance from everyone else.

Out back, in a dressing room, sat a young teenage male. He was sitting in the chair he typically sat in for the workers to do his make-up before the shoot, however, he had just finished a long photo shoot his manager managed to book him. The teen looked like nothing was phasing him but he did also look tired considering his head was on the table out in front of him and he was all slouched letting out a sigh.

 

The teen was staring at the things behind him through the mirror in front of him. He looked completely spaced out as if he were a million miles away. The photo shoot had taken all day and the director barely let the teen rest at all wanting the pictures to be "Perfect". The teen let out another distanced sigh as someone opened the door. The male hadn't even noticed until the person knocked despite the door being open.

 

The popular model turned his head a little to look at the door before he sat up straight again watching the person at the door. He had his usual expressionless face but for some reason the person at the door knew the teen was really tired. He was the only person able to read the teen at least a little bit.

Name: Takahashi Adam

Appearance: Light grey ash hair and light eyes. Quite tall and firm, often refuses to cut hair so is a bit long on the sides and back.

 

Personality: Passionate individual that has advanced in his career despite his young age. Often shows his emotions directly or says how he feels. Out going and refreshing, easy to approach and it understandable of people's characters and ideals.

 

Biography: Adam was born in Japan to a Japanese father and a French mother. Both his parents are passionate photographers. His mother owns a photography studio for weddings; his father works on backgrounds. Adam grew up in the arts business and soon decided he wanted to make people famous and the best they could be.

 

Extra: Adam studied fashion design and creative photography in France do to his mother's connections. He became increasingly good at his job and earner recognition quickly. Quickly after returning to Japan a modeling agency hired him.

 

 

 

Adam's head leaned on one side as he took in the other males appearance, although as usual, it look unchanged, he could tell that indeed there was tiredness. His grip hardened against the leather file cover he had on his hand and gave a bright smile.

"Your taxi is here, come I'll see you home" said Adam. The day had been exhausting and even he, who had to sit on the side and keep an eye on the procedures, was tired. Often did these things take longer than required, and even if they didn't reflect on the boy's face Adam knew he was drained. His steps were quick as he approached his and places his hand on the other's back.

 

"Rest and I'll talk to you about your new proposition tomorrow" his eyes indicated the leather files.

The teen stared up at his manager spaced out quite a bit but he nodded in time and got up. The male was a few inches shorter then his manager and so he was constantly lifting his head a bit to compensate for the height difference since the two seemed to always be standing unusually close together. The two were strangely close but no one really suspected anything and treated it like an owner being cautious of his spacey pet.

 

Taikou Shima Had only gone to the dressing rooms after the shoot so he could sit down while waiting for his manager to come and pick him up. Taikou followed behind his manager but was staying so close, it was amazing Adam wasn't getting a flat tire with every step they took.

As they exited the building a gush of air pushed some of Adam's hair on his face slightly blinding him. Quickly he pushed it away and found their taxi.

"Over here" he told the zombie like boy. He could only imagine how tired the child was, his face might not show it but his body did.

The door to the vehicle was opened on both males hopped in. The night was refreshing an quite lovely, the city lights illuminated the every aspect that one might miss.

 

"Sleep if you want for now" said Adam while his phone was removed from his pocket and opened. He ran through the emails that he was supposed to be talking to Taikou about, but his guilt for making the boy so tired prevented him.

Adam didn't have to tell Taikou twice, for he had already begun dosing off and soon he fell sideways onto his Manager's shoulder. There was no doubt that anyone who looked at the two would think this model was a handful and that Adam may be the only person who had enough patients to deal with him. Those people couldn't be much more on the point. Taikou was always caught spacing out or wandering about somewhere, and there were always those times when Taikou got himself caught up in a mess of people misunderstanding him. He may not talk much but he could still be a handful without so many words.

 

The teen managed to wake up on his own the moment the car got within a block of their destination. He blinked slowly and shifted enough to look at his manager to see what he was up to. The teen did like to know his schedule ahead of time and he sat up, pulling away from Adam's shoulder, wanting to know more about what tomorrow was going to look like for him. He simply tilted his head a little to express the question.

Once the warmth that had been building up on Adam's arm left he knew Taikou was awake, he slightly chuckled to himself as he saw the state the boy was in. If anyone asked Adam he was ready to become some professional emotion recognized, if that even existed. The effort that took to understand Taikou was so much that some day's even he gave up.

When he had first been assigned to the boy he thought he was dislikes or unwanted. At one point, after some observation, Adam concluded that the teen was that way towards everyone.

Barely speaking.

Barely showing emotions.

And of course barely getting understood.

 

"No now you're tired it will only heat up your head" he said to the other, who he knew had asked a question. The large luxurious apartment buildings came into view and after they stopped Adam helped Taikou down and to his house. It was almost unbelievable that in such a short time this child had grown to become so popular as to appear in top magazines, shows, and in the fashion industry.

But he assumed that's what a pretty face did to people.

"Go straight to bed" he told the boy once at the door.

 

As managed of Taikou Shima for over a year, Adam had to admit that he kept his record clean in things he knew about the teen. Other than his lack of anything, he was completely clueless when it came to family life, love life, or personal life.

"See you tomorrow" he told the other. And also, he forgotten, never had he set foot in the boy's house.

THe spacey kid stared at his manager for a while still hoping he'd talk about the schedule but just what was said about it heating up his head told the male that he had another long day ahead of him tomorrow. He finally decided to give a nod nearly five minutes later completely late and off time. Taikou's eyes drifted towards the window where his apartment complex was and he simply watched for a while.

 

When they got out of the car, Taikou followed close behind his manager to the Shima residence where he was dropped off at his door. He turned back to Adam and as his manager walked away, the model waved a lonely and sad wave that kind of looked like a normal wave since he did this almost every night he was dropped off at his door.

 

Taikou finally turned back inside and closed the door behind him. He walked up stairs to where his parents were just talking in their room and having a drink. Taikou waved to them as well and headed into his room. He managed to get changed into his pajamas and he did as he'd been told and went straight to bed.

Adam's mornings consisted of a full hour jog, heavy breakfast, since sometimes lunch had to be sacrificed, a long read of Taikou's appointments and photo shots.Then, he would dress after; today's outfit consisted of a more casual look due to the photo shot taking place outside. As a manager he had to always look presentable, this being one of the things he mostly emphasized, and due to his fashion lessons back in France he often applauded his closet

 

In general, the day was chilly with some wind but he knew it would cause no harm to Taikou and refrained from cancelling the appointment. Once in front of the boy's house he phones him and waited.

 

"I'm here" he said softly into the devise.

Taikou woke up on time, thankfully, and he got ready. He had a simple and not too large breakfast because he really wasn't much of an eater and he then did some really strange stretches before getting dressed in some very nice and casual clothes. The teen wore a simple outfit (Left picture of his Character sheet). The male had just finished brushing his teeth when his phone rang and he picked up. Taikou nodded even though Adam couldn't see it and he began to walk down stairs while still on phone.

 

Taikou waved again to Adam as his own personal greeting before the two were off. The smaller boy was trying to figure out what his schedule for the day was and he looked around Adam's arm since he was too short to look over his shoulder. The teen's soft and brushed hair touched Adam's arm even though he probably couldn't feel it because of what he was wearing.

He quickly began to review the papers when he noticed the teen looking over his shoulder.

"Its for sports" he said his face slightly turning "they might out you for some polo cometia--" Adam's words stopped on the back his throat as his face came inches to Taikou's.

 

He hadn't realized how close the two were until then, his eyes stared at the others and then shifted to the boy's rosy lips. Alarmed he looked away and back at the papers. His heart beating loudly due to the surprise and closeness.

"So-rry" he said quickly.

Although he couldn't see his own face Adam knew he was blushed

Taikou looked at his manager and tilted his head a little confused as to why he stopped and suddenly turned away. The teen wasn't really aware of how uncomfortable he made the other feel by being so close but Taikou moved away again and began to just space out and think again.

 

The teen leaned his head back and spaced out wondering about his manager. He was always a little strange but then again wasn't Taikou the strange one? Those thoughts ran through his mind as the model's day began.

The piercing sun make the day bright and but the winds made it chilly and acceptable. He watched like usual, making sure everything ran smoothly. Even at one point he sat there just looking into nothing, the job of a manager was so unneeded in moments like these he said to himself.

His eyes landed on the model, Taikou worry nice and fancy clothing, took pictures; the photographer was in charge of everything, make up did something. Bitterly he swallowed the water he was drinking and looked at the sky.

 

Time such as these he would wonder back and forth about things relating to his life and then at one point they would turn to Taikou's.

"why the hell" he told himself as he watched the boy, and his almost to nothing emotion. This was done many times during the week, he would sit somewhere, watch, and wonder.

"Not normal" his eyebrows frowned showing Adam's slight pissed off mood.

Taikou really didn't have the luxury to space out for even a second once they made it on set. He had a thousand different commands thrown at him that he had to obey and so he was constantly moving around, changing, posing. The model did get some time for a break with this group and his first instinct was to find his manager. Only Adam really understood Taikou's needs and because of how quiet the model was, most of the photography agencies didn't even bother to try and take care of food or drinks for Taikou.

 

The model walked up to his manager and poked him in the back slightly the way he always did to get the other's attention. Taikou tilted his head hoping Adam had brought the special energy drink the teen liked. He many different thoughts about why he found his manager where he did, why the other was wondering so much, as well as other thoughts about Adam came into his head.

"yes" answered Adam as he reached into the bag he had brought that day. A small pouch of juice was taken out and handed to Taikou. The older male had bough large amounts of energy drinks when he found out Taikou's liking to them. It was quite comical but convenient and in general did the job well.

 

"here" said Adam as he handed the boy a sandwich, "eat it or else you'll faint" for a boy Taikou was quite skinny, from other shots Adam knew the teen was fit but still worried over it; normally he would have no one to compare Taikou's body to, other than himself, and once he did that he knew extremely worried.

He kept an eye on the boy in front of him but his thoughts trailed out again, making Adam's eye brows form an irritated expression on his face. He had begun to wonder if it was the stress, but dared not say anything. As a manager there was no free days, if his model was working all the time then so would he.

 

"Still haven't talked to anyone?" asked Adam

Taikou took the drink happily, yet not showing it on his face at all. The only way of telling he was happy was based on how quickly he got to drinking the energy drink. The male also took the sandwich in his hand and nodded wanting to listen to Adam's words. It was times like these that made Adam seem more like a parent then a manager.

 

"Still haven't talked to anyone?"

 

The model thought about the words for a moment before he looked back at the group getting everything ready for the next couple shots. He turned back to his manager and shook his head knowing he probably won't be talking to any of them anyway. The teen finished off almost the entire drink before he unwrapped the sandwich and began to eat it slowly. Taikou was a bit hungry and all that moving around had just made him hungrier so the sandwich was more appreciated then first expected.

"How about talking to me?" he said

Adam did not mean to sound forceful, or maybe he did, but at that moment he was so irritated at nothing that he wanted to vent. He watched the other eat not taking his eyes away. Where they were, the sun did not hit making the temperature seem a lot cooler than it really was.

 

Looking at the grass for a second his eyes snapped back up to meet Taikou's "talk to me" he told the other "anything will do, just say something or else it will never get better"

It was obvious for someone that had been with the boy for so long to see his anxiety towards the way he was. It was clearly obvious as well that the teen perhaps wanted to change or even be able to talk to other.

Taikou slowed down his chewing as he thought for a while. He really didn't know what to say. He was always the one listening or getting lost in his own thoughts so he never really knew what to say. Finally Taikou spoke up but he said the words that his manager probably was expecting but didn't want:

 

"I'm sorry, I don't know what to talk about." He tilted his head again just like a dog before he focused on his food again and began to eat it slowly. The model did want to talk with the manager and he opened his mouth after swallowing as if to talk more but just then he was called again and Taikou closed his mouth before wrapping up the last couple bites of sandwich and placing the drink down to go back to the photo shoot.

A loud sighed escaped Adam's lips as he watched the other go.

"How can someone not know what to say" he thought to himself before leaning back into the chair and waited.

 

After a few hours Adam's attention was snapped back to a screaming photographer. Quickly he got to his feet and walked over to the scene. The man looked agitated, his breathing coming in hard and desperateness. Looking around Adam could tell that everyone was awkward and silent.

The man was the head director of the photo shot, he prepared all the positions, clothing, and all else that was to be printed.

"I'm sorry" said the older man as he sat down "we are done for today, it is impossible"

 

For what the others had told Adam the director was quite passionate when it came to actual emotions in all aspects being reflected in the pictures, especially a smile. Taikou had blown a fuse in the man due to his lack of emotional display and the pictures which he was required to smile had not been successful.

 

Adam looked to the floor and then forced himself to face Taikou, he could only imagine what the kid must be feeling. But if he was sad, there was nothing to see.

Taikou was staring at his feet. The director had tried to get him to smile for a while even if just for that one picture, the only problem was that this model couldn't physically form a smile or any other emotion on his face. He stared down feeling absolutely horrible inside while looking like a wall on the outside. The teen suddenly ran at his manager but stopped a few feet away. The male closed his eyes then opened again as he started at his manager hoping they could get away from there as fast as possible.

 

When they were in the car, Taikou let out a sigh and out of no where just said, "I'm sorry." The teen was staring out the window so he wasn't even looking at Adam when he said that. Taikou had his hands clasped super tightly together showing his only form of emotion expression. The male felt scared from being yelled at, Sad for not being able to smile, hurt because he was yelled at for something he physically couldn't do and hurt because he felt he let Adam down.

"well" added the older male "the pictures will get published and the job ends here"

 

After small talk with the other, they had all concluded to end it there. It wasn't as if the photo's were terrible, in fact Taikou looked far more handsome than he always did so the team agree to work with what they had.

Softly Adam pinched the bridge between his nose and sighed "This has never happened before" he stated.

 

If anything it was bound to happen, males magazines were one thing, but someone as popular as Taikou many job were thrown at him daily. It was only a matter of time before the bomb exploded in their faces.

 

"Taiko" called Adam in a serious tone that he usually refrained from using around the boy "this needs to change" he continues "you are not a statue and it is not impossible"

Never had he though the words would leave his mouth, he general he did not care whether Taikou was a rock. The kid was silent but added in conversation when required he was pretty smart and daydreamed about anything, he wasn't a burden, or cocky, obnoxious, if anything he was perfect.

But just because Adam's thought so, didn't mean the rest of the industry agreed.

The teen was filled with a deep feeling of regret as even Adam was telling him off. Taikou looked down at his feet feeling like he'd done something very wrong. The teen knew he could only go so far before his emotionless demeanor was brought up as a horrible thing. He had been happy that the photographers could work with what they had but that didn't change the fact that they were upset that he couldn't show emotion and that his manager was also being very serious about this, so it must be a huge deal.

 

Taikou didn't believe there was a way to break this emotionless wall he was stuck with since he was born. The teen sighed and looked towards his manager hoping for some help rescuing him from his emotionless self. Taikou wasn't even sure what kind of exorcises you'd do to try and fix this. He tried to think but only kept coming up blank with no ideas at all in his head.

"Please don't be sad" he sighed knowing how much with all affected Taikou. Without realizing it Adam's hand moved up and settled on the boy's hair, his fingers run through it as he tries to mess it up slightly smiling.

The motion was simple, the touch irrelevant but Adam still felt as if he was touching gold, or something sacred.

 

'You're crazy' he told himself as his hand was removed. "It's fine" he told Taikou "I will help"

 

Inside his chest a small pain erupted but it wasn't that of an uncomfortable feeling, it was warm and almost fuzzy and the more he looked at the teen the more he felt it. His eyes averted a little and he turned to see where they were in the city and how much longer until exiting the car.

Taikou looked over at the manager with his insides jumping for joy while the outside remained stoic. He was thrilled to be getting help and it just made the teen feel so much better. He again tried to think about what it was that he would have to do to fix his little problem however, once again, he came up with nothing. Why was this so hard to think about?!

 

Anyway, the teen looked out the window himself and luckily they were very nearby now so it wasn't much longer dealing with the traffic before turning onto a less crowded road to finish getting to their destination. Before getting out of the car, Taikou looked back at his manager just waiting like a dog for farther instructions on what to do next

"come on" he tells the teen. The agency building was large and full of glass, glass windows everywhere giving it a shiny look. Both boy's make their way to the 4th floor and enter Adam's office.

 

"practice" he says as he walks over to a coffee machine "if you practice talking then it will get better, emotions come out when you familiarize with others" pouring the drink in two cups he took it to a small sitting area there and placed it on the table.

A computer laid on a couch and once Adam had seated himself he reached for it and turned it on,

Taikou tilted his head a little but finally understood what Adam was talking about. He walked about the office before sitting down in one of the chairs he was trying to think of a topic to talk about but he couldn't seem to think of anything. The teen was frustrated but just looked like he was spacing out again.

 

When Taikou came back to reality he stared at his manager as he turned his computer on. The smaller boy wasn't sure what to say or do so he just waited to be told something else to do while he simply drank his coffee.
