Personality Description

Nathaniel is Adaptive and Very understanding type of personality. He helps people who are in need, especially who are in need of attention or someone to talk to. He'll listen to any music and and read any genre of book. Not all people can tell his mood because he always smiles all the time Even he's angry he still smiles. If something interests him he'll put a lot of effort to it and do everything he can just to attain it or meet.

Their hometown in is Europe with his twin elder brother. they live in a very fortunate family with a manor to shelter in comfortably, but poor relationship with their parents. He only has his elder brother who accompanied him throughout his life, also the servants of the household. Despite the similarities of their physique and differences of their attitudes they both get along so well. Though he is the one who adjust to his brother's need or demands but in exchange he gets spoiled with what he wants. Nathaniel chose the medical course due to his uncle's activity, Where he gets to know about his patient's condition and how to deal with different personalities. This intrigued him a lot which pursued him to be a Psychiatrist.As for his elder brother pursued business and mafia.

He sat in the back of a large van in a strait jacket David wasn’t dangerous but Devon sure was. And the family never knew how they would get. The Van drove to the a height end treatment center they would only send their son to the best place. Money was no object to the family they just needed to know. Was sweet David real or did they have a shark for a son Devon.

 

Since before they even got to the treatment center the van staff shot the body with many shots and as much as Devon liked pain he let David feel all those needles . David sighed he really hated needles he was lead to his room in the treatment center he didn’t ask them to remove the jackets it was best to keep it on he never knew when Devon would take over. All those horrible thing that Devon had done this was his last chance he was convinced that he was the true owner of this body.

Today is the day where Nathaniel meets his new patient from work. According to the papers he read yesterday that this patient has a unique case. It states that the patient has a personality disorder and the client requested for their child to be treated and find out their true child. Nathaniel now is very interested in such case for he gets to meet two personalities in one body and gets to know them both too. His excitement can be seen through his smiling face and a radiating aura. Nathaniel quickly packed his things and went inside the service car leading him to the work place.

Soon the vehicle reached its destination at the entrance of the treatment center. It’s the place where he works and rehabilitates patients who are confused or lost. Nathanial casually enters and place and have his attendance checked in the office. Before he goes down to work he made sure that he looks presentable to the patients where he wears a nursery-like lab coat and the usual uniform for a doctor to wear. He picks up his papers on the clipboard and left his table to meet his new patient. On his way down he cannot help to be excited to such case. His feelings are hard to explain but to summarize it he’s happy about it. He cannot help wonder what kind of patient he will have? Will he be a problem or an easy case for him?

 

Soon he sees his patient from the distance and that’s where his work starts and sees the reaction of the boy as he goes near calmly with his business smile.

 

“Why hello there, I’m Dr. Stephens, you will be under my care. I hope we get along well.”

 

Nathaniel greeted and boy and carefully observed his reaction with his keen senses.

David and Devon

David settle in to his sitting on his soft bed he smiled knowing that Devon would hate this bed. He looked around the room it was like a nice hotel room .other than the room was white and there was nothing on the wall he looked at the desk not even a pen not like he could draw right now with his hands behind his back. He was still mortified the reason they could not do home care anymore was Devon had for lack of a better word Raped every doctor they had and he had even hit his mother a few time. David sighed. There wasn’t much to do so he started to sing.

It was a old lullaby his mother used to sing to him as a child it was the only way to get him to sleep. He walked up to the door and peeked out his small window to see if anyone heard him sing. He Loved to sing for other it made him feel useful .He heard some foot step and backed away form the door.

He felt his noise start to twitch “ great my noise itchy.” he sighed shaking his head trying to find some way to itch his noise. He saw somewhat of a man in his window and smiled.

He heard the man speak . “Hi I am David can you help me my noise itch.. He had no idea that Devon could get out of this jacket he though it would be safe for someone to touch him.

Nathaniel smiled upon the boy for he was greeted normally than any other patients he had with retarded minds or impossible to talk to and use force to keep them still. He thought that this patient really is interesting, for all for his responses are normal so far. He’s been longing for a patient who can at least talk back to him and have a good random conversation. It would be better on his part if they get along. Because talking with animals sure is hard.

 

“Nice to meet you David and I can help you with that.”

 

He replied with a smile on his face. He takes out his ID card and swipes it in the door and entered a code to unlock it. Before he goes inside David’s room leaving his files about his patients behind and carries with him are empty sheets of paper and a fat purple crayon with him. He locks the door behind him as he enters the room with poor David completely tied up.

 

“How are you David? I guess you are uncomfortable with that.”

 

He greeted the boy as he puts down the materials away and slowly walks to David. Nathaniel gently picks up David’s jaw with his fresh white gloves on. With his free hand he gently presses on David’s nose and massages where he guessed the itchy part and he asks David softly.

 

“Am I hitting the right spot?”

 

Nathaniel is not sure what kind of topic he would like to start but he decided to comment about the humming sound he heard on his way to David’s room.

 

“I heard you humming a song, Is it a lullaby?”

He asks him carefully as he massages David’s nose.

 

“What does the song tell about?”

He is not sure about the song’s story since he cannot make much the words from the hallways but Nathaniel in certain that he heard the humming sound.

David looked at the door and watched it open he would hope the door would better locked the doors he had at home. He sighted he didn’t want Devon to ruin this place.He was already home sick but he was doing his best to stay positive. Trying to think that maybe this doctor could cure him of Devon.

 

He smiled and looked at the nice and handsome doctor he blushed oh Devon was going to try to get with this doctor he just knew it he had to do his best to stay in control. He closed his eyes as the man hit the right spots on his noise .

“ I am okay and I don’t mind being uncomfortable” He smiled

“ how are you doctor?” he asked nodding his head “ yes its not ichiy anymore thank you”

He wasn’t sure what to tell about the lullaby it was just a silly song about love.

 

“Yah it is a Lullaby and it’s a sweet song about love..” He Looked at him “ you need to be careful with Devon he is not nice I don’t want him to hurt you..”He looked down he could feel it coming he was doing his best to fight it off.

Nathaniel smiled upon David's reaction. For it reminds him of his dog back home. The dog close its' eyes and pants in comfort whenever is petted. Though it's normal for Nathaniel that people around him gets flustered over his face and goes gaga with his kind personality, especially the female co-workers. It seems that David has no problems when it comes to the facilities' restraints though he did say that he is uncomfortable with it. But he still has to be careful for he does not know the personality of the other weather it is harmful or not.

 

"I'm doing great David for at least I got myself a decent patient like you. More like, I am very happy and lucky to have you under my care." Nathaniel seems to be overwhelmed as he says this with no shame at all. For what he said are his true feelings. Soon David informed him that his nose does not itch anymore. Nathaniel gently grabs David's head and gently presses his lips to David's forehead and replied, "It is my pleasure to appease your needs, at least this much." This is one of the most treatments Nathaniel start with a simple flirt. Which why in the office he's like a host to his patients. But of course there are some exceptions to the animal patients he has.

 

Gently let's go of David's head and turns to his materials for David to complete. “Hmm… a lullaby that talks about sweet love. It has a nice ring to it." Nathaniel commented as he turns back to David’s direction with the materials on his hands. He walks towards David and bends down to his knees to meet David's eyes. “So your brother’s name is Devon, who seems to be a bad person I see. But I believe that he is not a threat to me. So I am honored about your concern.” He finishes his words with a warm smile to show that there is nothing to worry about.

 

“Now David if you don’t mind me asking you a favor” Nathaniel puts down the materials before David which is a number of blank papers and a huge fat purple crayon on top of the paper. Nathanial pushes it forward towards David. “I want you to draw or write anything that is about love or life. anything about your feelings right now. Is that okay?” As he finishes his words he stood up and sits beside David waiting for his permission to participate to the given activity. If David agrees to participate then Nathaniel will release the restraints. Though there is no such option for David to say now since Nathaniel is required for David to do this.

David smiled “ I will do my best to keep you happy doctor..” He was surprised when the man took his hand and kiss his for head. He blushed he tried his best to stay away form boyfriends Devon always ruined them. In face David had never had sex and since Devon was a top his hole was pure and untouched . “ thanks.. but I just want to be cured..” he said moving his hand away to scared to get close to anyone.

He was still worried for the doctor he heard it before that Devon was noting to worry about and once they met there tune changed.

 

When the doctor spoke of a favor he nodded. “ of course I be happy to draw for you but can’t draw very will with my mouth.. I will need my hands free to do that..” He was worried but he had to trust Nathaniel . “ I like purple its one of my favorite colors..” he smiled at the crayon. He closed his eyes waiting for the jacket to come off putting his trust in the doctor.

Nathaniel laughed when David said that he could not do the task using his mouth to draw. "Pft! You silly boy, of course most of us here can't draw with our mouths. We can only draw with our hands and feet. It depends on one's dedication for passion." Nathaniel slowly unlocks David's restraints and releasing the belts of the jacket.

 

"You know. The way you describe... Devon.... Reminds me of my older brother when we were in our teens.... Though, almost half of my life is fucked up because of him... Sorry for the language but it's the best word that I can describe about it" Nathaniel is sorry to use such word to describe but it's the only word that suits best to his description since his elder brother is way out of humanity's league. "Because I get to experience unexpected situations I am in.. In the end I am still thankful for him messing up my life." Nathaniel is not really sure whether he is happy about it or not. But the past is already his history and there are things that are better left sealed. He lets out a soft laugh as he remembers those miserable memories he had with his brother. "How nostalgic." he commented.

 

"But you know freedom comes after many struggles and hurdles. With my help, I can assure your freedom will be in your grasp." Nathaniel didn't specify any name. Because he knows that both of these personalities are competing at each other, for who will proclaim the body to use permanently. Soon all of the restraints on David’s jacket are completely unlocked. Remembering David’s warning, Nathaniel stays cautious for any unwanted movement from him. Nathaniel is always aware of his patients for any violent movements that may cause harm to other. It’s really unusual for a doctor to have such strength and it’s all thanks to his elder brother who is a leader of a mafia.

David sighed and blushed he could draw with his mouth just not very well . He closed his eyes hearing the belts click off “ stay in control…” he keep breathing he could feel him self losing it . he didn’t hear the doctor talk about his brother Devon hide a smile he was a master at acting like David once the doctor once done talking he pounced he pined the man to a far wall form the door with just one hand using the other hand to rubbed up and down the doctor body.” Be a good little pet.. and I won’t have to hurt you and if you value your job you do what I say..” Devon had gotten many doctor fired by acting as David accuse them of touching David it was so easy and since that bitch of a mother loved that weakling she always bought it. Nathaniel thought that David was excited to do the activity he asked for. Instead he gets pushed back against the wall with his hand. Good thing that Nathaniel’s defense is not intense as the other patients he has, else poor David will lost a couple of tooth. But he cannot hide that fact that he is surprised by such action. He wondered why is David repeatedly rubbing his hand throughout his body and not searching for his pocket for keys to escape the room. It seems that David has no intention of escaping the place but instead he talked to him with a different approach. Nathaniel gets hold of the situation and understood the warning by David earlier. "So this must be Devon. David spoke of earlier." he thought. It is true that Devon is no threat to him but instead he sees him as a dog in his mating season, begging to squeeze his meat endlessly to a tight hole.

 

Nathaniel smirked upon Devon's warnings. He is confident that his job valued him as a doctor of the facility and no one ever looks down on him or allows them to. Nathaniel didn't do anything yet since he is carefully observing Devon's behavior and what are the best counter measures for him, He's letting Devon have his way, letting him receive a lousy kiss and a soft pleasure. Though it's true that he lost his virginity long time ago thanks to his other half's curiosity. With Nathaniel's keen observation, Devon is searching for an intimate skin ship. For Devon casually unbutton his pants without permission. Nathaniel didn’t like the idea to be the one who takes in the rod.

With Nathaniel's freehand he roughly grabs on Devon's shoulders and forcefully pushes him down his kneels. With head is placed on the surface where the crayon and empty sheets of papers are waiting. Whenever Devon struggles violently his grip tightens like a pincer that Devon's wrist would come off anytime. Nathaniel puts his weight on Devon and once again repeats his favor to Devon’s ear, "Now, I want you to draw something for me. Anything would do with this empty paper." he releases his grip on Devon's shoulder and his hand travels to Devon’s chest and probes on his nipple with the jacket on.

Devon didn’t want to leave the place at all no he wanted to take it over. Met the other who were trapped here and see if they be any used to him along with finding a play toy in the staff and the doctor fit the bill .His hands moved over Nathaniel’s body. “So nice..” He hummed .

Devon was ready to have some fun. He smirked when the man spoke about a Favor . He was surprised by the grab and of course tried to counter it but no matter what he tried he could not get free “ little bitch!” he growled “ If I draw for you then can we play?” He was still cocky next time he would make sure the doctor could not move. He made the mistake to think this man was like the other but he welcome a challenge he would just need to find some way to tie him . “let me go so I can draw or would you rather have David draw for you.. Don’t mistake me this is my body and I can bring him out or keep him locked away. “There was a softness in Devon eyes David was fighting back even now . " oh I think he likes you even more reason to make you mine.."

"I would be very happy, if both of you draw something for me. Then I can play any game with you want with my spare time."

Since Nathaniel's patient has two personalities he wanted to know their line of thinking through art or any skills that expresses themselves. Nathaniel wondered what kind of game Devon wanted to play. Nathaniel wouldn't mind to participate on any activity or game as long as Devon or David does not hurt oneself. He didn't want to lose this rare case for he finds it very interesting and entertaining. He didn't understand much of Devon's words since he pinned him down struggling to set free. But he understood the main topic which is letting his hands free and draw what Nathaniel asked him for.

Nathaniel saw a glimpse of David through Devon's eyes, still the gesture and the words he spoke didn’t match at all. But Nathaniel can really see it there and it made him smile in excitement since it has been a long time since he has this kind of case. With determined eyes and a crooked smile, Nathaniel simply let's go of Devon and takes a few steps away from him while he fixes back his unzipped pants. He looks down on Devon saying,

"I belong to no one but only to myself, but remember... Your very existence here in this place is mine alone."

It may not sound right from the doctor's mouth but he meant what he wanted to mean, that both of David and Devon is his property alone.

"With that I'll just give you lots of my love, no matter what the form is... I'll make your body starve only for me... Yearn only for me... Whoever of you takes over the body, will feel a lot of love and happiness from me."

Nathaniel leans close to Devon and wrap his arms around Devon,

Devon growled “you may change your mind once I fuck you.” He was happy when the doctor let go of him and he was submitting to him nicely. “ You will be the one to crave me.. Nathaniel wears a disappointed look upon Devon, for he is not listening to his words at all. More like he didn’t to him at all for he assume that Devon is so full of himself. He did say that he will play with them after Devon or David finishes the task he asks for. Nathaniel never has the interest for anyone who doesn’t listen to him. So he planned a proper punishment for Devon only. So that he would obey to his words. Nathaniel felt the soft lips of the male and shamelessly grasps of his hair carelessly. Nathaniel didn't feel any pain from it since the superior feeling he has now is irritation or disappointment.

 

Nathaniel is surprised to see the reaction of Devon, upon hearing the word, 'love' from his lips. He smiled wickedly, because he can now make Devon grovel on the floor with this finding. It seems that Devon is not aware that he is at disadvantage. Even he asked him kindly and so he decided to deal with Devon with his own method. So he will call on David for now and punish Devon with extreme jealousy by letting David feel his affection and love. Nathaniel leans close to Devon's ears as he gently runs his large yet gentle hand to Devon's jaw whispering softly, "Do you love me right?" Devon was anger at the doctor he didn’t know what task he have to do but he wanted to feel the doctor ass all he had to do was keep David away. He was doing so well he held Nathaniel close to him he lost it when the doctor said the L word once more that sparkly in his eyes grew and his eyes soften as his cold face turned soft .

 

David blushed. “do you.. love me?” he pulled away form the kiss it felt so nice but he was scared he looked at Nathaiel “Did he hurt you?” He warp his arms around the doctor and he held him close “ I am sorry.. I try to keep him .. away form people but he always gets out.. I am surprised I was able to regain control..” He smiled and gently kiss him on the lips .

The sudden change personality from Devon to David somewhat amazes Nathaniel, to see the transformation upfront. It's like switching from bed to work mode immediately. But Nathaniel can visibly see the sparkles on David's face which it stings his eyes from such brightness. What he can see a image of David as a newly served pudding with a cat face on it jiggling and showing different expressions, mostly filled with worries.

 

To lessen the pudding's worries Nathaniel gently wraps his long arms around David and pulls him closer. "Rest assured that he did no harm. More likely I did hurt him physically and emotionally pushed him away." Though Nathaniel hoped that he was not very harsh towards Devon since he is also a interesting personality too but way too haughty and needs to be punished and disciplined. Nathaniel took both of David's wrists and pressed his lips gently, where he inserted an amount of force that would leave a mark and it would take days to heal. "Well I am also sorry for harming your body, but I have no choice... In return I'll give you the love to wanted and feel me. Feel my love for you both from my feeling to my body." Nathaniel cuddles close to David and replies softly, “yes… Love… My Love… for either of you who takes over…” Nathaniel somewhat cannot afford to lose two subjects right away, just by choosing one personality to love and give special attention. He has to think of the way to let Devon to be part of his treatment and experiments. He is not sure what Devon like or dislike, same goes for David. He can only see them as his patients who needed a lot of attention, affection and treatment. He even has no idea on how to punish Devon for disobeying his orders. Maybe he should ask David since David knows Devon more than his assumptions.

But his objective differ from his work objective. Which is to know which personality should dominate while the other is erased permanently.

"The decision is up to you either you will accept it or not. I assure you that no one will care if they hear us from this room. Unless you wanted to be treated privately?"
