jo_suzaku
Being Indian. Or being Desi? Does it even make a difference? Is the country more important than it's people? Or is it the other way around. Born in Pune, brought up in Pune, Does that make me Maharashtrian? I'm from Goa, you're from Spain, Yet, we co-exist in one plane. She's born in Bangalore, He is from Dehli. They study together in New Orleans. I'm brought up in Bombay, Nagaland is where she hails from, But they live happily in Kerala! Diversity - rich in splendor, Do we really need to leave this place? Few raise statues in their name, Some poor people die in shame. Are the people more important than the country? Or is it the other way around. Being Indian. Or being Desi? Our roots go deep down into the ground. - Jo -
