Zanabane
I write sins AND tragedies. Heh. Heheh. Aren't I clever. Alright, so, I'm here with a slew of plots. I, for the longest time, have assumed that I am awful at creating concepts and thus have stayed the hell away from even giving it a second thought. However, after brainstorming for a bit, I came up with a number of basic concepts for roleplays. Now, I strongly recommend you quickly read this post Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. to get an idea of my writing style and some suggestions for specific quirks that I like ukes to have. Anyhow, onto the concepts. (The characters with asterisks (*) by them are the ones I would like to play) (note: I always play the seme.) Pro Diabolus Basic Pairing: Lawyer* x Convict A mentally unstable man finally breaks and murders someone who has hurt him. Being poor, he is provided a free public defense lawyer to defend him during the trial. The lawyer is a recent graduate of a prestigious law school. Instead of being signed on to a rich law firm, he feels he is cursed, stuck negotiating divorce proceedings for the government. When the case of the murderer lands on his desk, he immediately jumps at the chance to work on an interesting case. This plot follows the two, as each explore the other's humanity, and the lawyer learns that there is more to these "psychos" than meets the untrained eye. Violence Against Them Basic Pairing: Lawyer* x Abuse Victim A young man has been violently stalked, raped, and brutally abused by his past lover for years. After finally gathering the courage to report this to the police, he faces ridicule and humiliation from the people who were supposed to be protecting him. His story becomes a news sensation, dramatizing his life and destroying him further. Slipping deep into depression as no one takes his tragic story seriously, he plans to commit suicide the evening that he receives a call from an unknown number. An experienced, successful, and yet undefeated lawyer has read his report and decided to take on his case. Tears of Blood Basic Pairing: Counselor* x Patient He has hid the scars on his body for years, telling no one since his friends turned against him in middle school for it. He places them strategically, where none can see even when he wears short sleeves. Because his eyes refuse to cry, he forces his flesh to do the deed. Frequently. Constantly. His pleasant smile hides the razor in his pocket. He has recently enrolled in a small college near his home, and has been enjoying the curricula taking his mind off of his torture. This fake bliss is interrupted when, one day, the student sitting next to him in a math class notices a few of his scars. He reports it to the professor, who reports it to the counselor. The poor boy is now being forced by the college to start seeing the young, attractive, strange college counselor. Freaks Like Us Basic Pairing: Doctor* x Patient The son of an extremely rich family has been sent to a facility for long-term inpatient care for the treatment of his long-undiagnosed eating disorder, which has progressed to an almost fatal condition. He refuses to talk to any of the doctors and sullenly follows their orders with dead eyes. He responds to the doctors' questions in writing. The doctors have lost all hope until a quiet doctor's assistant, new to this facility and not particularly skilled, thinks to speak to the patient in writing. Game of Hearts Basic Pairing: Assassin* vs Assassin* x Target (note: for any and all wondering, my specialty is playing multiple characters) Two assassins from competing hitman companies are hired by two different clients to take down the same target: a mysterious young businessman. Unknown to the target, both of the assassins decide to turn this assignment into a game, working together to make the routine kill more fun for themselves. They decide to play with his emotions and pretend to fall in love with him. Whichever assassin the unsuspecting target has sex with first is the one who gets to kill him and claim the reward, the game goes, with rape disqualifying the perpetrating assassin from the game. As the story progresses, however, one of the assassins genuinely falls in love with the target and tries to win the game at all costs to keep him from getting killed. However, with each assassin vying for his attention and trying to convince him of their love, the genuine lover becomes impossible to pick out. The target's choice could lead to an ultimately painful, brutal, untimely demise. Gateway to Hell Basic Pairing: Demon hunter* x Demon A new member of a secret demon-hunting guild is thrilled when he picks up a lead of a demon that has been murdering people in a nearby town. Following the demon for a while, he gets to know some of the demon's unique quirks. Soon he becomes fascinated with the demon himself as opposed to just the job he was assigned. He stalks it relentlessly and finds he has more interest in this demon than he could have originally thought. Maybe his intrigue will lead him to do more to this demon. The Mythical Woods Basic Pairing: Hunter* x Elf A ruthless fur-trapper is stalking through the woods when he finds strange footprints in the snow. Expertly following the trail, he comes upon an elf, essentially playing peek-a-boo with him and leading him farther into the forest, until the trapper is lost. Forced to spend the night surviving in the magical forest, the human curses the elf and vows to find him and kill him, or maybe sell him for a large sum of money. Eventually taking pity on him, the elf helps the hunter survive in the mythical wood. The hunter feigns friendship with the elf to get out of the forest. However, the elf soon reveals that he is being chased by another nameless hunter and begs for the fur-trapper's help. Tainted Souls Basic Pairing: Prostitute x Client* A rich secretly gay client invests in a long-term male prostitute to relieve his urges. The prostitute sent to him is quiet, shy, broken, and bruised, obviously destroyed from years of abuse at the hands of his pimp. Feeling sorry for him, the client decides to cuddle him for the night instead of having sex with him. The prostitute quickly becomes attached to the client, making the relationship of the closeted business official and the distressed prostitute incredibly complicated. Professional Relationship Basic Pairing: Employee* x Boss Who says that all bosses are seme? In this reversal of an otherwise typical plot, a seme employee moves to the sector in the uke boss' control. They develop feelings for each other, complicating their professional relationship. Alright, that's all I'll post for right now. I have a ton more, so feel free to ask. I'll probably post them in another thread; I'm just sick of coming up with blurbs at the moment. If you'd like to RP any of these concepts, please read the post linked at the top, then respond here or message me. Thank you~

KamekazePrince
Interesting! How about the following twist to the Demon x Demon Hunter plot: YC's dream is to 'conquer' and capture a demon to tame him into do his bidding. The strange murders that take place around him rouse suspicions of demonic interference. He obsessively tracks down the demon, meanwhile befriending MC, a lonely young man who lost his family and friends to the devil. His fascination for the devil (almost sexual) and love for the boy grow deeper. What is it in both of them that attracts him so much? Why is there a trail of destruction behind this unfortunate boy? The boy contains the devil himself. Like YC, he ambitiously sought to tame a demon. When he realized it was too much for him to handle, the demon devoured his loved ones and seated himself in the boy. The boy now watches the demon take over him, as he commits crime after crime against the ones he loves. Agonized by containing the demon himself, but is unable to ask for help, for, whoever the boy loves, the demon devours. He only wishes to die, ending his misery and others'. Death is his only redemption.

KamekazePrince
Slaughtering multiple demons, eh? Hold on. So what plots are not at all taken? It would be an interesting challenge to come up with something for those. =] No problem Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. [EDIT: I've taken Pro Diabolus. No idea what the title means though.]
Zanabane
Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Good question, glad you asked it. It's a play on words on the law term "Pro Bono", which translates to "for God". "Diabolus" is Latin for "Devil", so "Pro Diabolus" means "for the Devil", as in this lawyer is taking this case for the devil.
Zanabane
EDIT As of April 15, 2015, here is a list of which plots are open and taken: Pro Diabolus: Taken by KamekazePrince* Violence Against Them: OPEN Tears of Blood: Taken by Pigeon Freaks Like Us: OPEN Game of Hearts: Taken by Virtualoo* Gateway To Hell: Taken by Tomohi Rikuu Mythical Woods: OPEN** Tainted Souls: OPEN Professional Relationship: OPEN** *if you are still interested in doing this plot, please message me. **While these are open, I am incredibly bored with them. If you would like to do either of these plots, please message me so we could come up with something interesting to do with them together. Final Note: A huge 'thank you' to everyone who responded to this thread; I really appreciate your interest. As of right now, I am rather backlogged on roleplays (because I have a slew of them that I need to start and it's totally my fault I got into this mess), and because of this it may take me a few days to start and reply to roleplays. Once this backlog is cleared (meaning I have no more left to start), I will once again start replying to roleplays at least daily. Also, once I am caught up on my roleplays, I will post some more ideas in RP Recruitment. The plots on here are about a third of my original ideas, and if you would like to roleplay with me and would like to know my ideas or have some of your own, feel free to message me or post here. I would love to hear from you. Alright, I'm done rambling for now. Thank you all for your time.
