ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros took a seat beside the warrior so he could wrap an arm around him and lean into him for a while before he would have to leave. "I haven't felt cold in years either..." He commented and took note of the few dark strands in the others hair. He didn't say anything this time since he was sure the hunter would dismiss it again. "Warm clothes help so it won't be as bad next time." He promised his prisoner not wanting him to think going outside is horrible because of the cold. The bandit placed a gentle kiss on the warriors forehead but then put their lips together roughly and didn't pull away for a long moment. "I'll be back in a while, don't do anything stupid while I'm gone." He warned his prisoner before getting up and leaving.
WolfDog12
The warrior still wanted to go and be outside but for some reason, he also wanted to avoid it for a while. As much as he loved snow, the cold was almost too much. So, Goustetsu let himself lean into the bandit's arms as he pulled the other in. The warrior was looking forward to going back out once he was wearing warmer clothes. Knowing Nikandros was trying to make him feel better, Goustetsu nodded a bit before he felt the kiss on his forehead. At first, he didn't mind, but the rough kiss to his lips just about turned him on. It was too short for Goustetsu's liking but what was worse was Nikandros having to leave just after getting into it. As the bandit left, the warrior watched him for a long while before continuing to warm himself up. Once he was feeling better, Goustetsu got up and pulled the huge pants up again. He had to walk basically holding up his pants or they'd fall around his ankles. The male wanted food and something to tie the pants up. He soon found a thin rope which he could use as a belt but when he found the kitchen, there were several men in there. Not wanting a conflict, the warrior turned and walked out of the kitchen ignoring the other bandits.
ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros regretted having to leave the warrior but was becoming aware of how easily he could loose his grip on the other men. He also reminded himself he could continue the kiss and add much more once he got back. It helped somewhat that he was meeting with his second in command and a number of better fighter who were mostly people he liked and who he trusted not to try slipping something by him the first chance they get. The bandit leader wasn't someone who believed in others very lightly but he knew how to show trust and respect to those who helped him in battle when he needed it most. The reason for their gathering was to better figure out how to recover, find more men and supplies. It wasn't something that would eat up much of their time since they'd already done much to return to normal after the defeat. Still while they did discus this and a few of his bandits left to certain places to put the final plan in motion, Nikandros became somewhat angry with the warrior again. When he returned to his prisoner rather than press a kiss to his lips right away as he'd originally wanted, he got on the bed in silence and was silent and obviously unhappy. WolfDog12
The warrior had poured more of his power into healing his arms and now his hair was almost completely black. There was just a little on the outer edges of his hair, the tips were still white but the rest was black. He looked absolutely exhausted again but he was still sitting up and awake. He was about to give the bandit a grin but noticed his fowl mood. He looked concerned, his eyes a slightly darker shade of blue now. "Are you alright? What happened?" The warrior had done as he was told, staying out of the way so why was the bandit so upset. Goustetsu reached up to put his hand on the other's shoulder but he drew it back nervously. The warrior didn't know what to do next. He looked away almost waiting for the bandit to say something.
ZX-MetalMonster
-"I'm fine and it's none of your concern any way. I've given you enough freedom, you should be able to find something more interesting than me to think about." Nikandros told the warrior without even glancing at him. He was too conflicted to observe him now and show him any expression directly. He remembered both how the other man killed most of his group and tried to kill him too but couldn't forget how happy it had made him to kiss the warrior and be close to him. -"You're just human now..." He commented what he'd learned already a while back. "Do you still want to run back to the deity?" The bandit asked directly, interested in being given a clear answer to help himself decide what he should even do with the warrior.
WolfDog12
Goustetsu was a lot more aware of his hair color now and more human form but it was still painful to think about it. He looked away for a bit before sighing for a minute, "I... I want to return...I remembered something from a long time ago.... I won't live long without some of this power... I want to live a happy life but I can't live a long life without a little energy..." it was clearly a bigger debate then it probably should have been. The warrior should want to return to the deity, no debate about it but for some reason, he just wasn't sure. "I have to go back, that village, the deity, they gave me my life and now I owe it to them to return and protect them... I'm sorry." Goustetsu wasn't sure why he was apologizing but for some strange reason, that's what he was doing.
ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros would have had a ready answer for the warrior if he'd simply said he wanted to go back to the village but with the added explanation the bandit was left conflicted. He wasn't aware just how dependent his prisoner was of the deity and it stopped him from loosing his nerve again. He was clearly still unhappy but when he leaned into the warrior the act didn't seem threatening. -"When do you plan to return then? You've healed and you're not even trying to run away, you haven't even mentioned leaving for days." He asked him in a calm and even voice, close enough to his prisoner to be heard even though he spoke quietly. -"I've already asked you how you want this to end, I didn't think I would have to remind you of how things are again. If that's what you want, I'll let you go this very moment but keep in mind that even if I pass by you and defeat the deity it will hurt you and if I back off and leave the village it will hurt me. The best that can happen is one of us killing the other." Nikandros explained, honestly offering the warrior to take him back home.
WolfDog12
"With how low I am in strength right now, you could just kill me now. I couldn't tell you when I was leaving or you'd put me on a tighter leash. I was trying to build up my strength and make sure I was healed up. I would also need my armor and weapon so I'd have to take my time and gather all of that as well. I haven't left because I'm not ready for the trip ahead." Goustetsu was being completely serious. He put quite a lot of thought into how he could leave but just hadn't gone and done it. "What would you have said if I wanted to stay? I could probably live one to two years with what energy I have but what then? I can't just give up the life given to me. I need to continue to protect those that gave me this strength, this life. It's not fair to throw it all away."
ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros frowned at this and was about to begin arguing but then just made a quiet, frustrated sound and grew silent for a moment while he tried to think this over. He moved away from the warrior but kept his eyes on him in a harsh glare. "Don't explain anything to me. I think we understood each other and neither of us are going to change our minds, talking about anything any more would be pointless." He explained with an impressive amount of control considering how angry he was with the other man for getting him right back where he started with this. -"Your legs are fine now so you can get food yourself and you should know where your armor is. Leave when you can, I still want to fight you so I at least get something good out of this." The bandit leader explained as he got up and left, not giving the warrior enough time to say anything at all.
WolfDog12
Goustetsu didn't know what to say but knew he wanted to say something. He got up and carefully made his way out of the room. It probably wasn't safe to stay there any longer even though he just wanted to sleep. The warrior returned to the room his armor was in and carried it back to put on the bed before he went and gathered the rest of his clothes. The male removed the casts on his arms since he was nearly healed anyway. He quickly got changed feeling heavy and really tired. The armor weighed more then it should have because of the lack of magic in it. The warrior walked out and stared towards where he thought Nikandros was before he turned and left the building. Goustetsu still wanted something more, he wanted to stay or just not leave things as they were but of course that wasn't the case right now. He had to leave, for if he stayed, there was no telling what his mind would come up with to make more of an excuse to stay. The warrior was freezing but he began trekking on down the mountain towards where he believed the village was.
ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros hadn't run off only because he wanted to end the argument but also because he was sure he couldn't keep himself calm and collected for much longer. He wanted nothing more than to forget about the warrior at least for a few minutes and think about something else or consider what to do about the village with an open mind. He headed outside right away and left the hideout, deciding to wander through familiar parts of the mountain like the previous time the other man had angered him. Even though he'd given his prisoner as much time as he needed to leave he was suspicious he might escape right away. It crossed his mind that the warrior could get into trouble alone outside as just a human but he didn't allow himself to actually be worried about that. Instead he simply continued to rush through the snow to a place where he was sure no one would disturb him.
WolfDog12
Goustetsu continued walking feeling the weight of the snow holding him down. It was strange how hard it was to travel through the snow. The warrior walked for almost an hour, it getting harder and harder as he continued. The teen fell into a snowbank but was able to pull himself out; however it was at the cost of most of the little energy he had. "Being human sucks..." The warrior got up and climbed a tree to sleep in. At least he was off the ground and covered for the most part. Goustetsu sat there for a long time but he was so tired, he just found himself falling asleep. The male was lucky he doesn't move too much in his sleep or he'd fall right into the snow again. ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros ended up sitting dormant for long enough that the light snow that had started falling created a small layer on top of him and concealed him in the mountain setting. He didn't mind or even notice this and still left like he was burning up, angry and unable to get over everything that had happened. By the time he brushed the snow off himself and headed back it was already becoming dark and colder so even he noticed the change in temperature. Despite not wanting to see the other man now or speak to him he checked the room where he'd left him and was unsure if he was glad or upset to see he was gone. The bandit had had enough of bothering himself with that by now though and just closed the door and joined his men in another part of the hideout to pass the time. WolfDog12
Goustetsu woke up feeling even colder now that it was getting darker. He wrapped himself up the best he could and tried to sleep more but the fear of not waking the next day was almost too much. The male got out of the tree and began walking again. He figured he could sleep when it was a bit warmer and walk to keep himself warmed up at night. The only real problem was his lack of energy. The warrior made it another few hundred feet down before he thought his toes would freeze off. The male whimpered a bit wanting to turn around but it was too late now. Goustetsu forced himself forward more and more until he collapsed in the snow. He had to get into a tree or he'd freeze to death.
ZX-MetalMonster
Having others around him did well to distract Nikandros from what was bothering him but even once he seemed relaxed to his men his thoughts still drifted to the warrior often. He was almost putting up an act for the people around him and for himself to feel more secure that everything was fine, still after a while he couldn't keep it up any more and headed to another place to be alone again. What he didn't plan on though was being unable to stop himself from walking outside again. He looked out into the distance at first, just lost in thought but was drawn to go forward and at least prove that the warrior was long gone. For a good few minutes he debated with himself weather to actually venture out or just turn back and go back inside. The inability to decide made him angry all over again and he frowned while he paced around and growled quietly.
WolfDog12
Goustetsu cowered under the closest tree unable to pull himself into it. The male made almost a cave out of the snow and just curled up to sleep. It was still so cold but he needed to rest for just a little while and before he knew it, the teen had fallen asleep in his little snow cave. The tree provided lots of protection but not nearly enough with the snow beginning to pick up. It was getting colder and the snowflakes were getting bigger. The male wished he hadn't left just yet and dreamed that he was still in the warm bed with the bandit right next to him. For some strange reason, the dream continued changing until the warrior found himself going back to the night they went a lot farther then they probably should have. Goustetsu remembered how it felt to be kissed, to be touched. It was so amazing but before he got erect from the dream, the warrior bolted up right and awake. ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros was furious with himself the moment he chose to head out into the snowy night but didn't turn back because he was knew he would be angry with himself if he stayed as well. Though the dark mass was always interwoven with his muscle and rested waiting just under his skin now he had to summon his armor to the surface to keep himself as warm as he liked. Finally he couldn't pretend any longer and admitted to himself that the warrior couldn't possibly had made it where he was heading in weather like this and began worrying. With fresh snow falling he couldn't follow any tracks but he continued along the most obvious path down the mountain towards the village, expecting to find the other man somewhere on that route. Considering how it was already dark now and he hadn't brought anything to provide him light, it was difficult for the bandit to see very far ahead of himself while he searched. WolfDog12
The warrior tried to rest again but the thought just kept running through his head so he sat up and relaxed for a bit. The male was so cold he honestly feared he'd freeze to death. What an ironic way to die. The teen got up to his feet before he started having a sneezing attack. His nose was running like crazy and he began shivering all over. There was no one around but should he try calling for help? What if someone really could hear him? Goustetsu was too busy sneezing to really yell until he began coughing. "Help..." he whimpered in a failing voice. The warrior shivered like crazy and clung to the tree like his life depended on it. ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros didn't hear the warrior call for help but he did find him with his own methods and mostly with pure luck. He didn't bother thinking about what was acceptable after their short argument, as soon as he noticed the warrior he rushed right up to him and picked him up. He knew the village wasn't very close and so turned back towards the hideout and held the other man close while he walked trying to warm him up at least in that way. After only a moment his armor reached out for the human trying to envelop him more than all of the previous times but the bandit didn't try to stop this. Nikandros wanted to hurry and get them back inside as soon as possible but he studied the warrior as soon as he had him in his arms and even in the dark was unhappy with how he seemed. How cold the man felt to the touch was enough for the bandit to be unhappy with his condition.
WolfDog12
The warrior soon found himself being scooped up and carried off. He was quite worried about what was happening but welcomed the added warmth. The male nuzzled in a bit realizing it was the bandit but also saw they were going the wrong way. The warrior opened his mouth and mouthed the words to be put down so he could keep going but his voice seemed to be frozen back and he couldn't utter a word. As the bandit's armor began stretching out, Goustetsu tried to push it away but didn't have the strength to. Eventually his whole body gave out and shut down so he ended up passing out on the way back only to wake up the next morning. The warrior glanced around a bit trying to figure out where he was. ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros hurried back but couldn't go very fast through the snow despite not feeling cold or minding the weather otherwise. The warrior didn't move much in his arms when he'd picked him up so the bandit didn't notice when the other man passed out while he carried him. When they made it to the hideout and he had enough light to see the warrior clearly this made him very worried and he couldn't simply leave him alone in his room. He tried to warm the warrior up and brought someone to check if he would be alright but decided to stay beside him and keep a careful eye on him despite being told he shouldn't do anything more for the younger man. By now Nikandros wasn't sure if everyone else had simply had enough of allowing him wasting his time with a prisoner or if he would really be better soon enough. While he waited he ended up on the bed beside the warrior and after some time began to run his fingers through his hair and cares his cheek absent mindedly while his thoughts wandered off. WolfDog12
The male's hair had visibly lost more white as the black continued to take over. There was still a bit of white but it no longer looked like icicles but just an outline of white. He opened his eyes and looked around to see the bandit next to him. Goustetsu realized where he was and slowly sat up looking somewhat depressed. He was thankfully still wearing all of his gear so if he wanted, he could try leaving again but his strength was clearly less then the day before. It was almost no good trying to get back to his village. Goustetstu turned to the bandit and laid back down. "Hey," he said somewhat miserably. ZX-MetalMonster
Nikandros wasn't sure if the other man seemed so down just because his attempt at going back the village had failed or because he wasn't feeling well after being exposed to the cold. His temper had calmed while he'd waited for the warrior to wake up and by now he wasn't as ready to argue with him as he was the previous day. -"Hey." He said in return and absent mindedly brushed his fingers through a few strands of his prisoners now dark hair. -"You didn't have to leave right away, you could have at least waited for the weather to get better or until it was morning." He explained unsure if the warrior had though he'd wanted him gone as soon as possible. Despite his best efforts to grow cold towards the younger man he couldn't quiet bring himself to not care about him at all.
WolfDog12
"I'm sorry, I thought you wanted me gone. I didn't realize it was going to snow like that. I thought I could make it back but there's no chance of that now." Goustetsu felt a slight chill from remembering the night before, so he moved closer and snuggled into the bandit's chest. It was nice to feel the other's warmth; comforting even. "I thought I was going to die out there... alone and frozen," he admitted nervously. Goustetsu felt bad for being such a burden but now there was nothing else he could do. The warrior was almost completely out of power and would die if that power level reached zero. At the rate his hair was turning black, the male only had about a month or two to live if he conserved his energy properly. If he didn't relax or return to the village, he'd die within the week. "My body feels so heavy..."
ZX-MetalMonster
-"I'm not angry at you." Nikandros assured the warrior first off, despite how furious he truly was at one point the previous night he didn't want to hear an apology now. He hugged the younger man and held him tighter against his chest, the proximity and contact made him more calm now that he and the warrior weren't opposing each other. It caused the bandit leader to sigh in defeat when his prisoner complained on how little energy he had. Nikandros understood what would happen to the warrior if they left things as they were but he didn't know how to help him other than return him to the village. The dark mass of his armor was still present on the warrior and reached out for him in every spot where their skin touched but he had no idea how and if he could use it to restore some of the other man's health. -"Do you want me to take you back?" He asked in the end, knowing no other way to resolve this other than to give in and work against himself.
