Well this picture was for four years ago when I went to Malaysia so I don't really remember where it exactly was, I just know that I was on a cable car going up a mount when I saw this building and took a picture fast...It impressed me that a beautiful-Chinese like building was built up on a mountain like this, they sure worked so hard for it.

Good luck to everyone participating :) Here is my entry!

Something most odd in this photo is that the model is suspended in a way that combines the building with its illusory reflection to create a single, complete form. Based upon a Shinto shrine located in Japan's inland, the architecture is both iconic and historical. This sent me shivers... the exploration of anyone or anything reflection can most often feel a bit uncanny. Hope you guys enjoy it :)

This is the centerpiece of the University of economics in Vienna called „The LC" (Library and Learning Center) but the inside is more extraordinary =) The Campus is actually very huge and it’s surrounded by so many odd and unique buildings. It was hard to choose one but the LC is in my opinion a masterpiece ^^

This well maintained, massive building has two floors. It is located somewhere in Caticlan. I accidentally saw it when i lost my way while visiting a friend in the province. It has an ancient feel when your outside but the inside is so modern, so high-tech. It was so interesting and hilarious. But the oddest thing about this building is the second floor. It doesn't have roofs. And it wasn't because of typhoon or anything. it was made that way. And so they said. i wonder. But during my latest visit. It stood as majestic and roof-less as is.

I hope this counts as abstracts ^^ I dunno where i took this pic, but it was somewhere warm and was an old town which was flooded, so the tower is all that shows ^^

This is the museum next to the university I attended. The building is covered with stainless steel plating. Students call it the aluminum building. Hehe. ^^

Took this picture supposedly as a school assignment. The buildings captured me because of its shapes, architecture and ingenuity. This was taken near my college school. :)

thank you for this month's interesting theme. *love it* Here is my entry

~The Eye~

*Mall of Asia ARENA or popularly called ~MOA EYE~ ; It is the largest (so far) Arena in the Philippines. What's genius about the design of the Giant Eye is that the eye can be seen a good few kilometers away, especially at night, since the middle part or the 'iris' of the eye has a giant led screen which shows the concert promotion or any event it host. Genius and odd architecture if you ask me.

My country is a place of numerous architectural wonders.

Every temple, every mosque, every church.

There are buildings that are taller than the New York skyscrapers.

There are some that are small and ornate.

It's difficult to choose one picture when there are so many.

But here's my entry:

Structure: One of the many marble Jain temples that we visited. My mother is also seen in the frame.

Place: Rajasthan, India.

, it's quite far from where I was living before. And it's a place that you need to really go to purposely if you want to visit it. And it's great for events and weddings since the photo op with The Ruins background is good. Sadly, I moved away to a different region so i won't have any chances any time soon. lol.
