Akira looked at the man and Sayuri from the corner of his eye, not showing the small shock he felt. A cool goose flesh racked his spine and he narrowed his eyes a little. No leaving?

Amber eyes looked around between Sayuri and the man. It didn't look like he had a choice... Shit.

Sayuri looked at Akira and bit his bottom lip. He was bothered by this predicament.

Out of no where, Tsuu-san spoke up. "Well then, boss, where should I drop them off?"

Ryuuho growled, "At my place."

Sayuri quickly shook his head. "N-no! Let's not go home!"

He hated being with Ryuuho. Yeah, Tsuu-san was a different case, but Ryuuho scared the crap out of him.

"You will go home with me, Sayuri." Ryuuho turned to Akira. "And so will Akira."

"I don't even know you," Akira said out of all the sudden. Why should he come with them to this creep's home as well? He didn't even had a clue what was going on!

And besides, this was fucking kidnapping.

Ryuuho heard Akira's snappy response and smirked in delight.

"Aren't you a cute and feisty puppy, huh, Akira? When we get to my house, I'll make sure you get trained," Ryuuho said, watching Akira.

Sayuri spoke up. "D-don't do anything to Akira! Don't!"

The yakuza man's smirk curved into a frown and he slapped Sayuri across the cheek. Sayuri froze in place and he kept his eyes on the ground. He hated this man…

"You'd better not hurt him," Sayuri mumbled. "You can hurt me, but not him. He's not being paid…"

The albino himself flinched when the man slapped Sayuri, narrowing his eyebrows in complete confusion. "Trained? Paid? What the fucking hell-?" He surely didn't know how to react to this all. How was he supposed to react, anyway?

Didn't Sayuri have a family? This was surely not his father or any other relative.

Akira secretly laid his hand onto his bag and tried to open it. He could try to get his pocket knife from his bag...

Sayuri still felt the sting on his cheek. He looked at Akira was a quick second, then he turned away. Ryuuho was always violent. If he didn't get his way, he'd hit people. But this was nothing new.

Sayuri looked at Tsuu, who had been driving while listening to what Ryuuho was doing.

"Tsuu-san," the teenager said, "let Akira out here."

The car suddenly stopped and unlocked. Tsuu might have been some yakuza's dog, but he still cared about Sayuri. Ryuuho remained silent, and instead, he just watched them with a low growl. Sayuri knew that he was sure to get beaten again later. But his mind was preoccupied with getting Akira out. He didn't want to drag this guy in any further.

Of course he didn't want to leave Sayuri behind, seeing how uncomfortable and mistreated he was. But in the end... he unbuckled, pushed the door open and stumbled out, shooting one glance over his shoulder to Sayuri. His usually so bored eyes full with a flash of apology. What if the other would seriously get hurt later on...?

"....you need to go to school, too," Akira said, even though he found his voice quite quiet. It wasn't the best statement to make someone follow or come back, but in the end Akira even wondered who his statement would even reach.

Hearing Akira's statement, Sayuri smiled. "Don't think I can go back now."

He looked at Ryuuho, who was glaring at them impatiently. The yakuza boss was itching to get home and punish Sayuri. Sayuri looked at Akira once more, his eyes pleading the other to leave as quickly as possible. He really hated this predicament, but there wasn't much he could do, other than leaving Akira.

Ryuuho cleared his throat. "Boy, get lost. Or do you wish to come home with us?"

Sayuri looked at the albino again. "See you tomorrow, I guess."

"...yeah, see you," Akira mumbled, shutting the door before he hurried onto the next-best pavement.

He could only hope that Sayuri would show up the next day, nothing was guaranteed. They weren't even friends yet he felt bad for leaving him behind like this. It surely wasn't his business and he surely didn't want to know what 'training' was like, but it didn't seem like Sayuri enjoyed being part of this business.

Sayuri looked out the window, upset at the fact that Ryuuho was such a menace. But there was no helping it… he was the one that got himself involved with these yakuza. And it was his fault for needing money. But still… it felt horrible to have let Akira see this. As soon as they got to Ryuuho's (who was also a successful business man) condo, Sayuri was locked in a dark room.

He closed his eyes and hugged himself, awaiting Ryuuho. Whatever that man did to him, he would never falter. He would continue to hate him, while receiving money from him. After what seemed like a half hour, Ryuuho walked in and threw a wad of cash at Sayuri. The older teen looked at it, wide eyed. He knew what this meant. His heart beat at an incredible speed and he turned away, his eyes stinging.

Sayuri closed his eyes shut and tried his best to numb everything as Ryuuho tore away his clothes. He hated this…

- Cut.-

The next day, Akira actually stayed outside on the corridor, leaning against the locker next to Sayuri's. In his right hand he held his phone, looking through his Facebook Newsfeed. Of course it wasn't interesting, but it was better than to stand here like an idiot, staring into the air.

The more time passed, the worrieder the albino grew. Sometimes he lifted his head up, looked to the side as if the taller male showed up. He didn't exactly know why he was doing this, waiting for someone he wasn't even friends with. But somehow he felt guilty. Still during the night he had had to think of this guy, and he had wondered what situation he was in. Whether his family had died? Since when is he involved with that creep of a man?

The next day, Sayuri went to school. He had an embarrassingly huge bandage under his left eye. His eyes were puffy. Over all, he looked a mess. He didn't want to go to school, but he had no where else to go. He was on lockdown by Ryuuho.

He trudged to his locker, feeling tired and pouty. His classmates would surely ask him what happened. He decided that he would come up with a crazy story to tell later.

When he walked to his locker, he paused when he saw Akira. He just stared, amazed. Any regular person would have run away and totally ignored Sayuri. And yet Akira was there, waiting.

"Hey," Sayuri muttered awkwardly.

"Morning," was Akira's answer, lowering his phone. He pushed himself off the lockers and studied Sayuri for a moment, before he spoke. "Asking you if you're alright is probably more of an annoyance than an acutal question. But still, if you are feeling very unwell, you shouldn't have come." Even if he somehow concluded that there were less other ways to leave from this man. Obviously Sayuri lived with him, after all. "I mean... my parents aren't home. If you are not in the mood for school or people.." In the end he interrupted himself. No matter how friendly is little speech sounded, his voice was cool and quiet. Yet he of course wouldn't just invite anybody to his home ever, but this guy... deserved some good time. Yeah, in Akira's opinion, Sayuri was in the need of some distraction and company.

"I know I am not the best company, but I can give you ice cream as some company." He added, lifting his shoulders in a small shrug. It was still the other's choice. He knew that he couldn't give the other something like affection or big friendliness, but he was able to offer him peace.

Sayuri thought about what he would do when Akira probed him with questions that he had no business asking. But he was surprised to hear Akira's answer. It was a nonchalant "Morning". That warmed Sayuri's heart. He likes to hear nice and simple stuff like that.

Hearing the other's idea, Akira smiled. "Ice cream sounds nice. I haven't had any in a while."

Sayuri looked into his locker and stuffed a few books in. There wasn't much he could do at the moment now that he looked rough, beaten up, and torn. He just made sure that his phone was in his pocket and that his locker was locked. He looked at the albino.

"Thanks, I guess," he said, waiting for Akira to take lead.

"Any preferences?" the albino asked, staring to walk, along the corridor, towards the school's doors. "I think we have strawberry, banana, cookie and lemon ice cream at home. If you want something else, I'd need to quickly buy it," he informed the other, casually leaving the school building with him.

Outside he led Sayuri to his car, fishing his keys out of his bag and unlocking it. At least he could be some help for the other. Also, he might find some things out...

Sayuri watched as Akira unlocked his car and a thought came to him. Why did this guy have a car?! That was so unfair. The apparent surprise and disbelief was clear on his face. When he heard the question about the type of Ice cream, he smiled.

"Cookie sounds fine. I don't want you to spend extra money on me," he answered, slipping into the inside of Akira's car.

Sitting beside him, he watched Akira in a childlike curiosity. He looked around the car. It was clean and orderly and it smelled nice. Sayuri wanted a car…

"Alright." Was Akira's only answer. He climbed in, pulled the door shut, started the engine and drove off. The drive to he large house took almost 25 minutes. As soon as he had parked, the albino climbed out of his car and waited for Sayuri to also be out, before he locked it and let the keys vanish back into his bag.

Without big words or rather any words, Akira walked up some stairs to the white front door, unlocked it and entered, holding the door open for Sayuri, though. Only then a simple "Welcome" passed his lips.

Akira's simple answers didn't made Sayuri feel any uncomfortable. Wow… he actually felt welcome. He looked at Akira as he drove. It was so weird to see the shorter and grumpier Akira driving. He chuckled a little at the sight.

When they got to Akira's home, Sayuri got out of the car behind Akira. He wondered if he was intruding or something…

"Walk ahead, there's the sitting room," Akira explained. He closed the door and set one hand on his hip. "Put your things down make yourself at home." Without giving Sayuri a chance to answer, the albino already left the corridor and vanished through an archway on the right side into a large kitchen. He wondered when Sayuri would have to leave so that nobody would become suspicious...

Sayuri shrugged off Akira's abruptness and followed his directions. Just as he had said, a well furnished sitting room was up the corridor. He sat on the couch, first feeling awkward. It was awkward. Where was everyone else? Was it just Akira and his parents that lived in this huge house? It was a little uneasy to think about that. Sayuri looked around… nothing caught his eye.

  • 3 weeks later...

Only a few minutes later, the albino entered the living room with two white bowls with spoons in his hands. Coming to a halt next to his guest, Akira handed Sayuri the bowl with three balls of cookie ice cream. "Here you go." Then he plopped down next to him, lifting his own spoon up to taste his banana ice cream. "When do you need to leave?"

Sayuri looked at the albino, a little taken back. But he soon calmed down and answered:

"I'll leave whenever you need me to… I don't want to overextend my stay, I guess."

He looked at his ice cream and scooped up a spoonful, then he wistfully savored the taste. How long has it been since he had ice cream? That question was rather crazy… he knew it was… After all, little delicacies like ice cream weren't the things Sayuri could think about anymore.

"Still," Akira muttered. "You do live in that creep's house, no? I don't want him to get suspicious. After all you're supposed to be in school and coming home later than usual could get you in trouble, right?" Again he lifted the spoon up and licked the ice cream off. He didn't want Sayuri to get hurt again, it wasn't fair.

Hearing Akira, Sayuri nodded. He felt incredibly nervous and embarrassed. Why? Because he hated having to explain what he went through. And yes, Akira had a point… a very valid one. But he couldn't bring himself to admit it all the way. Maybe it was his stubborn side showing?

"You're right… I just don't want to…" He stopped himself and looked at his silver spoon.

What was he planning on doing? Complaining? Sayuri had learned that complaining to others did absolutely nothing for him.

"You don't want to do ... what?" The albino asked, briefly glancing at the taller one, before he ate more of his ice cream. He was curious about Sayuri and his situation, if not his life, but something told him that it would be dangerous to involve. Well, the creep from yesterday had already made some things clear.

"Y'know, when plan on staying away one day, just spend the night here. My parents are, like, barely home during the weekends. Or the weekdays."
